A fantastic Main Event here, in which Ricky DeColt and James Hernandez picked up where they left off from last week. DeColt started as the aggressor, but soon found himself on the back foot, as Hernandez zeroed in on his left arm. Once 'Mr. Main Event' gets a body part in his sights, it's hard to fight him off. He's vicious and single-minded, but he occasionally does let the crowd get to him. He took his eye off the prize at one point, and gave in to the fans' constant booing and berating. As soon as he turned away from Ricky DeColt, 'The Young Gun' of the DeColt Family saw his opportunity to strike. A brutal flying knee caught Hernandez behind his ear, and sent him flying out through the ropes. Hernandez landed hard on the floor, and Ricky DeColt didn't allow him to recover for long. The two men brawled around the ringside area, but DeColt flew at Hernandez and missed, colliding with the guard rail! Hernandez then hit his 'Apparition #14' Spear, and it looked like it really hurt his ribs!! Hernandez rolled into the ring at the count of 8, but DeColt was counted out as a huge smile crept across Hernandez's face! This breaks a rule I have for myself, which is to treat any injury as a serious one and give the talent the time off... It's not the first time I've had two injuries in one show, but this close to a pay-per-view, where I've already made lots of graphics, and it's a TWO DAY show with a lot of time to fill is frustrating. Luckily, Ali's injury was only 3 weeks? Something like that. They can both 'work through' their injuries, but my own personal rule was that if someone gets ANY kind of injury, it will keep them out.
