Hugh Echoes (AKA Hugh De Aske) has signed a written contract with WLW in Japan.

Ah, that figures. Just when the threat of him being signed away seemed to be fading, and you pulled the trigger on the King's Court storyline. Hopefully Bret Heartbreak or COF can step into the void against the Black Lions.

<p>Thistle Talk 020 – Saturday Week 2 November 2018</p><p> </p><p>

SNP have signed a new wrestler to a short-term contract. We will not be naming him at this point but would like it noted that we are his first time with a name promotion.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/MHW_zpsiihjihqw.jpg</span></p><p>

Mexican Hardcore Wrestling have closed their doors for the last time. MHW only started a little over 2 years ago, in August 2016. Their shows were generally well received but, ultimately, it proved impossible for them to get their brand of Hardcore Lucha Libre over to a larger audience.</p><p> </p><p>

Hugh Echoes has officially left SNP.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. Wrath of Cain</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Two pairs that are on the cusp of the Tag Team title picture colliding here. The newly aggressive Funke Bunch are determined to move onwards and upwards and have made their intentions perfectly clear. Wrath of Cain are the next on their list. For their part, Cain Carlile and Gavin Wrath have every intent of making it to the top of the mountain themselves. Something has got to give in this one.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Cobra Vs. Kalvin Addams Vs. Konrad Makinen w/Mark Carnie</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

After the debacle at the end of the Cobra/Makinen match at Invasion 4, it has been decided that Kalvin Addams (whose interference ended the last bout by DQ) will be added to the mix. Cobra and Makinen appeared to be on the same page at the conclusion of the previous bout but it’s hard to see that arrangement lasting the length of this one. With Jimmi Addams due back around the end of the year it won’t be long until The Addams Family have numbers once more too but for now Kalvin will be on his own.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Further matches for Slaughterhouse (</strong><strong><em>7 days from the show</em></strong><strong>):</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alessandro%20Giordano_zpsveieixus.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Jeremy%20Allen_zpskhlryiir.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Alessandro Caesar Vs. The Pulveriser w/Khloe</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Caesar’s abrupt exit from Khloe’s Kastoffs was anything but amicable. All of the bitterness and acrimony has led us here. Alessandro Caesar is a proud man who feels that he has been spinning his wheels while under Khloe’s management. For her part, she is embarrassed by his defection and has turned remaining client The Pulveriser upon his former ally. Matches between one time compatriots are often fiercely contested and there’s no reason to expect this one to be any different.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bret%20Heartbreak_zps3aqc6jjw.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Padraig%20OHearne_zpsj1a9kjrs.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Bret Heartbreak Vs. Padraig O’Hearne</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Bret Heartbreak’s situation has become somewhat unclear once more in the aftermath of Hugh Echoes’ sudden disappearance from SNP. At Slaughterhouse though Heartbreak will be given an opportunity to put his recent trials behind him and regain sizable momentum. Standing in his way however is Padraig O’Hearne. 2018 has been a banner one for the young Irish man and he’ll want to see it out with a bang, starting with a victory over Heartbreak. Both these guys are competitive and determined but something will have to give when they collide.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Dwayne%20Dark_zps0k4rpijc.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Colin%20Picalo_zpsw29aqjfx.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Mark%20Carnie_zpst3cqf4as.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Dwayne Dark © Vs. Colin Picalo w/Mark Carnie (</strong><strong><em>Weapons Match for SNP Hardcore Title match</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

This one is one that most SNP fans will be familiar with by now. But for latecomers let’s recap. Dwayne Dark and Colin Picalo have utterly dominated the SNP Hardcore Title for a long time. They do not like each other. What they do like is bludgeoning each other with whatever weapons come to hand. They will be given another opportunity to do so at Slaughterhouse. It will be brutal.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Karma%20Kollopy%20First_zpsrldds0to.jpg</span></p><p>

<strong>Questioning Kollopy</strong></p><p>

1. What led to Hugh Echoes’ departure from SNP? Is it telling that he was not wished well in future when details of his departure were released in previous Thistle Talks? How big a blow is it to SNP?</p><p>

<em>Hugh Echoes was offered a full-time contract by WLW in Japan. He made the decision to take that, as was his right, leaving both SNP and also Canadian promotion 4C to continue his career over there. There’s no bad blood between SNP and Hugh, obviously we are sorry to see him go but ultimately this threat has been hanging over us since the day he arrived. The timing of it isn’t great obviously but we’ll get on with things. He is a loss, there’s no point pretending otherwise but we’ve won some great shows without him in recent times too and in guys like Riddick Jordan, Alton Vicious, Meathead McAullie, Padraig O’Hearne, Bret Heartbreak and Konrad Makinen the future is still bright here in SNP.</em></p><p>

2. Is there a worry that further names could follow suit?</p><p>

<em>It’s always a possibility at our level. We don’t run enough shows, we CAN’T run enough shows, to offer people a full-time wage so if they’re offered that elsewhere… I’m human too, I can understand the appeal of that for guys. Our goal, long-term, is to reach a level where we can offer that and where we provide a viable option to talent to build a career in and not just to be used as a springboard or to subsidise a ‘real’’ job.</em></p><p>

3. Any clues to the identity of the new guy?</p><p>

<em>I don’t want to give much away. He’s still not signed up completely. All I will say is that he’s not British or European. He would be somewhat of an import in a similar vein that Cobra or indeed Hugh himself was. This guy is only starting out though.</em></p><p>

4. How is the relationship with the boss these days? Has the Echoes’ situation impacted upon that at all?</p><p>

<em>Hugh Echoes leaving SNP hasn’t impacted upon my working relationship with Mark Carnie. We’re very different people and it’s fair to say that we’re not always on the same page but, in this at least, we both understand that it’s just one of those things that happens to small promotions and the only way to avoid it happening again is to continue growing.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<p>Just some general housekeeping (OOC)</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">(OOC)</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

I just wanted to cover off a few things before I go any further forward.</p><p> </p><p>

A) The Prediction Sheet for SNP Slaughterhouse</p><p>

1. Riddick Jordan © Vs. Meathead McAullie <em>(Last Man Standing match for </em><em><strong>SNP King of Scotland</strong></em><em> title)</em></p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

2. The Inferno © Vs. Red Threat <em>(</em><em><strong>SNP Tag Team</strong></em><em> title match)</em></p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

3. Bali Daljit © Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz <em>(</em><em><strong>SNP Dragon Lightweight</strong></em><em> title match)</em></p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

4. The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. Wrath of Cain</p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

5. Cobra Vs. Kalvin Addams Vs. Konrad Makinen w/Mark Carnie</p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

6. Alessandro Caesar Vs. The Pulveriser w/Khloe</p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

7. Bret Heartbreak Vs. Padraig O’Hearne</p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

8. Dwayne Dark © Vs. Colin Picalo w/Mark Carnie <em>(Weapons Match for </em><em><strong>SNP Hardcore</strong></em><em> Title match)</em></p><p>

Comments:</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Bonus Questions:</strong></p><p>

1. What will be the match of the night? (2 points)</p><p>

2. Who will join Goldstein and Kollopy on the Announce Desk? (1 point)</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Bonus points for most insightful comment: 2 points</strong></p><p> </p><p>

B) The current Prediction League Standings (after 1 round)</p><p>

Atticus: 3 points</p><p>

Dr_Avalanche: 4 points</p><p>

MrWolf101: 6 points</p><p>

smw88: 5 points</p><p>

Tiberious4: 5 points</p><p> </p><p>

Definitely all to play for still!</p><p> </p><p>

C) I feel a small apology is due to those who are still reading. I hadn't realised it was 11 days since even the last Thistle Talk. Life has just been quite busy of late and it's tough to get the time for this sometimes. Amongst my current time thieves are:</p><p> </p><p>

1) Work - I've started new tasks. It's pretty harrowing sometimes but it's rewarding and I enjoy it for the most part but I also come home sometimes just drained and exhausted and in no shape to write. I don't ever want to just phone this in, it's means too much to me to do that and I don't ever want to be churning out dross. Readership has been brilliant to me since early on as well and you deserve better than that too!</p><p>

2) Less easy to forgive perhaps is that I've gotten a tiny bit distracted by a couple of Real World saves I was messing around with. One of them, to be fair, I have taken enough notes that I could probably start a dynasty about it. Any interest in a regional all-women promotion that picks up a TV deal in the aftermath of it's first show? <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

3) The small things that make up a life - niece turned 3 recently, a few football games (though the Irish domestic season ends today which will help), just juggling family and friends and new people and old people. Life eh?</p><p>

4) Trying to keep up with real, actual wrestling too. I avoid wrestling news sites these days and prefer to watch shows 'blind'.</p><p> </p><p>

Anyway, all of that is a really, really roundabout way of saying that I am still committed to this diary, I'm curious to see if SNP ride the Echoes' exit wave smoothly, I'm desperate to hit regional and see if that helps stop us bleeding money every month. Bear with me if you will people. It just might be worth it. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

Comments: think he will hold on awhile yet</p><p>

2. <strong>The Inferno ©</strong> Vs. Red Threat (SNP Tag Team title match)</p><p>

Comments: hold on only to lose it next time they meet</p><p>

3. <strong>Bali Daljit ©</strong> Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz (SNP Dragon Lightweight title match)</p><p>

Comments:</p><p>

4. The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. <strong>Wrath of Cain</strong></p><p>

<p>All good on the time between posts. Life always needs to come first. I appreciate you waiting until I returned from vacation before putting up the next card. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

