<p>Just got through The War to Settle the Score. I'm not doing a great job managing momentum and what not. I'm pretty desperate for a B show right now but I can't open one till 3 months sadly. Tigre Salvaje Jr. & Mobstar have been called up because they no longer want to be in development. I don't exactly have plans for them. Mobstar and El Mitico Jr. have mostly been appearing in vignettes. I think I might change course and instead of hoping to build up their pop to a reasonable level with vignette, I might just have them slowly progress up the card. Really though, there isn't room for them as it is. Anyways, road to The War to Settle the Score saw us touring Hawaii.</p><p> </p><p>

Pre-Show: 20-Man Battle Royal was won by "Dr. Love" Danny Fonzarelli who gets a shot at Marc Speed or Giant Tana for the TCW International Championship. It featured a few of HCG boys. C-rated.</p><p> </p><p>

“Party Animal” Edd Stone def. “The Megalodon” Killer Shark - 69 C+: Freddy Huggins was also supposed to face Titan but Huggins got injured shortly before the event. The intention was to have them follow up with a title challenge. I'll still role with that because Huggins will be back by Just Another Day? Big chances I end up sending Killer Shark & Titan back to devs after a loss but I'm not 100% sure. I need to clear out the roster and they just aren't ready yet. There's plenty of other workers who can talk or do menace angles.</p><p> </p><p>

Scout def. Guide - 81 B: Not a feud, just a friendly competitive match. Scout who is probably a top 3 worker in the company right now, just entered Time Decline unfortunately. The New Wave should be back into the tag picture eventually. </p><p> </p><p>

Best 2 out of 3 Falls: “Future Legend” Jay Chord def. “Underrated” Mighty Mo - 71 C+: With another win over Mighty Mo, Jay Chord will move on to bigger things. His contract doesn't expire for almost 2 years so I have no qualms about pushing him. Mighty Mo has been doing well in their story though and he's definitely not going down the card. </p><p> </p><p>

“Lightning Bruiser” Eddie Peak def. “The Most Must-See” Troy Tornado - 78 B: Eddie Peak finally gets to beat the shit out of Troy Tornado after Tornado's been managing to get away from him over and over again. I imagine this is a story-heavy match with Tornado trying to outsmart and duck Peak and succeeding for a while before Peak takes him out. They're both good workers and I think they'll stick around the main cards.</p><p> </p><p>

Submission Match: TCW International: “Speedball” Marc Speed def. “Necessary” Giant Tana - 73 B-: Giant Tana defeated Brent Hill/John Anderson/Jay Chord/Mighty Mo in a #1 contendership match. He actually had a tag team match teaming with Speed where they had excellent chemistry. He wasn't happy to lose here but it had to happen. Speed proved himself by making the big man submit in a short match.</p><p> </p><p>

“The World’s Most Dangerous Man” Buddy Garner def. “The Complete Package” Brent Hill - 68 C+: Bryan Vessey was caught with steroids shortly before their big match so Brent Hill defeated John Anderson to get to replace Bryan Vessey. Hard-hitting match between two extremely smart wrestlers but Buddy Garner wins to maintain his credibility.</p><p> </p><p>

“The Monster Monster’s Fear” Marat Khoklov def. “The All American American” American Buffalo - 70 C+: American Buffalo really doesn't belong on this roster and I wish his contract would just expire. Anyways, Marat Khoklov destroys Buffalo in a match reflecting IRL relations between the two countries e_e Khoklov moves up the ladder. Buffalo goes down.</p><p> </p><p>

“Your Favorite Wrestler’s Favorite Wrestler” Rocky Golden def. “The King of Rock Style” Sammy Bach - 84 B+: Big big showdown between the #1 and #3 face of TCW. They lost to Ricky Dale Johnson in a triple threat match to challenge Aaron Andrews, and they've been blaming each other since that defeat. Golden's been a bit unnerved by Bach's unique swagger and is a bit more aggressive in this one towards a victory. He'll turn his eye back to Aaron Andrews now.</p><p> </p><p>

