<em>The DeColts pick up the win here unless Hernandez's torment of Ricky continues.</em></p><p> </p><p>

El Fuego [vs] <strong>'The Supreme' Spencer Spade</strong></p><p>

<em>The Supreme gets things started hotly by beating Luis- I mean El Fuego here.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Trent Shaffer & Ernest Youngman</strong> [vs] The Coast To Coast Connection</p><p>

<em>I think this one ends in a DQ. I hope CTC win it though.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>'The Iron Fist' Dan DaLay</strong> [vs] 'The Saviour of Wrestling' Jonathan Faust</p><p>

<em>Ole Dan gets the win here somehow, some way. </em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>'Magnificent' Gino Montero</strong> [vs] 'The Enforcer' Tim Westybrook</p><p>

<em> Magnifico remains magnificent as he heads to face Gargantuan.</em></p><p> </p><p>

'The Amazing' Jacob Jett [vs] <strong>'Wild Man' Jack DeColt</strong></p><p>

<em> Do we get the Thrill Seeker appearance here?</em></p>

<p>Steve DeColt & Ricky DeColt [vs] <strong>James Hernandez & POISON</strong></p><p>

<em>It is a tag match, but I have to stick with the Hernandez rule here. Until I see him lose more than 1 week in a row, I'm always going to pick him.</em></p><p> </p><p>

El Fuego [vs] <strong>'The Supreme' Spencer Spade</strong></p><p>

<em>Not hot enough... El Fuego's kind of disappeared for a while, and now he'll show up just to get showed up.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Trent Shaffer & Ernest Youngman</strong> [vs] The Coast To Coast Connection</p><p>

<em>Agree with what others are saying... Shaffer and Youngman "win" but it's not a clean result in any way.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>'The Iron Fist' Dan DaLay</strong> [vs] 'The Saviour of Wrestling' Jonathan Faust</p><p>

<em>Dan DaLay is now my reverse-Mainstream rule - he loses everything, but I want him to win, so I'm going to pick him every match </em><img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>'Magnificent' Gino Montero</strong> [vs] 'The Enforcer' Tim Westybrook</p><p>

<em>Westybrook (and Shaffer) are two guys on your roster who are more popular than they should be. Gino is a guy who you strapped the rocket to, and Westybrook's the perfect guy to deposit that popularity straight into his account.</em></p><p> </p><p>

'The Amazing' Jacob Jett [vs] <strong>'Wild Man' Jack DeColt</strong></p><p>

<em>Bit of a tougher call, but this is where I see Thrill Seeker returning and getting involved, for sure. I don't notice it too much, but Jack feels like the DeColt that's protected the most with his wins/losses. I feel like, yeah, he lost the title to Gargantuan, but he's pretty much never come out on the losing end long-term of anything that's happened, while Ricky has taken his share of lumps and Steve did wonders putting over guys like POISON.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Thoughts on the USPW Falling Outs:</p><p>

<em>Hernandez, Ace, Spade, and Gino are four guys that can be your rocks to fill in the void of the DeColts when they eventually get put out to pasture. There's going to be a rocky transition, with Steve hitting decline and Ricky not elevating himself to that top level, as well as Ace/Hernandez seeming to be more heelish/anti-authority guys at the moment. Sammy Bach is the perfect guy with name value, star power, and skills to step in and be that big time babyface you'll need as that alternative to the DeColts before the younger guys are ready to step up.</em></p>

I think I've popped in and out of this for a while but gonna try get properly on board. I'm a real sucker for an unbeaten run, and Gargantuan is one of my favourite C-verse wrestlers so that's perfect for me <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

