Piledriver Wrestling Presents

Wrestle Bowl 2018

Saturday, Week 4 March, 2018

Live from the Rainbow Bar & Grill, FL

BX7IQui.jpg

The show kicks off with the Mid Atlantic Champion, "Class Act" Syd Collier who cuts a promo to introduce himself to the crowd, recap his history with Cameron Jones and essentially get them up to speed with Sam Keith's announcements at the opening of War for Territory #3 in Delaware, saying he's here to start the MAW invasion of Florida.

"Red Hot" Laura Flame & Marie Punnen vs "Ice Cold" Claire Winters & "The Mistress of the Backbreaker" Talia Quinzel (with "Playboy" Jake Sawyer)

A solid tag team match to get things started, Flame and Quinzel square off again after their latest title bout and with Quinzel failing to win the COTT Womens title, she's desperate to get a pin on the champion and get back in the title picture. Her aggression forces Flame to an early retreat, bringing in Punnen and her wide array of martial arts kicks. Punnen looks to take away Quinzel's vertical base, but that's easier said than done given Talia's reach advantage. The situation has Punnen recklessly get closer until she's caught and isolated on her opponents' corner. After wearing her down, Winters takes over with super stiff shots that rock Punnen and with both Sawyer and Quinzel keeping Flame busy, Quinzel is able to set up the Flying Knee Strike that eliminates Punnen for the three count.

Winners: "Ice Cold" Claire Winters & "The Mistress of the Backbreaker" Talia Quinzel, by pinfall

ozLd3Bm.jpg

The match over, Winters joins the rest of her team to assault Laura Flame. Security tries to break things up and although Flame is separated, the heels simply switch targets and take to the ring in order to vent on the barely recovered Punnen.

SJYcxhu.jpgGIRKb76.jpg6FVM4KD.jpg

Riley McManus vs "Double J" Josh Jacobs

Canadian all arounder Josh Jacobs may be solid in the ring, but he's as generic as they come; Riley McManus isn't exactly known for his colourful character either, so the two of them skip that part in order to provide some great in-ring action for the fans. Sticking to the basics seems to work for them and the fans eat up Double J's sneaky cheating antics to generate surprising heel heat as opposed to his super clean cut opponent, making for a classic oldschool face vs heel bout that ends in cheers once McManus hits his Slingshot Suplex finisher for the pin.

Winner: Riley McManus, by pinfall

ozLd3Bm.jpg

After the match, Riley McManus gets on the mic to cut a promo about how MAW underutilized him whereas Piledriver Wrestling gave him a chance and he proved himself by becoming champion. As a response to Syd Collier's opening promo, McManus proclaims himself defender of Piledriver Wrestling and vows to pour his heart, soul, blood sweat & tears into protecting the promotion he truly feels is his home.

Queen Amazon vs Nicole Pyle

Tall and lean Pyle seems to be having trouble against the shorter but stockier OLLIE import, who takes a few hits before reversing one into a ring-shaking suplex. The impact seems to have Pyle seeing stars and Queen Amazon seizes the opportunity to decimate her opponent, beating her down for the next five or so minutes. The repeated impact seems to have taken the air out of Pyle's lungs and she struggles to even recover, let alone try to hit a move, allowing her opponent to dominate their completely one-sided match and lay her out with an Amazon Powerbomb.

Winner: Queen Amazon, by pinfall

Scythe & George Wolfe vs "Glorious" Logan Diaz & Nate "The Great" DeMarcus

Even in this gathering of heavyweights, the Piledriver champion Scythe is towering over the rest, yet he lets Wolfe to start the match against DeMarcus. No strangers to each other, the two MAW imports proceed to show Piledriver fans in Florida what they're all about, with DeMarcus showing surprising athleticism for a man his size as his spots get a pretty good reaction from the fans. Once Scythe gets the tag though, he is quick to put the brakes on the young athlete with a chokeslam, then request that Diaz gets tagged in. His challenge answered, Diaz gets the tag and comes in to face the champion once again, fans cheering as the two meet again between the ropes. The rest of the match goes back and forth until DeMarcus decides to relieve his partner via a blind tag, only for the ensuing argument to leave him exposed as he's caught with the Underworld Spike for the pin while Wolfe keeps Diaz from breaking up the pin.