The Prediction Sheet for SNP Slaughterhouse</p><p>

1. <strong>Riddick Jordan ©</strong> Vs. Meathead McAullie (Last Man Standing match for SNP King of Scotland title)</p><p>

Comments: <em>Hugh leaving could mix up your title plans, so I could see McAullie pulling this out to shake things up, but Jordan is SNP's top man now that Hugh has left in my mind, so I'll say the title stays with him.</em></p><p>

2. <strong>The Inferno © </strong>Vs. Red Threat (SNP Tag Team title match)</p><p>

Comments: <em>As much of a fan as I am for F.R.E.A.K., I don't think Red Threat are the ones to take the belts off of Inferno.</em></p><p>

3. <strong>Bali Daljit ©</strong> Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz (SNP Dragon Lightweight title match)</p><p>

Comments: <em>Just thinking that you are still trying to see what you have with Daljit, and while Macks has put in the performances that justify being rewarded, Bali needs more time with the belt for that to happen.</em></p><p>

4. The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. <strong>Wrath of Cain</strong></p><p>

Comments: <em>I keep picking against the Funke Bunch, and I keep being wrong. What's the definition of insanity? </em><img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

5. Cobra Vs. Kalvin Addams Vs. <strong>Konrad Makinen</strong> w/Mark Carnie</p><p>

Comments: <em>Why do I have this feeling like a push for Cobra is coming? At the same time, you've invested a lot in Konrad to have him lose here (even if he's not the one taking the fall), so I'll pick him.</em></p><p>

6. Alessandro Caesar Vs. <strong>The Pulveriser w/Khloe</strong></p><p>

Comments: <em>Caesar seems stuck where he is at, which is probably for a reason (either he is still learning or he just doesn't have it). I can see Khloe costing him this match because there's nothing like a woman scorned (cheap plug!)</em> <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

7. Bret Heartbreak Vs. <strong>Padraig O’Hearne</strong></p><p>

Comments: <em>So this is the match I'm looking the forward to the most. Either man could win and I wouldn't be shocked, but Padraig is a natural storyline fit to be next in line for the title, so I'll go with him.</em> </p><p>

8. <strong>Dwayne Dark ©</strong> Vs. Colin Picalo w/Mark Carnie (Weapons Match for SNP Hardcore Title match)</p><p>

Comments: <em>I realize I haven't predicted any title changes yet, but unless some sort of interference happens, I can't see Picalo winning this.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Bonus Questions:</p><p>

1. What will be the match of the night? I'll go out on a slight limb and say <strong>Heartbreak vs O'Hearne</strong></p><p>

2. Who will join Goldstein and Kollopy on the Announce Desk? I've enjoyed <strong>Laurel Wreath</strong> on commentary, so why not? <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Liam Lutz Vs. Motoyuki Miyake</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Preshow kicks off with this match between the two newest members of the SNP. Lutz, the street thug, is off to a decent start in his time here and tonight, he is chosen as Miyake’s first opponent. Little is known about the young, Japanese competitor. He had a short spell with the now defunct Golden Canvas Grappling in 2016 but never actually wrestled a match for that promotion. The 23-year old speaks no English but his aggressive, MMA-based offence says plenty for him. Their match tonight isn’t overly impressive though, Lutz struggles for stamina and Miyake, despite undeniable star presence, is understandably rusty. Ring rust or not the Japanese star comes out on top here, scoring a decisive 3-count at 8’01 after a Knock Out Kick.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 21</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Kitty Katz is applying make-up in the backstage area when we hear a deliberate cough from behind her. Katz turns to find herself face to face with an unhappy looking Khloe. Khloe demands to know what Katz has said to Alessandro Caesar. Katz insists that she’s only looking out for the big Italian. Predictably the argument gets heated and there any many, many accusations and unkind things said. Caesar is almost forgotten about as the two women each claim to be sexier than the other. Challenges are issued for a bikini contest to be held between them later on tonight.</p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SNP Slaughterhouse</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Welcome to Slaughterhouse! We are back in The Chaos Arena and we have another night of absolute mayhem ahead of us. Meathead McAullie bids to capture the SNP King of Scotland title for the second time in our Main Event. Standing in his way is ‘The Dude’ Riddick Jordan. It’s an ‘I Quit’ match for the biggest prize in SNP.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Every title in SNP will be defended tonight. The Inferno will defend the Tag Team titles against the dangerous Red Threat. Dwayne Dark and Colin Picalo will collide in ANOTHER Weapons Match for the SNP Hardcore Title and there’s one that I can absolutely not wait for – Bali Daljit defending his hard won Dragon Lightweight title in a Ladder match against ‘The Irish Daredevil’ Matthew Macks.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> That’s not all though! Who could fail to be excited at the thought of Bret Heartbreak going one-on-one with Padraig O’Hearne? Konrad Makinen is going through an uncharacteristic slump and he’s found himself in the midst of that explosive battle between Cobra and the Addams Family. Makinen, Cobra and Kalvin Addams meeting in Triple Threat action tonight too.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> All that and more is ahead of us people. Strap yourselves in, it is going to be a wild night. I can promise you that.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Liz%20Sweetheart_zpsd7cmjonp.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

