The group make their way down to the ring, but this isn't your dominant KLiQ of old.....the KLiQ is very much damaged. The WWF Champion, Shawn Michaels is still suffering from the effects of the Tombstone received at the hand of the Undertaker last week....(as well as the Chokeslam on the entrance way the week before).....Hall and Nash have been jumped and assaulted by Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Loose Cannon, Brian Pillman for a number of weeks now.....and are both walking with a pronounced limp tonight, after their knees were introduced to a car door last week.....then there's Sean Waltman, the man Austin and Pillman essentially kidnapped last week.....and God knows what they did to him, but he looks beat up, fed up....and traumatised....in fact the only one who's not overly banged up is Justin Credible.</p><p> </p><p> Vince asks Shawn how he's doing after last week....but Shawn says he's not doing well....he says they are just a week away from the Royal Rumble, where he has to defend the WWF Championship against the Undertaker.....and not only did the Deadman damn near break Shawn's neck last week....he nearly broke his back the week before, Choke-slamming him onto the steel entrance ramp....but that's not what hurt the most.....</p><p> </p><p> <em>".....no, see what hurt the most Vin Man.....is the fact that my so called "friends".....my buddy's....my pals.....my compadres......the men who are supposed to have my back........have just stood by and let it happen........stood by and let the Undertaker attack me when I was unprepared....like the coward he is......stood by and let Steve Austin and Brian Pillman embarrass and humiliate them week in and week out.....stood by and watched the Nation of Domination, do what YOU should be doing.....and taking out Bret Hart......stood by and watched as Scott Steiner runs his big mouth........you know Vinny, the KLiQ used to be about action.....now it seems like we're more about reaction......and that's just not good enough......"</em></p><p> </p><p> Shawn says that tonight, the reaction is going to be this......Scott Hall and Sean Waltman, they're gonna react to Steve Austin and Brian Pillmans actions as of late by facing them tonight.....and it's time they started to justify those big money contracts.....by sending the pair to the hospital and making sure they are in no condition to even perform at the Royal Rumble......</p><p> </p><p> ......Vince takes the mic, before saying that as for Shawn's opponent at the Royal Rumble.....tonight.....Kevin Nash is going to show exactly why he's the SECOND highest earner here in the WWF.....by making the Deadman suffer tonight.....THEN on Sunday he's going to ensure that neither Bret or Owen Hart make it to the Royal Rumble match.......and THEN......he's going to go on to the Royal Rumble match himself......he's going to ensure that neither Steve Austin, Brian Pillman......OR Scott Steiner win that match.......and just for good measure, THEN he's going to make sure that a suitable winner is crowned....someone who can give Shawn Michaels a real challenge at Wrestlemania......someone like........like, Bob Holly.......Big Bad Barry Horowitz......</p><p> </p><p> Kevin Nash has heard about enough of this however......he tells McMahon that he's out here tonight on one bum leg.....he's been beaten with chairs.....car doors.....stomped, kicked punched......</p><p> </p><p> <em>"......but there's still enough of me left to do all that.....and more......you want me to take out the Undertaker? Done......you want me to take out the Harts? With pleasure........you want Big Sexy to make sure that Austin, Pillman and Steiner don't win the Rumble? I can do that too.......and if you want Big Daddy Cool, Kevin Nash, to make sure that Shawn Michaels has the PERFECT Wrestlemania opponent.......then, hey.....I got just the guy in mind........don't sweat it "Champ"......Big Sexy's got your back........"</em></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> A*</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p></div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><div></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="eLDIoSz.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/eLDIoSz.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> VS. <img alt="3aG14Jp.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/3aG14Jp.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img style="max-width:10%;</p><p> "src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/dYDRIuH.jpg" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/dYDRIuH.jpg"><img</a> style="max-width:10%;</p><p> "src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/x7S7R0g.jpg" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/x7S7R0g.jpg"></a></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Winner goes on to face Scott Steiner for the Intercontinental Championship, at the Royal Rumble</strong></p><p> </p><p> It's time to find out exactly who will be challenging Big Poppa Pump for the WWF Intercontinental Championship at the Royal Rumble.....as Chris Jericho looks to capture the Title for the very first time......while Mr. Perfect is looking to three-peat, by capturing the Championship that he last held back in 1991. </p><p> </p><p> It looks suspiciously as though Perfect is going to utilise the same tactics here that he did against the British Bulldog.....using his two protégés at ringside to cause enough of a distraction to ensure that he's able to pull out a cheap victory......and it appears to be working......because Billy Gunn and Jesse James almost hand Perfect the victory on a number of occasions.....at least until the official catches them at it.....and evicted them from ringside.......