Might as well make it official - I've been working away at converting my "Ruthless Aggression" (January 2004) mod for a while now and look forward to it making its debut on TEW 2016 in the next couple of months. I'm taking my time as I want to be sure it completely takes advantage of the many new features available for TEW 2016.

Some things to look forward to with the 2016 Release:

  • An all new version of my popular iNSPIRED Angle Pack featuring many of the angles from EWR, all organized the same way as they were in EWR to make the jump easier and add to the "EWR Throwback" features in this year's game.
  • An all new "Organic" worker image pack. These cuts are similar to those used in the popular nGo pack, but I prefer my cuts a bit more zoomed in than the nGo style.

  • Employment histories, body types, overhauled broadcasters and more...

BETA AVAILABLE

Yes, for those interested - there is a BETA available for this mod. It's in early stages as I haven't gone over everything I wanted to accomplish, but there is a completely overhauled worker image file (changing all worker photos to organic style, and some workers having multiple agers). I believe I have made my way through tweaking the major US companies and their workers. You can tell who has been done by looking at their bio - if it reflects the game's organic bio format, the worker has been tweaked. Same with those who have body types set. Not everything I want to accomplish is done, but this version is very playable as is.

Also, please note that this mod is FREEWARE - modmakers feel free to use any part of this mod for your own work. Graphics, worker images, anything in the data - whatever you need.

I like the worker pictures for sure. But I would like them even more if they all had the same background. But that's just personal preference, and even if they don't have it, I'll use them anyway <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<p>Excellent news and 2004 is a pretty fascinating time in wrestling. NOAH was right there with New Japan, ROH was about to enter a golden age, and the brand split gave opportunity to a lot of guys. There was also still some hope for TNA too.</p><p> </p><p>

Best of luck!</p>

<p>Really excited about this! This was, by a mile, my personal favourite mod for 2013. I look forward to playing it again.</p><p> </p><p>

I was a fan of the picture pack you used in 2013, but this organic looks great too. </p><p> </p><p>

Top work as always, Idol.</p>

I know it doesn't sound like much, but I actually went over a year with WWE in a single game with this mod on 2013, including one of my favorite storylines ever with Shawn Michaels turning heel to take the WWE Championship from Eddie Guerrero. So, yeah, I love this mod.

Really enjoyed this mod in 2013, it was my last game before upgrading to 2016 so I'm looking forward to playing it once it comes out for 2016.

Same for me. I managed to turn TNA into a fairly dignified promotion by running Edge (poached from WWE to be my Hulk Hogan) against a cast of heels including CM Punk, Dustin Rhodes, Samoa Joe, and Sean Waltman. My tag division was dominated by the unlikely team of D'Lo Brown and Josh Barnett, who were just supposed to be Jarrett's enforcers but turned out to have fantastic chemistry.
