The show opens with a video package recap of last weeks pay-per-view Under Pressure. Highlights of Eli Drake defeating Scott Steiner begin the package, showing Drake defeating Steiner after hitting him in the head with a chair. The package fades out into the next match, showing highlights of Tessa Blanchard taking on Madison Rayne. Rayne defeats Blanchard with a quick roll up. The next scene plays out fading into Brian Cage defeating Dezmond Xavier with the Drill Claw to become number one contender for the X-Division Championship. Allie brings the heat in this next scene showing a new side as she faces Su Yung in a losing battle after Yung closes the lid to the casket becoming the new Knockouts Champion. Finally, in the main event, Pentagon Jr. falls in a controversial ending to Austin Aries losing the Impact World Championship.

In a battle of who truly reigns supreme over the other, it’s a back and forth effort from both women who look to outshine the other. Both women believe they are more superior than the other, but it’s Tessa Blanchard who picks up the win after a devastating Magnum (Hammerlock DDT).

Post-Match: Madison Rayne appears on the ramp, cutting Tessa’s celebration short. She congratulates Tessa on her valiant efforts tonight before announcing that she has hand picked her opponent for next week. Angelina Love makes her presence known as she slides into the ring behind an unsuspecting Tessa Blanchard who turns around only to be laid out with a Botox Injection (Bicycle Kick).

After weeks of mysterious attacks laid out on the active competitors and Sonjay himself, Sonjay addresses the attacks and assures the locker room that they will put an end to this mystery attacker. Petey Williams seems to be on edge and visibly angry at the attacks, which makes some grow cautious of him, thinking him to be the mystery attacker.

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Tag Team Match: E&Z vs. OVE (Dave and Jake Crist)</div>

In what was a battle of pure dominance between both teams, we see one hell of a match up as E&Z look to prove why they are the Tag Team champions. But, things don’t exactly go their way as OVE use their dirty tactics to pick up a win here. After Dave narrowly avoids an Enzuigiri from DJZ, the kick instead hits the referee knocking him down. Dave capitalizes on this and sets up the Killing Spree to pick up the win with the aid of his brother. The referee finally comes to and manages to make the count, leaving both DJZ and Andrew Everett visibly frustrated.

Cameras head backstage where we see none other than a fallen Moose laid out on the concrete floor. A few people are surrounding him and trying to figure out how this happened. But, one noticeable sign on his chest is the mysterious X symbol as everyone is visibly shaken up. If this mystery attacker could lay out someone as big as Moose, just what were they truly capable of?

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Knockouts Championship #1 Contender Triple Threat: Diamante vs. Sienna vs. Rosemary</div>

Three returning Knockouts look to prove they deserve a chance at gold as they face off for a shot at the Knockouts Champion. It’s a fast paced match with a lot of action as Sienna and Diamante seem to work together for a bit. But, that doesn’t last long as Diamante starts taking the fight to both Rosemary and Sienna. Diamante nails Rosemary with a Rolling Cutter, but Sienna is quick to break the pin up! Diamante tries to attack Sienna, but is only laid out with a devastating AK47 that puts her down. Sienna spends some time showboating and arguing with the fans, but Rosemary sits up in all creepy fashion as she sticks her tongue out with a menacing screech. Rosemary takes the fight to Sienna who is soon laid out with a Red Wedding as Rosemary picks up the win.

Post-Match: Rosemary doesn’t exactly get the chance to celebrate as one of Su Yung’s Undead Bridesmaids rushes into the ring now. Rosemary has no idea what she’s in for as the Undead Bridesmaid sends her crashing to the mat with a devastating Half-Nelson Suplex! The woman doesn’t stop there, delivering the final blow with a Spinning Heel Kick to the temple of Rosemary that puts her down and out. The woman removes her Bridesmaids garb before revealing herself to be none other than Priscilla Kelly. She admires her work, quite proud of herself as she rolls out of the ring and smirks wickedly at her handiwork.

During a Skype conversation shown live between Josh Matthews and Austin Aries, the two discuss the controversial way Aries picked up the win against Pentagon Jr. at Under Pressure. Matthews informs Aries that he will meet Pentagon Jr. inside the ring one final time in a Falls Count Anywhere match for the World Championship at Slammiversary much to Aries displeasure.