Best 2 out of 3 Falls: “The Man” Wolf Hawkins def. “Bro” Joshua Taylor - 82 B: Oh God, this didn't go the way I wanted it too. Wolf Hawkins got a hernia in this match and is out for 2 months (at least he's back in time for Total Mayhem. Joshua Taylor also got injured off a Wolf botch but he'll be back soon. Still not nice for morale and they've got tension now. Hawkins got taken out by Taylor when he was supposed to compete in a fatal four way contendership match. Taylor managed to get Wolf into accepting a Best 2 out of 3 falls match. Wolf Hawkins wins in 26 minutes when Taylor loses control and just keeps beating the shit out of him despite attempts from the ref to get him off. Wolf makes the comeback from down 0-1 to 2-1 but now he's gone for 2 months as a result. Taylor is looking very dangerous for this kayfabe wise! </p><p> </p><p>

TCW World Heavyweight: “The Ace” Aaron Andrews vs. “Cowboy” Ricky Dale Johnson - 83 B+: Ricky Dale Johnson decided to enter time decline on the road to this match. He defeated Bach and Golden to be able to contend for this match and Andrews had a hard time getting himself over the veteran on the road to this one. When it came time for the PPV though, RDJ just couldn't keep up with the Ace despite his experience. Probably RDJ's last title challenge ever and his last headlining match. Andrews is shaping up into being the champion he should be. Probably our #2 worker right now behind Wolf Hawkins. </p><p> </p><p>

Just Another Day? is up next. Hopefully we're a bit healthier and no one else complains about development.</p>