</p><p> </p><p> .....they don't go quietly however.....and cause quite the scene at ringside......</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="46EV5Y1.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/46EV5Y1.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> .......so much so that the official fails to see Lance Storm hitting the ring behind Jericho, and nail Lionheart in the back of the head with a stiff elbow strike.....which sends him staggering into the waiting hands of Mr. Perfect, who's Perfect-Plex is enough to keep Jericho down for a count of theee.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Winner:</strong> ......and new #1 Contender for the Intercontinental Championship......Mr. Perfect</p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> B</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="46EV5Y1.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/46EV5Y1.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="eLDIoSz.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/eLDIoSz.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Pleased to have sabotaged his nemesis's chances at claiming Intercontinental gold, Lance Storm looks to continue to inflict more punishment as he attacks the defeated Jericho. The WWF Champion took great pleasure in running down the accomplishments of his former Tag Team partner.....ridiculing his (honestly) quite meagre Championship history.....Marty took it all in his stride however, stating that he has beat The Heartbreak Kid before, and he'll beat him again.....except this time he will beat him for the World Wrestling Federation Championship.....</p><p> </p><p> .....of course that might be a moot point if Jannetty can't even pick up a victory tonight against Justin Credible.....the KLiQ are somewhat battered and bruised....and quite busy tonight.....which means Credible is out alone for this one......unfortunately for him.......because if he had had someone watching his back, maybe Jannetty wouldn't have been able to put him away with the "Into the Void" Superkick.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Winner:</strong> Marty Jannetty</p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> C</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="Rc3NoDZ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Rc3NoDZ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="j2Tooev.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/j2Tooev.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> From there we head to the back, where Dok Hendrix is standing by with a look of trepidation on his face.....and the reason for that....is Scott Steiner is about to be given a live microphone. Raven is unhappy that he has been unable to release the monster from inside Dude Love, and tonight he has ordered the total destruction of Mysterio and Snow, in the hope that it lights a spark of violence inside the Dude.</p><p> </p><p> Jim Ross informs us that Mysterio will be putting the Light Heavyweight Championship on the line at the Royal Rumble....against none other than one of his opponents tonight, the Fallen Angel, Christopher Daniels....which might also explain Raven's desire for the destruction of the little luchador. It appears however that the Shepherd of the Flock is still not happy with the levels of suffering being delivered tonight, because Al Snow and Rey Mysterio are certainly cooperating better than Daniels and the Dude....in fact the Dude out and out physically stops the Fallen Angel from crossing the line on a number of occasions.....in fact, so disappointed is Raven, that he feels the need to interject himself into the match, sliding into the ring and dropping Mysterio with the Evenflow, whilst the official is busy with an arguing Dude Love and Christopher Daniels.</p><p> </p><p> Daniels sees the assist however and is quick to capitalise on it, connecting with a double jump moonsault from the top rope onto the prone Mysterio, giving him the one, the two, the three.....and the momentum heading into Sunday nights Light Heavyweight Championship bout.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Winner(s):</strong> Dude Love and Christopher Daniels.</p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> B</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="oJqc7jC.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/oJqc7jC.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="PVk3FwK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/PVk3FwK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="tMF90pK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/tMF90pK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> <img alt="bPirxUr.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bPirxUr.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="cr5i0Lz.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/cr5i0Lz.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> The match may be over, but Raven certainly isn't ready for the destruction to end and he and Daniels proceed to attack Al Snow, while to Dude looks on, seemingly unhappy by the decision. With Mysterio still down it makes both he and Al easy pickings for the double team attack. Raven delivers a second Evenflow of the night, this time to Al Snow, before heading to the outside to collect a steel chair. He slides back into the ring and stands over the fallen Light Heavyweight Champion, holding the chair overhead, ready to strike......