We kicked off a huge edition of NOTBPW Championship Wrestling with a tag team match, featuring four of the biggest stars in the company!! On one side, Brothers Steve and Ricky DeColt teaming up once again to show off their tag team continuity... Their opponents, the evil POISON, accompanied by his 'muscle' Prometheus... and his partner, 'Mainstream' James Hernandez... teaming for only the second ever time... During the entrances, we learned that both Steve DeColt and POISON have been added to the Super Slam Rumble; a 30-man Over The Top Rope Match, where the winner will go on to challenge for the NOTBPW Canadian Title at Mid Summer Madness!!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Last week's loss to 'The Monster' Gargantuan was tough for Steve DeColt to take. He gave his control of the company up to Dark Angel, and put his stock into beating the undefeated beast. He came up short, but he now has another opportunity to earn a shot at the NOTBPW Canadian Title, by entering the Super Slam Rumble. As for tonight, Ricky DeColt spent a long time in the ring, and was able to ride out the storm of offence from POISON, James Hernandez, and to some extent, Prometheus at ringside. In the end, he found the space needed to get his big brother Steve into the match! 'The Outsider' had been waiting patiently on the apron, and he exploded into life. He took Hernandez down and overpowered him, before throwing him out of the ring, over the top rope!! He then fought POISON, before delivering his 'DeColt Stampede' to 'The Riddler' to get the three.</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Backstage, Jacob Jett burst into NOTBPW General Manager: Dark Angel's office... Jett was furious, and Angel urged the fan favourite to calm down, and make sure he doesn't over-step the mark... There was a moment of tension between the two, until Jett told him that his 'beef' is with his former tag team partner Thrill Seeker only... and not Angel, whom he respects greatly... Angel reciprocated the respect, and told 'The Amazing One' that at Super Slam, he would get exactly what he wants... Jacob Jett versus Thrill Seeker 1 on 1 for the first time since January 2016 (before they were a tag team)...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

In a pre-taped video, 'The Ace' Aaron Andrews, newcomer Spencer Spade and masked Mexican star El Fuego walked into an office, high up in a tower block... Jeremy Stone and Dan Stone Jr. welcomed them all, to draw their Super Slam Rumble numbers from a tombola-like contraption... Andrews looked angry with the Stones, and since he's vowed to sue them for an 'unsafe working environment', they didn't exactly seem happy to see 'The Ace' either... He was up first, and drew out his number... He held it close to his chest, and then let out a unsurprised gasp... His anger grew, and he fronted up to the Stone brothers... But he was asked to leave before anything bad happened... and he eventually did... El Fuego was up next, followed by Spencer Spade... They both didn't look happy with their numbers, but Spade peaked at Fuego's, and then stole it and ran off!! Fuego looked shocked, and then he picked up Spade's number from the floor and seemed to understand why!!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

This match was made due to the actions of Spencer Spade in the pre-taped video we just saw, and this was Spade's NOTBPW debut! El Fuego wasn't happy with the newcomer from the States, and was clearly given a bum deal in the impromptu number swap. He took his anger out on Spade, but was perhaps a little too aggressive. Spade used Fuego's eagerness against him in the end, and countered a German Suplex attempt by locking in a sleeper hold. Fuego got to the ropes eventually, but soon after Spade hit his 'Supreme Stunner' finisher, and picked up his first win!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Last week, we saw a Tweet from Marvel Studios, and the announce team analysed what was said... In the next instalment of the Avengers Movie Franchise, a member of the NOTBPW roster will appear as 'Thunderstrike'... Front runners for the role, due to the only 'clues' we have so far, are: Steve, Jack and Ricky DeColt... POISON... 'Mainstream' James Hernandez... and 'The Ace' Aaron Andrews... Although it's unlikely the Stone Brothers (Dan and Jeremy) would allow a man like Andrews to have an opportunity like this... We learned via the announce team tonight, that 'The Riddler' POISON had ruled himself OUT of the running... Claiming to have never seen a single Marvel Movie...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

