What's going on in your game?

Recommended Posts

Just converted the 2012 Mod from TEW13 for 2016.

Looked at WWE and NJPW, I got bored just looking at the WWE roster. not very inspired for anything other than to give D-Bry all the belts.

NJPW on the other hand I'm looking forward to booking.

Booking the tail end of Mutoh, Ultimo Dragon, Liger, Chono's career ,

Booking Okada's first championship reign.

Progressing Naito to from Stardust Genius to Tranquilo Naito

Developing Omega and Ibushi to World title standard.

Push Susuki to the moon and back.

Build up the Junior Division using Liger and Ultimo Dragon.

Going to try not to just spam Gajins in the company. Bu there are a few for the Juniors that would make the division strong, Davey richards, Low Ki , Prince Devitt allready start.

I love a strong Tag division and at this point they don't have any heavyweight tag teams and just a handfull Junior Tag teams. Adding, Ibushi/Omega, Motor City Machine guns and maybe create a couple of others to round out the Jr Tag Division and add depth to the Jr Division. Perhaps using the tag division to get more people over so they can usefull in singles action.

Heavyweight Tag Titles will take a year or so to get in any decent shape... signed DH Smith to start tagging with Vance Archer as Killer Elite Squad , going to probably have to create a few teams and maybe use a put together Main event tag team to hold the title untill I get this sorted.Brought in Luke Gallows for Gallows and Anderson to build up their experience together.

The IC title will be usefull for giving the other top talent something to do.

adding in/ altering the stables a little. Chono bringing back the Black Army with Tenzan, Susuki bringing in Susuki-Gun, Choas is allready established. Bringing back the revolutionary army with Mutoh and a gorup similar to Taguchi Japan.. like a loose alliance of babyfaces. Looking to put things into place to create the originall Bullet Club with Devitt when he gets over a little more, unsure whoto have in the group as Tama Tonga and Fale both suck currently.

<p>Misawa is the God of my NJPW at the minute. IC champion has been vacated, G1 champion and IWGP champion. Pretty sure he hasn't been defeated at all in this game. Kind of worried because he has been caught with drugs or prostitutes in a lot of saves I've played. Just has to make sure he doesn't do anything wrong before Wrestle Kingdom 2. </p><p> </p><p>

Kobashi came in on loan again to challenge Misawa. Misawa retained in an awesome match. Crixus is being built up strong. I'm going to have Misawa take his first pinfall loss in a tag team match. Might even have them draw their first single match just to make Crixus look credible and a potential future champion. </p><p> </p><p>

Pretty sure the main event of WK2 will be Misawa vs Tanahashi. That is what I'm building towards. Booking on the fly haha, I'll have Crixus knock Misawa out of the G1 tournament. </p><p> </p><p>

Best of super juniors coming up soon. I know Liger will lose in the final. Not sure who the winner will be. Tempted to do Danielson vs Liger. Danielson has nothing but good things to say about Liger. He wants that match. My mind is now more open to face vs face matches. Danielson is going to be the cornerstone of the division. I'll bring in some guys from other places. Going for 32 men to start off. Well, not exactly 32. Some of them will have a bye. </p><p> </p><p>

Shawn Michaels IC title reign will be a short one. RVD defeated Punk in an 88 ladder match. Very impressed with that. Like I said before, RVD is bringing it for me. Having excellent performances in segments we well. What the hell is going on? I get it, no soft drug tests. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> The contract for the ic title shot was on the line in the ladder match. He wants the match asap. Shawn was happy to comply. </p><p> </p><p>

Next event is: Shine like a diamond. (lol) </p><p> </p><p>

Key matches</p><p> </p><p>

The main event will be (the overrated) Tanahashi vs Fujinami</p><p>

IWGP Junior heavyweight title: Bryan Danielson vs Ultimo Dragon</p><p>

IWGP IC: Shawn Michaels vs RVD</p><p>

Masa Chono vs Crixus</p>

<p>1987 -1991 WWF</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

I've created a monster <img alt=":o" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/redface.png.900245280682ef18c5d82399a93c5827.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> , WCW were not signing up guys to improve their roster, having old guys throughout the card. </p><p> </p><p>