Silver Tiger - D+: Spotty match, and they just about missed out on getting on the show's opener. I like them both but there's no room on the main card yet, sadly. Don't expect much for them till we are past Total Mayhem at least. Unless we get Showcase over the next week or two. It should've been 3 months by now.</p><p> </p><p> “Captain Charisma” Bart Biggins & “Dazzling” Dave Diamond, The Elite - Eddie Chandler & Nate Johnson & Mobstar def. Kip Keenan, “Flying” Jimmy Fox & “Shocking” Matt Hocking, Elliot Thomas, Tigre Salvaje Jr. - C-: Opening match just to get guys on the card. Tigre/Mobstar are technically making their on-screen competitive debut in this match. Dave Diamond gets the pinfall win for the more experienced side. The press-conference to really open the show happened after this.</p><p> </p><p> “Underrated” Mighty Mo def. “Straight Shooter” Joel Bryant - C+: A straightforward rankings match between an up and comer and a veteran. Mo gets a PPV win after not having one in a while. I imagine this to be an impressive win considering it's over this hard-hitting gritty veteran. While I want to push Mo, I realize that there's no reason not to take my time really. </p><p> </p><p> “Future Legend” Jay Chord def. “Necessary” Giant Tana - B-: After having lost to Giant Tana thanks to Mo distraction, and having a hard time getting over the big guy in tag matches, he finally challenged him to a match. He gets the job done at the PPV to continue a steady rise up the ladder. He reflects after the match that he's pissed that he's so low on the card, he deserves to be in one of the bigger matches.</p><p> </p><p> The New Wave - Guide & Scout def. Devine Fortune - Darryl Devine & Chance Fortune & The Machines - Brent Hill & John Anderson - B+: This match actually ended up going really well and was one of the better matches of the night. All three teams were doing well on the road to Just Another Day? (although New Wave usually fraternizes more with the main eventers than the other tag teams since they're on another level) so they were rewarded with a #1 contendership match. The New Wave wins to get a shot against either The Behemoths or The Canadian Animals, finally hoping to return to their throne.</p><p> </p><p> TCW Tag Team: The Canadian Animals - Freddy Huggins & Edd Stone def. The Behemoths - Killer Shark & Titan - B: The Behemoths bullied Edd Stone all month while Freddy Huggins was injured but Edd kept fighting back till Freddy returned. They got the title shot they earned and actually had a really solid match. They actually lose when Killer Shark & Titan ignore the ref's orders and keep beating on The Canadian Animals. The New Wave manage to save The Canadian Animals only to take them out themselves. This will be a three way tag match for the tag titles. The Behemoths remain champions. </p><p> </p><p> TCW International: “Speedball” Marc Speed vs. “Dr. Love” Danny Fonzarelli - B: Not a long match and this was always just a set up for Marc Speed to gain even more pop. He beats Danny handily in 10 minutes and continues to be a strong TCW International champion. Speed is perfect in his role here as the midcard workrate champion and I see no reason to stop that. Fonz didn't want to put Speed over but Fonz is also on his way out the door. </p><p> </p><p> “The Most Must-See” Troy Tornado def. “The All American American” American Buffalo & “The Charismatic Enigma” Benny Benson: - B-: Boils down to a ranking match between three of the upper midcarders trying to break into the main event. Tornado kept causing Buffalo to lose in their tag matches because he's got the lead on the two. Kyle Rhodes, the on-screen authority figure, officially announced this to get one of them to break from the pack. Admittedly, I don't have big plans for any of these three and aren't super invested in their characters so I want them to go down the card for more interesting guys.</p><p> </p><p> “Lightning Bruiser” Eddie Peak def. “The Man With The Worst Personality” Bryan Vessey - B-: Eddie Peak spent most of this month around the main event scene wrecking guys. He's been mostly booked as completely unstoppable and hasn't been pinned to date. Vessey returned from his suspension and Rhodes made this singles match a thing. This was a lengthy 20-minute plus match with Vessey not backing one bit from the monster but getting pretty wrecked in the process. Vessey wasn't happy to put over Eddie Peak but it barely made a dent Vessey's pop while Peak's really coming into his own as a main eventer. Downside is that Peak was off his game and BADLY underperformed in this match. </p><p> </p><p> “The Monster Monster’s Fear” Marat Khoklov def. “The World’s Most Dangerous Man” Buddy Garner - B: Buddy Garner was all too glad to take on Marat Khoklov since he's all about the challenge. He got the shit beat out of him on the road to tonight but always kept getting back into Khoklov's face in their many tag team matches. They face off and while Buddy Garner got very nearly close to make Khoklov sleep, it's Khoklov and he murdered him with the lariat in ten minutes. Khoklov has been great in his run in TCW and I hope his TD is far because I'm in love and I want him around for a long time. He's great!</p><p> </p><p> “The King of Rock Style” Sammy Bach def. “Cowboy” Ricky Dale Johnson - B+: Surprisingly this was our MOTN thanks to some chemistry between these two. This was basically for an unofficial spot as the #2 face in the company. Bach and Johnson got on each other's nerves in the build up, one upping each other in tag team matches and what not until RDJ finally decided to settle it like a gentleman with a match. He wasn't too pleased to put over Bach but actually gained pop from it. I want to keep Bach but his contract expires in a month so I'm making no plans for him for Total Mayhem, I don't believe there's any chance we actually keep him. Next PPV may be his final one for us.</p><p> </p><p> TCW World Heavyweight: “The Ace” Aaron Andrews def. “Your Favorite Wrestler’s Favorite Wrestler” Rocky Golden & “Bro” Joshua Taylor - B: I have no idea what happened with this one. Aaron Andrews and Rocky Golden both had amazing performances and Joshua Taylor really shouldn't have tanked this match that bad. My guess is the "Open" note made them not sell enough and that hurt the match. In any case, this just vastly underperformed. This match came together because Taylor and Golden had a singles in which Andrews accidentally cost Taylor the contendership match. I also discovered Taylor & Golden did not have chemistry during that match so there went a Total Mayhem plan. Golden offered his shot to Taylor but Rhodes made it a triple threat. A lengthy affair that Andrews emerges victorious from (not to Golden's pleasure backstage). Taylor and Andrews got really solid boosts from this one and Golden went up a pop. Golden's contract expires right after Total Mayhem in case you're wondering why I haven't given him the belt. Andrews & Taylor to face off in a singles match next PPV main event. </p><p> </p><p> It was an underwhelming PPV (80) which did not please our new providers America-1-Select. Rocky Golden & Sammy Bach feel like they are bound to leave us so my signing of Khoklov may have been a delaying of the inevitable. This month I'm just hoping I can start Showcase so my new guys can get a place to shine.</p>

