Sigilistic
I've had rotten luck booking title fights for James Foster. Two out of the last three PPVs he was supposed to headline were scrapped on short notice because his opponent received a "training injury." I'm beginning to suspect Foster is resorting to sabotage to keep his title.
Kingster
Only when I ran the fight, I noticed how awesome it is that the submission king fights the jester. http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m27/Johannes_04/OBreenChuckle.jpg

Honestly I've never had positive results from postponing. Most people just want to see him fight.
whyidie
Setup my user created fighter against Kunimichi Kikuchi. This was to be my fighters "coming out" party. Beat up the aging overrated 4th ranked Kikuchi in his home town. Kikuchi is overmatched. My diabolical plan has no flaws. First 6 rounds go down as planned. My fighter is killing him. Multiple knock downs, Kikuchi is getting beat down. Until my fighter follows him to the ground where he gets caught (excellent submission defence, btw) by an armbar. Doesn't tap, ref steps in and its a technical TKO. End result, undefeated fighter is no longer undefeated and he's on the shelf for 4 months with a moderate arm injury. To stick it to me even more, Kikuchi retires right when my fighter is back from injury. Yeah it screwed up my plans, but what a memorable fight. LucianCarter
Playing as Bellator, Bobbly Lashley won the Heavyweight title the first time I had it defended. Then he retired before I could even book a defence. EDIT: At the next show, someone called out Lashley.
Blackman
Then he retired before I could even book a defence. EDIT: At the next show, someone called out Lashley. Several have spoken out about the unfortunate nature of this feature, but I think there's a workaround. Just export his character, change it in the editor (not the in-game one) and you can get him out of retirement. It will be the same ID though so you'll have to change the old one to "Bobby Lashley 2" or something. Never tried this, but maybe his fight history will be retained this way (though I doubt it). The call-out bonus will be gone, though. Easiest way if you want to see the fight is export both, change his status and just do the fight seperately (outside of career). Donners
One for the very weird category. My game is in December 2012, and Women's Flyweight is quite well represented in the game world. However, this person has leapfrogged everyone in ALPHA to get the title in her second fight, and has leapt to #2 in the world. http://i.imgur.com/jb5zhnl.jpg

Donners
People with great skills can sometimes "leapfrog" the rankings Odd, I've never noticed that before. Even a very talented fighter shouldn't be getting a title shot at ALPHA in their second fight. The only exception might be someone who comes with a high name value, eg. having crossed over from another sport, but this person is mid regional.
