<p>Started my first ever game with PSW and have had a great time with it so far! 13 months in and outside of the initial pilfering of my ME scene(Callum and Black) I've only lost one other roster member and it was Edd Stone(he quit TCW and was picked up by NOTBPW after they popped back up to National).</p><p> </p><p>

I did pick up a handful of guys and the only way I found to make money in the early part of the game was to run two shows a month but by the end of the year that didn't matter. I've taken a slow build approach with Logan Wolfsbaine and Xavi Ferrera. Ferrara is currently higher up the card as a midcarder but Wolfbaine is going to be a beast! Even loosing most months the guy has gone from 6 to 30 pop in the region. </p><p> </p><p>

Shockingly, to me at least, Madman Boone has really turned into the heart and soul of the company. He's 40 but not yet in declined and has really improved in ring including his stamina going up to allow around a 12 minute match from him! He got a run with the title for about 6 months before loosing it back to Grandmaster Phunk. But after Edd Stone left I finally pulled the trigger on Ash Campbell.</p><p> </p><p>

Ash and Ernest had been carrying the in ring all year and Ash is getting a thank you run with the big boy belt because of that and Ernest is getting a "don't notice how awesome I am big 3" run in opening matches after tearing it up with Fro Sure and getting him to the ME. </p><p> </p><p>

But my favorite thing so far is getting Vendetta to the upper midcard. I've never played a game(at least this feels true) that PSW decides to keep Vendetta around. I'm assuming it is because he's just awful backstage. But I've only had one incident and he was appreciative of the punishment I gave him. He still is extremely negative but he seems to have been ok after that. I have now moved him into a hardcore fued with his partner Martyr in tow against Madman Boone.</p><p> </p><p>

Champions:</p><p>

Main Title: Ash Campbell (4 def since 9-16, won from vacant)</p><p>

National Champion: Cali Slick (0 def since 2-17, won from Fro Sure)</p><p>

Tag Title: Devil May Care (1 def since 12-16, won from Slick/Mobstar)</p>

<p>Forget Ahmed, the real news story is El Hijo Del Santo. He wrestled for WCW at When Worlds Collide 1998 through a trade with CMML. Unbeknownst to me, this gave him U.S. eligibility and he just signed a written deal with the WWF.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Which sucks because he could've feuded with Chavo or Eddie or tagged with Rey. I would've loved being able to use him on a weekly basis but now he gets to have opening match feuds with Brian Christopher and Funaki. Great.</p>

