How many wrestlers are on your roster?

I usually have around 100ish. Probably more around 80. Probably 70 written deals and everyone else is ppa so they can work elsewhere.

My lowercard is typically ppa so I can switch them out if they are not working.

For the tournament (128 man), I usually bring in outside talent through trades or call up developmental guys.

It's April 1992 in the AWA

World Champion is Steve Dr. Death Williams, who won the title from Curt Hennig in a 3-way dance that included Jerry Lawler as well.

The North American Champion is Terry Gordy, who recently defeated Barry Windham.

The Television Champion is Great Muta, who beat Playboy Buddy Rose.

(Rose had beaten Fifita Tonga - Haku - in a flute months earlier)

Tag Team Champions are the Steiners - and they have 11 defenses to date

(the tag team division has many teams, but they are all mid-card units. So essentially guys are getting positive rub when getting beaten up by the Steiners)

WWF Rising Storm: May 1993.

WWF Heavyweight Champion: Vacant.

Sadly a mere 3 weeks after winning the Title at Mania 9 from Ric Flair, Champion Randy Savage died in a traffic accident that threw my April PPV, Rampage, for a loop making it more a tribute show than a proper PPV Event. Plan currently is for the Title to go to the winner of the 1993 King of the Ring which is likely to either be Flair or the returning Ultimate Warrior.

WWF Intercontinental Title: Bret Hart.

Won from Steve Austin at Mania 9 to end their lengthy feud, currently engaged in a three way war for the Title with Arn Anderson and The Great Muta.

WWF Tag Team Titles: Stars and Stripes (Del "The Patriot" Wilkes and George "The Eagle" Hines)

Won from The New Foundation at Mania 9 in a face vs. face upset, will lose the bets back to Owen and Jim who will turn heel just before Summer Slam.

WWF Television Title: Paul Roma.

Won from Tatanka at Rampage 93, not much to say about this one other than the Title is used to build up lower card guys or to give midcarders I like something to do. Roma will likely lose this back to Tatanka at some point who will eventually drop it to the newly signed DDP.

Playing a 1996 Mod as WWF

I'm currently in Week 4 March 1997

Tonight is WrestleMania 13

WWF Champion - Shawn Michaels - Won the belt back from Sid in a Fatal Four Way Match. At WrestleMania he is going to drop the strap to Brian Pillman in a big main event spectacle.

WWF Intercontinental - Mr Perfect- He recently won the belt from Goldust. This is a return match. The plan is for Perfect to go on a nice run. Early plans are for him to turn heel when the run starts to get stale and eventually drop to RVD who is coming on strong.

WWF Tag Team - Owen and Bulldog - Went back and forth with Austin and Pillman as I was trying to build the former Hollywood Blondes into bona fide main eventers. They are going to drop to Sudden Impact (Chris Jericho and Lance Storm)

WWF Royal Rumble - Brian Pillman won the 1997 Royal Rumble

WWF King of The Ring - Steve Austin is the reigning King of the Ring. Early front-runners for this year are Rob Van Dam or Adam Copeland (both have made incredible strides this year and are upper midcarders knocking on the door of the main event picture)

1988: The Hand (Kensuke Sasaki & The Great Muta)</p><p>

1987: The Rock 'N Roll Express</p><p> </p><p>

I was inspired to post this after I finished booking a storyline for the rise of Kensuke Sasaki & The Great Muta as a unit in a sea of bigger stars once they arrived. Muta came up on his own in the TV division, while Sasaki honed his skills mostly losing. I found excellent chemistry between the two, so the team was born, and they won our annual tag tournament by defeating the previous victors in the Finals, Rock N' Roll Express. They couldn't topple Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane, at our 2nd annual big show, on their terrific run as champions. They spent the next 8 months rising amongst the best tag teams in the world. Muta is now a main eventer, and they've beaten pretty much every babyface team we've had to offer, past and present. This includes Rocky Johnson and Tony Atlas, Shawn Michaels and Marty Janetty, and another great chemistry pairing of Lizmark and Cactus Jack (as well as the former champions mentioned above).</p><p>

The Road Warriors became 2-time champions, with their 1st reign ending just before a year-long injury sustained by Road Warrior Animal. With Hawk becoming a staple of the main event scene in the year to follow, Animal recovered. They were enjoying a second a reign, but Animal was dealing with Pain Killer abuse, so I pulled the trigger on them finally losing to a team that hadn't bested them yet, the Hand. My best pet project in an era of truly terrific teams.</p>