In true SNP style the show begins with some free t-shirts being conveyed to the audience via the tried and trusted medium that is beauty. Interviewer Liz Sweetheart is today’s bringer of gifts. Like those who have gone before her, this beautiful, young woman flaunts all of her attributes throughout her performance here and the crowd are overjoyed with it. </p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 53</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> And that right there is how we do it here in SNP. Beauty everywhere!</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Including the announce desk!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Suffice to say, it has just been confirmed that Liz Sweetheart can do more than just talk! Now it’s match time.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> There are few things more bitter than a battle between people who were once allies. Yet that is the situation we have here. Alessandro Caesar and the Pulveriser have battled side by side but they’re about to go one on one. Khloe could be the X factor in this one, she is not pleased with Caesar’s defection from her stable.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> And let it be remembered boys, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alessandro%20Giordano_zpsveieixus.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Jeremy%20Allen_zpskhlryiir.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Alessandro Caesar Vs. The Pulveriser w/Khloe</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Both these guys are intent on victory from the outset. It’s easy to forget how young this pair still are. Caesar, still only 22, is two years older than The Pulveriser. Despite the lack of experience in the ring these two clearly have a natural chemistry that adds to the flow and rhythm of proceedings. The Pulveriser remains firmly in Khloe’s thrall and, at her behest, uses every move in his Arsenal. The Pulveriser, the ripped, big heavyweight is one of the few men who makes Caesar look small and he makes that advantage count early on. ‘The Roman Gladiator’ is not a man to back down however and he fights his way back in with a series of knees to his opponent’s kidneys. They collide like two animals and the momentum only shifts again when Khloe makes her presence known on the apron. Taking advantage of the distraction, The Pulveriser locks in a crude choke hold while Lucy Avatar remonstrates with Khloe. Just when it looks as though Caesar is fading Kitty Katz emerges from the crowd and slides into the ring. She cracks a chair to the head of The Pulveriser. The big man is staggered and that allows Caesar to hit Roman Holiday and score the win at 6’51. Khloe is absolutely LIVID!</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 34</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> First blood to The Italian!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> And to Kitty Katz as well Jackie!</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> I don’t want to denigrate the boys but this feud is all about Kitty and Khloe in my opinion. I’ve known them both and worked with them both for a very long time and I can tell you that this growing tension is very, very real!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> We still haven’t had any formal declaration of alliance between Kitty Katz and Caesar of course but, after that, Caesar will have a much better idea of what Kitty can offer him! Everything changes here in SNP!</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Speaking of changes we’re about to see the new attitude of The Funke Bunch as they collide with Wrath of Cain in tag-team action!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> This is one that I’ve been looking forward to!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20London_zps1hrar2nu.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20Celtic_zpsruyzmqkl.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Holly%20Leves_zpsj5ms7ygs.jpg</span><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Cain%20Carlile_zpstglx0whk.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Gavin%20Owen_zpsfpxhfd6l.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Funke Bunch w/ Holly Leves Vs. Wrath of Cain</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">The new attitude of The Bunch is evident here. No dancing. Just a sullen, sneaky looking Flash and Finn, spouting insincere platitudes while Holly Leves smirks between them. There is a vicious edge to their assault that wasn’t there before. Cain Carlile takes the brunt of this early on but once Gavin Wrath gets in he can more than hold his own and The Bunch head to the outside to regroup. All four guys show up well in this one. They’re all lightweights and this suits the quick pace of the match. It goes back and forth with plenty of pin attempts on both sides. The Bunch take to the floor again after another dizzying sequence from Carlile leaves them bamboozled. This time though, ‘Captain Crash’ follows them to the outside by way of a springboard over the top rope. He crashes into his opponents and chaos erupts once more in The Chaos Arena with all four men involved. In the midst of it all Holly throws some sort of powder into the eyes of Cain Carlile. He’s blinded and promptly driven through a ringside table. He’s unable to meet Lucy Avatar’s count and The Funke Bunch continue their fine form with another win here at 6’54.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 44</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Holly Leves proving her worth once more. Under her stewardship it would take a brave man to bet against The Funke Bunch becoming Tag Team champions once more. Just goes to show what a difference a good manager can make. Am I right Laurel?</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> You’re not going to get under my skin tonight Bronzestein. You make a good point though, a point that perhaps needs to be made to Wrath of Cain…</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Laurel Wreath of course is in the market for some new clients so take that comment any way you want people. Next up is the first title match of our evening, you can see the ladders being set up and you all know what that means.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> The SNP Dragon Lightweight title is being suspended above the ring. Bali Baljit will be defending his hard won title against the resurgent Matthew Macks. One of this pair will climb the ladder, unhook the gold and leave The Chaos Arena tonight as champion!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bali%20Daljit_zpshopo5fxt.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Matthew%20Macks_zpstnycjywu.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kitty%20Katz_zpsbcbejke8.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Bali Daljit © Vs. Matthew Macks w/ Kitty Katz (Ladder match for SNP Dragon Lightweight title)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">High spots abound in this one with both men willing to take risks in pursuit of victory. When they work as they do with a Daljit top rope clothesline, they’re effective. When they fail, as is the case with a Macks elbow from the top of a ladder, the consequences are severe. Both guys give their all. Several times Daljit attempts to scale the ladder and end this one but every time he’s pulled back to the canvas by the resilient Macks. Frustration is starting to set in and it’s possibly this that inspires the next move by the champion. Two thirds of the way up the ladder once more he glances back down to see Macks starting to stir himself. A resolute look crosses Daljit’s features. He stops climbing, looks to the sky for a heartbeat and a half and launches himself into his trademark shooting star press. It is a thing of absolute beauty. The impact is devastating. Unfortunately for Bali Daljit, the impact is between him and the ring as Macks has alertly rolled to safety even as Daljit was flying so gracefully through the air. Daljit is desperately trying to suck in oxygen even as Macks climbs the ladder and becomes SNP Dragon Lightweight champion for the second time at 8’53. It will be meagre consolation to Daljit that his has been the best match of his career.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 46 – NEW SNP Dragon Lightweight champion – Matthew Macks</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Matthew%20Macks_zpstnycjywu.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bali%20Daljit_zpshopo5fxt.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Leighton%20Buzzard_zpsd0xiiqbc.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alessandro%20Giordano_zpsveieixus.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Matthew Macks’ celebrations are cut short when Daljit attacks him from behind with the very same ladder that he climbed moments earlier. Daljit is joined within seconds by Phil Bridge and the pair work Macks over in between throwing up COF handsigns. Alessandro Caesar enters the ring, tossing Daljit over the top rope in short order before pummelling Phil Bridge with knees and elbows. Bridge escapes to the floor and makes for the backstage area with Dalji. Kitty Katz helps Matthew Macks to his feet and the Dragon Lightweight champion thanks his rescuer with a firm handshake.</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 32</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Well I’ve just going to say, I have no idea if this clears things up or makes them even more confusing. Is Caesar a Kitty Katz guy now? Are Daljit and Bridge definitely in cahoots?</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> I *think* the answer to both those questions is yes! That said… nothing has been confirmed. I will add this to the equation as well though, if Bridge is running with Daljit now… where does that leave his relationship with Khloe? Is The Pulveriser all she’s got left?</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Let’s not forget the biggest thing that’s come out of this either guys, Matthew Macks recent momentum has come due and he IS the NEW SNP Dragon Lightweight champion.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Speaking of momentum, this next match features somebody who is struggling to keep theirs. ‘The Prodigy’ Konrad Makinen has somehow found himself sucked into the bitter feud between Cobra and The Addams Family. He’s about to compete in a Triple Threat match now with Cobra and Kalvin Addams.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Cobra_zpskrzxuezi.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kalvin%20Addams_zpsyibjyrww.jpg</span><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Konrad%20Maumlkinen_zpswvm8melp.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Mark%20Carnie_zpst3cqf4as.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Cobra Vs. Kalvin Addams Vs. Konrad Makinen w/Mark Carnie</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">There are a number of strands of interest running through this one. Kalvin Addams has been hunting down Cobra ever since the Snake-man injured his brother Jimmi and Konrad Makinen was drawn into this one at Invasion 4 last month. Makinen and Cobra seemed to be on the same page at the end of that event but it remains to be seen if this solidarity will survive this bout. Initially the two do combine their efforts to work over Addams. Addams, as it happens, is off form and off the pace throughout this one but the other two (in particular the mercurial Makinen) are superb. Addams is tossed from pillar to post, falling victim to a sequence of high impact moves, a deadly DDT from Cobra, a variety of suplexes from Makinen and a double dropkick from both men simultaneously. Cobra holds Addams in place as Makinen, who has oozed charisma and star quality all through this match, prepares for his Stockholm Syndrome Superkick. An instant before impact though Addams ducks and Cobra eats the move instead, crumbling to the mat like a mannequin whose strings have been cut. The usually unflappable Makinen is taken aback for a second or two. Kalvin Addams is alert to the opportunity however, throwing Makinen through the ropes to the floor and picking up the win with his legs on the ropes for added leverage at 8’58.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 41</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Oh what a steal by Kalvin Addams. That is how you do it! Talk about overcoming the odds!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Konrad Makinen’s disappointing run continues as well. He needs to pick up a win from somewhere soon! He’ll be so disappointed with that.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> So will Mark Carnie. A big win for the Addams boy though, I must try and have a word with him.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> I’m not convinced that he’s looking to hook his career up to a suicide machine but it’s your own time to waste.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> I’m going to interrupt before you two get into another war of words. The SNP Tag Team titles are up for grabs next. The Inferno will be defending against Red Threat. Too close to call in my opinion.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Lenny%20Mochin_zpsdym6hscd.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Rohan%20Kirchner_zpswdtdpytg.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Maximum%20Destruction_zpsrewe7aif.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Notorious%20Freak_zpsirxnbpp3.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Inferno © Vs. Red Threat (SNP Tag Team title match)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Lenny Mochin and Notorious F.R.E.A.K. get us underway here and it’s not long before F.R.E.A.K. is being double teamed by both members of The Inferno. Kirchner and Mochin look sharper throughout this one but none of the four men are disgraced here. F.R.E.A.K. impresses with his resilience, kicking out of a belly to back suplex from Mochin and a Frog Splash from the South African Sensation Rohan Kirchner. The Inferno are coming closer and closer to putting this one to bed when F.R.E.A.K. manages to avoid a corner splash from Kirchner. He makes the hot tag to Maximum Destruction who is just an explosion of rage and fury. He floors Kirchner with a lariat and a brutal uppercut sends Mochin to the floor. He flings Kirchner into the ropes, almost beheads him with a clothesline and then locks his hands around Kirchner’s throat. Despite referee Lucy Avatar’s commands he simply refuses to release the hold. Avatar has no choice but to disqualify Red Threat at 5’35. Still, Max D won’t let go and Kirchner is only saved by Lenny Mochin’s return to the fray. Destruction and F.R.E.A.K. eventually head to the back. The Inferno win the match and retain the titles but it's not a conclusive finish.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 36 – Still SNP Tag Team Champions – The Inferno</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Jackie%20Goldstein_zpsxstdyr67.jpg</span><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kitty%20Katz_zpsbcbejke8.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Jackie Goldstein heads to the ring with a microphone in hand. He says that he has serious business to address… a bikini contest. Cue raucous applause from the audience. Khloe and Kitty Katz are announced and stare resentfully at each other across the ring. At Goldstein’s prompting they disrobe and flaunt their wears to the appreciation of the crowd. Perhaps he’s distracted (understandably) but Goldstein is unexpectedly poor in this segment. He’s hardly the focus though! The crowd declare Kitty Katz victorious but the SNP Army are the real winners here!</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 54</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> You know they just might be the second and third most beautiful women in SNP. The Queen of Rock n’Roll is obviously number one though!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Well that is a debate for another time. Right now we’re about to go from beauty to the beasts as Dwayne Dark defends the SNP Hardcore title against Colin Picalo in another Weapons match, another battle in their seemingly never ending war.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Dwayne%20Dark_zps0k4rpijc.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Colin%20Picalo_zpsw29aqjfx.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Mark%20Carnie_zpst3cqf4as.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