Joined the cott but also added myself as the booker for Ollie 4c and czcw just to add a weekly show or in the case of Ollie a weekly tv show since they all have enough popularity to do it but left them in the hands of the ai after that. I also had tcw agree to show Saturday night showdown on American sports. For secw I only have two titles at the moment with the silencer as the heavyweight champion on a long reign after beating my first champion Roger monteiro. And my other championship is the tag belts held el hijo de neutron and amazing fire fly who team as the stunners. They're two time champs and have held the belts it's entire history besides a month long reign by copperhead and deuce deadline who are in a maw invasion style faction lead by Greg Gauge. Ive also expanded cott's title scene with American, Mexican, Canadian and Trios championships. The American championship has been held by a lot of guys but through me Logan wolfsbaine, Greg Gauge and currently the silencer who I'm trying to raise his popularity elsewhere so he can beat guys I bring in who started with decent popularity and therefore have it across the country. For the other titles I took over Ollie for a couple months and held a tourny for the Mexican championship and a trios world cup for the trios title and for the Canadian championship took over 4c for a month to crown the intial champion. For the cott tag belts the good ol boys held them for most of the year under my direction until the Gilbert brothers won them in 4c. I'm also going to make a major change to one national company a year to progress the game world so this year i added a dev territory to sotbpw called lucha libre azteca and set up chess maniac as the owner and booker since he has great stats for both. I see this as logical as they are thriving but so is Ollie who are now cult(I edited cott's membership rules to keep them in) so it's can be seen as a move to keep some guys away from ollie. Oh and lastly cwwf started up and join cott at their founding so at some point I will take them over for a month and add a cott women's championship.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Just finished up 2017 and secw is on the rise after winning most improved company. Took the step up to regional after limiting myself for a while to avoid downside contracts and started running a second weekly show that i run outside the south east(3 times a month in mid south and once in new england). As for creative I transitioned my heavyweight title from silencer to logan wolfsbaine at WrestleBowl in May. My tag titles have been on the good ol' boys also since May. And I introduced a middleweight championship which has also been on Stan Manna since it's inception in May. I do have a title change planned so that should shake things up now that i'm realizing all my titles have been held by the same people since WrestleBowl. The Silencer and Kashmir Singh(who TCW scooped up right after) won March Madness(annual tag tournament) & Wolfsbaine won The Bluegrass Brawl(20 Man Mayhem Match). For the COTT titles I haven't given any of my guys the World or Canadian title but have given tag title runs to Jack Griffith & Jesse Christian(right before Griffith turned heel & joined Southern Silence), The Firm (George Wolfe & The Architect), The Rock City Stars & current champs The Big Time(renamed Towers Of Power). I had Roger Monteiro run with COTT American championship for 4 months until Jack Griffith took it off him; whose reign included ending Jesse Christians career in a retirement vs title match. And just in December I had The Silencer win it(to help him gain national exposure) from 4C's Clutch McKane who is a two time champ in his own right. Amazing Fire Fly is reigning COTT Mexican champion since November. And finally I come to the lowly COTT trios title which get little use; I think just due to product settings. Coming out of last years reign Hal Harvard, Copperhead & Deuce Deadline lost them to Kamikaze, Gidayu Katou & Bradley Blaze who then lost them in OLLIE while I was booking them for the trios world cup to Team Australia (Black Flash, Monday Next, & Pumpkin Jack). The title were vacated so I put them on Jonah Pilgrim, Roger Monteiro & Brady Prince as part of Jonah Pilgrim's storyline where he kicked out of The Firm(all MAW guys with The Architect as their leader). </p><p> Regarding other promotion I've taken over CWWF and SAISHO just to run shows more economically efficient so they don't go out of business as they both required a cash infusion(CWWF got a loan from OLLIE) & I took over SAISHO with Kaneie Komine leading a group of investors. Mid year I took over NOTBPW just to buy out ACPW as a child company. As you can tell I don't like letting companies go under. The AI also opened up Border-Line Wrestling, Youth Energy Professional Wrestling & LA Wrestling. And in my annual progress the game world I took over SWF to pour most of their money into their own network.</p>

<p>1990 WCW </p><p> </p><p>

Took a break from my ASWUK game as was getting tired of it, and the computer AI's booking of WCW was kind of driving me crazy. Rarely booking Flair and keeping the world title on Dick Slater for over a year despite maxxing out at popularity 65. Also a lot of the roster were over 40 and none were under 30 (me poaching American talent may have something to do with this).</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

So Jim Herd has been fired as booker and I have taken over as Paul Heyman. New talent has been brought in, with established names like Jerry Lawler and Curt Hennig as well as younger possibilities like Ron Simmons, Steve Austin, Harlem Heat and Rey Mysterio.</p><p> </p><p>

It has been hard. Backstage morale fell to the single digits for a while and I've got a lot of people in rehab, suspension or fired for drug problems. That is mostly solved thankfully, but we're still bleeding money and stuck trying to rebuild at Cult level with a finite TV deal that requires being national to extend. And being part of the Turner broadcasting I need that TV deal.</p><p> </p><p>

Major storyline at the moment is Flair having won the title and formed The New Horsemen with Zybysko, Stan Lane and Ole Anderson. Flair got kayfabe fired whilst champ due to their constant interference, and the old NWA Heavyweight Title has been brought back. Hennig won a tournament for the belt, but Flair is coming back, with the plan to build to a Starrcade Unification match.</p>

It got an 82(!)</p><p> </p><p> <strong>OLLIE</strong></p><p> </p><p> Gino's still champ and still doing well. I've mostly been shuffling the roster so things don't get completely stale. I've brought in Electrico and Mystery Man for final runs at the top of the card, and hopefully they'll do a better job of elevating some new talent. I'm kicking around the idea of introducing a Phoenix V, since II is in terminal decline and III won't be far behind. But my biggest change -- or at least the one I'm most anticipating booking -- is in the women's division:</p><p> </p><p> Mexico has seen <strong>nothing</strong> like Brooke Tyler.</p>