We once again headed to the office of The Stone Brothers, and a pre-taped video showing yet more NOTBPW talents drawing their entrance numbers for the Super Slam Rumble... Logan DeColt and Robin DaLay are cousins by blood, as Logan is the son of Alex DeColt and Romy DaLay – Romy is the sister of Robin's Father Dan DaLay... However, Logan and Robin do not like each other, due to the actions of Logan towards the DaLay side of his family... Whenever these two hot-headed youngsters are in the same room, sparks fly, and tonight was no different... Logan drew his ball out, and then waited for Robin to draw his... Once the fan favourite had the ball in his hand, Logan batted it out of his grip, and it flew across the room... Logan was long gone before Robin could react and lash out!!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Four ultra-talented men in this match, and all under the age of 32 years old. It's clear that these four could very well be the future of the company, and all four showed a hunger in this match to put on a classic encounter. It fell short of classic, but it was very fun to watch. The Coast To Coast Connection of 'Bad Bad' Lenny Brown and 'Rapid' Ross Henry know what they're doing as a tag team, and isolated Ernest Youngman. But once Sayeed Ali's opponent for this Saturday at Super Slam: Trent Shaffer got tagged in, all hell broke loose. Shaffer's kicks and strikes landed, and stung his opponents. In the end, he was able to put Ross Henry away with his 'Heart Burn' finisher!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Up next, we saw yet another pre-taped video hyping the impending arrival of Faith to NOTBPW... Faith is a manager from Quebec, who has been in the wrestling business for 10 years... She's known for getting exactly what she wants, and adding whichever clients she wants to her brand: Faith Enterprises... She's ruthless, and has a business-like approach... All we know so far, is that she'll be 'coming soon', but there'll be plenty of singles stars and tag teams on the roster hoping that she gives them her seal of approval... Could guys like Trent Shaffer and Ernest Youngman be in her sights...?! How about Sayeed Ali and the rest of The Coast To Coast Connection...?! What we DO know, is that Faith will arrive in NOTBPW as soon as NEXT WEEK... no doubt she'll be watching Super Slam very closely...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Three babyfaces, who have been getting on very well recently, walked in to see Dan Stone Jr. and Jeremy Stone in the latest of our pre-taped Entrant Number drawings... NOTBPW All Action Champion: 'Country Strong' KC Glenn drew first... the newcomer hung his head in disappointment to begin with, but a smile crept across his face... almost a 'could have been worse' look from him... 'The Barbadian Barbarian' Donte Dunn drew next, and he was a lot more happy than Glenn!! The explosive and powerful athlete always looks happy, but he seemed like he'd drawn favourably... As for 'The Man Without Fear' Sonny Wildside, he suggested that it doesn't matter which number he draws... He's not afraid of ANYONE... or any entrance number... He drew his number out, and then shut his eyes upon seeing it... Glenn and Dunn peered over his shoulder, and both winced at poor Wildside's fate... Dunn made a joke, but Wildside was genuinely devastated...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

A short match, but a very good one between two veterans of the game. Dan DaLay's broken hand is still troubling him, and the cast he wears hampered him late on in this one. With the referee down, Dan attempted a powerslam, but Jonathan Faust wriggled free of it, and slammed DaLay into the corner post. As DaLay turned around, Faust dropped him with a big boot. He then grabbed the staff he walks to the ring with, and proceeded to slam it down onto DaLay's cast covered 'Iron Fist'!! Sat as he always seems to nowadays; at home, in his dimly lit garage, on a dusty old stool... 'Angry' Tom Gilmore sent us another pre-taped video, talking about his mindset... Gilmore was most recently in action at the DeColt WrestleFestival, where he fought the veteran 'The Living Legend' Bryan Vessey in a Career versus Career Match, in which Vessey's so called 'friend' Edd Stone was the Special Guest Referee... Edd Stone would cost Vessey the match, and therefore end his fellow 'Animal's' career... Bryan Vessey's career ending has hit Gilmore hard... It was him who chose the stipulation: Career versus Career, and he feels as though he's to blame... In recent weeks, 'Angry' Gilmore has spoken of retirement... and has questioned why he even does this for a living...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Edd Stone and Tim Westybrook, the tag team known as Iron and Stone marched to the ring next... Edd Stone was furious with one Gino Montero, who last week, following their 1 on 1 match, HELD Edd's leg as he tried to escape the ring... Gino holding Edd's leg allowed 'The Animal's' former friends Cameron Vessey and Christian Price to beat Edd down... Edd and Tim Westybrook were so angry, that they called Gino Montero out to the ring for a FIGHT... Gino soon obliged, but he told Iron and Stone that he wanted to fight the biggest, and baddest, member of their team: 'The Enforcer' Tim Westybrook!!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Another great outing for Gino Montero here, in which he took on the big, powerful, Tim Westybrook. 'The Enforcer' may be 42 now, but he's still only 15 years into his wrestling career, and therefore still very hungry to make an impact. He knew that a win over the DeColt WrestleFestival Tournament winner, and Number One Contender for the NOTBPW Canadian Title would probably earn HIM a future shot at the Title, so he set about overpowering the 'Magnificent' young Mexican. However, Gino doesn't know when he's beaten, and in a match that was an ideal warm-up for his future encounter with 'The Monster' Gargantuan, Gino's stamina and resilience shone through. Gino avoided a lariat, and then turned a sleeper attempt into a chin-breaker. With Westybrook stunned, Gino hit a low dropkick, and then disorientated the big man with a roundhouse to the soft bit behind 'The Iron Man's' ear. Westybrook looked knocked out, and he was soundly pinned following Gino's 'Destiny Explosion' finisher! The referee could have counted to ten in the pin. Edd Stone was in shock!!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

