That’s what I call a nice birthday surprise! I’ll be buying and downloading the retail version later today after a birthday brunch at Denny’s. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

love all the new stuff to this game i will be on it all night and will keep refreshing for the real world mod. i also thought for the next game you should add sponsors for events coz thats how small promotions pay for there events they get companys to sponsor them and give them money to help pay for the event i just thought that would make the game more realistic <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> thanks so much for this game

Serious question, Adam is this the definite last WMMA you will make? Have you already come to this conclusion or is it just a for now decision? I am only curious. I am buying and supporting the game as we speak and I look forward to playing it. Does your decision depend on how the game sells?

I am not going to say that this game is the be all end all to MMA sims, Adam could always surprise us, but I honestly think that there isnt a whole lot more room for improvement. Ive only played the week trial and a few hours of the full game, but it seems like at its core, its the same (not a bad thing), but with all the cool helpful, streamlining features. WMMA4 was near perfect, and WMMA5 added a ton of helpful stuff and polished it off. No need to re-invent the wheel. I feel like a 6th game in the series would be sort of just a roster update and not really worthy of the quality weve come to expect. I think its the right decision to end the series before it becomes a sub-quality cash grab.

It has absolutely nothing to do with sales, WMMA is always well-supported by the fans, it's simply because of time constraints.</p>

It's really not that intrusive at least in my perception.</p>

Now that I've a got a long-term game moving and I'm starting to get an idea of how things are working, I just wanted to put a note in here as a veteran player of all versions of TEW and WMMA over the years that I thoroughly enjoy this game and I appreciate everything you guys do.

So if you reinstall Windows or somesuch, you'd have to email Scott to get the license reset.</p><p> </p><p> Unlicensing is simple though and the sub forum for each game has instructions on how to do it, so if you know you're going to make any changes that could potentially mess with the license, it's only a few clicks.</p>

This. I want to play but $35 is alot for a 2 year old game

I completely understand, but it's well worth the asking price. Just throwing that out there. But, hey, maybe there will be a sale around the holidays at the end of the year. Good luck.

I don't think you're getting a new version anytime soon. And the amount of playtime you can actually get out of this one is absolutely incredible. $35 is really not that much for this masterpiece.

True. This is a different animal than the AAA games. We've been spoiled with AAA titles dropping to less than 50% of the price within the year, but the thing is that there's fresher and better games getting released all the time and previous titles fade into obscurity because it's the exact same genre/gameplay.

This is still the only good MMA sim out there, so it doesn't lose value. This idea of "old game" is no longer as relevant as in the 8/16-bit era. It only loses value if WMMA6 would be a thing - but sadly it'll probably never release - or if someone else has a crack at it, which probably won't happen (or will take years before it's as good as this). Based on their previous price cuts, 25$ is going to be the cheapest it'll be, so you might want to wait for that.
