It's fine, I'm listening to Noel Gallagher's new album as we speak. The Right Stuff is a tune :D

Interesting, minus The Right Stuff and The Mexican i liked that album. :D The Dying of the Light,Girl With X-Ray Eyes and Revolution Song are great. And You Know You Can't Go Back feels like Oasis tune.

Back to your game, have you ever think about replacing commentary team? I always fire Taz on my games because i find him boring, but i can't found a good replacement besides JB.

Actually, Tenay's contract is up in three months or so and I'm on the fence about renewing it.

Taz is horrendous in real life, I think he might be one of the worst commentators I have ever heard but he has like 85 Charisma plus Excellent experience with Tenay, so the two of them are getting me mad bonuses for all of my matches. I'm not sure, we'll see. I've been using JR, my user avatar, on dark matches to try and get his experience with Taz up, then I might make him my main announcer.

I think Tenay is pretty good on game besides the 2006 mod from TEW2010 . Also what happened to Xplosion? I used that show to build chemistry with JB/Spud on desk. Also having 3 man desk for a while would help to build chemistry,or i will be wrong at that too.

For whatever reason, I didn't have it in this database. I'm actually kinda glad since I think it would have been a chore to book and write and I probably don't have the roster for a B show.

Good job on your dynasty so far.

Thank you - much appreciated!

TNA Slammiversary XII Preview

Sunday, Week 2, May 2014

Live on Pay Per View from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas!

The day is finally here for us to celebrate twelve years of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

But the man that's been here since day one doesn't want to celebrate with us. He was once affectionately coined 'Mr. TNA' and he embraced that moniker by putting his life and well being on the line every night for your entertainment. He wowed you with Fosbury Flops, Spinal Taps and Styles Clashes with no concern for his own safety. He was everything that TNA stood for, the past, but more importantly, the present and the future. TNA was, and still is, a stage. Come and make your mark. But he's now in business for himself, he doesn't want your adoration or your respect, he just wants your money and quiet obedience. He wants to hold this great company in the palm of his hand so he can clench his fist and destroy everything he helped build. Twelve years ago, AJ Styles was named the very first NWA TNA X-Division Champion in front of hundreds. Today, he walks into the Toyota Center as the TNA World Heavyweight Champion to be watched by millions. His challenger - only one of the most accomplished professional wrestlers of the last decade. Kurt Angle has seen it all, he's done it all and he wears the t-shirt every day. He was told to retire by Ethan Carter III and god knows the thought must have gone through his mind once or twice, but this man is not a quitter. Ask him about his Olympic gold medal and he'll tell you how he won it, ask him about his numerous world titles and ask him why he's still going strong today. Kurt Angle is still wrestling because he wants to the best, he wants to be the greatest of all time, he wants to be TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

But on this fateful day, either Kurt Angle or AJ Styles will have to quit. They will have nothing left to give, their tanks will run on empty and the searing pain will finally be too much to bear. Earl Hebner will put that microphone in their face and they will utter those two words because they have nothing else to say, those words will be followed by a sigh of relief, the pain is over but the suffering of defeat will begin soon after. It's AJ Styles, it's Kurt Angle, it's an I Quit Match and it's for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

Comments: Another one I'm really split on. Love lethal, but I think Aries keeps it, depending on whether or not you do the "Option C" gimmick for the X Division Belt

IMPACT Wrestling

Thursday, Week 2, June 2014

5000 fans are in attendance at the sold out Lone Star Expo Center!

Before the show went live, Gunner defeated Cody Hall in 7:25. (D+)

Samoa Joe vs. Paul London

This is Joe's first match since Lockdown and if there was any ring rust or niggling injuries, he certainly didn't show either here. This match was absolutely superb, London was on his game, Joe was fired up and the action was fast, fluent and thoroughly engaging from start to finish. London took some shortcuts, but most led to cul-de-sacs. Midway through this one, Magnus came down the ramp for a better view, which struck Taz as quite strange - one would have reasonably expected Magnus to get involved but he didn't, he simply watched. Joe was distracted, but London couldn't take advantage. After 9 minutes of excellent back and forth action, Joe's Muscle Buster left the crowd chanting along with the proceeding pinfall and Paul London was forced to taste defeat.