<strong>Dwayne Dark © Vs. Colin Picalo w/Mark Carnie (Weapons Match for SNP Hardcore title)</strong></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">These two have been here before and they both know what they’re doing. It’s a hellish battle from the moment the bell rings. Steel chairs, kendo sticks, trash cans, bagpipes, an acoustic guitar and a spade are all pressed into service as weapons in this brutal brawl. Dark is split open when Picalo manages to score a piledriver onto one of the chairs. Loss of blood doesn’t slow down The Black Lion though and he ceases control again when Picalo gets hung up by the neck between the top two ropes. With no DQ in place here Dark is able to brutalise his foe with a steel chair. Mark Carnie’s attempts to make the save only result in the SNP owner taking a chair shot himself. Lucy Avatar manages to free Picalo from the ropes but he only staggers into Darkness falls. The three count follows as surely as night follows day and Dwayne Dark continues his impressive run as champion at 8’37.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 48 – Still SNP Hardcore Champion – Dwayne Dark</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> That was a war. A bloody war. Dwayne Dark is surely the greatest Hardcore Champion we’ve ever seen?</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> You’ll get no argument from me. Not within earshot of Dark anyway! That is one tough, mean spirited, son of a bitch!</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> I wouldn’t even talk about his Mum that way.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> This next match is going to be completely different but every bit as anticipated. ‘The Legend of Tomorrow’ Bret Heartbreak against the man who, pound for pound, just might be the best wrestler in the whole SNP. Hell, I’ll go even further, in the whole of the UK!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> It’ll be interesting to see how Heartbreak shows here following the desertion of Hugh Echoes…</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bret%20Heartbreak_zps3aqc6jjw.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Padraig%20OHearne_zpsj1a9kjrs.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Bret Heartbreak Vs. Padraig O’Hearne</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Both men go all out from the get go. It’s a brilliant performance from both men but Heartbreak is marginally quicker to everything. Clearly he’s put the er… heartbreak of losing Hugh Echoes behind him. He scraps like a man possessed, disrupting O’Hearne’s every attempt to turn it into a wrestling match here. There’s no respite for the Irishman and the action just gets more and more frantic. There are brief moments when O’Hearne looks like getting back into it but Heartbreak has a counter for everything it seems. Heartbreak comes close to victory when he locks in a Figure Four Leg lock but O’Hearne just about makes it to the ropes. Momentum seems to be shifting inexorably in the direction of young Heartbreak but Padraig O’Hearne is not a man to give up under any circumstances. He reverses an Irish Whip into a short arm clothesline and from there both men joust for supremacy again. This struggle ends with O’Hearne ducking under a clothesline of Heartbreak’s and retaliating with an enziguri. Exhausted now, O’Hearne somehow summons the energy to deliver a Crowning Glory and pick up a big win at 11’22. They set out to steal the show and they might have just done that.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 59</strong></p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> You heard it here first people, ‘The Alchemist’ Jackie Goldstein is going on record right now and telling you all that Padraig O’Hearne is going to become King of Scotland at some point next year. I am staking my reputation on it. He has proven tonight that he can endure and that he can overcome.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> This is one of those match where both guys come out of it with their reputations enhanced. Bret Heartbreak is 19 years old and he gave a veteran’s showing tonight! I’ll go even further than you Jackie, I think both these guys have major titles in their futures.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath</strong>: That match was what pro wrestling is all about! Anywhere other than SNP it would have been a Main Event. Even now, if I’m Riddick Jordan or Meathead McAullie, who wants to follow something like that?</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Well our main event is up next. I believe it is time for the King of the Scotland to make his entrance!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Riddick%20Jordan_zps0ttcjipk.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

‘The Dude’ Riddick Jordan stands at the top of the entrance ramp with his arms spread wide. Strobe lights flash and flicker insanely and then The Chaos Arena is plunged into darkness. When the lights come back on Jordan is still standing motionless and three masked, hooded figures stand around him. Pyro explodes from the floor before him. The lights go out again and when they come back on the masked figures are gone. Jordan lowers his arms and makes his way to the ring, a hint of a swagger in his stride and his smile.</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 55</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Riddick%20Jordan_zps0ttcjipk.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Meathead%20McAullie_zpsrxkjdtij.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Riddick Jordan © Vs. Meathead McAullie (I Quit Match for SNP King of Scotland title)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">This one is another brawl. It starts slow, with an exchange of heavy blows and headbutts but the pace picks up quickly. McAullie is determined and aggressive, scoring a huge running power slam and rocking the champion with a vicious elbow to the skull. Jordan hasn’t gotten to the top of the audience by accident though and he turns this one of it’s head by dropping Meathead on his head with a sudden belly-to-back suplex. Jordan goes right for a submission hold, locking in a cloverleaf. It takes a toll but Meathead manages to turn over to his back and kick his way free. Battle is joined again and McAullie is the next to lock in a submission hold, securing a full nelson in the middle of the ring. Jordan grimaces in pain but, step by step, he makes his way to the ropes and Lucy Avatar calls for the hold to be broken. McAullie does so, albeit grudgingly. Unwilling to give up his advantage he tosses Jordan back into the middle of the ring and strides back towards him. The muscular McAullie locks in a Boston Crab and sits back. Jordan’s agony is written all over his face as he inches towards the sanctuary of the bottom rope. He can’t quite get there, centimetres from his goal when McAullie slams on the brakes and holds tight. This is a pivotal moment in the battle, Jordan still straining for the rope, Meathead using all his power to prevent it. Suddenly, from under the ring, one of the masked figures from earlier appears. He slides into the ring. McAullie sees him and Jordan finally grabs the rope. Meathead surges up towards the new arrival and the two men crash together. It’s like a traffic accident. They trade blows but McAullie takes control and tosses the masked man to the floor.</span> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alton%20Vicious_zpshhz1lbr8.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">The mask has come askew in the fall and when the wearer tosses it aside we can see that it’s Alton Vicious. Riddick Jordan has made his way back to his feet and Meathead turns back into a killer spear. From the mat, Jordan transitions into a modified kimura. McAullie twists and turns and tries everything in his power to escape the hold but ‘The Dude’ is not so easily deterred. Eventually, even a man as tough as McAullie has no option but to tap at 10’17. It has been an absolute classic, easily the best match in the history of SNP. Jordan has carried it and, accordingly the crowd respond first with a rousing chant of “Riddick Jordan, Riddick Jordan!” This is followed by a chorus of “Hugh… Who? Hugh… Who?” and finally, a raucous, passionate airing of “SNP! SNP!” to close us out.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 67 (New SNP Record) – Still SNP King of Scotland – Riddick Jordan</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> We can scarcely be heard over the choir that is the SNP Army! It has been, and I say this without hyperbole, the greatest night in SNP’s short history.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Remember, remember, the war of November. What a night. Just… what a bloody night. People have written us off, dismissed us and belittled us. Tonight we have stood up and we have shown everybody that the SNP is here to stay.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Riddick Jordan is certainly here to stay.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> On behalf of everybody associated with SNP I want to thank you for your support tonight. I’m ‘The Alchemist’ Jackie Goldstein, I’ve been joined tonight by Karma Kollopy and Laurel Wreath and we’ll be back here again in just two short weeks for Christmas Chaos, the last show of what has been a stellar 2018 for us here in SNP.</p><p>

<strong>Overall show Rating: 61 (A new SNP Record, popularity improved in one region)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Nuclear League of Wrestling (NLOW) have just opened their doors in Western Australia. The promotion, the brainchild of long time APW stalwart Harry Simonsen, will endeavour to carve out a place in the Australian scene dominated by RAW and also containing APW, DIW, the struggling YEPW and New Zealand based group ZEN.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alessandro Caesar & Matthew Macks w/ Kitty Katz Vs. The Misfits w/Khloe</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

While nothing formal has yet been announced it now appears certain that Alessandro Caesar has made the move from Khloe’s Kastoffs to the management of Kitty Katz. This match then pairs Caesar and Katz’ other client, SNP Dragon Lightweight Champion Matthew Macks, against Khloe’s remaining pair. Another strand of interest in this one has to be the loyalties of Phil Bridge. He’s spent a lot of time with fellow ROF alumni Bali Daljit of late but this has led to conflict with Macks that will see both men eager to win this one.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Padraig%20OHearne_zpsj1a9kjrs.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Lenny%20Mochin_zpsdym6hscd.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Rohan%20Kirchner_zpswdtdpytg.jpg</span><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Padraig O’Hearne & The Inferno Vs. Konrad Makinen & The Creepy Crawlies w/Mark Carnie</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Even amidst all the upheaval of late here in SNP there’s no getting away from the fact that there is a serious war for control between various factions. Two of the leading groups will collide in this battle. O’Hearne has been arguably the breakout star of 2016 and he will want to see the year out with a victory. He will be ably backed up by the current SNP Tag Team Champions in this one in the form of Lenny Mochin and Rohan Kirchner. On the opposite side we’ll see Mark Carnie’s coalition. ‘The Prodigy’ Konrad Makinen has experienced somewhat of a slump of late and he’ll be highly motivated in this one. With the dangerous duo of The Creepy Crawlies on his side and the always opportunistic Mark Carnie in the corner this one is almost too close to call!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alton%20Vicious_zpshhz1lbr8.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Meathead%20McAullie_zpsrxkjdtij.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Alton Vicious Vs. Meathead McAullie (Texas Death Match)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Vicious and McAullie have both built up a lot of frustration of late. Vicious will feel, unfairly or otherwise, that he has been left somewhat in the shadow of his one-time tag team partner Riddick Jordan of late. For McAullie, defeat to the same man at Slaughterhouse last week, was a disappointing culmination to a chaotic few months that included the sudden departure of Hugh Echoes, who had become a leader of sorts to the bruising Meathead. A Texas Death match will give both men the perfect vehicle to work out their issues.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Curtis%20Jenkins_zpssudjylu4.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Motoyuki%20Miyake_zpswdl2cyct.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Curtis Jenkins Vs. Motoyuki Miyake</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Japanese arrival Miyake made a winning debut against Liam Lutz last time out. Curtis Jenkins, the newest Black Lion, will represent a tougher challenge for him. Jenkins himself will feel that he still has something to prove and both men will recognise this as an opportunity to get momentum behind them ahead of 2019.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Riddick%20Jordan_zps0ttcjipk.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bret%20Heartbreak_zps3aqc6jjw.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Riddick Jordan © Vs. Bret Heartbreak (First Blood Match for SNP King of Scotland Championship)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Having seen off Meathead McAullie last time around, Jordan has now set his sights upon the other half of the doomed King’s Court in the shape of precocious teenager Bret Heartbreak. The current King of Scotland, so relaxed outside the ring, is no stranger to focused brutality inside it, hence the bloody stipulation attached to this one. Heartbreak has proven in the past that he can compete with the best and he’ll relish the opportunity to prevent Riddick Jordan’s reign from continuing into 2019.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Maximum%20Destruction_zpsrewe7aif.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Notorious%20Freak_zpsirxnbpp3.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Cain%20Carlile_zpstglx0whk.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Gavin%20Owen_zpsfpxhfd6l.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Red Threat Vs. The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. Wrath of Cain (Tag Team Title Number one contenders match)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