</p><p> </p><p> ......suddenly however, he's not holding the chair anymore......because the Dude has snatched it out of his hands. Raven smiles, believing that FINALLY the Dude is coming around to his way of thinking, but his happiness is short lived, because Love simply tosses the weapon to the outside, telling his master that they don't need to do that, Snow and Mysterio have been beaten enough. Raven snarls at The Dude that there is no such thing as "enough" when it comes to pain and suffering......and Dude Loves repeated refusal to surrender to the dark side.....is becoming tiresome......</p><p> </p><p> ......Raven shoves the Dude abruptly out of the way and exits the ring, heading for the back, leaving Snow and Mysterio to recover enough, that the Dude is able to help the pair back to their feet....much to the delight of Al Snow.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> A</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="LjBLTcA.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LjBLTcA.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="SC2jCnQ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/SC2jCnQ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Ahead of our next match we have a recap video highlighting the recent goings on with Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Loose Cannon Brian Pillman....the screwjob back at Survivor Series....their subsequent assault of Shawn Michaels that saw them take the ankle of the WWF Champion hostage with a steel chair to gain entry into the Royal Rumble....destroying McMahons Limousine with a monster truck......assaulting the KLiQ.....assaulting the KLiQ again.....and finally a reminder that while both Austin and Pillman WILL be entered into the Royal Rumble....they will be entering at number one and number two respectively.....and not only that, as an extra incentive.....both men come with a bounty on their head......because any man or men that are able to eliminate the troublesome pair, is guaranteed a WWF Title opportunity at a later date.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> B</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="LjBLTcA.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LjBLTcA.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="SC2jCnQ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/SC2jCnQ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> VS. <img alt="tsQXS32.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/tsQXS32.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="IYJgUWD.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/IYJgUWD.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Steve Austin and Brian Pillman vs the KLiQ would normally be a pretty hard hitting and intensive affair.....the story of tonight however, is exactly how banged up Hall and Waltman are after the weeks of abuse and attacks from the former WWF Tag Team Champions. Hall is selling a (Kayfabe) bad knee after being assaulted with the door of a car last week.....while Waltman is selling a bad, well everything.....leaving the commentators to speculate as to what exactly Pillman and Austin did to the former Light Heavyweight Champion after they kidnapped him last week. </p><p> </p><p> Obviously this means that the match is nowhere near the standard that you would usually expect from these four.....but it does mean that the KLiQ have a valid reason to take the loss, after Austin drops Waltman with the Stone Cold Stunner for the three.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Winner(s):</strong> Steve Austin & Brian Pillman</p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> B</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="LjBLTcA.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LjBLTcA.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="SC2jCnQ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/SC2jCnQ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> <img alt="NqqfCgY.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/NqqfCgY.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="vRMhRGa.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/vRMhRGa.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Austin and Pillman are trash talking towards the battered KLiQ.....when out of nowhere, two members of Raven's Flock hit the ring.....Bill DeMott and Doink the Clown try to jump the unsuspecting superstars from behind. Jim Ross questions what possible reason this duo could have for wanting to p*ss off Steve Austin and Brian Pillman....but it becomes slightly clearer when DeMott announces that now, they are going to toss the pair over the top rope....just like they are going to do on Sunday. Rude says this is clearly a psychological ploy on behalf of the Flock.....because come the Royal Rumble, sending Austin and/or Pillman over the top and to the floor is enough to guarantee a future World Championship opportunity.</p><p> </p><p> Unfortunately it doesn't quite go according to plan.....because as Doink and DeMott try to launch their opponents over the top, Stone Cold and The Loose Cannon reverse the momentum.....and it's the two Flock members that go flying over the top and to the floor. DeMott and Doink climb back to their feet....but decide that they would be better served waiting until Sunday night before they try that again.....and they head to the back.....