Grade: B

Face To Face

With London being led back up the ramp by referee Keith Harris, Magnus slid in the ring. There was no physicality though, just a face to face staredown with his Slammiversary opponent before the two exchanged a few fighting words.

Grade: C

A Kink In The Plan?

After a commercial break, we go backstage where a cameraman has followed London hobbling down the corridor clutching at his neck. Once he enters the Master Plan locker room, the door is slammed behind him and shouting can be heard. The words can't be made out, but Taz notes that it sounds like AJ Styles is the one giving London a rollocking. Tenay mentions that this is the first time the group have ever displayed any signs of in-fighting.

Grade: C

Kenny King vs. Jesse Sorensen

King hasn't exactly been lighting TNA on fire lately, but Tenay makes a passing mention that a Sorensen win here would be a big upset. It's not to be, unfortunately. Although Sorensen does knock Kenny off his A-game by being evasive and slippery, King still has enough class to put this one away with a Royal Flush.

Grade: D

You Did Alright Kid

We're back from a commercial break as Sorensen is pacing around backstage disappointed at this defeat. Into the frame comes Kurt Angle. He puts his hand on the shoulder of his young protege, telling him not to feel too bad because Kenny King is an experienced, accomplished professional wrestler and there's no shame in losing to him. Angle leads him away before telling Sorensen he needs to help him prepare for his match later tonight.

Grade: C+

From One Squared Circle To Another

Still backstage, we head over to Desmond Wolfe who is standing by with Tara; the #1 Contender to the Knockouts Championship. Tara explains that she's back to reclaim her title, but more importantly, her position as Queen of the Knockouts. She's been watching from her Chicago restaurant and seeing Madison Rayne every week has made her hungrier and hungrier to come back. Wolfe presses Tara about her newfound friendship with Velvet and she explains that they simply see eye to eye on a lot of things. Tara believes Velvet has a good head on her shoulders - she's smart, she's sexy and she uses both of those things to her advantage. She's glad that she's got Velvet on her side and come Sunday, Madison will be knocked off her pedestal.

Grade: C-

The Manik Spectrum vs. The Bro-Mans

Six-man tag action here, action being the operative word. Last week there seemed to be a little trouble in The Bro-Mans camp but there's no such issues this week. Zema looks perfectly fine, leading Tenay to wonder if his rib injury was just a way of getting out of watching his boys lose again. Naturally, Taz defends Robbie and Jessie claiming that even the greatest lose from time to time. Although the three Maniks outclass their opponents throughout, Zema sneaks in the laptop and smashes Green Manik in the stomach before dropping him down with a DDT. Jessie slides the laptop out the ring and Brian Hebner, none the wiser, counts the three as The Bro-Mans steal a win.

Grade: D

Carter and the "Creatures"

Trouble trouble trouble enters the Lone Star Expo Center as Ethan Carter III confidently struts down the aisle. Once in the ring, Christy Hemme hands him a microphone. Carter explains that Jeff Hardy isn't here tonight because MVP was scared that Hardy would violate the terms of his Slammiversary contract. And so, he's been left to dwell with his "creatures" at home tonight. EC3 announces that tonight will be an exhibition and he will show everybody exactly what's he's going to do to Hardy on Sunday.

Grade: C

Hernandez vs. Ethan Carter III

Despite having the clear size advantage, Hernandez is a total underdog in this contest. Carter is on the top of his game and simply outsmarts his opponent, moving quickly and totally outwrestling him. Hernandez does have some promising moments, but his Border Toss attempt is well choreographed by Carter who slips out behind and locks on a sleeper hold before connecting with the One Percenter. It's a move that nobody has kicked out of and Hernandez is no different.

Grade: C

Feet Up, Feet Down

We go backstage again where Desmond Wolfe is standing by with Bully Ray. They address Beer Money calling him and Devon out last week with Bully laughing and simply explaining that him and Devon weren't there. They were told by MVP early on in the night that they could have the night off and considering they had spent the afternoon training some kids at the Team 3D Academy, they were more than happy to put their feet up and watch from home.