I decidedto help thembe compeitive. i added asecond player and signed younger guys like Booker T and Shane Douglas, aswell as Lex Luger who was 80 pop world wide who had just left NJPW, guys like Kerry Von Eric, Rocik n Roll express, Midnight express etc etc, then I quit as them... </p><p> </p><p>

Well it turns out the new booker is Bill Watts and as it turns out he is very aggressive and where their old booker Ken Mantel didn't bid for my guys who's contracts came available, it turns out Bill Watts has no such reservations. </p><p> </p><p>

In the space of a week he's signed Scott Steiner, ruining one of my top heel tag teams aswell as Marty Jannetty breaking up the Rockers, Rockers were due to push on for the title by the end of the year. </p><p> </p><p>

Now I have Rick Steiner, That I don't have any plans or desire to push as solo other than to use him to job out a little. </p><p> </p><p>

I have no plans to use HBK as a singles star untill 1993... 2 years of him floating around the Junior division I think, or Team him with Owen Hart or maybe someone else. </p><p> </p><p>

Blurg streiners v Rockers were going to headline the division in a couple of years. </p><p> </p><p>

Thing is I countered their first bids for both guys, usually they drop out when I raise my bid the first time... turns out they didn't and I was over confident about my offer. </p><p> </p><p>

Suppose Bill Watts is ambitious... Steiner is over enough and talented enough to Main event for them. Marty is Upper midcard for them easy.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

But yea.. two top tag teams gone..... Looks like Hollywood Blondes will be forming early and getting a stronger push early on.. Need another team to fill in the gaps... or push the Fantastics and bring in a team to do the jobbing the Fantastics used to do.</p>

<p>@ Apupunchau@optonline</p><p> </p><p>

Yea I mean I never push anyone that stats don't warrant it, up to a certain point they won't get a push. Then when they have something to offer they will get the start of a midcard push and see if anything else improves or if they stall. </p><p> </p><p>

Past a certain point of overness and skill even if they peak below my main event level that I expect they can still do a job. </p><p> </p><p>

Sometimes guys that are average can perform and get over as hell or have an increase in stats like Cali love machine in a previous save. </p><p> </p><p>

Unfortunately this time i have 5 guys that are very samey, not bad, can serve a role.. saying that I haven't tested how over they can become. Maybe I just need to test them out a bit more, see how over they can get.</p><p> </p><p>

I suppose they can be the fodder for the other guys. </p><p> </p><p>

It comes down to liking some guys at the top of card that I had a hand in developing from rookie or average guy to star. rather than relying on getting lucky and grabbing stars like Kobe, Keith from other places.</p>

After WK12, I had Cody betray Kenny Omega, costing him the US Title against Jay White at New Year Dash then Kicking out Omega,The Young Bucks, and Marty Scrull from the Bullet Club, Cody then won the IWGP Heavyweight Title at New Beginning in Osaka from Okada, after the match I had Omega return and attack Cody, im currently planning on having Omega eventually beat Cody.

<p>CZCW Oct 2018</p><p> </p><p>

Hardcore Halloween.</p><p> </p><p>

A new landmark event for CZCW.</p><p> </p><p>

The highest Match rating and highest event rating I've had by a long shot. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

My previous highest match rating was Matthew Keith def my User 84. </p><p> </p><p>

My new highest rated match is now Matthew Keith def Huey Cannonball 94</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

My previous highest rated show was Wave of fury 2018 - 83</p><p> </p><p>

My new highest rated show is now Hardcore Halloween 2018 - 90</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

What helped was the increase in heat in the feuds, in 2018 I introduced a second event a month as build to the big shows. The last month I also started to add a promo at the start of the show to try and get the storyline heat up. It looks like its worked well. I do it in the format of the commentary team hyping up 3 of the feuds. The hype promos got like 85.90. which helped boost the storyline heat.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

My regular midcarders were starting to get poor momentum, so i've hired 5 midcard level guys to job to my regulars.</p><p> </p><p>

I have also brought in the California title, a title for the midcarders to feud for. It'll force me to keep a few more of them higher in momentum. </p><p> </p><p>

