It is wise to give a worker with a "yellow" or "orange" body some time off, or does it do absolutely nothing?

In other words: will the body heal after extended periods of inactivity, or is it damaged forever (I suspect it is, just asking to make sure).

If not: is there any advantage to keep someone away from screen? So far I can only think of gimmick changes and morale boosts (in case it's paid time off).

Is there any way to see if a guy is on time decline other than the five your creative meeting lists, and on agent notes?

You can perceive the stat deterioration through the stat evolution tab, where it shows the skill at the time of the start of every month for the last year.

Can someone give me a bit of a rundown about what it means when someone says your company is pop=performance and such? Where do you find that setting and what should I be looking at to decide how I want to set mine up?

It's not a setting on its own, it's determined by your Product, so certain product types will be more focused on how popular the performers are than how brilliant they are in the ring (Mainstream and Traditional, I think) and other product types (heavy Realism, Daredevil etc) are focused on the in-ring product at the expense of the overness of the performers (though in all promotions, both will still contribute towards the match ratings to some degree).

A couple general questions to add here.

First, I'm trying to get an idea of who books on the fly, and who takes the time to sit down and book all matches, angles, storylines, etc in advance, or at least tries to. For me, I tend to book on the fly, only because I don't have a lot of free time, and when I do sit down to play this game, I'm usually only thinking about the next show.

Second, storylines. How long on average is good for a storyline to run, and how do you handle when a storyline is ended? Do you immediately segue those wrestlers into another storyline right away, or what? I've never really dealt with storylines before, I'm trying it for the first time. Thanks.

I book mainly on the fly. I like to have a clear idea of who is going where ahead of time, particularly when it comes to PPV main events. I will often have a year's worth of PPV main events mapped out (subject to change of course). In terms of specific angles/matches week to week though, the majority of that is decided on the booking screen. It's really only my hot storylines that I have specific matches and angles planned out for in advance

Second, storylines. How long on average is good for a storyline to run, and how do you handle when a storyline is ended? Do you immediately segue those wrestlers into another storyline right away, or what? I've never really dealt with storylines before, I'm trying it for the first time. Thanks.

I try to have storylines bleed into one another where possible. I always try and use the Attitude Era model of storyline where several people will be involved with several others, making the transition between match ups and feuds appear seamless. This isn't always possible, of course.

If needs be I will simply end a storyline at a PPV and put the guys into unrelated stories the next show (the current WWE method of booking), much as I don't like to.

Either way, this really depends on the wrestler. Some guys I will have a lot of ideas stored up for and when one storyline ends they will have another waiting for them to walk into. Other guys. Well, creative just has nothing for them.

As for how long a storyline should run? Depends on the storyline. Whether it's logical for the story to be long or short or whether the guys can deliver an entertaining, lengthy storyline. I would say that you can use a worse barometer than the "repetetive penatly" thing though. Your guys can have three matches before people will tire of seeing it, so if you can spin a storyline out over three big events then you can get at least 3 matches out of it.

Just got back into playing this game after a lang break and got a quick question.

DG just signed my champion to an exclusive touring contract but when I click on his contract details it doesn't state that he's leaving in 7 days. Do I get to keep using him? And secondly, is he unavailable for the entire touring contact or just on the days that DG holds shows?

He's on a PPA contract at my company.

Wanna know if I should take the titles off him and bury him or I can keep his reign(s) going while I build a credible successor.

So does nobody have a clue how to help me? I have three brands and want one to have a different product, but when i change the product to the desired one for that brand I then have to edit each match on each show that brand has to modify the risk/intensity in the match and I always forget to change at least one matches risk levels which tanks that segments rating which tanks the overall rating. Is there ANY WAY to save match risk/intensity by brand so I don't have to change it each time?

In the road agent report, where it says "Wrestler X had an in-ring performance of...", does this purely refer to their in-ring skills or does it also take into account their popularity and how both are weighted in your company's product?

Or asked differently: Will the "Wrestler X had an in-ring performance of..." part always be the same, regardless of product and popularity?

Edit: Oh, before I forget: I know that certain products favour or disfavour certain styles or in-ring skills. But apart of from that, does the weighting of performance and popularity have an effect on that part of the road agent report?

The individual performance is heavily influenced by product styles. I large guy with low in-ring skills but high charisma, SQ, and at 90pop can have a great performance in a Mainstream product. While in a puro fed would probably look quite terrible individually.