Jason Azaria: "Welcome to War To Settle The Score! Where every match is a one on one contest! ... This is totally different from our weekly TV show, where only MOST of the matches are one on one contest."</p>

So, it is a bit different for me but TWTSTS is kind of an "in-between" PPV for me anyways between Malice and Total Mayhem.</p>

Glenn & Brandon James this month but I couldn't compete with BHOTWG and SWF respectively and so they've remained in their home companies. I did manage to keep Edd Stone without having to worry about competition. </p><p> </p><p> Kip Keenan & Silver Tiger wanted out of development so they've been brought out and have been working dark matches. Keenan got to team up American Buffalo on the main card but it was a one-off.</p><p> </p><p> TCW's Just Another Day?:</p><p> </p><p> Pre-Show: El Mitico Jr. def. This month I'm just hoping I can start Showcase so my new guys can get a place to shine.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Very interesting and great stuff! If I would not be into my current PWI so much I would start a TCW game now...</p>

<p>I decided on a TCW playthrough and made the product perf=pop since I'd imagine BriCo would make some changes to be more mainstream with Eric Tyler as the head booker it just makes sense to me so here's my first PPV</p><p> </p><p>

TCW PRESENTS MALICE IN WONDERLAND</p><p> </p><p>

(Pre-show) Devine Fortune Def. Ferrera and Serizawa Nothing special here gets Devine Fortune some momentum and gets some experience for Xavi and Serizawa who's on excursion. 63</p><p> </p><p>

MAIN SHOW</p><p> </p><p>

Nate Johnson Def. Freddy Huggins, Edd Stone, Benny Benson, Remmy Skype and Frankie Perez in a Ladder Match for the TCW Junior Triple Crown Championship</p><p>

On our first show I had Tyler reveal the new championship belt designs and he announced a ladder match for the debuting belt only Benson, Johnson and Canadian Animals were announced and The So-Cal Sensations debuted in this match. Nothing special but I wanted to give a heel the belt first and I always like Johnson so I gave him the win here. 66</p><p> </p><p>

The New Wave Def. The Behemoths for the TCW World Tag Team Championships</p><p>

Honestly I just wanted to get the belts off The Behemoths and get The New Wave into the HOI before we dropped to Cult so I quick 4-way tag on our first show and a win here did both things. 77</p><p> </p><p>

Ricky Dale Johnson Def. American Buffalo</p><p>

RDJ deserves better than this match so a convincing win for him here. The build was nothing special either just Buffalo attacking RDJ and one moment where RDJ saved his protégé Logan Wolsbaine(not kayfabe) from a beat down. 78</p><p> </p><p>

Marc Speed Def. Jay Chord and Mighty MO to retain the TCW International Championship </p><p>

Now this is what I'm talking about a great match that furthers a storyline and gets Speed over. Tyler announced a #1 contenders tournament and Jay Chord in all his smugness demanded a free pass at Speed which was quickly rejected, Mo fought cleanly and both met in the finals on Total Wrestling. Speed in an interview didn't care who won claiming either of them would tap, nap or snap and the match came to a double count out after Mo hit the spine buster outside of the ring and Chord held on to his ankle so Tyler made this match. The ending saw Speed get hit with a Package Piledriver and Mo tossing Chord to the outside. Speed would lock in his new finisher the Arm Trap Front Facelock and Mo passed out. Chord would have a promo later on where he complained about the finish. 84</p><p> </p><p>

Wolf Hawkins Def. Joshua Taylor</p><p>

This match was great and got Hawkins over like it was supposed to the fued comprised of tag matches and a four way so didn't have many highlights except an in-ring argument where Hawkins mocked Taylor using the word Bro after every word and bringing that Taylor's wife has more success than Josh ever had so Taylor kicked the hell out of him. 88</p><p> </p><p>

Sammy Bach Def. Bryan Vessey</p><p>

The match of the night. These two brawled numerous times leading up to this match and Bach always needed help to overcome the powerful veteran and that's how this match went down Bach was Marty Jannetty for the first 20 minutes and became Shawn Michael's for the last 5. Vessel gave everything he had to Bach who kept fighting and would slap on the Bach on your Back for the win. 94</p><p> </p><p>