After the bell rang, 'The Monster' Gargantuan stomped to the ring, knocking 'The Enforcer' Tim Westybrook out of his way, much to the chagrin of 'The Animal' Edd Stone... Stone decided on this occasion to not step in and stick up for his muscle... Not for the first time... He simply allowed Gargantuan to pass him unharmed, and the NOTBPW Canadian Champion slid into the ring, and stepped right up to Gino Montero...!! The 'Magnificent' Mexican didn't step backwards... In fact, he took another step forward and got right under the big 7'1”, 350lb beast... Outweighed by over 130lbs, Gino refused to back down... In fact, he shouted that he's not afraid of 'The Monster'...!! Using his massive hands, Gargantuan shoved Gino backwards, and the 28 year old hit the ropes and stopped... He looked humiliated, but that humiliation lasted for about 2 seconds, because he unleashed with the same roundhouse kick that stunned Tim Westybrook!! Such was the force of the move, that Gargantuan fell to a knee!! Gino Montero rolled out of the ring before there was a retaliation, but the crowd and announce team LOVED it!!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Aldous Blackfriar did the talking for the NOTBPW Tag Team Champions, leaving Mutant to just stand there looking menacing... Mutant's presence stopped much of the answering back from The Mavericks, as Aldous spouted off about he and his bodyguard being the best tag team in NOTBPW... let alone the Super Slam Rumble... The Tag Team Titles proved it... Furthermore, last year Mutant eliminated a record SEVEN participants... The CanAm Blondes (The Natural and Owen Love) showed up next, and they too had a lot to say... They're BACK, and the rest of the field in the Super Slam Battle Royale had better watch out... Aldous and Mutant took exception to the veterans, and a brawl finally broke out!! All four teams got their shots in, but Mutant was the difference!! He flung tag team specialist after tag team specialist into the wall and through doors... Aldous Blackfriar took a bit of a beating, but Mutant looked unstoppable!!</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

We saw a hype video next, which gave us absolutely no clues as to who it represented... A lone bull walked slowly across a dusty field, with little or no tufts of grass in sight... The bull looked like it was searching for something, but then stopped suddenly, and began to aggressively stomp around... A number flashed up below the bull... The number was SEVENTY... and it began to count down... It got all the way to SIXTY-ONE, before the bull's outline was silhouetted, and then removed from the background... It was turned into completely black in colour, and then the words: 'They're Coming' appeared where the numbers were... A simple, but effective video package... Main Event time, and a match that the fans were looking forward to all night. After two fairly disappointing Main Event singles matches in the last two weeks, (James Hernandez over Ricky DeColt, and Gargantuan over Steve DeColt), it was time for Jack DeColt to try his hand. His opponent isn't at the level of any of the four men involved in the past two weeks, but Jacob Jett IS a fantastic performer once the bell rings. He can fly around the ring with grace, but mix it with a lot of spunky attitude, and he's extremely quick and hard to get your hands on. Once 'Wild Man' Jack DeColt hits you though, you stay hit, and that was the fate of Jett eventually. Jett came off the top rope to attempt a flying cross body, but he was met by a raised knee to the face, and his night didn't last much longer after that. Jack had him in close, and but for a late flurry from the fan favourite, this became a largely one-sided affair. Jacob Jett made ONE mistake, but proved that he CAN hang with the 'big boys'. In the end though, the 'End Of Days' ended Jett's night.</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

After a few tense moments, that was a dominant display from 'Wild Man' Jack DeColt... Jacob Jett will fight his tag team partner of over TWO YEARS: Thrill Seeker, this Saturday at Super Slam... In their first 1 on 1 meeting for 27 months!! As for Jack DeColt, he will enter the Super Slam Battle Royale, and alongside his Brothers: Steve and Ricky DeColt, HAS to be considered one of the favourites to win the entire match, and then go on to Mid Summer Madness to challenge for the NOTBPW Canadian Title... Other notable favourites include 'The Riddler' POISON... 'Mainstream' James Hernandez, who will enter the match LAST... 'The Ace' Aaron Andrews... and if he even shows up, 'Angry' Tom Gilmore has to be in with a shot...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Former NOTBPW star and House Of Stone Graduate Hugh Ancrie has come to terms on a deal with SWF!! They've signed a number of talents in the last week, including Charlie Thatcher, reported last week, Ancrie, and also Texas Pete is heading back to SWF after a 12 year absence...!!</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Speaking of NOTBPW... Veteran performer John Maverick is to leave the company (and possibly retire) once his contract is up... The tag team of The Mavericks (alongside 'The Maverick' Julian Watson) will be his lasting legacy, as Watson will now transition into the singles ranks... Watson has learnt a lot from his veteran partner, so his future looks exciting... As for Maverick, (the man who was one of the surprising stars in my previous NOTBPW/CGC diary) he'll be going on something of a 'retirement tour' in the next few weeks to help get some young talent over!!</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