All three of these teams will have serious designs on unseating The Inferno. Only the inner rage of Maximum Destruction prevented Red Threat from achieving this at Slaughterhouse and they’ll have to go back to the drawing board now to get another shot. The Funke Bunch and Wrath of Cain are involved in any ever more bitter rivalry between themselves, now with the added prize of a title shot added to the mix we could see a whole other level of intent reveal itself when these three teams collide.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bali%20Daljit_zpshopo5fxt.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Martin%20Heath_zpsnwdz7ild.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Neville%20Jones_zpscprg3ctu.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Bali Daljit Vs. Martin Heath Vs. Neville Jones (Dragon Lightweight Title Number one contenders match)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Another triple threat match with title implications. All three of these men have held the Dragon Lightweight title in the past. All three men know the prestige attached and will not be afraid to take risks to climb to the top of the mountain again. The egotistical Bali Daljit is still reeling from losing the gold to Matthew Macks and will be eager to strike the first blow towards getting it back again. COF member Martin Heath is always a dangerous contender in an environment such as this one and will want to bring glory to his stable. ‘The Prince of Wales’ Neville Jones is still searching for his third run with the title. This one should be a high-flying, high-risk extravaganza between three men with similar experience, motivations and abilities.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Dwayne%20Dark_zps0k4rpijc.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kalvin%20Addams_zpsyibjyrww.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Dwayne Dark © Vs. Kalvin Addams (Weapons Match for SNP Hardcore title)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Dark is starting to look like the Hardcore belt is welded around his waist. Addams surprised people when he picked up a victory over both Cobra and Konrad Makinen. His dubious reward for that success is this date with Dwayne Dark in Dark’s match of choice. It’s difficult to discount a man of Addams experience and pedigree (he’s also a current EWA Tag Team Champion) but this is a test for anybody!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNP_zpsc0w5yeji.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<p>NLOW sounds like an interesting promotion. SNP Christmas Chaos 2018 – The Pre-show

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Laurel%20Wreath_zps50vhpjqk.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Holly%20Leves_zpsj5ms7ygs.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kitty%20Katz_zpsbcbejke8.jpg

Motoyuki Miyake is warming up backstage, practicing kicks and strikes. Laurel Wreath walks into shot and tells him that she has a business proposition for him. Miyake smiles at this but it’s pretty clear that he hasn’t understood a word. Wreath smiles even wider at this and pulls out a contract but before she can hand it over Holly Leves struts into shot and interjects herself between the two. She tells Miyake that she sees great things in his future and would like a private chat. Miyake smiles politely and looks between the two. Kitty Katz and Khloe enter from opposite sides, scowl at each other and both join the clamour for the Japanese fighter’s attention. Within seconds voices are raised and all four women are arguing with each other. During a lull in the row they look around… Miyake is nowhere to be seen.

Curtis Jenkins Vs. Motoyuki Miyake

This one starts quickly with Miyake bringing his MMA-driven offence to the fore. His star quality is evident throughout but he is clearly still rusty. Jenkins, for his part, gives a praiseworthy performance. Even so, despite his technical prowess, he has no answers to the non-stop aggression of Miyake. After landing a number of stiff blows to Jenkins’ body and ruthlessly shrugging off his every attempt at a comeback, Miyake manages a takedown and just unleashes a flurry of fists and elbows to Jenkins’ face. The bludgeoned Black Lion is in big trouble and is barely conscious by the time that referee Lucy Avatar has no option but to stop the fight at 7’58 and give the victory to Miyake.

Kitty Katz makes her way out to the ring next, casting another covetous glance at the oblivious Miyake as he passes her. She gets in the ring with a mic in hand. She tells the SNP Army that the ranks of her clients are going to swell anew… starting right now! Music begins to play and Alessandro Caesar makes his way out to join her. They share a hug. Katz raises the bulky Italian’s hand above his head and declares that with her help there are titles in his future and that future will begin tonight.

Alessandro Caesar & Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz Vs. The Misfits w/Khloe

The bad blood brewing between Khloe and Kitty Katz (who are both excellent here) boils overs to the in-ring action pretty quickly and Lucy Avatar has it all to do just to keep a modicum of control over things as all four men find themselves clashing in the ring at the same time. Caesar of course has been the catalyst for much of this recent bad blood and it would appear that he has few regrets about his new allegiance. The turning point in this one comes when Caesar press slams Phil Bridge over the top floor to the floor. Bridge, who looked slightly off form anyway, throws his hands in the air and storms to the back, ignoring the protestations of Khloe, leaving The Pulveriser alone. The big man tries his best but to no avail. Drained by going toe-to-toe with Alessandro Caesar he quickly falls to Red Lightening, the patented finishing move of SNP Dragon Lightweight Champion Matthew Macks. Macks has carried the match in terms of in-ring performance with another brilliant showing and it is fitting that he picks up the win for his team in just 5’45.

SNP Christmas Chaos 2018

Jackie Goldstein: The Chaos Arena is booming with the voices of 1,025 members of the SNP Army, a record crowd here to bear witness to the last show of our greatest year. My name is ‘The Alchemist’ Jackie Goldstein and it is my pleasure to welcome you to Christmas Chaos 2018.

Karma Kollopy: I can scarcely hear myself over the tumult of sound! Anticipation is rife here and who can blame this mass of people. We have a stellar card ahead of us. ‘The Dude’ Riddick Jordan defends his SNP King of Scotland title in a First Blood match against ‘The Legend of Tomorrow’ Bret Heartbreak in our main event. The allies of that pair also collide when ‘The Bad Man’ Alton Vicious meets ‘The MVP of SNP’ Meathead McAullie in a Texas Death match.

Jackie Goldstein: Don’t forget the huge 3-on-3 clash either. Konrad Makinen and The Creepy Crawlies collide with Padraig O’Heare and the SNP Tag Team champions The Inferno. It’s Carnie’s Angels Vs. Circle of Fire and it is going to be epic! We have a Weapons match for the SNP Hardcore title, Kalvin Addams the latest man to try and unseat Dwayne Dark. Also, there are triple threat matches to establish the number one contenders for both the Tag Team and Dragon Lightweight titles. It is going to be a hell of a night.

Karma Kollopy: And, before she joins us in the announce booth again, our broadcast colleague Laurel Wreath is going to share some free t-shirts with the SNP Army!

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Laurel%20Wreath_zps50vhpjqk.jpg

Laurel Wreath, the Rock n’Roll queen, looks particularly provocative tonight. The audience are in her thrall as she makes full use of her undeniable sexuality as she fires a succession of t-shirts into the grateful audience. Upon finishing she flashes a devil horns gesture with her hands and head bangs her way to the announce desk as her music plays.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Neville%20Jones_zpscprg3ctu.jpg

Self-proclaimed aristocrat Neville Jones is backstage facing a camera. He has thoughts to share regarding his upcoming Triple Threat match to determine the Number One contender for the SNP Dragon Lightweight title.

Neville Jones: The SNP Dragon Lightweight title deserves a champion with the prestige to match the title itself. That precludes a populist, wannabe heart throb like Martin Heath. The less said about a grasping, greedy peasant like Bali Daljit the better. As for the current champion, ‘The Irish Daredevil’ Matthew Macks, his desperate attempts to both please the audience and aspire to some of moral benchmark are as laughable as they are inappropriate. ‘The Prince of Wales’ is the true personification of the Dragon Lightweight division. Tonight I will see off these false pretenders. Next year, I will take back my title and put everybody on watch! 2019 will see Neville Jones fly higher than even a dragon would dare!

Angle Rating: 35

Jackie Goldstein: Fighting words from Neville Jones! Martin Heath and Bali Dalji won’t take kindly to them though!

Karma Kollopy: That match is up next and whoever wins will have to do it the hard way. I’d also like to congratulate Laurel Wreath, who has joined both Jackie and I out here on the commentary desk, on an impressive showing to open the show proper.

Laurel Wreath: Thanks Karma, I’ve been telling you boys for months that I could match anybody out there! I feel I proved my point.

Jackie Goldstein: I’d like to ask you about your appearance on the pre-show Laurel. You were one of several people addressing the young Japanese star Motoyuki Miyake about obtaining his services. Do you feel that you’re in a good position to win that particular race?

Laurel Wreath: Only time will tell Jackie, I think I’d be the best option open to him though!

Karma Kollopy: We’ve got to head back to ringside now though with a Triple Threat Match to decide who will get the next title shot for the SNP Dragon Lightweight title.