'Ace' Aaron Andrews Def. Rocky Golden in a Texas Death match to retain the TCW World Heavyweight Championship</p><p>

Triple A had spent the past month undermining Golden run as champ saying he has made the belt more prestigious in such a short amount of time than Golden ever did. Golden was miffed and led a 6 man tag win against Andrews' team and like a true heel Ace just walked out. Ace and Vessey beat down Bach the next week and Golden made the save which set up a tag match which Ace and Vessey won. The next week we made sure to announce that neither Ace or Golden would be here on the night because of their post match brawl that injured a fan( in reality I realised they weren't booked on the show so through something in last minute) but the real story was the match 32 minutes of anarchy that had numerous near falls and only ended when Eddie Peak put Golden through the guard rail and the both announce tables to give Ace the win. Golden would then be attacked post match by Peak. 88</p><p> </p><p>

Final Rating: 74 (damn you production values) <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/mad.png.69834f23b9a8bf290d98375f56f1c794.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

I assume to help bring their tag division back up after a few years post Vessey Brothers. </p><p> </p><p> When The Syndicate was finally ended, it was in a tag match, the “Total Mayhem” match is a variation of a tag match as well. I think my intention is to definitely expand stable wise. Right now I've just got the very loose New Wave & Ace affiliation and then that's about it. I've got nearly 10 tag teams though so that helps. The Machines (reunited), Devine Fortune, New Wave, Behemoths, The Elite, The Canadian Animals, Biggins & Diamond, Fox & Hocking, Kip & Buffalo. The last 3 are definitely not units though, and considering Kip & Mobstar have chemistry, I might transition away from the Kip & Buffalo team. I've discovered chemsitry between Speed & Tana, and............. Peak & Khoklov!!!!! so I'll probably be pairing them up down the line. Peak & Khoklov chem made me crazy happy. What a pairing. </p><p> </p><p> I'll admit my Total Mayhem 2016 match won't be much and I'm considering ways to make it a MITB level highlight in future years.</p>

How did this furry end up with the world championship?

ko4vLU2.png

A little bit of backstage politics meethinks

VNmEyrt.png

In all seriousness I'm glad it all worked out. I planned to have him win it probably 8 months in advance, but he got injured from August-November so I was worried if he'd be over enough in time. He's really not (Hawkins was at 95, Cougar only got to 81 from the win) but it's one of those story over numbers things for me.

If you notice the bloated roster, I'm gonna go for a brand split after Total Mayhem. I've also been running tons of shows in Mexico, but as you find out, you need people who are actually over in the country first.

What year are you in and hows your game been?

I'm hoping to get Edward Cornell in my game whose contract expires in a day or two. So much storyline potential if he agrees to head over.

<p>Leading up to Total Mayhem 2018, and Nate Johnson has just put in his second 100 rated match. The first came when he challenged Rocky Golden for the world title, and this second one came when he challenged Nicky Champion for another belt. </p><p> </p><p>

In other news, Total Mayhem ended with two 100 rated matches. Sean McFly and Rocky went to a double count out in the original main event, and th ebrawl was so good it got a 100. GM Shawn Doakes came out and restarted the match, but Jay Chord came out, claiming that he should be in the match since he won a #1 contender match. Doakes conceded, and Jay went on to win the belt in a 100 rated triple threat main event.</p>