The CZCW Extreme has developed to the same level as the IC title in the 90's. it has been on par with the CZCW World championship a few times too. Thw extreme is seen as the heart and soul of CZCW, what the product was originally build upon.</p>

<p>The magical 100 has been achieved. I don't know, something about those three digits makes me do a fist pump. The 97.98 and 99 are so regular. 100 is always special. Feels like achievement unlocked. Already planning their rematch. G1 looks a good fit. A match of the year contender now. Yes. Danielson stock continues to rise. </p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="yea.png" data-src="https://s18.postimg.org/cljj4dtax/yea.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

The match pretty much came out of nowhere. The setup was the best of super juniors final. Danielson defeated Shawn Michaels to win. Yes, we will definitely have a Japanese winner next year. Warm embrace after the match. '' You have done well, my son.''</p><p> </p><p>

Michaels then teamed up with with a returning Nagata (he won his MMA fight. Fujita also won. Michiyoshi Ohara lost. Can use this as a storyline prop. I'm hoping Shibata wins.) and Misawa vs Crixus, Frye and Mutoh. Nagata was being rude before the match. Not sure why he was teaming up with this ''scumbag''. (shots fired) HBK took the loss. He then used his Casey Jones style selling in what was described as a sensational angle. Babyface HBK. I want to try out Shawn and Danielson as a team. They've now fought twice (1-1). We will soon have a Rocky 3 style segment. Will we ever know who won the third? haha Yes, of course. I'll have to go back to them at some point. </p><p> </p><p>

Forgot to mention what Shawn was selling. Nagata with a post-match attack against Shawn. Locked him in some choke hold. I can't always be specific. Use your own imagination if you want to. Yes, I'm showing how out of touch I am by forgetting what moves are called. </p><p> </p><p>

<em>what a move.</em></p><p>

<img alt="220px-Michael_Cole_2016.jpg" data-src="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b0/Michael_Cole_2016.jpg/220px-Michael_Cole_2016.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

So how did we get to the 100? Bryan Danielson was not happy with Misawa leaving the ring and not helping Shawn. Misawa doesn't have time for the blame game so Danielson challenges him. It's on. Danielson is already at the main event after winning the super juniors. Been on a crazy roll this year. His first defeat of the year. It won't throw him off his game. I believe this is the first time I've had the Junior heavyweight champion win the best of super juniors. He feels like a project that I am taking great care of. Shibata will be his long-term foe. I hope they connect. </p><p> </p><p>

I take it this is the antithesis of NJPW. Would Danielson have even won a match yet if the real world had its way? </p><p> </p><p>

Planning a big end of year awards show. A more elegant (REAL) Slammy show. Slammy awards with heart. </p><p> </p><p>

Keiji Mutoh will finally get his iwgp title rematch. Going to put that as a pay per view and rip people off. JK The other card coming up has too much already. World title fights will always be a big deal in my yard.Shame on me for forgetting what the next card is called. Those that pay attention will see that Mutoh distracted Danielson in the match. Was it his intention to distract Misawa? Maybe, maybe not. </p><p> </p><p>

Keiji Mutoh will turn heel soon. He will betray BATT. I've been playing Persona 5 so I'll assume the Mutoh was playing an earlier version. Time for the Muta persona to come out. I art thou. Needs to happen. Time for Crixus to lead his army. That will certainly be a match for Wrestle Kingdom 2. Crixus vs Muta. </p><p> </p><p>

We have Tanahashi putting his hair on the line against Fujinami. Yes, that old chestnut. This was the only way that Fujinami would give him a rematch. Fujinami has been saying Tanahashi spends too much time looking in the mirror. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/confused.png.d4a8e6b6eab0c67698b911fb041c0ed1.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

Most of them had bad ass gimmicks when I started. Masa Chono is now suave, I'll make some use of that soon. He has a talk show during my shows. Always feels weird not doing as many angles. Still, I do fit in quite a bit. </p><p> </p><p>

Omega is simmering. Danielson knocked him out of the super juniors quarter-final. Punk was the semi. Yes, he did have some Japanese competition. Akira in round 1 and Tajiri in round 2. </p><p> </p><p>