James Storm enters the frame at this point. He was watching on a nearby TV monitor backstage, but he's been looking for Team 3D all day. Nobody had told him that "this coward" had actually turned up tonight. Storm says he's sporting a nasty splinter and he wants Bully to have a close look, because that's exactly the pain he'll be feeling on Sunday. Bully gets closer... only to be jumped from behind from Roode! Beer Money stomp a mudhole out of him as Desmond quickly departs.

Grade: C / C

Gail Kim vs. Velvet Sky

There's been a small issue between these two, Rayne and Tara recently and thus, this match is happening. Compared to most Knockouts matches, this runs a damn good length, probably longer than the upcoming Knockouts Championship match actually. Velvet controls the match, but Gail is the one masterfully leading the actual wrestling side of this contest. She weathers the storm, fights back and swivels out of a In 'Yo Face attempt before eating the Eat Defeat for the pinfall win just short of 12 minutes.

Styles vs. Angle, Sunday June 15th!

Just before our main event, a video package plays hyping the Slammiversary main event where AJ Styles will defend the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Kurt Angle. Instead of interviews and actual hype, the video mostly just centers around the sequence of events that have led up to the match before providing information on how fans can purchase the PPV.

Grade: B-

The MVP's vs. The Master Plan

On one side of the ring, we have Kurt Angle, Austin Aries and The Wolves. On the opposite side, AJ Styles, Jay Lethal and the Motor City Machine Guns. As you can imagine, Styles wants no part of Angle. As the legal man, Styles very quickly dives through the middle rope when Angle enters the ring unceremoniously. Eventually, at around the twelve minute mark, Angle's team are in control. With Kurt setting up Lethal for the Angle Slam, Styles pull his stablemate out and The Master Plan depart up the ramp. They've decided enough is enough, they've eserted enough energy for one night and just like that, they take the count out defeat.

Grade: C+

"We Won... I Guess

With their opponents gone, Angle and his three partners look dumbfounded in the ring. 'Gold Medal' plays and so the fan favourites celebrate, because well - they did win, just not in the manner they would have wanted to. Mike Tenay and Taz sign us off and we will see all of you fans at Slammiversary, June 15th at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas!

