So I just hit July 2019 in my NOTBPW save and the half year awards came out and so far Jay Chord is leading the Wrestler Of The Year race. He is on my roster and I have been toying with the idea of giving him a world title run but I'm wondering if I should actually do it.

 

I made this mistake once albeit in a different way and while Jay has been sort of a nuisance it's been minor things and it hasn't been too much of a problem. However I feel If I give him the World Title he will just become a gigantic pain in my neck.

 

So if you were me would you give him a run with the title yes or no?

I've seen people win it with a lower "average rating" than some, despite wrestling around the same matches per year.</p><p> </p><p> Jay Chord is money. Is young. His attitude may suck but well, you might as well. You can always have him repay his dues afterward, when you get a few more young and talented main event players.</p>

There is a problem with pay raises ? I'm playing with the last patch, I'm in mid-january (6 weekds played), and almost everyday I have a worker asking a pay rise. Currently 7 or 8 of them have already asked it, and when I give them a 25 or 50% rise they are angry or annoyed... disappointing...

If you were a worker and not being paid what you deserve would you not also ask for a pay raise. The pay raise thing fixes the glitch tew 13 had. In 13 you could offer anyone a 10 year cheap deal and then make them a huge star and you could have someone be 90 overness and making 3000 per month on a written deal. It was so easy to spam the system and not pay for main event talent. Now its realistic. If they are getting over then they want to be paid accordingly.</p>

Hi, I want to play as a small promotion and to keep costs down have a small roster where workers can appear in different matches under different gimmicks. So they might work one match as a babyface and the next as a masked heel. Is that possible, so far I haven't found a way to do it.</p>

I've always wanted to put in a 16 year old avatar with all skills at 0 but with potential set to "excellent", but I always wondered, are there any skills that are simply static and don't increase or decrease with experience and age, that I should put a manual rating on?

Has anyone decided to use the custom option for Merchandise? It looks interesting, but wanted to know if it was worth doing (entertainment wise and financially in the game). It looks like a lot of work, but also a lot of ways to play around with it.</p>

Star Quality and Sex Appeal being two, I'm pretty sure. They can still change, but usually much less dramatically so.</p>

No. The game and license are two separate things, reinstalling only impacts the game, not the license.

I haven't had any of them lose in a major event and even if I have, I have kept them protected. The product is the same. The TV broadcaster is the same. I have had them lose on regular TV shows (to each other). The economy is 98* and falling however the industry is 48* and rising.</p><p> </p><p>

Anything I am missing that justifies this?</p><p> </p><p>

Here's Bryan Danielson's popularity change. I haven't had him lose a match since Week 3 of August. I have even had him beat all the other main eventers in major shows. I also have him in segments with other popular wrestlers. Yet he keeps falling. Same goes with the others but unlike Danielson, they have had some loses. So Danielson is the best example.</p>