</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="yNkcmqb.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/yNkcmqb.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="hzDZTVJ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hzDZTVJ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="k6DGuKj.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/k6DGuKj.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="2Kz9qfQ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/2Kz9qfQ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> .....but it looks as though the Flock aren't the only ones gunning for those title opportunities.....because next out are the Million Dollar Corporation.....they don't have much of a game plan however surprisingly.....and instead of all rushing the ring at once, Southern Justice get in there first....only to be tossed straight out......followed by the same fate for Jarrett and Steiner.....before they also decide that it would be better to wait until the Royal Rumble event.....</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="FOurmAt.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/FOurmAt.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="GTVuL5X.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GTVuL5X.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="rHR4YiB.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/rHR4YiB.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="PST0d7r.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/PST0d7r.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="yiIP524.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/yiIP524.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> .......which is when the Nation of Domination walk out onto the entrance ramp. Big Sexy is accompanied to ringside by the WWF Champion Shawn Michaels....but the Heartbreak Kid spends a good portion of the match sat on the commentary table instead of in his team mates corner. Jim Ross remarks that Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels are expecting an awful lot of Kevin Nash over the next six days.....first tonight, competing against the Undertaker with a bum leg is never going to be easy.....before going on to the Royal Rumble, where Nash has a whole laundry list of tasks to accomplish.....Michaels however tells Ross that that's why Kevin is paid the big money........not as big as the Heartbreak Kid obviously......but still bigger than most.</p><p> </p><p> As for the match itself, it was good.....not amazing, because Nash had to try and sell the knee....but Big Sexy certainly had more offence here than Hall and Waltman managed earlier against Austin and Pillman......and at one point, it even looked as though he was going to be in with a chance of winning......a chance that disappeared thanks to his own Stable Mate, Shawn Michaels.....because out of nowhere, Michaels decided to hit the ring with a Steel Chair....which he smashes so hard over the head of the Deadman that it leaves an imprint of the Undertakers skull dented into the metal.....obviously, it also forces the official to call for the bell, and declare the Undertaker the victor.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Winner:</strong> The Undertaker (via Disqualification)</p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> B+</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> <img alt="bN15JFv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bN15JFv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="7M1mABh.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/7M1mABh.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="rnLgWN8.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/rnLgWN8.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> The Undertaker is busted completely wide open after that vicious shot....and Michaels pounces on the cut immediately, peppering the open wound with punch after punch, until his fist is covered in the blood of the Deadman. Nash grabs hold of Shawn by the shoulder and spins him around, demanding to know why he stuck his nose into the match.....but the Champ simply shrugs him off and returns to raining bloody fists down onto the prone Undertaker. </p><p> </p><p> Again Nash spins the Heartbreak Kid around to face him, telling him that he could have finished this match without his interference.....Shawn is not listening however....and instead of shrugging Nash off, he physically shoves him away this time....before returning his assault to his bloody and helpless Royal Rumble opponent......</p><p> </p><p> ....one more time Nash spins Michaels around to face him....but this time the Heartbreak Kid slaps Big Sexy right in the mouth....telling him that he doesn't have to listen to Nash.....in fact he stopped having to listen to Kevin Nash right around the same time that Big Sexy signed that lucrative new contract.....the contract that for all intents and purposes......</p><p> </p><p> <em>"........makes you my big seven foot b*tch.......you'll do what I say, when I say it.....you'll beat who I say.....win when I say.............and more importantly......lose when I say.......or Vince McMahon will fire your ass......now get out of MY face......MY ring............and MY spotlight.........NOW........"