We bring you a special news item now, as a HUGE story has just broken within NOTBPW... Families have been torn apart... Hearts have been broken... Dark secrets have been revealed, and sadly, lives have been ruined...!! Former NOTBPW General Manager Alex DeColt is no secret to scandals... But this latest escapade may well be his worst yet... Alex has been found to be having a secret relationship with none other than Victoria Stone-McFly!! Both are members of the NOTBPW Booking Committee (alongside Dan Stone Jr, Jeremy Stone and Sam Keith)... But more importantly, Victoria is married to legendary American competitor Sean McFly!! </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Once news of the affair had filtered through to Jeremy Stone, he was prompted to suspend both Alex and Victoria until further notice... So far, no members of the Stones or the DeColts has been available for comment, and Sean McFly no-showed a USPW Television taping... Most people agree that McFly's actions are warranted, given the circumstances... His friends have said he's doing okay and is not at risk of doing something 'stupid'...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

More on this HUGE news story as we get it...</div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

That Victoria always gets into something! She and Sean has divorced twice in a row in two saves I have done in TEW, poor Sean he don't deserve this and poor Lucy!

Well, this was actually a narrative that was created by a prediction prize winner on this occasion, however I have seen Vic and Sean get divorced before!! The reader suggested Alex and Vic to have an affair, and the results will be huge!!

Dang.... That sent shockwaves.

Certainly did. And will continue to do so... I'll send the next update after Super Slam!

Lucy's pretty hawt. That damn Alex DeColt. Must've used his "mind" lol.

Mind Trick on Vic!? Haha!!

CtCC leting me down or I would have had 100% on my first go. I won't forget that.

Can Alex DeColt still wrestle in this or is he just on the booking committee/retirement club?

#neverforget... Alex can indeed still wrestle... He's retired officially, but he's only 43. He's not even the oldest DeColt Brother, as Steve is 44 and still going strong. I've tried to use my DeColts and Stones that are retired sparingly, Alex has had six matches in this save... and they were all epic...

Alex vs Steve

Alex vs Dan DaLay

Alex vs Dan Stone Jr.

Alex vs Jeremy Stone

Alex & Steve vs Dan & Jeremy Stone

Alex, POISON, Logan DeColt & Jack DeColt vs Dan DaLay, Robin DaLay, Steve DeColt & Ricky DeColt!

Missed a predictions....damn. But glad to see some DeColt/Stone turmoil stirring the pot some to make this family dynasty seem even more spicy.

Turmoil is right. There's been a lot of on-screen tensions between and within the two major families, but this takes it to the next level... Will Vic and Alex be trusted to stay on as booking committee members...?! Or will they be released from their contracts...!? Time will tell...

Some Extra Help – The Rumble Match Top Contenders:

A DeColt Family Member
- With FOUR DeColts in the match (Ricky, Jack, Steve and Logan), the chances of a DeColt Family Member winning overall is very high! Last year's winner Ricky will enter the match from the beginning, and therefore his chances are dramatically reduced. Steve and Jack are big, strong, men, and so an early draw for them won't do them any favours. Stamina is the key in a match like this, and Logan looks like he could wrestle for hours. However, his inexperience will do for him. If a DeColt is to win this match, then either Jack or Steve will need a late entrance number, and they'll also need to avoid the other!

POISON
– POISON should be overlooked at your peril! 'The Riddler' has had an incredible nine months since returning from a career threatening injury, and the 41 year old knows his way around the ring with bags of experience under his belt. Stamina could well be an issue in the latter stages, so again, POISON will want a late entrance number. However, he may well have some friends in the match with him. With six spots yet to be determined, could we see his friend, the gigantic Prometheus make his pay-per-view debut in NOTBPW?!