<p><strong>Total Mayhem XXIII Preview</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>TCW World Heavyweight Title: </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Bryan Vessey</span></strong><strong> (Champion) vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Nicky Champion</span></strong></p><p>

Vessey turned on Champion last year, costing him the title and joining The New School of Tradition in the process. He won the vacated title at Where Angels Fear To Tread in April after Human Arsenal left for SWF. But Champion already beat him at The War To Settle The Score...</p><p>

<strong>Promo Clip:</strong> Champion: "For the self-proclaimed 'Leader of the New School of Tradition', you sure haven't learned anything."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>The Total Mayhem Match: (4 vs. 4 cage match; team with the most pinfalls in 30 minutes wins)</strong></p><p><strong>

</strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Aaron Andrews, Brent Hill, Nate Johnson and Chris Flynn</span></strong></p><p><strong>

vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Bart Biggins, Davis Wayne Newton, and The Dynamite Express</span></strong></p><p>

The New School of Tradition formed as a reaction to Nicky Champion reaching the top of TCW. Deriding him as a "sports entertainer", the New School (led at the time by Arsenal, Vessey, and Eric Tyler) emphasized old-school ring work and recruited both veterans (Biggins, Ota) and newer, younger members (Youngman, the Dynamites) who shared their no-nonsense attitude. While Champion was off filming his movie, Andrews and Hill stepped up to lead an opposing force. Newton joined the New School after Arsenal's departure from the company, correctly noting that they didn't have four people to compete in this match. Johnson and Flynn will become a full-time tag team after this.</p><p>

<strong>Match Notes:</strong> This is the first Total Mayhem match in at least five years, maybe six. Hill is the only competitor in this match to have been in one before -- and since he was with the Syndicate back then, I assume he was on the losing side.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>TCW All Action Title: </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Fumihiro Ota</span></strong><strong> (Champion) vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Yellow Flash</span></strong></p><p>

Ota (and Masked Cougar before him) have done a great job being the anchors of the relaunched All-Action division for the past 12 months. It's time for the new blood to take over. I wasn't expecting Flash to be the one who ended up in this spot (see below), but the guy seemingly got better every week.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>TCW International Title: </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Ernest Youngman</span></strong><strong> (Champion) vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Ricky Storm</span></strong></p><p>

I'd originally signed Storm to be the foreign star of the new All-Action division, but unbeknownst to me, he was in the middle of a weight change that made him ineligible. Still, he's good enough that he earned his way here. This is actually a rematch from Where Angels Fear To Tread, where Youngman won by nefarious means.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Troy Tornado</span></strong><strong> vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Killer Shark</span></strong></p><p>

Shark was that "old face returning" I hinted at earlier. He made his return by attacking Troy on the go-home show a week after Troy noted that he didn't yet have a match for Total Mayhem.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Jay Chord</span></strong><strong> vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Matt Hocking</span></strong><strong> vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Lenny Brown</span></strong></p><p>

Chord's spent most of the last 12 months away from the title scene, instead feuding with anyone and everyone he's ever talked trash about, with rising star Hocking being the latest. Brown's here because 1) he and Jay shoot don't like each other, and 2) because he's been a co-MVP of Showcase all year and I wanted to reward him with a big match.</p><p>

<strong>Promo Clip:</strong> Chord: "Matt Hocking doesn't <em>like</em> me. Lenny Brown doesn't <em>like</em> me. I'm gonna say this slowly so that you two idiots and all the morons in this arena can understand it: I don't <em>need</em> you to <em>like</em> me."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>TCW World Tag Team Titles: </strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">The Bonecrushers (Champions)</span></strong><strong> vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Devine Fortune</span></strong><strong> vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Rich and Famous</span></strong></p><p>

Marc Speed and T-Bone Bright continue their feud with Rich and Famous. Former champions Devine Fortune beat Jordan & Idol to get into this match.</p><p>

<strong>Match Note:</strong> Devine Fortune successfully defended the tag titles at Total Mayhem XXII in a <em>four</em>-team match.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Freddy Huggins</span></strong><strong> vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Frantic Ali</span></strong></p><p>

After too many losses in Tag Team title matches, these former running buddies had a violent split as each blamed the other.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Masked Cougar</span></strong><strong> vs. </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Rudy Velasquez</span></strong></p><p>