The first came when he challenged Rocky Golden for the world title, and this second one came when he challenged Nicky Champion for another belt. <p> </p><p> In other news, Total Mayhem ended with two 100 rated matches. Sean McFly and Rocky went to a double count out in the original main event, and th ebrawl was so good it got a 100. GM Shawn Doakes came out and restarted the match, but Jay Chord came out, claiming that he should be in the match since he won a #1 contender match. Doakes conceded, and Jay went on to win the belt in a 100 rated triple threat main event.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Oufff. I like Nate Johnson and he's really solid but at 38 I don't know if I'm motivated to give him a main event push. Happy to see him put some use elsewhere though.</p><p> </p><p> Would love to be able to bring in McFly to my TCW. Chord's a gem. But I'm trying to keep him from growing too much in pop.</p><p> </p><p> ---</p><p> </p><p> TCW Where Angels Fear To Tread</p><p> </p><p> Heading into this one I actually started to gain some momentum with my show quality for some reason. After the 80-rated Just Another Day? I got A/B+/B+/A with some stellar main events. I feel like I've got momentum now which is awesome. </p><p> </p><p> The Luchador trio of El Mitico Jr, Tigre Salvaje Jr & Silver Tiger defeated Elliot Thomas & The Elite in a legit pre-show match. The luchadors and Elliot Thomas are now occasionally breaking into the main card and getting some spotlight. The Lucha trio in particular will have a storyline heading into Total Mayhem XX. Flying Shocks (Foxx & Hocking) defeated Mobstar & Sayeed Ali. Ali was called up from developmental to see if he had chemistry (or poor chemistry) with Mobstar. Neither. That's not bad. </p><p> </p><p> <strong>“The Charismatic Enigma” Benny Benson & “Captain Charisma” Bart Biggins & “Dazzling” Dave Diamond def. “The All American American” American Buffalo, Kip Keenan & “Dr. Love” Danny Fonzarelli</strong>: Benny Benson got the pin in this match. The latter trio is more of a set up for a Total Mayhem storyline. Benson is getting some momentum for a big match at Total Mayhem XX. Bart & Dave got lucky by association. No real storyline here. This is a pre-press conference match and pretty much like a pre-show match. - C</p><p> </p><p> <strong>“Straight Shooter” Joel Bryant & The Machines - Brent Hill & John Anderson def. “Necessary” Giant Tana & Devine Fortune - Darryl Devine & Chance Fortune</strong>: Joel Bryant & The Machines made their alliance official when Bryant assisted in a beatdown of Devine Fortune after they'd beat The Machines. Giant Tana decided to aid Devine Fortune when Bryant helped The Machines cheat to win in a follow-up tag match. Tana actually turned on Devine Fortune to join The Machines. Devine Fortune is a good pairing but I have nothing immediate for them. The Machines (w/ Tana) will head into the big Total Mayhem match hoping to get the win as a united front where teams tend to be thrown together. I haven't decided the prize for the winning Total Mayhem team yet. - C+</p><p> </p><p> <strong>TCW International: “Speedball” Marc Speed def. “The Most Must-See” Troy Tornado:</strong> Troy Tornado earned his victory over Benny & Buffalo to get this match. Speed was mostly helping out in main event stories so there isn't a ton of heat going into this one. It went a solid 16 minutes but Tornado's cowardly ways couldn't outsmart Speed's insane wrestling and Speedball retained. - B</p><p> </p><p> <strong>TCW World Tag Team: The Behemoths - Killer Shark & Titan def. The New Wave - Guide & Scout & The Canadian Animals - Freddy Huggins & Edd Stone:</strong> Triple threat tag team match after New Wave won their title shot and The Behemoths had a Rage DQ win over the Canadian Animals. The Canadian Animals & The New Wave found some middle ground in their rivalry with The Behemoths but that broke in this one and The Behemoths pinned The Canadian Animals to retain their belts. Very good match (81). The Behemoths will go on to face The New Wave at Total Mayhem but that's not it for The Canadian Animals who have some big things ahead for Total Mayhem. I enjoy the challenge of giving The Behemoths a good tag reign despite being the two weakest members on the starting roster. - B</p><p> </p><p> <strong>“The Monster Monster’s Fear” Marat Khoklov def. “Underrated” Mighty Mo</strong>: Mighty Mo & Jay Chord got tired of being relegated to openers and found common ground in that. To get noticed they took the fight to the biggest most intimidating men on the roster/all