James Hernandez
– 'Mainstream' and 'Mr. Main Event' are just two names you could use to describe this contender, but 'Entrant Number 30' is another one! Hernandez actually entered at Number 30 last year too, but having already won a match to defend his NOTBPW Television Title earlier in the show, he was exhausted by the time he came out. He did last until the final four though, against Ricky DeColt, Edd Stone and Aaron Andrews. Spencer Spade is a confirmed entrant, and rumour has it the two men are friends from their time in SWF. Will their friendship come into play here?!

Aaron Andrews
– 'The Ace' Aaron Andrews made his NOTBPW Debut in last year's Super Slam Rumble, and as previously mentioned, made it to the final four. However this year, he has a LOT working against him. He's recently returned from a long lay-off, so ring rust and fatigue could become an issue. There's also the ongoing rivalry with the Stone Family. 'Ace' believes that NOTBPW is an 'unsafe' environment, and intends to sue Dan and Jeremy Stone. Could they send out some men to make sure Andrews doesn't win this match?! Stranger things have happened!

Tom Gilmore
– Finally, we have 'Angry' Tom Gilmore. One of the finest technical wrestlers in the world, the Canadian grappler has had an interesting 2018 thus far. Most recently, he wrestled Bryan Vessey, and defeated 'The Living Legend' in a career versus career match. Such was the shenanigans surrounding the finish to the match, (in which Edd Stone was the special guest referee), Vessey losing the match, and his career, doesn't sit well with Gilmore. He's taken some time off since the match, but has been asked by the Stones to make his return in this HUGE match, where the winner will challenge for the NOTBPW Canadian Title at Mid Summer Madness. However, he's yet to confirm that he's IN. If he is, he HAS to be one of the favourites. But of course, he may not even show up!

Dark Horses
– There's a few outside bets kicking about that could be worth keeping an eye on. Donte Dunn, Sonny Wildside, and the current NOTBPW All Action Champion KC Glenn have been getting on well lately. If the three fan favourites team up tonight, they could take everyone out. Aldous Blackfriar and Mutant (collectively known as Mayhem – the current NOTBPW Tag Team Champions) are both IN the Rumble again this year. Last year, Mutant scored a record breaking SEVEN eliminations, from the Number Four spot. They were the first seven men to be eliminated last year!! There's also Spencer Spade. Little is known about his position on the NOTBPW Roster, but what we do know, is that he's an incredible in-ring and out of ring talent.

30-Man, Over the Top Rope, Rumble Match: </p><p>

| Steve DeColt | Ricky DeColt | <strong>Jack DeColt</strong> | Aaron Andrews | POISON | James Hernandez | Sonny Wildside | Donte Dunn |</p><p>

| Lord James King | El Fuego | Dean Waldorf | Marv Statler | KC Glenn | Julian Watson | John Maverick | Logan DeColt |</p><p>

| Robin DaLay | Dan DaLay | Owen Love | The Natural | Aldous Blackfriar | Mutant | Akima Brave | Spencer Spade |</p><p>

| ???? | ???? | ???? | ???? | ???? | ? Tom Gilmore ? |</p><p>

Comments: <em>No one here stands out to me as the obvious pick... Steve just had his match with Garg, Ace is running a completely opposing storyline, Ricky won last year, Mainstream kind of flopped in their series that just wrapped up... going with a crapshoot Jack DeColt pick, mostly because a hoss rematch between the two would be a lot of fun. Could be a mystery man too.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Bonus: </p><p>

1). Who will be Runner Up in the 30-Man Rumble Match?: <em>Going to pick based on my choice for winner - </em><em><strong>Logan DeColt!</strong></em><em> Either Logan is betrayed by the DeColt who mentored him, or Logan tries to betray him to win and Jack just pimp slaps him.</em></p><p> </p><p>

2). Who else will make up the Final Four?: <em><strong>Mainstream Hernandez</strong></em><em> and </em><em><strong>Ricky DeColt</strong></em><em>. Going all in on my crapshoot head cannon, but none of the other guys in here other than a potential mystery entrant really have a big enough push that make me think "there's no way that guy's NOT in the final four". So, why not go all in? ALL FOUR DeColts make the final four!</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>

***Changed Steve DeColt to Mainstream Hernandez since he enters last so no way he doesn't make final four...</em></p><p> </p><p>

Comments: <em> This is the perfect match to build Gargantuan's eventual slayer. But I don't see anyone here who has been built up in a way where it would actually be credible. Most of the good choices have already gotten smacked by Gargantuan including the DeColts, Hernandez, Ace, and Gilmore. Spencer Spade would be an awesome choice but he's just too new.