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Unsanctioned Match: Eddie Edwards vs. Sami Callihan</div>

In a match that was seemingly supposed to end the damaging feud between Sami Callihan and Eddie Edwards, things were completely chaotic. Edwards met Callihan in the middle of the woods, only to be blindsided by OVE member, Jake Crist. Jake jumped from a tree, attacking Edwards, only to be choked out with a large tree branch. Edwards was in no mood for games and would demolish anyone who stood within his path of rage. Edwards finally came face to face with Callihan and the two exchanged a heated battle. But, he was blindsided by Dave Crist halfway through the battle who had tried to seemingly claw his eyes out.

When Edwards sight finally cleared up, Dave was nowhere to be found and Callihan had taken advantage by spearing him into a tree. The two rolled around and stumbled through the woods in a deadly battle. But, before Edwards could use the same baseball bat Callihan had used to bust his eye open, Alisha Edwards came in to stop him from causing any more damage to a seemingly destroyed Callihan. But, when Edwards went to attack Callihan again… He was nowhere to be found leaving a fuming Edwards to close the show.

Up until this point, Cage has been undefeated, but when you face The Greatest Man That Ever Lived, you have to come up short. Interesting match-up, and I'm intrigued to see who wins.

Opening the show, Austin Aries ais his grievances with the Management Team of IMPACT Wrestling. He addresses how his time has been wasted and how his ‘vacation’ was unjustly cut short. But, he tells them that doesn’t matter because he is going to be the first man to defeat Brian Cage later tonight. But, Pentagon Jr. comes out to a loud ovation from the crowd as he stands at the top of the ramp, seemingly frustrated from the events of Under Pressure. He reminds Aries that he does in fact, have a rematch clause which he will be putting to use very soon. Aries in turn reminds him that he was the man who defeated him, whether he likes it or not. The two soon begin exchanging heated words and meet face to face where blows are exchanged. But, members of the locker room come out to separate them as Aries smuggly looks on as Pentagon is pulled backstage.

With Madison Rayne on commentary, things are a little rough for Tessa Blanchard who seems to be struggling to gain the upperhand here in the first few minutes of this match up. Her opponent, Angelina Love had been handpicked by Rayne just last week. Love herself had dished out an attack on Blanchard Post-Match as well. Things were heating up and it seemed that Blanchard was about to pick up the win here. But, she had spent a bit too much time gloating to Rayne and the crowd alike leaving room for Love to capitalize on this. As soon as Blanchard turns around, Love hits her with a Lights Out (Lifting Reverse STO) to pick up the win here. Rayne seems obviously pleased as Love walks backwards up the ramp with a smirk.

Post-Match: Blanchard manages to use the ropes as she leans against them before letting Rayne know that she has also hand picked her opponent for next week. But, instead of playing fair, Blanchard chooses not to tell her who the opponent is and will make her wait until next week. Which leaves Rayne on edge and clearly frustrated as the two exchange heated words, Love ushering Rayne up the ramp.

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Alisha Edwards has a talk with her husband</div>

After months of brutal attacks and fights against Sami Callihan, Alisha has a sit down with her husband to try to talk some sense into him. She reminds him that while he is brave and courageous, that he cannot keep torturing himself this way. She tells him that he has put her through enough stress and that if this continues on, she will have to go to bigger consequences than what she has done so far. Eddie seemingly doesn’t like those implications, but promises his wife that things will all come to an end at Slammiversary in just a few weeks. Alisha still doesn’t seem too happy with the idea of Eddie coming face to face with Sami Callihan once again. But, she accepts this on his terms and promises to keep herself out of the way, choosing to wash her hands from this situation.

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Pentagon Jr. vs. Matt Sydal - Non-Title Match</div>

After tonight’s altercation between Pentagon and Aries, Sydal tries to get into Pentagon’s head as he makes his way to the ring. He’s got a microphone in his hands and his title is secured upon his shoulder. He reminds Pentagon that while he was the champion before, he is no longer and will be facing someone much above his caliber. He tells Pentagon that he does not stand a chance against someone who doesn’t let his anger and ego get the best of him, but instead fights for a higher cause. As soon as the microphone is gone, Pentagon is flying over the top rope and taking the fight to Sydal on the outside! Huge Suicide Dive takes Sydal out as Pentagon throws him into the ring and the bell soon sounds. From the bell, Pentagon takes most of the upperhand until Sydal starts using underhanded tactics, such as exposing the turnbuckle and ramming Pentagon face first into it. But, Pentagon is quick to recover and manages to catch Sydal who comes flying off of the top turnbuckle. Pentagon quick to lock in the Cero Miedo (Grounded Hammerlock Inverted Armbreaker) and Sydal is tapping moments later as Pentagon shows more ferocity by adding even more torque into the hold.

