Who are the most unrealistic people you have made champions?

Recommended Posts

In my WWE save Shane Thorne is the current WWE Champion, Apollo Crews has been a 3 time World Heavyweight Champion while Damien Sandow and Johnny Mundo have also been World Champion which got me thinking whether any of you have booked really unrealistic champions that are most likely never going to win titles in real life.

His title reign has been one of my favourites that I have booked so far</p>

Either Kofi Kingston in my 2009 dynasty, or Ken Shamrock in my 1997 one. Both happened in December to give my dynasty a hook, so I guess that's kinda my theme.

I had Ken win the title in a n Attitude Era save once. Had him be the one to go over Mankind in the Deadly Games screwjob instead of the Rock

Due to a strain of injuries and seeing few decent options, I put that WWE world heavyweight championship on Fandango. He then dropped the belt to Roddy Piper who dropped it to Ricky Steamboat who finally dropped it to a returning from injury Jericho.

Sometimes, the game can force you into situations where all you can do is work it!

Fun stuff.

<p>Talking of unrealistic, I usually have Adam Cole win a title on his debut if I sign him. Biggest one was him going over Omega on a NJPW save. In my WWE Save he's the IC Champion right now and he debuted 5 months ago. I just really like the guy. </p><p> </p><p>

Oh I also had Sister Abigail win the Womens title (played by Felony) when she was supposed to be beaten in 4 minutes too, that was bad. </p><p> </p><p>

Once I had Curt Hawkins win the WWE Title, because his name was near CM Punk and I didn't think to check. It ended with him holding the title for 6 months though, so it worked out.</p>

<p>It's not done yet but it is very, very close and is written in stone. WCW 1998 game, in 1999 now and Mike Sanders is going to be my guy. </p><p> </p><p>

I have never had the stars alin so much for one worker ever in TEW in any iteration of the game.</p><p>

I have him Paul Orndorff as a manager and a week later he became his mentor, nearly every week teaching him psychology and massively increasing his stats. He also developed his own catchphrase to increase his entertainment and because muscular and a higher weight class and improved his star quality.</p><p> </p><p>

He uses the Mr. Wonderful moniker now and has Orndorff still and also Sid as his ally/muscle. They got their first A* angle a couple of days ago, and Sanders is carrying all of his matches now.</p>

That's awesome. That's the finest example I've ever heard of in a TEW game of a worker actually improving on his own and becoming great rather than just the player doing everything possible to boost his stats.

All the better that it's a guy who would definitely have been an also ran in every other save

Cheers, I've done this as well. Guess that Ken still has some love on these boards. :D

I've always been a Shamrock mark. Granted, he was a transitional champion from Michaels to heel Undertaker so that he could lose it to Austin at Wrestlemania, but I always try to find a position for Kenny on my shows. It ranges from Hardcore division up to main event, but he's usually there.

I like Ken too. Granted I don't usually make him "The Guy" on my 97 game, but he's always up there on the card and has some title runs. The guy position usually goes to Michaels or Austin.

Gave my "Hollywood Sandow" a run with the world title that was never meant to be anything significant. Yet every month when I was supposed to take the belt off of him, I had a change of heart and kept it on him. He had an amazing run by the time I finally took it off him, including a win over The Rock at Mania, which he was supposed to lose.

Sean O'Haire having just won his first WCW World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Goldberg. He's gonna hold on to it for sooooo long <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Its fun to push him in TEW. I always push him in WCW 2001 games.</p>

Yes, I've pushed him as well in the past, back in TEW 13. He turned out into quite a worker. If the figurehead feature existed back then, he would have been the man after Sting. I always super push Remy Skye on my C-Verse games.</p>
