You need to either replace the existing picture entirely with the new pic named exactly the same or if you want to keep both pics as options you need to change the pic being used with the new one using the editor options in your game. Also the pics against contracts are sometimes different to the worker pic so you need to know which one it is you want to replace and replace in either worker or contract as appropriate.</p><p> </p><p> Alternately before you drop the new pic into the folder you can change what the original pic was called slightly and change the new pic to exactly what the old pic was called and because it has a relationship to that name it uses the new pic. I tend to go that way because that means the new pic always defaults for any new game you start.