Rudy turned heel and cost Cougar his shot at the World title, then said that he did it because he believes Cougar thinks he's too good for the All-Action division. Cougar, meanwhile, has rightly pegged Rudy as being jealous of the success he's had both inside and outside the division (he was a former International champion before I brought back the All-Action Title).</p>

<p>I've run a '92 real world data game as WCW all the way to '95.</p><p> </p><p>

Some random notes...</p><p> </p><p>

- Curt Hennig, Bret & Owen Hart, and Shawn Michaels have been on the WCW roster for years now. Curt being a former World champion. The Hart's multiple time tag team champions. And Shawn the current TV champ.</p><p> </p><p>

- The Dangerous Alliance has stuck around like a plague. There's been a few new members, but currently the only non-original member is Pillman who's teamed with Austin as the Hollywood Blonds almost exclusively feuding with The Hart Brothers (when he's not dominating my Light Heavyweight division.)</p><p> </p><p>

- My Diamond Exchange consists of DDP, The Bodyguard (Nash), Scotty Diamonds (Hall), and Shawn Michaels managed by Luna Vachon. They call themselves DX for short... get it, get it. Huh, huh. Get it. They all have good to excellent tag chemistry between each other so it's super fun to book them as a unit.</p><p> </p><p>

- Former big ol' babyface ass Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow, one of the greatest tag teams of all time, recently turned on their Hyatt Inc. cohorts Missy, Sting and Curt Hennig and formed their own faction called War Machine consisting of them, The Eliminators and The Tazmaniac all managed by Victor Quinones.</p><p> </p><p>

- I stole Ric Flair back from the WWF a couple years ago and wish I hadn't. He got super fat, still has great base stats but he's fallen off hard everywhere else. He's just kind of there. When I get the chance I might mercy toss him back to Vince and see where he ends up in that pecking order. I need to make room to push the Hart's and Michaels farther up the card.</p><p> </p><p>

- Jean-Paul Levesque and Lord Steven Regal, The Aristocracy, is one of my best most experienced tag teams. As are Curt Hennig & Sting who have excellent chemistry.</p><p> </p><p>

- My Light Heavyweight title has a middleweight cap so it's a pretty loose weight division, but overall I have a sick as heel group of junior guys. Especially after the collapse of New Japan (see below) Rey Jr., Psicosis, Shinjiro Otani, Jericho & Storm (tag team), Malenko, Benoit, Ultimo Dragon, Scorpio, and I also utilize the likes of Eaton, Steamboat, Pillman and current champ Owen Hart to bring up the younger / newer guys.</p><p> </p><p>

- My WCW Six man tag titles have been a lot of fun to book. They're almost main event level rated. Dusty is a five time champ, having helmed several different teams over the last three years. His Wild Stallions faction (right now it's just he, Steamboat and Dustin) has been my go to Six Man tag team group.</p><p> </p><p>

- I signed baby Joey Styles day one and today he's been a backstage interviewer in so many segments with super talented talkers he's developed into one of the best announcers in the world. Two years pro and he's already rivaling Ross for that number one announcer slot. He's also best friend with Jesse Ventura (his usual partner on all my B shows) and Eric Bischoff.</p><p> </p><p>

- WWF's stayed pretty consistent. Hogan, Warrior, Savage, Piper, Roberts, Sid, Undertaker is their usual main event (seeing as I stole their talented midcard, teehee) they snagged Tully Blanchard from me and have him wrestling Hogan a LOT. They also stole Barry Windham who they immedietly gave the Stalker gimmick. Poor Barry.</p><p> </p><p>

- The saga of Japan in my game... okay. NJPW was going great guns putting on great shows, we shared a lot of talent, both stayed in the NWA... but then last year I got a wild hair to shake things up so I type in the "plane crash" code where a random fed experiences a fatal plane crash where half their roster dies. I thought it happened to the #1 fed... it does not. Just a random large one. AJPW took the hit. Hansen, Gordy, Misawa, both Baba's a few others all dead in a moment. The promotion just gutted. An injured Jumbo and Triple Crown Champ Kobashi still alive. But like the next month Akira Maeda took over AJPW and his first act (after stealing away shared WCW/New Japan Jushin Liger to be his booker) was to MOTHERF'ING BUY NEW JAPAN. He folded the company, released all the wrestlers and kept the titles. Wildest couple months. All Japan is the sole giant monster in the east now helmed by Maeda and Liger. I stole a few guys from the wreckage of New Japan, most notably Muta and Chono.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