</em></p><p> </p><p> Michaels turns his attention back to the Undertaker........while Nash stands with a look of pure fury on his face.....but instead of turning and leaving Shawn's ring.....he tosses back his hair.....and drops the straps on his singlet.......and with the crowd roaring in approval, looks as though he is seriously considering putting an end to Shawn Michaels once and for all.......which is when the Undertaker abruptly sits up....and grasps the World Wrestling Federation Champion by the throat......</p><p> </p><p> ......Michaels screams at Nash to help him, but Big Sexy simply smirks and hops out of the ring, telling the Heartbreak Kid that the spotlight is all his......</p><p> </p><p> .......as the bloody Undertaker Chokeslams his Royal Rumble opponent straight to hell, just as Nash makes it to the entrance way.....and the show comes to a close, with the now familiar sight of the Undertaker holding high the World Wrestling Federation Championship......while Kevin Nash looks on with that Kevin Nash smirk fully apparent on his face</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Rating:</strong> A*</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Final Rating:</strong> B+</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p></div><p></p>

<p>We are right around the corner from the 1997 Royal Rumble.....where the road to Wrestlemania will officially begin.....and it's pretty quiet around here right now......Jim Ross signed a three year contract extension....which means the 1996 announcer of the year is staying right where he belongs.....while Billy Gunn's status is still up in the air......although while he hasn't officially made his decision yet, he has made it pretty clear that he's not planning on going anywhere....of course the fact that I've had to offer him about ten grand more than I wanted to might have something to do with that.</p><p> </p><p> Rick Rude and The Undertaker have been getting on like a house on fire in the back, and have really made the locker room a fun place to be......while Kokina turned up to Raw with enough pizza to feed the whole of Italy.......of course they may have just all been for him, but he was good enough to share the leaning tower of pizza with the rest of the boys.</p><p> </p><p> WCW (who I'm no longer controlling for what it's worth) debuted a new event this week.....WCW Pain Barrier.....it was pretty average, but at least the WCW Title was defended in the main event instead of further down the card.....I guess that's what happens when Hulk Hogan has got the belt......</p><p> </p><p> Hulk Hogan defeated the Giant to retain the WCW Championship - B</p><p> </p><p> TV Champion Steven Regal defeated US Champion Diamond Dallas Page, to retain the WCW Television Title - B</p><p> </p><p> Craig Pittman defeated Ice Train - D</p><p> </p><p> Jim Duggan defeated Evad Sullivan - D+</p><p> </p><p> Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko successfully defended the WCW Tag Team Championships against the Amazing French Canadians - B-</p><p> </p><p> Mando Guerrero defeated Blitzkrieg - C-</p><p> </p><p> Joey Maggs defeated Doug Williams - D+</p><p> </p><p> Scotty Riggs, James Earl and Sgt Parker defeated Ernest Miller, Juventud Guerrera and Super Crazy - C</p><p> </p><p> Dave Taylor defeated The Gambler - C+</p><p> </p><p> Final Grade -B</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Quite why you would include the likes of Mando Guerrero, Joey Maggs, Lt James Earl and Sgt Parker.....and yet leave off talent like Sting, Luger, Savage, Flair......and even Jean Paul Levesque is beyond me......likewise, why you would put your TV Champion over your US Champion is doubly beyond me......but hey, it's their Pay Per View.......mine is this Sunday.</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43289" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"><p> </p><p> <img alt="Vo4hIT4.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Vo4hIT4.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <strong>WWF Championship Match</strong></p><p> Shawn Michaels © vs. The Undertaker</p><p> Comments:</p><p> </p><p> <strong>WWF Intercontinental Championship Match: if Scott Steiner loses, he's out of the Royal Rumble Match</strong></p><p> Scott Steiner © vs. Mr. Perfect</p><p> Comments:</p><p> </p><p> <strong>If the Hart Brothers win they will gain entry to the Royal Rumble Match</strong></p><p> The Hart Foundation (Bret & Owen Hart) vs. The KLiQ (Hall & Nash)</p><p> Comments:</p><p> </p><p> <strong>WWF Light Heavyweight Championship Match</strong></p><p> Rey Mysterio © vs. Christopher Daniels</p><p> Comments:</p><p> </p><p> The Legion of Doom vs. Edge & Christian</p><p> Comments:</p><p> </p><p> <strong>The 1997 Royal Rumble Match: featuring-</strong></p><p> Steve Austin, Brian Pillman, Scott Steiner(?), Bret Hart(?), Owen Hart(?), the British Bulldog, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Sean Waltman, Justin Credible, Kane, Goldust, Chris Jericho, Psycho Sid, Jeff Jarrett, Rich Steiner, Faarooq, The Rock, Raven, Dude Love, Al Snow......and many more who definitely won't win:p</p><p> </p><p> Who will be the Final Four? Pillman?: by Austin coming back into the ring!</p><p>

Thank so to everyone that's predicted, hopefully the Rumble will be posted sometime in the next few hours......I didn't realise the amount of effort that went into physically booking a Rumble match to write out and probably spent far too long writing it.....so (as I said to the wife last night <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />) I apologise about the length of it.....hopefully the next time I write a Rumble match I shan't make it so difficult for myself