Oh, and Stone Cold is in. Yep. My NJPW. Not happy that I'm competing with WWF in nation battles in Japan. Ratings are taking a bit of a hit. I'm just losing to them by a split second. Rock and Hogan are now their two top stars. His first match will be against Kensuke Sasaki. Sasuki has been squashing some lower talent recently. He won't be ready for Austin. Thinking of doing a 1 minute. lol I couldn't. Wild brawl will be what I go for. Give them 15. </p><p> </p><p>

RVD and Stone Cold have a bond after a pre-show incident. Decided to make use of this. Austin is now the fish out of the water. They are looking out for each other. Austin smoking joints with RVD at the Nintendo Arena, why not? Can't say Austin is out of the blue. I knew his contract was coming up around this point. I just imagined the taking his ball and going home thing happening a different way. It is not something that is going to knock a lot of things off course because I had a good idea I could get him. Went that little bit higher with my offer.</p><p> </p><p>

Finally, we have new tag team champions. Pepsi Kings are the guys. They will be defending against Junior Stars (Tanaka and Koji) at the next show. This match will show off the new champs. Joe is now heavyweight and his menace has risen to 87. He can throw them around. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

That moment when NJPW becomes Gaijin city.</p>

<p>Just to add to that. Half year time. Good to see I'm in contention and good to see Bryan Danielson's push hasn't gone unrecognized. (Like it would I were WWE) He is the young wrestler of first six, his match with Misawa is the best match, NJPW is the best company.</p><p> </p><p>

Sun always shines ( yes, named after the song.) is the show of the first half of the year. 98, headlined by Misawa and Kobashi for the iwgp title.</p><p> </p><p>

Austin and Tripper are the tag team. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Not anymore.</em></p><p>

<span>http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n172/Gazza87UK/Hollywood%20Hulk%20Hogan/HollywoodHogan02.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p>

The Rock is the leader of the wrestler of the year. It was so funny. When I clicked the next day I saw the five-star match in the report. Then I thought it doesn't usually say five-star if it is me that has the match. Turned out it was Rock and Jericho on Raw. </p><p> </p><p>

Hogan is veteran. </p><p> </p><p>

The first round of G1 just got going. I've brought in some big guns. Getting Kobashi in on loan helped me beat WWF for the first time. We are the real kings of Japan. Sweet. But I wanted the top names for this one. Beating WWF wasn't even on my mind. </p><p> </p><p>

Austin has entered. His debut match got a perfectly acceptable 91. Didn't do the brawl. Looked at the stats and I underestimated Sasaki, he's actually quite great here. Didn't get to see it at the start because I put him in development to work with the younglings. </p><p> </p><p>

Not really sure how to get rid of Austin. Kawada is in for this as well. He still owes Tanahashi one. I wouldn't expect Kawada to complain about a loss to Tanahashi this time. Hope not anyway. </p><p> </p><p>

Maybe I lose control and have Misawa hold the title even longer. Wow. And I thought Superman in my previous game was booked strong.</p>

<p>Heading to WrestleMania 2000, I’ve had Kurt angle win the 2000 rumble and will face triple h for the wwf title. Kurt is probably operating at a level a year ahead of where he was in reality in wwf. </p><p>

A bit of a fantasy match for me at this mania will be Owen Hart vs Chris Jericho. </p><p> </p><p>

I’ve written stone cold out of my show for a while, I held true to the old who ran over Austin storyline and went with it, but I don’t think I’m gonna have it end up being rikishi.</p><p> </p><p>

I’ve got a Molly holly va ivory women’s title feud going on. </p><p> </p><p>

My development is stacked with guys like AJ Styles, Daniel bryan, Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton, Cena, cm punk. I can’t say I’ve ever booked wwf after 2000 cos I mainly do all the 90s mods, so I’ve never had a play around with these guys. Should be fun! Although cm punk and Bryan are like really early 20s and I don’t know when is an acceptable time or believable time for them to come up to the main roster. Or do I even care, maybe I should go ahead and have some fun and work towards a Owen Hart vs Bryan kinda feud. Hmm</p>

May 96 mod. Decided to found New England Championship Wrestling as a 0/0/0 company.