It's been a hell of a save.</p>

<p>Coming off the Sam Keith Classic X (in 2020) with some storylines starting to come together for the upcoming year:</p><p> </p><p>

Mobstar & Gram Gorman teamed up to knock off tag team champions The Diamond Dogs (Jimmy Stratosphere & Motty Kuroda) in the finals of the Classic. I don't think Mobstar & Gorman are going to remain a team, but Mobstar is my #1 guy in terms of match grades and Gorman is working his way up the card after runs with both midcard belts.</p><p> </p><p>

Also appearing for the first time at the Classic was new debut Prometheus, part of Aldous Blackfriar & Scythe's new stable, The Black Night. Scythe also took champion Steven Parker to the limit on the same night. The Black Night is going to be a big focus this year (the Classic takes place 2 months after my season finale event), with Blackfriar (currently an Upper Midcarder) vs. either Mobstar, Scythe or Parker penciled in as next year's Season Finale main event.</p><p> </p><p>

In the meantime, The Black Night will be feuding with Chris Caulfield's Heart of Honor stable (also feat. Jeremie Courtney & a couple young regens). Prometheus destroyed Kal Mitchell (a regen, great SQ but bad stat caps on top row means I'm cutting him loose), so it'll be 4 on 3 for a bit while I decide who else to add to Heart of Honor, or dissolve them altogether. Caulfield's time decline is pretty brutal (11 years in), he puts on performances in the 20s at this point, but has 2 protoges on the roster, and excellent chem with Courtney, so I want to keep him around as long as possible.</p><p> </p><p>

Another stable feud is brewing between PGHW regulars group PRIDE (Marvel Malloy, Ray Snow, James Diaz & Sterling Whitlock) and high fliers The Highlight Reel (Jacob Jett, Sonny Wildside & Devyn Reynaud).</p><p> </p><p>

Another worker making a slow push toward the main event is Bunrakuken Torii who came over when I bought out SAISHO a few years ago. He's currently an upper midcarder and gaining popularity a bit slower than I'd like. The current plan is for him to retire Soul Taker (who is in decline, but not as bad as Caulfield, just 5 years) who is around to share some overness until he's no longer putting in good performances.</p>

<p>So started another WCW save with my version of the 2k1 WCW Lives mod. Its just a tweaked version of the Mod Squad mod. I started out as I usually do, opening up several child companies and signing a bunch of prospects. A number of the top prospects were signed to the main roster instead of directly to the promotions. This allows me to ensure they get the right alignment and gimmick. They will work some B shows through June (the first month of the mod) and then back to the child promotions for July, when they start touring. And then....</p><p> </p><p>

Dusty Rhodes took John Cena as a protégé. which is quite intriguing. It seems like it caries how often the mentor will pass things along, but in some situations, its quite frequent. In my previous save, with Burning Hammer of the Wrestling Gods, a veteran super junior kept passing Psychology tips to a decent super junior who went from C to B+ Psychology in just a few months. So first show after taking Cena under his wing, Dusty passes on Psychology tips and Cena goes from C- to C psychology. So I'm curious where this goes. </p><p> </p><p>

I will keep Cena on the roster for now. He debuted as a heel, and I re-labaled him as Johnny Nitro (gleefully stolen from John Morrison's early WWE run). He can't get the tips if I have him the child promotion and called up for shows. This isn't really a game-changing mentor relationship, as Cena is set up to develop into a top class worker. His top row stats don't necessarily become strong, besides Brawling, so he might not become truly world class. But he can. He always becomes a good wrestler, though. So this won't be taking someone mediocre and making them far more useful. It will just develop him faster, potentially.</p>

I felt like trying something different for a change, as I usually tend to play with less angles more matches, and a performance highly favored company. So, I started a cult level company in 1997 North Western Canada, that focuses on a high level of cult and a low level of T&A but with a match product that still favors performance over popularity. I am picturing it being somewhat close to what Heyman said ECW would morph into, as they lowered the hardcore elements and focused on the in ring product, but still kept their adult focus.