Divides become immediately evident and rivalries boil to the surface. The Bro-Mans tee off on The Maniks, Petey Williams & Sonjay Dutt go back and forth with Kenny King & Rhett Titus and to cap it off, Jesse White is slugging it out with Hernandez. Soon enough, Green Manik is tossed out, only for Gunner to dump the prematurely celebrating Robbie E & Jessie via a double clothesline. Kenny King & Rhett Titus dump out both Williams & Dutt, denying our capacity crowd a Canadian Destroyer on TNA's twelfth anniversary. The camera shoots across to the other side of the ring just in time to catch Hernandez clothesline Jesse White out, eliminating himself in the process. To top off a bad night for The Bro-Mans, Zema Ion is unceremoniously dumped out by Gunner before Rob Terry goes on a killing spree. Naturally, the entire ring gangs up to eliminate Big Rob, and stop him from doing further damage. As the flood of competitors emerge from the ropes, Jesse Sorensen wisely tosses Tigre Uno up and over, only to turn into Abyss who grips his throat with one hand and discards him to the outside.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Everybody suddenly remembers that Rockstar Spud is in the match and he gets shoved around until Abyss puts him out of his misery via a gorilla press slam to the outside. As Kenny King & Rhett Titus tee off on Manik & Blue Manik, Gunner throws another double clothesline and picks up elimination #4 and #5. With a target on their back, it's not long before the two Maniks are eliminated despite their resilience and we're down to the final four. D'Angelo Dinero finally picks up his first elimination, that of Abyss, but he needed the assistance of Mr. Anderson and Gunner. Sensing that the latter of those two is the more dangerous, Dinero goes back and forth with Gunner. As the two jostle precariously on the ropes, Mr. Anderson sneaks up from behind and tosses them both out, winning the match and with it, a guaranteed title shot!</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Grade: C+</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p></div></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div style="text-align:center;"><div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Roster/KurtAngle_zps17318c84.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Mike Tenay and Taz talk about Mr. Anderson now holding a contract for a guaranteed title shot whenever he chooses, but we quickly shoot to a video that is being played on the big screen. She overpowered Madison and consequently, the Champ was made to look more like a Chump. Madison finally displayed some fire and had Tara down on the canvas following a left arm clothesline... but her subsequent Spear and Rayne Drops weren't enough to pick up the three count. But Carter wasn't thrown off by appearance, instead it was Hardy aggressively coming out of the starting block with right hands that had Dixie Carter's nephew reeling. Truth be told, the actual match itself was rather underwhelming, although EC3 dominated it for the most part, he couldn't cut off Hardy's later comeback. Carter's One Percenter attempt was countered into a Twist of Fate and the subsequent Swanton Bomb sealed the win for the Charismatic Enigma.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Grade: C</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p></div></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div style="text-align:center;"><div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Special%20TNA%20Pictures/TMPAJ1_zpsx7wbyjho.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> We quickly go to a cameraman in the parking lot as a limousine is arriving. Paul London tried to use his fancy wrestling skills early on but MVP quickly took advantage of the No DQ stipulation and turned this contest into a street fight. London was a punching bag for the most part, just absorbing endless, often creative punishment from his opponent. MVP bought numerous weapons into play - kendo sticks, a steel trash can, even nun chucks but he seemed to have no clue how to use them. Obviously, he used a steel chair too but that quickly backfired when London dropkicked it into his face. Tenay noted his surprise at Desmond Wolfe not getting involved (yet) and questioned what was said when the two conversed in private earlier. It might not have mattered had London hit his Shooting Star Press but MVP raised a nearby steel chair before he landed, putting his opponent in just as much pain as himself.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Roster/DesmondWolfe_zpsbb680813.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> At this point, Desmond Wolfe made his way down the ramp, as expected. One can't help but question Magnus' motives after the performance that Joe put in on Thursday against Paul London and it was no different here. Joe wrestled like a man possessed, throwing his 300 lbs frame around the ring at a scary speed, clattering his opponent from pillar to post. Magnus did have moments of joy though, something you would reasonably expect from the man that was holding the TNA World Heavyweight Championship as recent as March. He had a tendency to catch Joe mid-movement, usually with a dropkick or a quick Powerslam, but truth be told, he hardly ever got any momentum going. This was Joe's night and the Muscle Buster closed it out.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Grade: B</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p></div></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div style="text-align:center;"><div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/TNAbelts/TNAXDivision_zps5e65c3e5.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Special%20TNA%20Pictures/AustinAries_zpsgvldsitf.jpg</span><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/VS/slammiversaryVS_zps7tnjuess.jpg</span><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Special%20TNA%20Pictures/TMPLethal_zpszop4do81.