Bali Daljit Vs. Martin Heath Vs. Neville Jones (Number One contender’s match for SNP Dragonweight title)

This one is full of high spots, typifying the sort of high energy, high risk action we’ve come to associate with this division. When Jones is thrown to the floor, Heath adds further indignity with an athletic suicide dive between the ropes. As both men struggle back to their feet Daljit turns up the stakes even higher with a soaring leap over the top rope to crash into both men. When all three men make it back inside though, Heath takes control (delighting his teenage fan club) laying out Daljit with a DDT and keeping Jones on his toes with a flurry of strikes and kicks. This offence culminates with a German Suplex into a cover that Daljit breaks up at 2. The action continues at pace with all three men showing their capabilities but struggling to create clear opportunities to win. This changes when Daljit and Neville are trading shots while Heath attempts to regroup. Both Heath and referee Lucy Avatar are watching Daljit gain control after yanking on Neville’s hair and kicking him in the stomach.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Leighton%20Buzzard_zpsd0xiiqbc.jpg

Neither of them see Phil Bridge emerge from the crowd, steel chair in hand and bad intentions written all over his face. He cracks Martin Heath hard over the head with his weapon, throws up a COF hand gesture in mockery and scampers backstage. Bali Daljit has seen what happened and abandons the prone Neville to make a quick cover. 1-2… Lucy Avatar’s count is interrupted when Neville desperately dives across the ring. As Daljit struggles back to his feet, he’s dropkicked through the ropes to the floor by Neville who quickly takes advantage of the circumstances he’s found himself in to hammer Heath with a quick Swansea Senton from the top before he hooks the leg for the win at 9’32.

Match Rating: 41

Jackie Goldstein: Well how about that, the Prince’s proclamation coming true, Neville Jones has got Matthew Macks and the Dragon Lightweight title in his line of sight. He showed genuine ring savvy there.

Karma Kollopy: He certainly did that, taking advantage of a rapidly changing situation to snatch victory from the fingertips of Bali Daljit. All three of these guys have only enhanced their reputations here though.

Laurel Wreath: And all without a manager at this moment in time too…

Jackie Goldstein: I’m trying to play nice today Laurel, getting the Christmas spirit in early and what have you, so I hope that Santa Claus does bring you some clients for 2019! Next up we have another Triple Threat match, this one to determine the next pair to get a crack at The Inferno for the SNP Tag Team titles.

Laurel Wreath: The Funke Bunche, new attitude and all, have been on the tear of late. The Wrath of Cain… well Cain Carlile believes that he has both Gavin Wrath and Destiny in his corner. As for Red Threat… we all saw last time around how pumped up Maximum Destruction is and I know better than most just how unstoppable he can be when the mood takes him!

Karma Kollopy: Speaking of Red Threat I believe that our cameras have caught up with Notorious F.R.E.A.K. backstage.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Notorious%20Freak_zpsirxnbpp3.jpg

F.R.E.A.K. is sitting in a chair in a dressing room, pulling on his thigh high wrestling boots. The chair next to him is empty but, true to form, F.R.E.A.K. is engaged in animated conversation anyway.

Notorious F.R.E.A.K.: I unzerstand your point Commie Tornell but you had ze chance to partner me and you left me alone against ze Misfits. *Pause* Yes, of course I zee zat Commie works well with ze Red Threat name but it makes no deeference. Do not make zis harder than eet has to be. *Pause* Au revoir mon amie. I vill think of you when I and my big, red ally are victors tonight.

Maximum Destruction walks into shot. If he’s perturbed by his partner’s bizarre behaviour he doesn’t let it show. No words are exchanged but F.R.E.A.K. stands up and follows Max D out towards the ring. The camera zooms in on the empty chair but if Commie Tornell has any thoughts he is not willing to share them.

The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. Red Threat Vs. Wrath of Cain (Number One contender’s match for SNP Tag Team titles)

Maximum Destruction is at his most brutal today. The Funke Bunch, after both taking an early battering, want no part of him, tagging in Cain Carlile and dropping to the floor whenever the action moves their way rather than risk getting drawn back in. Carlile absorbs tremendous punishment but manages to make a tag to his partner Gavin Wrath. Wrath and Carlile make a number of quick tags and manage, with great difficulty to isolate Max D. After a handspring huracurana Carlile makes a cover. Both members of the Bunch and F.R.E.A.K. arrive just in time to break up the cover and by the time Lucy Avatar has restored some sort of calm Carlile has been laid out by a choke slam from Max D. ‘Captain Crash’ barely manages to kick out. Max D, in the ring since the outset, tags in F.R.E.A.K. and the freaky one attempts to continue dominating Carlile. Carlile’s agility is almost unprecedented though and when he manages a scarcely believable handspring vault to avoid a backdrop and tags in Gavin Wrath momentum shifts again. The judo expert systematically dismantles F.R.E.A.K. and it looks as though Wrath of Cain are closing in on the prize. Maximum Destruction decides to interject himself into the proceedings again. Cain Carlile is having none of it though and before Max D can get in he’s barrelled to the floor via a handspring heel kick from Carlile that leaves both men laid out and the SNP Army chanting, “they’re both dead, they’re both dead,” with gusto. Wrath, keeping his eyes on the prize runs the ropes, with the intention of obliterating Notorious F.R.E.A.K. This time though Flash tags himself in, Finn hits a flying knee on Gavin Wrath from behind and all it takes is seconds for The Sick Beat to be laid down on F.R.E.A.K. At 8’44 The Funke Bunch are declared the winners. Flash and Finn have entered stellar performances with both members of Wrath of Cain just behind them (though Wrath, by his own standards, has looked a little better than tonight’s showing). Still Holly Leves will have to start planning a Tag Team title assault for her team.

Match Rating: 42

Jackie Goldstein: The Funke Bunch are a team on a mission. They have found an entirely new gear under the guidance of Holly Leves and they look a totally different team to the one that was treading water earlier in the year.

Karma Kollopy: Finn and Flash have never lacked for ability or belief. They’ve been champions here twice already. There should be no under-estimating a duo of their calibre. All that said, I can’t disagree with you Jackie, whatever Holly Leves has brought to the table it has had a huge impact. They will be looking at 2019 as a year when they can have a serious impact in the tag team division and in the SNP as a whole. Tonight they were as good, better even, as they’ve been in their whole run here.

Laurel Wreath: I think they were brilliant tonight. The ring awareness, the patience, the intelligence. This new Funke Bunch are going to take some stopping.

Jackie Goldstein: From three teams of two we go to two teams of three. Carnie’s Angels and Circle of Fire are about to collide. I’m expecting a hell of a bout with guys of this talent involved.

Karma Kollopy: No doubt! The SNP Tag Team champions will have watched that last match with interest but now The Inferno will turn their attention to their own match. With Padraig O’Hearne in their corner COF have made huge strides in 2018.

Laurel Wreath: By contrast both Konrad Makinen and The Creepy Crawlies have had a tough time at times this year. This is their opportunity to end the year on a high though.

Konrad Makinen & The Creepy Crawlies w/Mark Carnie Vs. Padraig O’Hearne & The Inferno

Picalo and Mochin get this one underway but there’s plenty of quick tags on both sides throughout. While form would suggest that COF will have the edge here, there’s nothing between these teams in the early exchanges. Padraig O’Hearne is majestic throughout and comes closest to ending it early on when he utilises a power bomb to almost put Augustus Bumblescoop away. Mark Carnie is in the right place at the right time to put the bamboozled Bumblescoop’s foot on the rope and save the match. Carnie is a key factor in this throughout. He distracts Rohan Kirchner for long enough to get Makinen in the ring. The Swede is all business tonight and is the shining light for his team, radiating focus and determination as he attempts to turn his luck around. A Stockholm Syndrome superkick would surely have ended it had the recipient, Lenny Mochin, not been knocked completely out of the ring. As it is Mochin barely beats the count. The pace gets hotter and hotter, Picalo adding to Mochin’s woes with a combination of punches that owes a lot to his boxing background and Rohan Kirchner reminding us all of his aerial finesse with a beautiful missile dropkick that has Konrad Makinen gasping for breath. Kirchner goes back to the top though and eats canvass when ‘The Prodigy’ rolls to one sight right before impact. From there Makinen knocks O’Hearne from the apron with Stockholm Syndrome, smashes an elbow into Mochin’s face and turns back to finish off Kirchner with another perfectly executed Stockholm Syndrome. The resulting pin, at 14’02, is academic. Makinen’s fabled cool cracks ever so slightly, this victory has meant a lot to him.

Match Rating: 55

Jackie Goldstein: Konrad Makinen is back in business. That is a huge shot in the arm for the Swede.

Karma Kollopy: It’s a real boost for The Creepy Crawlies and all of Carnie’s Angels. A first real setback for Circle of Fire. I have every confidence in their ability to bounce back though. Too much quality not to.

Laurel Wreath: Title action again next. Kalvin Addams will have to have something up his sleeve against Dwayne Dark for the SNP Hardcore title.

Jackie Goldstein: I’ve got to say, Dwayne Dark has made the Weapons match his personal plaything. I think Addams is going to have his work cut out for him.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Dwayne%20Dark_zps0k4rpijc.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kalvin%20Addams_zpsyibjyrww.jpg

Dwayne Dark © Vs. Kalvin Addams (Weapons Match for the SNP Hardcore Title)

Dark blitzes Addams from the first bell in this contest, using his power and size advantage to good effect. Addams though, every bit as obnoxious and aggravating as his twin Jimmi is refined, is not lacking in endurance and he stands his ground resolutely, taking Dark’s assault but refusing to be knocked by it. Dark uses a kendo stick, leaving a multitude of marks on Addams back. Addams eventually makes his way to the floor in an attempt to create some separation and collect his wits. Dark follows him out and attempts to whip Addams over the steel ring steps. Addams reverses the move however and it’s The Black Lion who crashes painfully into the unyielding metal. Addams takes advantage of this to unleash offence upon the champion with a variety of weapons. A tennis racket, a dustbin and, somewhat bizarrely, a hoover are all employed to inflict pain upon Dwayne Dark. When Addams drags Dark back into the ring, the mayhem becomes amplified several times over.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Cobra_zpskrzxuezi.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Laurel%20Wreath_zps50vhpjqk.jpg

First of all Cobra appears from the back and, true to recent history, he sets out to derail Kalvin Addams, sliding into the ring with a steel chair and swinging for Addams. Addams ducks but Dwayne Dark is not so lucky. The Black Lion is tough enough that he drops to one knee but he’s still not out yet. Addams chases Cobra from the ring even as Dark stumbles back to his feet. With Lucy Avatar distracted by Cobra she doesn’t see Laurel Wreath leaving the announce desk and tossing Kalvin Addams what appear to be brass knuckles. Addams needs no second invitation to drill Dark with them and this time Dwayne is out. At 7’26 Kalvin Addams scores the pinfall and becomes the NEW SNP Hardcore champion!