of wrestling: Eddie Peak & Marat Khoklov. Their initial assault completely failed so they started isolating the slightly smaller Eddie Peak but the man just kept coming back, even after being thrown off a stage. Mo & Chord were tough heading into this one, despite the lack of size/experience advantage. Mo fell short of a victory here, losing at 10 minutes in a really solid match. Khoklov continues to be a monster. - B</p><p> </p><p> <strong>“Lightning Bruiser” Eddie Peak def. “Future Legend” Jay Chord:</strong> The other half of the Future vs. Monsters storyline. Chord actually took Peak to the 30 minute distance, showing incredible resilience and craftiness but he couldn't beat Peak when it came to size and experience. Although he looked very good trying. MOTN up to this point in the PPV. - B+</p><p> </p><p> <strong>“The Man With The Worst Personality” Bryan Vessey def. “The World’s Most Dangerous Man” Buddy Garner:</strong> This match should've happened 2 PPVs ago but Vessey's performance enhancers suspension pushed it back. This one's a 15 minute plus intense and hard-hitting match between two of the legit TOUGH guys in professional wrestling. Vessey wins this duel with Garner. They're both in Time Decline and I had no illusions about this stealing the show (although a decade ago it would be main event worthy). Still, they had a solid outing and I'm happy it happened. - B-</p><p> </p><p> <strong>“Your Favorite Wrestler’s Favorite Wrestler” Rocky Golden def. “Cowboy” Ricky Dale Johnson:</strong> Semi-main event of the night. There was a fatal four way to decide the #1 contender featuring Sammy Bach and Joshua Taylor. Golden wouldn't put over Taylor and I didn't want to piss him off so I had him found beaten. Taylor overcame RDJ & Bach to get a shot at Aaron Andrews. A rivalry ensured between Golden/RDJ/Bach who all believe themselves to the biggest face in TCW. While investigations were made on the attack on Golden. Unfortunately, on the last week before the PPV, Sammy Bach tore his ACL in a tag team match. His contract is just expiring and his year long injury has basically warded off any suitor. Furthermore, he got caught for pain killers at the very same show and has been sent to rehab. He's got a big 3-year contract extension and hopefully will return with hopes of winning his first ever TCW World Championship. As for this singles match, Rocky Golden beat the aging RDJ in 15 minutes, clean as a whistle. Underwhelming match. - B</p><p> </p><p> <strong>TCW World Heavyweight: “The Ace” Aaron Andrews def. “Bro” Joshua Taylor:</strong> In the best TCW match yet, "The Ace" Aaron Andrews defeated Joshua Taylor. Taylor pushed Andrews further than anyone yet in a match that went over 40 minutes but he wasn't able to beat "The Ace". Aaron Andrews heads into Total Mayhem still the champion. Rocky Golden comes out after the match so they can renew their rivalry and Golden can prove that Andrews isn't and has never been "The Ace" of TCW. But... Wolf Hawkins is coming back in 2 weeks, and there's still that backstage assault to figure out. e_e - A</p><p> </p><p> So ultimately a great PPV and I'm excited to reach Total Mayhem XX. I've got the card figured out and unless there are unexpected injuries, I feel like we'll have a stellar event. After Total Mayhem XX, there are high odds of a brand split happening. Not sure if an even split or if there will be a sort of NXT type youth brand that starts off as B-brand till the guys are good enough to be A-brand. </p><p> </p><p> Tried to sign Eddie Howard, Frankie Perez, Emma Chase, and Edward Cornell this month but no luck. </p><p> </p><p> I'll be breaking an owner goal to bring in Ross Henry.</p><p> </p><p> Aside from that, trying to get Canada to 70 pop so we can get onto Reverie & North American Prime Select. After that it's just saving until we hit $150M to get Enormous worldwide.</p>

What titles are you going to use?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Definitely a single world and womens title. Might stick the tag on one brand and the international on another but that would render teams mostly irrelevant on that one. Might just end up creating a new secondary title and World/Womens/Tag will be defended cross brand.</p><p> </p><p> I still have 3 months game time to figure out a plan for the split (overness can fluctuate quite a bit in that time), and beyond keeping Nicky Champion and Rocky Golden apart I don’t have a real idea. I’ll need GMs too (even if only for the start). I was thinking Sam Keith for sure, maybe a good talker will retire soon.</p>