Winners: Scythe & George Wolfe, by pinfall

Mid Atlantic Tag Team titles match

"The Dirty Dog" Deuce Deadline & Trix Triumph © vs "The Dallas Cowboy" Bradley Blaze & "The Texan Patriot" Buck Winchester

6'4" tall 260-pounder Deuce Deadline starts the match with a mean smile on his face, always happy to throw down in a fistfight, which is exactly what his opponents promise to deliver. Him and Blaze kick things off, with the Dallas Cowboy seemingly a bit out of tune in this new environment. Making the best of the situation, Deadline positions his opponent near his corner and the heels use quick tags to cut the ring in half, until Triump tries to add a bit more grappling into the mix; Blaze brawls his way out of a tight spot and gives the hot tag to Winchester, who comes in to clean house by knocking Deadline off the apron and then hitting all his big signature moves on Triumph, before courteously tagging Blaze back in to deliver the Dallas Drop and score the pin.

Winners: "The Dallas Cowboy" Bradley Blaze & "The Texan Patriot" Buck Winchester, by pinfall

Mid Atlantic Championship title match

"Class Act" Syd Collier © vs Austin "Easy Money" Smooth

Both competitors are well-versed in all aspects of wrestling, but it's the technical side where they really excell. Collier's rock solid foundationals, a clear sign of his MAW Boot Camp training, mesh well with Smooth's slick chain wrestling skills to make up an exciting match that has a little bit of everything for everyone: strikes, slams, grapples, submissions and even the occasional move that sees one man's feet leave the mat for a short while, every time leading to a near fall that spikes up the drama until Collier manages to put his opponent in the Texas Cloverleaf dead center of the ring for the tap out.

Winner: "Class Act" Syd Collier, by submission

After the challenger Tamara McFly has made her entrance, COTT Womens champion Foxxy LaRue comes out, only to get attacked from behind by a furious Queen Amazon! As the announcers fill us in, LaRue successfully made her first title defense just two days ago, beating Queen Amazon in Plaza La Esperanza and apparently the OLLIE luchadora is out for revenge. Emotion seems to get the best of her though and just as she's about to pick up LaRue for the Amazon Powerbomb off the entrance ramp, Foxxy escapes and spikes her with a DDT!

COTT Womens title match

"Foxxy Lady" Foxxy LaRue © vs "No Gimmick Needed" Tamara McFly (with "Playboy" Jake Sawyer)

The entire match is built around Foxxy LaRue trying to overcome the damage she sustained from Queen Amazon before the match even began, with McFly trying to take advantage and earn herself one last big title run on the tail end of her career. The two ladies take things slow to build up drama and emphasize the storytelling aspect, but for all the groundwork meticulously laid, the ending sequence does feel a little bit rushed in comparison and that takes something away from the climax as LaRue connects with a Flash Head Kick to retain.

Winner: "Foxxy Lady" Foxxy LaRue, by pinfall

Subject: War for Territory #4 card and updates

Hey Sam,

I'm attaching the card me and Sheik put together for April's War for Territory, let me know what you think. Also, I made that call we talked about during the merger meeting and it's happening. We'll all be in Delaware the day before the show for the rest from up close. And when I say all, that includes a few new faces that'll be debuting in the next couple of shows.

Regards,

Lee

P.S. I still can't get the stink of Trix's gas off my clothes. Dont know how or why you put up with him, but I'm cutting him loose. Roster's super bloated anyway, might as well start trimming the fat.

<strong>Piledriver Wrestling Presents</strong></p><p><strong>

</strong><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">War for Territory #4</span></strong></p><p><strong>

Saturday, Week 2 April, 2018</strong></p><p><strong>

Live from the Delaware Auditorium, DE</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="hGRwOwP.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hGRwOwP.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Fans at the Delaware Auditorium completely lose their mind when the show begins with the grand entrance of "the voice of Supreme" himself, Peter Michaels! The former SWF announcer and head booker reveals himself as Piledriver Wrestling's "angel investor" who bailed the company out of its serious accrued debt in exchange for a say in things, effectively making him the 'sports entertainment' counterweight to Sam Keith's 'oldschool' in the ongowing internal warfare following the MAW-Piledriver merger. According to Michaels, he couldn't just stand and watch two historical dojos and their attached promotions go under; not when they've produced so many stars and have still so much to offer, which is what he's out here to prove as he leads Piledriver Wrestling to become the real home of tomorrow's champions (a spin on the catchphrase of the Supreme Wrestling University/RIPW and a subtle jab at his former Eisen employers who made him the scapegoat after USPW took the lead in the race).</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><img alt="At6zmyr.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/At6zmyr.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