Match Rating: 45

Jackie Goldstein: Absolute mayhem. Even for a Weapons match, even for the Hardcore title, that was bedlam!

Karma Kollopy: Have you anything to say for yourself Laurel?

Laurel Wreath: Oh come on Karma, it’s a no DQ match, it’s not like I broke any rules!

Jackie Goldstein: Whatever about the methods, the result was clear enough. Dwayne Dark’s long reign as champion is at an end and Kalvin Addams is now the man with the title around his waist!

Karma Kollopy: There will no respite from the violence now though. Alton Vicious and Meathead McAullie are about to bang heads in a Texas Death Match. No quarter will be asked or given. This is a suitable battlefield for two of our premier warriors.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alton%20Vicious_zpshhz1lbr8.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Meathead%20McAullie_zpsrxkjdtij.jpg

Alton Vicious Vs. Meathead McAullie (Texas Death Match)

For a minute or so these two powerhouse are cautious and cagey, trying to feel each other out. Inevitably though it can’t last and before long the two men are trading huge punches and trying knock each other out. The impact is frightening to witness and it’s all downhill from there. This is not a wrestling match so much as a fight between two men who enjoy fighting in the same way that most people enjoy sleeping in on a Sunday. Head butts, powerslams and a variety of stiff blows and kicks are traded back and forth. Both men give good accounts of themselves but Vicious, it has to be said, looks particularly impressive tonight, giving as good a performance as we’ve seen from pretty much anybody here in SNP. He crushes McAullie in the corner and smashes him with a flurry of elbows but the big Scot is up at the count of 6. He comes even closer after a piledriver but, miraculously, Meathead is still back up at 8. Vicious attempts a suplex next but it’s blocked and then reversed to totally turn this one around. McAullie DDTs Vicious three times but The Black Lion is back up at 7. Briefly. McAullie runs the ropes and comes back with his patented big boot. Vicious is kicked through the ropes and to the floor and at 11’47 Avatar calls for the bell. This one is done and McAullie has bounced back in the best possible way from his defeat last time out.

Match Rating: 64

Jackie Goldstein: Meathead McAullie is victorious! Living up to his name as ‘MVP of SNP’ and issuing a timely reminder to everybody that he can not be discounted in the race for the King of Scotland title! Similarly Alton Vicious has proven, even in defeat, that he has all of the pieces required to compete against anybody!

Karma Kollopy: It’s not shaping up to be a good night for The Blacks Lions though. 0 for 3 so far and with only our Main Event to come.

Laurel Wreath: That last match was one that nobody deserved to lose. There’s not many matches that could follow it but Riddick Jordan and Bret Heartbreak just might be capable of it.

Jackie Goldstein: Especially with the First Blood stipulation! The champion is about to make his entrance now.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Riddick%20Jordan_zps0ttcjipk.jpg

Riddick Jordan makes his way to the ring and brandishes a mic. ‘The Dude’ cuts a vibrant promo, outlining the pride that he takes in his title, in his nationality and in his race. He reiterates once more that, tonight’s hiccups aside, The Black Lions are the future of professional wrestling, a brotherhood that he knows he can put all of his trust into. For a finish he bellows out a new catchphrase,

“I am Riddick Jordan, the King of the Dudes, the King of the Lions and the King of Scotland!”

The place comes unglued. It just might have been the most intense moment in the history of SNP.

Riddick Jordan © Vs. Bret Heartbreak (First Blood match for SNP King of Scotland title)

There’s no feeling out process in this one, both men attacking with a vengeance from the moment the bell rings. We’re used to seeing Riddick Jordan getting physical but the young Heartbreak’s good looks and measured demeanour sometimes seems to hide the fact that he is an accomplished brawler in his own right. Given the talent that is involved here it’s no surprise that this match is very good. However it fails to hit the heights that may have been expected of it! Both guys seems slightly off form, it’s not a chemistry issue, it’s just unfortunate that both men are not firing on all cylinders at the same time. Jordan rains blows down on the eyebrows of his younger, smaller foe but we see a nasty streak to Bret in this one too. He scratches, he claws, he uses the ropes to try and draw blood. All to no avail. When this one ends, it ends quickly. With Heartbreak down after a wicked Samoan Drop, Jordan brings in a table and sets it up in the ring. He drapes his opponent on the turnbuckle, climbs up, shows phenomenal power to hoist Heartbreak onto his shoulders and hits another Samoan Drop, this time through the table. When Bret manages the crawl from the wreckage he’s wearing a red mask of blood down his face and Lucy Avatar calls for the bell at 13’06. Riddick Jordan has retained his title again.

Match Rating: 57

Jackie Goldstein: ‘The Dude’ will celebrate Christmas as SNP King of Scotland. That was another war, we’ve seen some real battles here tonight.

Karma Kollopy: We’ve been watching battles all year Jackie! 2018 has been a banner year for SNP. I firmly believe though that 2019 is going to be even better.

Laurel Wreath: There is noplace else I would rather be than right here in SNP.

Jackie Goldstein: It’s all ahead of people. The War for SNP continues into a new year with our next show. For now though, I extend a warm thank you to everybody who has supported us throughout 2018, especially the record crowd who have helped to make Christmas Chaos 2018 such a great success! Good night and have a great Christmas!

<p>Thistle Talk 0023 – Saturday Week 3, December, 2018</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/YEPW_zps4cpnuvqi.jpg</span></p><p>

Youth Energy Pro Wrestling (YEPW), the Eastern Australian promotion who only opened their doors in March 2017, have become the latest wrestling company of some note to be wound up. Rumours have been rife for some time now that they have been under severe financial strain as they tried to compete in the crowded Australian market. SNP offers condolences to all those involved.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Karma%20Kollopy%20First_zpsrldds0to.jpg</span></p><p>

<strong>An End-of-Year Q & A with Karma Kollopy</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>1) 2018 – a good year or a bad year for SNP?</em></p><p>

I would say that it’s been an excellent year for SNP. We’ve set new records for attendance. Our top ten attendances took place this year and we’ve gone from a high of 630 this time last year to 1,025 now. That’s an increase of very nearly 40% in 12 months. The last two shows that we’ve put on are widely acknowledged as our best ever. Nine of our top ten rated matches took place this year. That is a good year by any standards.</p><p>

<em>2) How is the bank balance looking?</em></p><p>

We still have a large cash reserve so there’s absolutely zero worry on that score. We are still operating at a loss and I’d like to see us tackle that in 2019 but we’re in an extremely healthy position financially and I’m delighted to be able to say that. We’ve seen plenty of companies go under this year, many with far more tradition and prestige than us, it’s an accomplishment every passing month that we’re still going here.</p><p>

<em>3) What’s the next step? How much expansion can we expect to see next year?</em></p><p>

Look, this is a marathon not a sprint. There are no shortage of goals that Mark Carnie and I have for this company. As ever, I’m reluctant to put too much out in the open in terms of our aims. Short-term, I just want us to continue growing. I think it’s not unreasonable for us to look at breaking the 1,200 barrier in terms of attendance in the not too distant future. I think we’re closing in a different level of operation. Once we get there… we can start dreaming a little. 2019 could be a year too soon for us though.</p><p>

<em>4) Can we expect to see much in the way of roster changes?</em></p><p>

The short answer is that I don’t really know. It’s not something that we have any concrete plans to change in the near future but things change fast in this business. Like always, we have a shortlist. I would imagine that there will be some sort of changes throughout the year but only time will tell.</p><p>

<em>5) Who’s impressed you the most on the roster this year? What angles or stories have particularly pleased you?</em></p><p>

I’ve said it before, I don’t like singling people out. That said, I think Riddick Jordan deserves an awful lot of credit for his run as SNP King of Scotland. He’s still improving, still only 27 and is a guy who has legitimately stepped up to be counted. As far as angles go, I liked the formation of Circle of Fire. I think a good angle will be grounded in reality but will also surprise people and sustain their interest. I think we ticked all those boxes with this one.</p><p>

<em>6) Against this are there any particular divisions of the company where you feel that things could be stronger?</em></p><p>

I think we could use more bodies in our Hardcore division to be fair. It’s not that I’m deliberately neglecting it (as some would claim), I’ve just found it genuinely difficult to uncover talent who’ll fit in there. I think the Dragon Lightweight division continues to excel and has helped to put us on the map. I think that our Tag Division is well stocked as well though we probably do need to give pairs like The Creepy Crawlies and Red Threat more time to bed in as Tag Teams.</p><p>

<em>7) Have you thought about TV at all?</em></p><p>

All the time! I don’t think it’s going to happen overnight. I don’t think it’s going to happen in 2019! Our product is only going to make it harder to get picked up too. The first step would be getting our events picked up. That would be huge for us. Realistically though, as I said, 2019 might be a little soon for us. That being said, you look at a company like ZEN in New Zealand. Their PPV deal is probably the only thing keeping them afloat, if we got something like that… totally different game.</p><p>

