de knegt
Just wondering about this. Has anyone ever gone into options and changed someones relationship to say ''blood relative'' or maybe even make people hate each other. I'm playing as MAW, and I just had a random generated kid graduate from the boot camp. And his name was ''Rodney Vibert'', and I couldn't help myself but turn him into the son of 'Mr. DAVE' Phil Vibert. It just felt, interesting and a fun little roleplay addition... Especially since MAW is 2nd Generation-land. Sure it implies Phil had a kid when he was 19, but it's a nice little wrinkle for an otherwise ''generic'' graduate. And personally I think that's the furthest I would go with the relation editor, because I love the organic world and I wouldn't want to change relations just to make it easier for myself. The Swanton825
I do every now and then when I have a narrative in my head that I want to use.
bigtplaystew
I feel like anything that adds to the world in general for your enjoyment is a good thing right? I've done things like this. If a random re-gen has the same pic as a legend, especially if it happens to be a really good regen, I'm very likely to do something similar and have. Beejus
I've done it for mod purposes, i.e. if a relationship exists in a mod that is either incorrect or not present. I haven't done it "just because" yet, but I know that if I wanted to, I would.
Wheelz316
In the cornellverse, yes. I have changed the Anne Stardust/Marilyn Stardust relationship back to friendship. Also had a storyline where Edd Stone was disowned by his family, and as a result has a hate relationship with each of them. There have been more, but can't think of any right now. Irish Wolf
For regens since there are no relationships generated by the AI I will occasionally make folks with the same last name siblings.
Remianen
Yeah, I've done this. Most recently, a random gen female Japanese referee debuted and I made her the niece of Megumi Grace Asano.
LordJaguar
After reading something in a wrestlers book, or a blog, or watching a shoot I might add a relationship. One example would be making Ricky Morton and Manny Fernandez Best Friends...
Teh_Showtime
I am pretty sure I made Guide and Scout loyal to each other in my database. They're like the only legendary team in the game who has no relationship.
Kitarzu
I would only add relationship only for diary purposes or if there's something really missing. I think in the C-Verse there's maybe a missing mentor-protege relationship missing between Shawn Gonzalez and Hell's Bouncer, as written in his biography. James Casey
Yeah, I edited Eisen/Nemesis to Simmering Tension in my game so I could bring Campbell in. I only do it for diary purposes, though.
rd_dbacks01
I edit way too many relationships for really no reason. My evidence for this is the fact that Heidi Brooks and Jefferson Stardust are dating.