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>TNA X-Division Championship</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong> Austin Aries © vs. Jay Lethal</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> With two fantastic athletes like these, it's no surprise that this was such a great match. But that was mostly because instead of letting Lethal control the match, Aries consistently stunted his momentum and forced Lethal into wrestling at his pace. Around thirteen minutes of non-stop action, the only downtime these two took was after a close nearfall. Lethal attempted to take some shortcuts and probably thought he was on course to win after an Eye Rake should have left Aries blind to the proceeding Lethal Injection, but Aries caught him in the back of the head with a dropkick. Lethal managed to counter a Brainbuster into a Small Package and he even pulled the tights but Aries still managed to slip out before the three. The proceeding Discus Elbow smash from the X-Division Champion sent the Challenger loopy and after a Brainbuster, Aries made the cover... only for Lethal to barely kick out before the three! Not to be deterred, Aries quickly climbed up to the top turnbuckle and made sure of the victory with a 450 Splash.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Grade: B</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p></div></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div style="text-align:center;"><div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Special%20TNA%20Pictures/AustinAries_zpsgvldsitf.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Just like MVP, Aries asks for a microphone after securing victory over the Master Plan. Heck, Kaz & Daniels couldn't even get in the match, The Wolves and The Guns were far more preoccupied with each other. Eventually, Kaz managed to sneak in off a blind tag and the proceedings got a lot more even from there. The impatience of the competitors waiting on the outside soon reached boiling point and referee Brian Hebner could do little to stop the various interjections that were usually followed by some kind of dive or high-risk move to an opponent on the outside. </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Amidst all of this carnage, The Wolves found themselves firmly in the ascendancy, and with Kazarian finding himself the prey, The Wolves hit a Powerbomb and Double Knee Backbreaker combination followed by the Hammer of the Gods, both devastasting double team moves. But Brian Hebner had to remind Davey Richards that he wasn't the legal man, and as Alex Shelley threw himself at both members of The Wolves on the outside, Chris Sabin made the cover in the ring. Daniels just managed to get in the ring, but he couldn't break up the pinfall before Hebner's hand hit the canvas to count the three, crowning new Tag Team Champions!</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Grade: B</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p></div></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div style="text-align:center;"><div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">After two defeats, the Master Plan were victorious here. As a segue from his previous comments, Taz wondered how smart Beer Money are to be getting into this with Team 3D. Mike Tenay explained that this one was being fought under tornado tag rules because referee Earl Hebner was never going to keep control of this one anyway. The action quickly spilled back to the outside where both teams did battle around the guardrail, the ringside announce table area and then the brawl found its way up the entrance ramp. Beer Money got the better of that exchange; Brother Devon was sent crashing back first into the steel panels supporting the big screen and Bully Ray was sent face first into the gigantic Slammiversary XII logo that was sitting to the right of the arena entrance.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> A few minutes later and Beer Money had mapped out exactly how they could win this one and what began was a series of table breaking attempts from both teams. Some suplexes were blocked, some saves were made, tables were flipped, moved and then flipped again. But unlike their opponents, Team 3D never ran out of ideas. With Storm taken out after a Double Flapjack, Roode tried to make a clever interjection and looked to unceremoniously spear Devon through a table in the corner. Our final video package of the evening plays, hyping the upcoming AJ Styles vs. Kurt Angle match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. With interviews segued between clips of the events spanning back the last 13 years, Styles discusses tradition. He feels betrayed by TNA and in particular, Dixie Carter, and that's what the Master Plan is all about - tearing down the power structure piece by piece until it's the inmates running the asylum. And so long as he holds the top prize, TNA executives will have to bend to AJ Styles' will.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Angle reasons that TNA is a wonderful company to work for, he's been eight years and cemented his legacy but more importantly, he's worked day in and day out alongside some of the most talented professional wrestlers in North America and they don't deserve to celebrate TNA's twelfth anniversary in shame and silence. Angle argues that this match isn't just about Styles and his cronies, but the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, perhaps the richest prize in this sport. Styles has no respect and that's fine for Kurt Angle, because he believes that tonight, Styles loses everything to go along with it. His title, his pride, his bragging rights, his legacy - tonight, AJ Styles is being stripped of everything he holds dear. The video closes with Styles claiming that he's always thinking one step ahead and he promises that the Master Plan will always prevail.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Grade: B-</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p></div></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div style="text-align:center;"><div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/TNAbelts/TNAWorldHeavyweight_zps86856332.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Special%20TNA%20Pictures/TMPAJ2_zpsfd53537s.jpg</span><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/VS/slammiversaryVS_zps7tnjuess.jpg</span><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Roster/KurtAngle_zps17318c84.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>TNA World Heavyweight Championship I Quit Match</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong> AJ Styles © vs. Kurt Angle</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> And the talking is finally over.