I started a GCG game to distract me for a while. It's like the third time I do a save with them but the first one where I change the product. I'll be introducing a Jr. Division and annoyed a bunch of purists by lowering the "Pure" and increasing the "Modern"

Well, the company is in the Modern Japan Movement, we can't be dinosaurs for ever.

It's currently in january but Mr. Kudo has got plans laid out all the way to The Golden Kingdom. The pre-booked matches are:

Hiroyasu Gakusha© vs. Toshiharu Hyobanshi for the Heavyweight title - Gakusha going for a super reign here which if everything goes right will be his last. I wanted to give Jimmy Cox a final run too, having him win him in January and drop here, but he decided to sign for Burning Hammer. Oh well, have fun being a midcarder, jimmy.

Hurricane 2000© vs. Shingen Miyazaki & Mabuchi Furusawa for the Tag Titles - I put Hurricane 2000 back together simply because Takayuki had nothing to do. They won the tag belts and the intention was giving Furusawa a singles push, but I decided to hold it off a little because he would be without a match for The Golden Kingdom and big stars need their big matches damnit.

Razan Okamoto© vs. Frankie Perez for the Jr. Title:Okamoto will get a huge win here and the plan is for him to drop this title to Masao Tsubouchi of EXODUS 2010 at the end of 2016 or the beggining of 2017, then move up to heavyweight and dethrone Gakusha. I was actually gonna go straight for him as a heavyweight but he doesn't wanna move up but he needs a direction so...

Namboku Makuda© vs. Pavel Vanzycha - I have literally no idea of what to do with this title, but if Vanzycha has improved enough by the time the PPV comes he's gonna win it. Makuda is not exactly my brighest singles guy but I might aswell try for a tag title run down the line.

Magnum Kobe vs. SUKI - In february SUKI will start to run a gimmick of challenging the big stars from the other MJM members. The problem with this storyline is that guys who I got planned to wrestle him such as Kita and Yanagimoto might get poached. But anyways, right now the plan is:

February - WEXXV guy - Probably Morisue

March - WLW guy - Probably Narato

April - EXODUS guy - Either Yanagimoto or Tsubouchi(who's actually on my roster)

May - SAISHO guy - Either Kita or KAZ or maybe I just bring Miwa back from retirement.

June - Non-MJM guy - The current plan is whoever the COTT champion is at that point, but if a bigger name in Japan leaves their promotion looks at hoshino or comes back from hiatus looks at Garner then I'll have a huge match in my hands.

July - Magnum Kobe

This is not actually pre booked since Kobe isn't on loan yet but it's a lock to happpen. Emerald Angel might be a better choise lore-wise and perhaps even wrestling-wise, but that dude never agrees to do inter promotional jobs.

Can confirm, am annoyed. :p

Upset at this NJPW-like gentrification.

Indeed. Much like AJPW, I'm fine with the occasional smaller wrestler or different style wrestler having a long run near the top of the card. That's basically what Eagle Kawasawa was for a long time after all, until he bulked up.

That said, the new ownership of GCG trying to chase and mimick BHOTWG wouldn't be entirely surprising, and we do have the likes of BCG to erect a heavyweight wonderland in.

Personally, if I'm ever with a company that barely has a junior division hanging around but a lot of heavyweights, I'll usually try and elevate the tag team titles as the top title while keeping the heavyweight and junior titles as secondary titles. To again return to the AJPW example, a unit like the Holy Demon Army as the Doubles Crown champions would be more prominent than say, Jun Akiyama as the Triple Crown champion.

I'm also like that in the opposite way, if the roster is predominantly juniors than I try and focus on keeping it like that to keep the heavyweights more special. A place like CZCW for example would focus would keep to their informal weight limit, with hosses nearly non-existent.

Hey now, I'm doing my own thing here! Burning Hammer can get all the dragons and whatever the heck elemental is but GCG is, at it's core, still GCG! Gakusha is not going to do planchas damnit! :p

Also, Shuzo Utagawa debuted and I brought him in. I'm having him do a tag with Nobuhiko Serizawa. I dropped the MUSCLE from Serizawa and had him bo by his real name because even with the new product I'm trying to keep the gimmicky names exclusively in the Jr. Division(except for Kawasawa but that was Hanshiro's fault)

Also, Rhino Umaga is touring with PGHW which is great since I have no plans for him or Samoan Machine.

