All except HC Dyer, Jack Starz, James Drake, Jordan Devlin, Sam Gradwell/Ricky J McKenzie, Saxon Huxley, Ringo Ryan, Tiger Ali and Tucker should have a thread on the stat forum, although they may be a bit generic, especally the lesser known guys but I should hopefully get threads for the missing UK guys up in the next couple of days.

Wow. Waaaay too much work for a January update I'm afraid. Zero chance in fact. That's the downside of having a life. Thanks for the updates. I shall try a Feb release. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Further bit on the UK title is it apparently will not be a title for Raw or Smackdown but is intended to lead to a new UK based weekly network show.

Would also hold off on adding Rhyno and Slater as a team at this point. They heavily teased a break up after they lost the titles and their rematch on Smackdown.

Tyson T-Bone is in the database as T-Bone also unless this is a different T-Bone from the one that has worked with Progress.

Unfortunately the game won't allow for this new dynamic the WWE seem to be creating (in regards to the United Kingdom Championship tournament). The workers will not necessarily be under contract with the WWE (Triple H's words) and would still work RevPro, ICW and PROGRESS dates etc. I really have no idea how to put this into the game as they have said the UK title will be for British workers and there is no way of creating that in TEW as the AI will put the belt on whoever it pleases regardless of nationality. They also talk of it becoming a weekly show on the Network, how would that work in TEW's mechanics? You can't set up a show to say "only use british workers" so again, it isn't going to work from an AI perspective.

I know everyone seems to lose their heads when WWE brings out something new and want it in the data straight away, but this is beyond what the game can do so I'll add the belt and tournament but will set it as dormant and the belt as retired so if you are playing as WWE you will need to go in and reactivate the belt and make sure the tournament is set to active (I think that's how I've set Royal Rumble up so it isn't won in a round robin tournament when AI is booking).

Now the workers. I will add them to the data but they will not be in WWE. You will need to set it up in the editor yourself - again this is so the AI doesn't end up sticking a bunch of guys who won't appear on Raw or Smackdown live onto the Raw or Smackdown Live rosters.

I'm also currently working on Japan, but that has turned into a shower of... er... crap... so I'm waiting for assistance on that through PM. Currently the data is in the least playable state it has been since around 2013. In fact, it is just a plain mess, but one I hope to have sorted soon. In terms of balance, it's like a see-saw with Yokozuna on one end and 123 Kid the other!

Ratings for the WWE Women

For the next update it would be cool if you could update the women's popularity in WWE. Seems like a lot of them are too low. I'd think since women are main eventing (and generally getting more attention) that their popularity should show this. For reference I put The Horsewomen at around a B (puts them at around upper midcarder/main event iirc).

The women have been getting main event slots, but that doesn't automatically make them more popular. If I want to roll with a lower midcard guy in a TEW game I can stick him in as many main events as I want, it doesn't mean he magically becomes main event popular. Real life is no different.

The women in WWE are not "too low" in popularity, whether they are trying to ram it down our throats or not, I (and millions of others) do not switch on Raw for Charlotte Flair or Sasha Banks (I do watch Smackdown on occasion for Becky Lynch though <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />). Charlotte vs. Sasha - Part 948576876985 in the main event just means I can switch Raw off sooner because I couldn't care less about either of them.

Here's the scenario that may not have even been thought of because again "WWE focused" means you don't even contemplate the bigger picture of the mod. I give them B's, This makes them UM/ME's which they are not. To balance that change, I then have to give the likes of Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins A's, people such as The New Day B+'s and John Cena A* which then destroys the integrity and balance of the mod because I then have to boost all the midcarders to at least B's (because that's about where Charlotte & Sasha fall) and thus anyone released by WWE from the midcard will then not sign for any indy promotions because they are too small for them. It then also means I have to boost a lot of indy talent so if someone wants to bring them into WWE and not just be enhancement talents based on this new world "balance". It's at that point I re-name the mod the "WWE Universe" and stop releasing RWC to the general public. It's in the first page - this is not a WWE mod. The women put on good enough matches in the game, they are balanced into the game world and their popularity reflects the position WWE REALLY see's them, they are not Main Eventers, they are a gimmick which WWE are using to try to get more women to watch the product and get away from the "divas" reputation they built up. I'm willing to boost each by 5 points, 10 at a push but I'm not almost doubling their current popularity because I guarantee you in a few months I'll get the "why are the women so popular!?!" questions. By the way, I realise this may come off as a rant, it's not meant to, I'm just in a rush so needed to get my thoughts on the subject down quickly - tact will have to go out the window at the minute! <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

With regards to the WWE UK Championship, while all good ideas have been given, it turns the mod into something of a fantasy mod and not real world at all. Obviously if people want to set their games up in this way that is fine but adding in additional promotions in this way again makes the data more a WWE game than a Real World game, and while I appreciate most people only play as WWE, (I don't) and I'm apprehensive in playing a mod that is tailored so heavily to WWE. Who knows though, I may change my mind as I'm going along. I don't do well at committing to things I've said!

NJPW & Dragon Gate are fine, but the changing of AJPW shared workers overness has meant DDT are also now unbalanced and a bit of a mess. BJW, FMW & Zero1 seem ok currently - all need one or two tweaks but for the most part are running as they should. Wrestle-1 are a slight mess as the likes of KAI won't re-sign unless I significantly nerf his overness.

The likes of Go Shiozaki (in order for NOAH to keep hold of him) needs to be dropped to around the 40 mark (I think I may get away with 50 but not tested if renewal is possible yet). This then means the likes of Killer Elite Squad need to be dropped, but then they become useless if they return to NJPW in game as they end up as openers/lower midcarders (former IWGP Tag Champions, I hardly think would fall there). Same with the other NJPW workers who are currently at NOAH. AJPW I think are almost done - but again, some guys might not be able to be re-signed with the company unfortunately that's the burden you're going to have to deal with if you play as one of the now smaller Japan promotions in order for attendances to be closer to real life.

All in all, though I'm not too bothered as I've got a save game I'm enjoying using an updated version of my December data still so not all that stressed to fix it currently. I'll do bits to it here and there over time until I have it balanced again.

By the way, I realise this may come off as a rant, it's not meant to, I'm just in a rush so needed to get my thoughts on the subject down quickly - tact will have to go out the window at the minute! :D

I get your point. On the grand scale, it doesn't really make much sense to implement it in and such. It's just with WWE's popularity oriented match ratings makes it hard to get the match ratings that the women (IMO) deserve. But hey, I understand your reasoning as to why you didn't want to up them, though.

I agree with that 100%. I was more thinking along the lines of IF in the next year the WWE really does expand with these regional promotions. If the WWE UK tournament turns into a network show that airs weekly, with its unique contract set up (basically an indy/regional promotion) the only way to properly simulate it is to create it as its own promotion IMO. And when I say simulate, I mean, for people not playing as the WWE. 205 Live splitting too is maybe a bit of a stretch I tend to half agree.

But if the WWE UK tournament blossoms into a successful think/regional promotion, I dont doubt WWE at least trying other examples of it, namely with Japan. I'm surprised they didnt jump to buy NOAH tbh. That would have been fun. NOAH with KENTA & TMDK back with a dash of Nakamura and Tozawa.
