I recently had Dragon Kid win the "Wrestle Of The Year.... So Far" despite dying a week before July. He still ended up winning at the end of the year as well.

A little context, he has been a pain in the locker room, causing fights and bragging about money. Has been on a losing streak as it would of cost me £2,500,000 to release, so I'm glad he has asked for his release.</p>

He can still be hired through the alliance to defend the title even if he isn't specifically employed by someone in the alliance. If he were to sign an exclusive deal with someone like SOTBPW though he'd have to vacate the belt.