September 99 now. 0/0/0 games are slow so I'm only at 14 importance. I'm gaining pop at every show still but the numerical gains are slow. I've only been able to put on 32-36 rated shows because I'm getting dunked on in terms of production values.

Right now my Champion is Sexton Hardcastle, who won the title from Rick Fuller. Since I'm only running monthly (or bi-monthy if I feel like losing money that month) storylines are rudimentary at best.

My 16 man roster is:

Sexton Hardcastle (aka Edge)

Rick Fuller

Chris Justice (aka Abyss)

Jamie Knoble

Shane Helms (The biggest workhorse in my company)

Shannon Moore

Chris Harris

Frankie Kazarian

AJ Styles

Rob Conway

Mike Quackenbush

Cham Pain

Charlie Haas

Nick Dinsmoore

Blitzkrieg

Lenny Lane

But the real interesting thing is what's happening with the AI.

WCW PILLAGED WWF to a degree I have never seen before. They stole WWF's entire main event roster excluding Shawn. Bret, Owen, Bulldog, Taker, Piper, Warrior, Vader, all gone. And this is the May 96 mod so this happens right after Nash and Hall are gone.

So all the WWF has left is Shawn. Their second most popular worker is Goldust who had a 71 or so pop. Until he died a Kenny death. Now you have Shawn at 88 pop, the second and third most popular characters in the company are Marlena and Sunny who are both in the 80's. The second most popular worker is Mankind at 69 pop.

So of course Yokozuna has been world champion for a year and a half.

And the world tag champs, for the last 2+ years is Stone Cold Steve Austin and Leif Cassidy.

They are so doomed.

<p>It’s that times of year in my Golden Age mod. That’s right, it’s time for…</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://www.hoffco-inc.com/wwe/ppv/ppv/img/logo-wm04.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p>

I usually copy and paste a picture of the official results from the game, but the results are MASSIVE. With all the promos and hype highlights in between matches, the show was at least 3 ½ hours long. So here ya go, I’ve written out all the match results.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Dark Matches</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

Big Van Vader defeated Manny Fernandez. (76)</p><p> </p><p>

The Great Muta won a 20 Man Battle Royal. Bob Backlund, Austin Idol, & Butch Reed were the finalists, with Backlund being the runner up. Reed had the most eliminations. (80)</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">LIVE on Pay-Per-View!</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

Curt Hennig defeated former tag team partner Dynamite Kid after hitting the Hennig Plex. (76)</p><p> </p><p>

In Six Man Tag Team Action, Tully Blanchard, Jim Neidhart, & Owen Hart defeated Kevin Von Erich and Stars & Stripes (Sgt. Slaughter & Jim Duggan). Arn Anderson interfered, allowing Blanchard to hit Von Erich with a Piledriver for the win. (80)</p><p> </p><p>

<em>Two tag team matches were molded together after Arn Anderson was injured days prior to the PPV.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Barry Windham answers Paul Bearer’s “Grave Challenge,” and unfortunately falls victim to The Undertaker and the deadly Tombstone Piledriver. (79)</p><p> </p><p>

<em>Paul Bearer asks the entire WWF locker room if there is anyone else back there who is daring enough to answer his “Grave Challenge.” The crowd erupts as the music of the Snake plays! Jake Roberts appears, back from rehab errr injury! The match never starts, but rather the Snake & Taker brawl until Snake knocks Taker out of the ring. Bearer pulls Taker from ringside, as Roberts stands tall in the ring. The Snake gets a standing ovation at Wrestlemania 4!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Razor Ramon defeats The British Bulldog after a timely rake of the eyes allows him to roll up the Bulldog. (75)</p><p> </p><p>

In a 2 out of 3 Falls Match, Tito Santana rallies from a 0-1 start to defeat former Strike Force partner, Rick Martel. In the 3rd fall, Santana hits the Flying Forearm to the win, ending their 6 month feud. (85)</p><p> </p><p>