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Taz opines that this is one of the biggest matches in TNA history. In a year of fast revival of the company's fortunes, with 16,000+ watching in person and thousands watching on PPV, Mike Tenay agrees that this match could be bigger than Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle, but certainly, this is a poetic clash that will live on for many years to come.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> The ringing of the bell was met with raucous cheers as Angle charged, gripped his hands and sent the Champion flying from one side of the ring to the other with a Belly to Belly. Styles retreated and then adopted a more cautious approach, utilizing his pace to hit a move so quick that Angle couldn't even say the word 'counter' before attempting one. A quiet crowd jeered on, awaiting Angle's comeback. However, this early strategy reaped its rewards, as did Styles' constant strikes to Angle's mid-section, the result of which were slowly sapping stamina from the so-called wrestling machine. Certainly, the first third of this match belonged to Styles, but one mistake shifted the momentum back to the Challenger. Angle had the Springboard Forearm Smash well telegraphed and Styles was left kissing the canvas after a huge and beautiful - two words that don't normally go together - Release German Suplex. Unlike his opponent, who had focused his attack all over the body, Angle predictably zeroed in on AJ Styles' left ankle. Aggressive angry stomps and painful punishing submissions were usually followed by breath-sapping suplexes. </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> At around twenty minutes on the stopwatch, the match shifted gears and the crowd promptly came to life with it. A steel chair became a mere prop to inflict punishment, a Phenomenon DDT onto the chair wasn't enough for Styles, just like an Angle Slam onto the chair wasn't enough for the Olympic Gold Medalist. Taz observed that Earl Hebner hasn't actually put that microphone to much use until just then, something Mike Tenay defends by simply claiming that he knows both competitors so well, he'll only ask when absolutely necessary. He was asking when Angle finally locked in an Ankle Lock, but Styles rotated and managed to kick him away. He didn't ask after Angle ate a Pele Kick, but then in a show of brute strength, Styles hoisted Angle's dead weight straight up from the canvas into position for the Styles Clash, turned around, and dropped Angle down face first onto a steel chair! Despite his kicking his feet in pain, this still wasn't enough for the Challenger to throw in the towel. Styles was baffled, he cornered referee Earl Hebner and demanded that he ask Angle again. And so he did, but once again, Angle let out a defiant "NO!". Styles, ready to explode, charged in... only to get caught by a drop toe hold from Angle who quickly snapped on the Ankle Lock and grapevined the leg! Styles had nowhere to go, he desperately grasped for the ropes but only found thin air. He tried to drag his way there, and with it, Angle's 220lbs frame. But resilient by nature, Styles did manage to drag Angle and his body weight to the ropes, only for Earl Hebner to remind him that there's no disqualifications and with it, no rope breaks! With his hand raised, Hebner put the microphone to the Champion's mouth... The Challenger relinquishes his grip almost instantly and Styles exhales a huge sigh of relief as he slumps against the ropes. Mike Tenay and Taz are at a loss for words, all they know is that this is Kevin Steen and he hopped the guardrail. They put 2 and 2 together and conclude that he must have been the man in AJ Styles' limousine earlier tonight, and history has taught us that TNA security isn't exactly the tightest. Steen continues his beatdown, stomping and kicking away at a defenceless Kurt Angle. Earl Hebner attempts to interject but Steen simply shoves him on his arse. He forcefully pulls Angle back to his feet and sets him up for the Package Piledriver, but not before asking for a slightly more conscious AJ Styles to roll the steel chair over. The Champion obliges, despite still not having risen to a vertical base yet himself. Steen takes Angle up... and drops him down head first onto the steel chair! Referee Earl Hebner moves slowly to pose the question but Angle doesn't respond. He looks over to Styles, who is now standing with the assistance of Steen, but the Champion simply shrugs his shoulders. Hebner asks a second time, with no response again. Third time's the charm? "Do you quit?" asks TNA's most senior official. Still, no reply from the unconscious Challenger that hasn't moved since that devastating Package Piledriver onto a steel chair. At this point, Earl Hebner does the right thing and calls for the bell, AJ Styles is the winner by referee stoppage.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Grade: A</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p></div></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div style="text-align:center;"><div><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Special%20TNA%20Pictures/TMPAJ2_zpsfd53537s.jpg</span><span>http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/TNA/Special%20TNA%20Pictures/KevinSteen_zpsr09tqpaw.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> As Angle still lies motionless, a medical team descends from the ramp, stretcher in tow. <p>Alrighty, around four weeks late, but she's finally up. A pretty unpredictable show by all accounts.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Prediction Results</strong></p><p> The Lloyd: 9</p><p> Blodyxe: 8</p><p> Kijar: 7</p><p> Crackerjack: 7</p><p> Smwilliams: 7</p><p> Warhawk8492: 7</p><p> Smasher1311: 7</p><p> The Final Countdown: 5 </p><p> Nobby_McDonald: 5</p><p> Uncrewed: 4</p><p> Packerman120: 4 </p><p> </p><p> Everybody that predicted Desmond Wolfe interference got a point and I also threw a point to smwilliams and Uncrewed for predicting Kevin Steen's debut, even though he wasn't the mystery participant in the battle royal. The main event got a 92, which means Nobby snagged an extra point there. I didn't expect anybody to get that so... let's raise a can of coke to that man.</p><p> </p><p> Now for the prediction comments...</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="The Lloyd" data-cite="The Lloyd" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="38598" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><em>Love the pre-show write up about AJ man.
