The whole poison/no vote connection didn't make the rounds there until shortly before it did here. There were some good theories. Mostly involving twins.<p> </p><p> You played a good game. Dunno what I would've done at the end there, but you played it the best you could.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I thought Archer might have been the SK earlier in the game (I think I mentioned that I thought he was Scum, not sure if I said SK specifically) but then there was the Town result and nobody came forward about the phone thing. So I thought his cover was very plausible.</p><p> </p><p> Whereas Showtime got a non-Town aligned result and he said hider was his ability. I have used hider in the past as my Scum cover role so I thought for sure he was lying. </p><p> </p><p> Then again I thought BlueStar was the Don until he showed up...ah...blue in the graveyard. I had a little lie by omission during the game. I used my one-shot roleblock on Blue the night he died. Obviously I was not going to mention that.</p>

On the day I was lynched there was a time where we put a few votes on the Archer but they ended up coming back to me.</p>

<p>The worst thing is the day we lynched Destiny, it stalled, so I decided to move my vote to Archer. By the time I came back on another vote had moved to Destiny so I left mine where it was. </p><p> </p><p>

My instinct was wrong, as I was convinced it was Destiny, but we were minutes away from moving the lynch to Archer. </p><p> </p><p>

Well played Archer, took unclaimed night actions and ran ran with it. It shouldn't have got you as far as it did as there were holes, but I got fixated on Destiny. And when I was fixated on Archer Town no longer trusted me.</p>

<p>That was the thing, there was so much confusing things floating around it was hard to see anything. I bet Archer was sitting back and laughing at us, I know I did when I was the SK and nearly won. </p><p> </p><p>

When I was the SK in IER's game it was so fun seeing the Town run around like chickens with their heads cut off, not knowing what was going on.</p>

Fun game, obviously big props to Archer on the win and thanks to Outlaw for putting together a great game too. <p>Well done, Archer! You had me convinced it wasn't you, very well played. Team Red may have fallen apart, but I'm glad the Town were still defeated. Death to Townies.</p><p> </p><p>

So Astil's odd role title was the big clue. It does feel like the town got their priorities wrong most of the game. None of us figured out the poisoned null voters until the very end when it was already too late. </p><p> </p><p>

That's a really strong design for the SK, a delayed kill, largely immune to protection and shows up Town on investigation. That's a tremendous role, I'm jealous.</p><p> </p><p>

I agree with Derek, it's bizarre that MLT never mentioned what had happened to her. </p><p> </p><p>

Nothing went right for the Mafia this game. We lost two members to sheer bad luck and town vigilante kills, there were so many blockers our kills kept failing, our hitman was a high profile player who was inevitably caught in the act, and then Cappy surrendered for utterly no reason. FML.</p>

Just as there was tunneling going on with the town (i.e. the resistance to what appeared to be duplicated roles) it also was occurring from the scum team. Certain natural fears of getting caught doing something they shouldn't had led to an approach that because it wasn't working fed that paranoia. The misreading of writeups and the not seeing what was going on fed all this. So when cappyboy was asked to simply answer a few questions he immediately had the mindset he was caught. They had nothing on him. But he didn't know that. </p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Leion's double vote ended it one vote short of required. So Shadowedflames was the hammer.</span></em></strong></p>