Sting & Nikita Koloff defeated Heenan Family’s Haku & Rick Rude. After being beaten up and kicked out of the Heenan Family, Paul Orndoff made a surprise return at Mania! He distracts Rude (who sneak attacked him) long enough for Sting to hit Haku with a Diving Clothesline for the 3! (82)</p><p> </p><p>

Andre The Giant defeated Jimmy Snuka after a big body slam and an even bigger elbow drop. (80)</p><p> </p><p>

In a Lumberjack Match, Ted Dibiase defeated Harley Race, ending their 7 month long feud. The Lumberjack Match was meant to stop interference from the Million Dollar Corporation, but yet it was MDC member Bobby Eaton distracting Race, allowing Dibiase to clobber Harley with some foreign object (brass knuckles?). (89)</p><p> </p><p>

Rhythm & Blues defeated The Majestics (Michael P.S. Hayes & Magnificent Muraco). Honky Tonk Man hit Muraco in the spine with his guitar as he was coming off the ropes. Muraco tumbled to the mat, allowing Greg Valentine to drop the big Hammer (Elbow Drop) for the 3. (82)</p><p> </p><p>

In their rubber match, WWF Intercontinental Champion Bret Hart defeated Ricky Steamboat to retain his title. Hart blocked Steamboat’s sunset flip right into a pinning position, and the referee never caught Hitman holding the ropes! (75)</p><p> </p><p>

<em>It turned out Hart & Steamboat had bad chemistry. Still, I was committed to this feud and saw it through to the end. It was fun, at least!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Hulk Hogan defeated Jerry Lawler by DQ after Vince McMahon struck Hogan with a Steel Chair before he could hit the big Leg Drop. (96!)</p><p> </p><p>

<em>McMahon & Lawler attempted to beat down Hogan, but the Hulkster eventually turned the tide. A Double Noggin’ Knocker, and Lawler tumbles to the floor! The crowd erupts as McMahon is left alone with Hogan! Hogan gets some revenge on Vince, who has made his life a living heel for months! A barrage of fists and the big boot to the face! The crowd goes nuts as Hogan delivers the big Leg Drop to McMahon! Lawler carries McMahon from ringside as Hogan celebrates his small taste of victory.</em></p><p> </p><p>

In a Street Fight, WWF World Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors defeated Million Dollar Corporation members Bob Orton & Stan Hansen to retain their titles. All four men bloody and battered, Hawk & Animal hit Orton with the Doomsday Device for the victory. (81)</p><p> </p><p>

In The Main Event of Wrestlemania 4, Roddy Piper defeated Randy Savage to become the <strong>NEW</strong> WWF World Heavyweight Champion! In an epic clash between two legends of this industry, Piper kicked out of Savage’s Flying Elbow, then rolled out of the way of the second! With Savage staggered, Piper locked on the Sleeper Hold! Relentless, Piper refused to let go until Savage slumped to the mat! Finally, the referee jumped up and called for the bell! Hot Rod did it! Hot Rod did it! (99!!!)</p><p> </p><p>

<p>Simon Inoki has been a great addition to the roster. lol Just looks like a creep. </p><p> </p><p>

I talked about making Samoa Joe in one match. Didn't quite work out that way, but he is still being made as we speak. Yep, G1 2002 winner is going to be Samoa Joe. That is how I got rid of Austin. The shock of round 2, then I said to myself, Joe has gotta win the whole thing. Kobashi took the qf loss ( and didn't complain about doing so. I love this guy.) Shawn Michaels went down in the semi. </p><p> </p><p>

He will defeat Tanahashi in the final, this will be the second year in a row where Tanahashi will lose in the final. The semi-final win over Misawa took too much out of him. etc Tanahashi should gain from this as well. The first defeat for Misawa in a 1v1 in NJPW. </p><p> </p><p>

This is how you put somebody over, no? </p><p> </p><p>

Wrestle Kingdom 2 will be headlined by Misawa vs Samoa Joe. Good chance of a title change. In for an inch, in for a mile. </p><p> </p><p>