Before we can allow Pentagon time to celebrate, we head backstage where the titantron shows someone holding a camera as they are seemingly struggling to breathe properly. The camera finally focuses on where a fallen Kiera Hogan is laid out. Beside her, Fallah Bahh tries to help her as assistance finally comes in now. On her chest, a familiar symbol on red paper is left leaving everyone on edge once again. Who is this mysterious attacker and why were they now going after the Knockouts?

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Priscilla Kelly vs. Rosemary - Singles Match</div>

After last week’s actions, Rosemary was practically foaming at the mouth to get her hands upon Su Yung’s Undead Bride, Priscilla Kelly whom had been so bold as to attacking the Demon last week. But, Priscilla had more fight in her than Rosemary had estimated. The younger woman met Rosemary hit for hit and blow for blow as both seemed to be evenly matched. However, Rosemary seemed to gain the upperhand as she spit that familiar mist into the eyes of Priscilla. The younger woman dropped to the canvas, loud shrieks escaping her lips as the lights in the arena suddenly shut off. A few murmurs could be heard throughout the crowd and when the lights came back on, Su Yung was at ringside and Rosemary was down inside of the ring. Priscilla was wiping at her eyes, trying to get her vision clear now before she locked her sights onto her target. Su was encouraging her, whispering to her at ringside before Priscilla was hot on the attack. Priscilla slams Rosemary into the mat with a 666 (Half Nelson Suplex) before locking in her own submission move, Trapped In Sin (Grounded Octopus Hold). She adds more pain to the move by adding more torque to the hold and slamming her elbow into Rosemary’s distorted arm. Leaving the Demon no choice but to tap out as her hand slammed repeatedly on the mat. Priscilla only released the hold when Su had told her to before she exited the ring, leaving Rosemary to wallow in pain as both women walked away smirking deviously.

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Allie Returns</div>

Backstage, Priscilla and Su are laughing loudly and discussing what had just happened. But, suddenly someone comes crashing into them with a large storage cart sending them crashing into the concrete floor. A loud battle cry is heard and the attacker finally comes into view, revealed as none other than Allie! The woman is seemingly angry, face painted up much like Rosemary’s as she still seems to have the Shadow within her. Allie takes the fight to both women who try to fight back, but Allie takes a fall of her own as both women swing her into the metal garage door behind them. Allie connects harshly, landing onto the concrete floor where Su holds her tightly within her grasp. Priscilla connects a nasty Superkick to the face of Allie, leaving the Bunny laid out on the floor.

<div style="font:23px arial;font-weight:bold;">Austin Aries vs. Brian Cage - Title Match</div>

It’s the undefeated Brian Cage against The Greatest Man That Ever Lived, Austin Aries, as Aries’ title is on the line! The match was pure chaos from the start as Cage merely manhandles Aries for a good portion of the match. Cage barely lets Aries catch a break here as he decimates his opponent. However, as Cage sets Aries up for the Drill Claw, Aries nails him with a Low Blow before managing to hit the Brainbuster to capitalize on everything else. It took a lot out of Aries, but it was all worth it once the three count had been made.

Post-Match: Aries is quick to escape the ring, leaving a red faced and angry Brian Cage looking on. However, Pentagon Jr. comes rushing towards the ring, throwing Aries right back into the fray as Cage looks more than amused. Aries is backing up, yelling at Pentagon for his obvious mistake he had just made. But, as Aries continues to back up, he is met with Brian Cage as he bumps into his chest. Aries turns around, clutching his title tightly before being nailed with a devastating Drill Claw! Aries is laid out and Cage exits the ring, whereas Pentagon enters. The masked man picks up Aries’ title and holds it up for a moment. He threatens Aries in Spanish before haphazardly dropping the title onto the man and exiting the ring as the show comes to a close.

One little slip-up though:
