What's the best way to push someone with zero popularity in your game region?

I've signed an older (33) Australian talent to my Cult (C's and D's) USA based company, and he has no pop whatsoever in all my visible regions. So for obvious reasons, the game is suggesting I put him on as Enhancement Talent.

But personally, I want to push him to at least something of a midcard position in a relatively quick fashion. He's a pretty good guy on the mic and in the ring, and has all attributes you'd want in a pop > perf company.

I just need a bit of guidance and tips from people who have pushed people from nowhere to somewhere status.

No matter how high im putting my match danger i keep getting the note that there arent enough dangerous spots in every single match, whats the deal here?

EDIT: Sort of fixed it by turning modern down, but why would i not be able to have enough risky spots when it was on medium? even with 100% it said it wasnt enough

Check Injury Risk/Content Risk on the matches themselves. They're probably set at low. You'll need to tweak them so your company is running more dangerous matches.

A save file has a lot of extra data compared to a save game... while it looks simple, converting from an active game would mangle a lot of things and any new save created from it would then require a lot of things to be recreated, thereby rendering the data nothing like the original save.</p>

Cheers. I'll have him crush a few one appearance losers and then cut a promo :D

How do Charisma and SQ work? Meaning, what's the best way to try and improve them? I usually get workers paired with guys high on these stats and work with them, but I was wondering what would be the best thing to rate the angles on to make them rise as much as possible. Entertainment? Or have I been doing this wrong for years? <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<p>Hi guys.</p><p>

I dont know why but i decided to try TEW 2013. I started my save in MAW, and im having a problem with this game: my misc outcome is just ridiculousy random! here is what it was:</p><p>

5.800 ; 8.800 ; 800 ; 5.800 ; 11.800 ; 11.800 ; 800 ; 5.800 ; 800 .</p><p>

So because of that my profit/loss every month is completely random.</p><p>

WTF? Can i somehow control it or what?</p><p> </p><p>

(sorry for bad english)</p>

As far as increasing charisma, I do it the way you do it and it works fine. I've seen people increase their star quality but it's rare (from what I've seen) and I don't know how to it, other than making them go up in size.

MAW has drug testing on by default. Go to Your Company -> Medical -> Drug Testing and turn that off. Sorted. :)

OK, so, I signed a TV deal with a Mexican TV network. On my next show, it didn't show up in the list of broadcasters, and afterwards, the contract length didn't change. By all accounts it looks like my show isn't being shown on this network. I notice there's a coverage conflict involving this network and another network both covering Puerto Rico. So I go into the editor and remove the Mexican network's coverage in Puerto Rico.

My show still isn't being aired on the Mexican network. I removed Puerto Rico from the US Network's coverage ass well, and my show still isn't airing on the Mexican network.

I have no idea why my show isn't being shown on this network, and I can't figure out what to check or change to resolve the issue.

I'm starting to think it might even be a bug.

How do I know which workers are good for certain types of match aims, like for example, story telling?

Usually the match aim description will provide a hint or two. From the top of my head:

- Comedy matches are best when done under comedy stipulations (a Sports Entertainment match, for example) using workers with high Charisma and Comedy gimmick performance, working under a Comedy-based gimmick obsiously. I'm guessing Entertainers do good in these.

- Not sure about Storytelling, but I'm assuming the main factor here is Psychology

- High Spots description talks about putting on a match of flashy spectacular spots. You might guess it takes people with good Aerial skills, but I've read it's more about their Flashiness. Spot Monkeys should do well in these, as well as Cruiserweights, Luchadors and Japanese Juniors

- Steal the show needs workers with good stamina and consistency

- Wild Brawl requires workers with good Rumble skills. Brawlers and Psychopaths is the style of choice

- Car crash requires good stamina and a resilience to dodge injuries

- Mayhem is pretty straightforward overbooking, though I guess it's good to use tough workers who can handle injury risk. I'm guessing Psychopaths carry out these well

- Technical Masterclass obviously needs workers with good Submission/Mat Wrestling/Submission skills. It helps if their style is Technician too.

And so forth....

What factors into whether a worker will have their morale affected simply by turning heel even though it's a successful turn?

Never had this happen to me, but depending on company size and/or product and/or whether you're using a custom merchandise system and/or whether they're a figurehead, I'm assuming turning heel affects merchandise sales. CM Punk has said in interviews it's why WWE keeps Cena and Reigns faces and why he was reluctant to turn heel when his merch sales were second to Cena only.

The weird thing is that it affected Roman's morale for the worse, yet he was not a figurehead, and I don't do custom merchandise controls for each worker. The only thing I can think of is that Roman was champion (using June 2016 data).

I think it's strictly based on a worker's popularity.

It's a dumb feature of the game. I complained about it back when the game first came out, but Adam didn't respond to my e-mail or thread I posted.

I have had it happen a few times and I do not use custom merch. and it was not my figurehead. I think it depends on their popularity. I will say I have always got a popup with the worker complaining. Their morale screen usually just says because of turning heel. Another factor, for me, was if they debuted with a bad new gimmick rating.

<p>I'm playing the 1987 mod and have Mick Foley in my small sized fed. And something is happening which I've never seen happen before. He keeps losing popularity not matter what.</p><p> </p><p>

I have him win against a guy with 15 more pop than him, Foley loses two. He wins in a tag against similarly rated opponents, loses two more pop.</p><p> </p><p>

Has anyone seen a worker tanking popularity no matter what before? How to fix it?</p>

Still loses overness.</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/RclQSxc.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p> The bump in overness last month is me getting fed up and editing it how it was before it started to fall, only for him to win a match and lose 3 more points.</p>

What type of gimmick does he have? It looks a lot like he's suffering from having a Comedy gimmick in a company that doesn't have much Comedy in it's Product (asuming he's autopushing to midcard or above) OR you are pushing him with a Gimmicky category gimmick and using him in lengthy segments, which is really bad for overexposing the gimmick.... both would result in the popularity loss you are seeing there, and I'm reckoning it's the latter. :)