Misawa will be turned face shortly. Not like I ever have him doing anything evil. Might have Punk's stable do a beatdown. Makes sense. The stable is CM Punk, Samoa Joe, Kevin Steen (the enforcer) and Cactus Jack. Yes, my one cheat of the game. Not a real sinister cheat though. I just brought him out of retirement and offered him better deal than WWF. He has been teaming with Steen. They have good chemistry. Just like I imagined. The stable i<strong>s Modern Romeo's</strong>. A play on words since they are all brutal. JK CM Punk's record with women puts him in stud territory. Mick Foley's wife is gorgeous. Joe has that whole Samoan love machine thing going on. And he is the G1 champion! Kevin Steen has much to learn. Ladies can't resist. </p><p> </p><p>

Damn, this whole company is one big sausage fest. Not one woman in the damn thing! Time to put that right. I need a backstage interviewer badly. </p><p> </p><p>

*Oops, I really am forgetful at times. Cheerleader Melissa says hello. Still, she needs backup. haha</p><p> </p><p>

Getting closer to the return of Ricky Marvin. I have great plans for him. He has been in development working on entertainment the whole time. Mic has gone up a good bit. 43-72. Charisma didn't go up that much. He is still being used in development matches. Those heartless bookers. </p><p> </p><p>

Austin was distracted by Punk during the defeat to Joe. They will battle at Wrestle Kingdom 2. Yay, the long dreamed of (not by me <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />) Austin vs Punk match is happening live!!! Expect beer to be launched at Punk and all that good stuff. Real long build up.</p><p> </p><p>

Austin will battle Steen at G1. That will be the perfect match to use the brawl match aim. </p><p> </p><p>

Mutoh is going to turn on Crixus at Red right hand. (the September big show) They will be challenging Pepsi Kings for the tag team titles. </p><p> </p><p>

Danielson will get his dream match with Liger at Red right hand. Defending the iwgp title against the ''greatest of them all''. Liger defeated Omega in a great number one contender match. Like I said before, no problems doing face vs face. </p><p> </p><p>

Feels like my junior heavyweight division has depth, not just in talent, we have several people involved in on and off storylines. My usual route would probably be a-b-c, Omega defeats Liger to face Bryan before he either wins or loses. They deserve my full attention. </p><p> </p><p>

Low Ki is in. He didn't want to do development. Felt like lying to him, sign him and then ship him off. Instead, I decided to make use of somebody that was just there. Osamu Nishimura had his gimmick altered. He is now a Obi-Wan Kenobi and Mr Miyagi hybrid. Low Ki is his student. Nice face/heel dynamic here. Kind of like having a student of the Kobra Kai working at Miyagi-doh. (or something) Master will not be happy about Low Ki refusal to shake Tiger Mask 4 hand. This will lead to a 1 on 1 between master and student at Red right hand. Low Ki is going to learn. This will help him defeat Tiger Mask 4 next time. </p><p> </p><p>

Choshu is doing the Ric Flair deal. Next person to beat him retires him.</p><p> </p><p>

Bookies favorite to retire him is some unknown. hmmmmm. </p><p> </p><p>

*Shinsuke Nakamura just graduated from the dojo. I was thinking 2004 for some reason so it was a nice surprise. His stats look decent/good already but he is down in development for now. Think that is a good way to introduce him.</p>

Really hits me in the face with the popularity > performance aspect of WWF and NJPW. Bret Hart and Ricky Steamboat would surely be the high 90s if it happened in NJPW. Perfect and Dynamite Kid would be up there as well.

Muta shining in the battle royal.

Enjoyable read. I still am WWF/E at heart. :)

Hennig & Dynamite Kid have good not great popularity, but I did think they'd at least get an 80 to start off the show, so that was disappointing. This was to be Hennig's coming out party. Following Mania, he officially becomes Mr. Perfect, while also becoming the 2nd member of McMahon's "Corporation."

As mentioned, Hitman & Steamboat had poor chemistry, so that stinks. That was, too, their worst rating of their 3 matches. They got an 80 once, so I thought they could pull it off one more time. Admittedly, I was being stubborn, I really just wanted to do a Hitman & Steamboat feud.