<p>Well, Samoan Machine was stolen by BHOTWG so Rhino Umaga was released. I also got rid of a couple foreigners who I had signed failed to impress. </p><p> </p><p>

So, Burning Hammer decided they NEED Perez on the roster so one of the big Golden Kingdom matches is called off. Now it'll be Okamoto-Tsubouchi. Oh, well.</p><p> </p><p>

On other notes, Gidayu Katou is pissed that I refused a pay rise request like two days after a tsunami made it impossible for us to pull a profit. I threw a bonus at him but he's still pissed. Oh, well, he'd be a jobber for life anyways ¬¬</p><p> </p><p>

Speaking of jobber, Jimmy Cox is actually not stuck on the midcard at Burning Hammer but they only use him like once a month. </p><p> </p><p>

However a good thing happened:TCW fell to Cult so I got a working agreement with them. SUKI and Gakusha both got victories against Bryan Vessey.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm now building to Road to the Golden Kingdom, which has Gakusha-Okazawaya since a certain idiot accidentaly made their ace be pinned by a midcarder during a tag match, Takayuki-Hyobanshi, SUKI-Lopez and Okamoto-Kuroki. Okamoto will get the big win against a heavyweight here to establish the juniors as legit threats and because Kuroki pisses me off by his boring face alone, not to mention his personality. No idea what to do with Furusawa before the tag titles match though.</p><p> </p><p>

Also, Namboku Makuda's contract is ending soon but while in one hand he's asking 1770 per appearence minimum which makes me want to let him go, on the other hand I do have plans for him at The Golden Kingdom...oh well.</p>

<p>So, The Golden Kingdom is now on the books. There was a LOT of filler but the matches in which I actually put an effort all went down really well. Now nevermind that I had to cheat a bit so that commentary won't tank all of my ratings but, well, it is what it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯</p><p> </p><p>

We drew 8000 fans for the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium which I imported over from RWC(I think it's the EDION Arena with another name) despite of the 0 industry and economy. So, yaaaaay! Now all I gotta do is make 400k somehow to finish the year breaking even.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Undercard was mostly "get everyone a match" filler. As a result, however, every member of the roster managed to make it into the main card...except for Conner Threepwood who instead decided to hang around in PGHW...and wasn't booked. C'mon dude.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

I was surprised by the Sayuki/Ishinomori-Daniels/Gauge match. Also, this show made me decide upon more cuts on the roster to happen soon. It also made me seriously consider doing a Chess Maniac-Azumamaro Kita program because...well, just look at the match they were involved in. No right at all to be that good.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Pavel Vanzycha not only won the Openweight title but outperformed Makuda by almost 10 points on their match. So, yeah, poor Makuda better hope Hyobanshi doesn't get any more big singles matches. Spoilers:<span style="color:#FFFFFF;">he will.</span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Hurricane 2000 retained their belts in a match that would be so much better if Okazawaya wasn't involved...</p><p> </p><p>

Masao Tsubouchi won the Jr. Title and SWEET HEAVENS THAT GRADE. Okamoto now starts his rise to the top! Hopefully. Also, Yanagimoto STILL hasn't been picked up by Burning Hammer and at this point I'm considering bringing him on board too.</p><p> </p><p>

Despite being off his game SUKI beat WLW representative Magnum Kobe in another awesome match.</p><p> </p><p>

And last but not least, in the main event Hiroyasu Gakusha proved once more why he is the ace retaining the world title in a 96 rated match. He and Hyobanshi had previously gottten a 90 in a 60-minute time limit draw in January so...THEY'RE IMPROVING!!! </p><p> </p><p>

Here is the screenshot:</p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="rR1FDmG.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/rR1FDmG.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

And on other industry news, Rhino Umaga is now touring with BCG, SAISHO is getting 70-80 match grades with Funakoshi, and BHOTWG actually used Jimmy Cox more than once in June <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/eek.png.0e09df00fa222c85760b9bc1700b5405.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Also there isn't a single company in debt right now(except for RIPW, but...yanno) which I believe is a first for me in the first half of the year.</p>