<em>8) How do you see the wrestling industry as a whole developing over the next 12 months?</em></p><p>

Here in the UK 21CW are still obviously top dogs and that’s not going to change. They’re legitimately providing a product that can compete with the North American heavyweights and more power to them. SWF are obviously at the front of things over there right now. I’m still expecting a new promotion to open here in the UK at some point and, depending on how much investment they have behind them, that could be wholly different scenario. I follow the scene in Europe quite a bit too. For my money, UEW and EWA are a little bit ahead of VWA and SPPW are still bringing up the rear there. I’ve not heard anything to suggest that any of them are in any sort of trouble either though so they’re all in the same boat as we are really, trying to get to the next level.</p><p>

<em>9) Gun to your head, how do you feel about Hugh Echoes’ departure now? I can’t be the only one who noticed that he didn’t even get the traditional, ‘best of luck in the future’ message that usually accompanies departures!</em></p><p>

Hand on heart, I was disappointed when Hugh left. He was an asset to us and he deserves the opportunity to compete at the level he is now with WLW. So I’m pleased for him, I genuinely am. I think we’ve shown since he left anyway that we’re only getting better in any case so I think it’s fair to say that neither party has suffered. Makinen, O’Hearne, Alton Vicious, Heartbreak… we have plenty of young guys coming up the ladder anyway and Hugh leaving creates a space for one of them to step into. So I'll say it now - Best of luck Hugh buddy, give them hell!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNP_zpsc0w5yeji.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

I'm going to chalk that up to having very recently done a deep dive into your diary, and thus getting months and months of your booking all in a compressed span of about two weeks. :D

Have I mentioned how much I enjoy Karma Kollopy's reasonableness, clear-headedness, and general decency? Especially considering his boss having none of those traits? You've mostly hinted at it in the background, which totally works for me in terms of leaving things to the imagination, but I can only imagine the insane dictates of Mark Carnie and how poor Karma has to react to these increasingly bizarre and unreasonable demands without tendering his immediate resignation.

Mark Carnie is difficult to work for. There, I've said it. There is legitimately every chance that he will sack me at some point. Likewise, if he ever does grope all over one of the women on the roster (not sure it can even happen in an SNP player game) I will legitimately walk and open the doors at IPW (Irish Pride Wrestling) instantly. So yeah... I honestly don't even think that Carnie is insane, he's just an absolute creep with a warped moral compass. Storywise, Karma wandered into this, it was his first shot at making his mark in the wrestling industry and he wants to make it work. Only time will tell if he has it in him! :p

The Rumour Mill

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNP_zpsc0w5yeji.jpg

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNPFAN_zpswupqvvfz.jpg

Hey yo to my fellow members of the SNP Army. I've been keeping my ear to the ground as we come to the end of the year and I have been hearing all sorts of rumours about what the future holds for the SNP in 2019. Do you wanna know what I know? Of course you do! I'm sure a lot of this is BS but I guess waiting to see what comes to pass and what doesn't will be part of the fun. SO here goes...

1) There's a Japanese stable in the works people. Miyake will obviously be a part of it. None of the names mentioned meant anything to me though so I can offer no more than that.

2) There's also a deal on the table to make SNP events available via PPV. This is happening soon.

3) Roly Muckletruck and lots of him people. The Squashasaurus will be King of Scotland again by year's end.

4) They're high on The Pulveriser too, he's buddy buddy with Karma K and will get shoved up the card this year. They'll push him as the only graduate of the short-lived Braveheart's Dungeon Dojo (not strictly true of course but the only other guy to graduate hasn't amounted to anything at all).

5) Cobra to Carnie's Angels is on the agenda too. There's a feeling that he needs something to elevate him again.

6) Meathead McAullie and Bret Heartbreak are going to be teaming a whole lot more this year too. Feeling is that neither of them are quite at a level to challenge for the King of Scotland title but that Meathead can help Heartbreak to establish himself close to the top of the card. They're tipped to be called 'Divine Might' or 'The Vanguard'.

7) Mark Carnie has a problem with Cain Carlile. It could lead to 'Captain Crash' being shown the door.

8) Khloe and Alton Vicious are allegedly a real life couple. This could be worked into an angle with The Black Lion recruiting her as his manager 'White Meat'.

9) To bulk out the Hardcore Division efforts will be made to bring back some alumni who previously competed here. Former champions Axl Grease and Norman Gates are amongst those mentioned.

10) Kollopy wants to get out of frontline and focus on things from behind the camera. That could also happen sooner rather than later.

11) There are a couple of new shows in the pipeline too. SNP The Purge will see guys closer to the foot of the card competing against each other with the losers being fired and SNP Behind Enemy Lines will take place in Central England as the company attempts to expand further south.

So ponder that my people. See you in 2019!

OOC: The vast majority of what you have read there is lies or half truths, ideas that were considered and abandoned already or hopes for the future. There are some truths there too though. While I've kept my biggest plans under wraps I thought this could be an interesting segue from my normal posts.

Now for the fun part, the first person to respond can choose any one of the eleven rumours laid out above and I will confirm/deny/explain the truth or level of truth behind it. :D

Alright, I'll bite. Number 4, please. :)

Steve Pulver, the man that SNP call The Pulveriser, was one of only two men to graduate from Braveheart's Dungeon and the only one of them picked up by SNP itself. He has become good friends with Karma Kollopy and that would certainly auger well for his continued employment prospects. He is also widely considered by the powers that be in SNP to be amongst the best talkers that they have though, as of yet, he has not been given huge opportunities to showcase this. The reality though is that while he has a lot of promise (and plenty of time to live up to it) he's got plenty of developing to do before he can reasonably expect to make inroads at the top end of the card. 2019 will probably be a year of consolidation and small gains rather than the dramatic push intimated by JustCallMeLupin.

<strong>Alton Vicious, Dwayne Dark & Riddick Jordan Vs. Konrad Makinen & The Creepy Crawlies w/Mark Carnie (</strong><strong><em>3 Vs. 3 Scottish Dungeon Match</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Fresh off a victory over Circle of Fire at Christmas Chaos, Carnie’s Angels are now taking aim at The Black Lions. Konrad Makinen, in particular, will have taken great pleasure in that success and will relish the opportunity to prove once and for all that he is firing on all cylinders again and ready to push on this year. On the side of the Lions both Alton Vicious and Dwayne Dark suffered defeat last time out. For all six men this is the opportunity to make a huge statement of intent for the 12 months ahead!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz Vs. Neville Jones (</strong><strong><em>Ladder Match for SNP Dragon Lightweight title</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Big things will be expected from this one. Macks and Jones will be in their element here, both men supremely confident and comfortable in the high-energy, high-risk environment of a ladder match. ‘The Prince of Wales’ Neville Jones is still striving to become the first three time Dragon Lightweight champion but in Matthew Macks he faces a foe who seems to have found another gear in the last few months.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>The Inferno Vs. The Funke Bunch w/ Holly Leves (</strong><strong><em>Ladder Match for SNP Tag Team title</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Another ladder match for this one in a fascinating clash. The Inferno, the defending champions, have been impressive since they arrived on the scene with the startling birth of Circle of Fire. Kirchner and Mochin have both shown signs of developing into top competitors here and they are driven and focused on establishing themselves as a worthy Tag Team to match any who have gone before them. In the other corner are The Funke Bunch. This pair have been utterly reborn under the management of Holly Leves. Their new attitude has carried them here and they will believe that they are destined to top the mountain once more.</p><p> </p><p>

Thistle Talk 0025 – Saturday Week 1, January, 2019.

21st Century Wrestling recently came to the end of their broadcasting deal for their weekly TV show 21CW Best of British Wrestling with UK Broadcasting Prime. In the space of a week their television audience has dropped from a rating of 7.65 to just 1.60. Only time will tell how this will impact upon the company going forward. SNP can neither confirm of deny that we are extremely amused at this happening.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNP_zps2zxfajz6.jpg

Further matches have also been announced for SNP Burns Night Bash 2019 – 14 days to show!

Red Threat Vs. The Vanguard

Bret Heartbreak and Meathead McAullie have made a conscious decision to continue working together and have even formalised their alliance under the name of The Vanguard. First up under this new title will be a clash against Meathead’s old nemesis and one time ally Maximum Destruction and his partner, the always unpredictable Notorious F.R.E.A.K., Red Threat. Both teams will view this match as an opportunity to build some momentum in the new year, while simultaneously settling some old scores.

Alessandro Caesar w/Kitty Katz Vs. The Pulveriser w/Khloe

This one shows no signs of dying down at all. Khloe is still aggrieved at what she sees as Caesar’s desertion of her and she has turned The Pulveriser upon the big Italian. Caesar, for his part, has seemed to have the edge between these two thus far but this duel between two big, powerful men looks like it will run and run for some time yet.

http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Martin%20Heath_zpsnwdz7ild.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpghttp://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Motoyuki%20Miyake_zpswdl2cyct.jpg

Martin Heath Vs. Motoyuki Miyake

Japanese import Miyake has started his SNP career with two wins despite not yet really catching fire. The hard-hitting Miyake, very much in demand amongst the SNP’s managerial ranks, will have to up his game considerably against former Dragon Lightweight champion and COF member Martin Heath. ‘The Teen Idol’ win surely fancy his chances of picking up the win here and getting back towards title contention once more.