As for them after Mania, Steamboat has a feud with the Great Muta coming up, while Hitman is being depended on to put Sting over. Still deciding what to do with Hitman long term right now. Would love if his star quality got a bit of a upgrade, sooner rather than later. He got a bump awfully quick in my first go-around with the Golden Age mod. Hasn't happened yet this time.

I read that at first like Butch Reed eliminated 80 people in the match. :D

Haha, maybe a World War 3 in the future? :D

Took over SWF. My main event is not only sparse, but old and in decline. Not lots of women there but the audience expects one per every 12 dudes. And of course, the greatest bidding war in wrestling history is going on as one of the biggest names of the biz has become a free agent. Things should be fun, especially with an aged and declining main event. Might turn this into a dynasty.

<p>Working on starting more stables in my 4C game, the most prominent being Hands of Stone (Johnny Bloodstone and his former and current proteges, Jared Johnson and David Stone) who have been in a lengthy feud with The Canadian Blondes (Flash Savage, Ozzie Golden and my player character Benson Saros as an honorary member until the feud ends) with the plans to have a big six man cage match at Blood Brothers to end things. So OF COURSE David Stone breaks his wrist four days before the match. Decided to reschedule and have Bloodstone and Johnson demand a handicap match rather than sit out the PPV. Signed Edward Cornell a couple months back and I think I'm going to give him a stable as well to feud with Hands of Stone later on down the line. </p><p> </p><p>

Also just signed Lucy Stone-McFly and she's quickly becoming my favourite, only 18 and she's already having B to B+ matches, having B promos and has the support of the young female demo. I was going to wait on giving her a huge push but she's already nearly outgrown my Women's Prospect division. Wanted to leave the Prospect belt on Fuyuko Higa longer but clearly I'm going to have to pull the trigger on Lucy and give her a title run before she's too good for it. Between her and Brooke Tyler I think my Women's division has a bright future.</p>

<p>I run USPW and I just started playing again:</p><p> </p><p>

* Nicky Champion challenged Steve Frehley to a rematch and it was set up to be the typical USPW nonsense where Champion loses the belt to a heel only to win it back a few months later, but Frehley won a decisive victory with an exclamation point on it. He signed a new agent, Shane Sneer, who hyped him to the moon and he beat Nicky Champion clean for a second time. </p><p> </p><p>

Champion will compete in a fatal four way to name a new #1 contender and be on the way to winning when an old foe, Tyson Baine costs him a victory.</p><p> </p><p>

* After being discovered faking an injury to avoid Rick Law, Trent Shaffer was forced into a title match at the last PPV which Law was able to win. An irritated Rich Money is annoyed at seeing his former rival holding gold, so he challenges him. Money has "The Insurance Policy" Charlie Thatcher in his corner... but he's also added two new female talents: "Money's Honies" the team of Nadia Snow and Demelza Wade who will make a sort of Gaddafian "Amazonian Guard" bodyguard team for him.</p><p> </p><p>

* During the last pay per view Joss Thompson, increasingly frustrated at not being given his proper respect, was forced into a gauntlet where he had successive matches with Freddie Datsun, The Force and James Justice. Obviously the crowd got behind him as he racked up three wins against former USPW World Champions and when it looked like he was going to shake James Justice's hand and cement himself as a new babyface he kicked him in the "lower abdominal area" and delivered a vicious clean cutter. His Popularity went from a C to a B- in one night and he's one of the best up and coming heels as Jumbo Jackson, James Justice, Tyson Baine and others suffer crippling penalties for being too old. </p><p> </p><p>

* The Cold Warriors are close to breaking up as Novak can't lay off the roids. They were forced to drop the belts to Natural Storm... but the Philly Blondes are a new team on the scene looking for a piece of the action.</p><p> </p><p>

* Roger Cage is new on the scene and hopefully with a combination of defeating monsters (like Atlas and Dusty Ducont) and showing off his God-level mic skill he can be a legitimate challenger for an entertaining feud with Casey Valentine over the Television Title that elevates both men. </p><p> </p><p>

That's about the long and short of it, I'm making a shortlist of guys who come up in news headlines as being "on the rise" for a potential development territory, but as the owner of USPW I hope to someday soon be able to buy up some of this competition. :-D</p>