"The Sandman" Jules Knight & "The Sin City Smasher" Samuel Serra vs The Heartbreak Express (with Lisa Bowen)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

After kicking off the show, Peter Michaels joins the announcing team for the rest of the show and gets to work as the wrestlers make their entrances. Fans are already familiar with MAW blue chippers Needham and Liotta as well as their equally good looking manager, so the announcers focus on intoducing Knight to the Mid Atlantic audience and Serra to Piledriver regulars watching via the Internet; despite his strong Asian features, Serra is actually from Las Vegas and initially dabbled in MMA before heading to the MAW Boot Camp, from which he graduated in August of 2016. This difference also plays into how the match evolves, as Knight trades holds with both members of the Express but Serra gets so caught up in chasing a KO he ends up receiving a swinging neckbreaker from Liotta who scores the pin for the babyface team.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Winners: The Heartbreak Express, by pinfall</strong></p><p>

<img alt="7nXiDsK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/7nXiDsK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

Up next, the redhead duo of "Red Hot" Laura Flame and Olivia "Rough" Diamond proceed to cut a promo on their intimidating opponents, Queen Amazon and the debuting "Dangerous" Deborah Young. Despite Diamond's past experience as interviewer and manager, it's Flame who really rocks the mic in this one, putting their opponents over as legitimate monsters (especially Queen Amazon, who's been on a tear since her arrival and also attacked Foxxy LaRue at WrestleBowl) but reminding everyone what both women have gone through since this promotion's first ever show and promising they won't be that easy to snuff out.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><img alt="M4SOg7D.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/M4SOg7D.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

"Red Hot" Laura Flame & Olivia "Rough" Diamond vs Queen Amazon & "Dangerous" Deborah Young</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Herself wearing Amazon-inspired ring gear, 245lb Deborah Young looks to be on the same page as her teammate, making for a pretty intimidating monster heel team. The in-ring action delivers on this promise, with the heels rushing to attack before the bell even rings, earning them the advantage over Flame as the match kicks off. Both Amazon and Young proceed to break down the champion, whose only success is an opening she creates for herself to tag in Diamond. Eager to relieve her partner and turn the tide, Diamond comes into the ring full of fire, but a big boot from Young quickly puts the breaks on her dreams, before they too are smashed together with her body. Queen Amazon demands the tag to finish this off and as she sets up the Amazonian Powerbomb, gestures towards Flame that she's next. Even after the final bell, Queen Amazon does the whole "belt" gesture around her waist, signalling she's on the fast track to challenge for the Piledriver Womens title.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Winners: Queen Amazon & "Dangerous" Deborah Young, by pinfall</strong></p><p><strong>

</strong><img alt="7nXiDsK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/7nXiDsK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

"Class Act" Syd Collier & The Architect vs Cameron "J-Man" Jones & Copperhead</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Although technically a tag match, this one is mostly about the ongoing feud between Collier and Jones after the breakup of the Dynamite Express. With MAW's resident underdog Copperhead in their team, the faces quickly find themselves on the receiving end of things, which earns them fan sympathy for their comeback, until Collier slaps on the Texas Cloverleaf to score the submission while Jones and the Architect are too busy brawling at ringside.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Winners: "Class Act" Syd Collier & The Architect, by submission</strong></p><p>

<img alt="87E3trK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/87E3trK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="uN4bdE9.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/uN4bdE9.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

"The Athlete" Xavi Ferrera is out for his usual routine next, annoying fans with his arrogance as he brags about everything while talking them down. Now with the Mid Atlantic American title around his waist, Ferrera says his open challenge is far from over; he is a fighting champion and will take on all comers with the gold on the line!</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><img alt="IqChfad.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/IqChfad.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

"The Athlete" Xavi Ferrera © vs "Frat Boy" Jonah Pilgrim</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Both a Piledriver Wrestling School graduate and MAW alumni, Pilgrim gets a big babyface reaction upon coming out to challenge for the belt (as if cutting off Ferrera wasn't enough on its own). Given the challenger's pudgy frame, Ferrera looks to keep the match pace fast and exhaust him, but Pilgrim's surprisingly good cardio allows him to keep up and turn the tables on the overconfident Ferrera. For a while, it looks as though the title is about to change hands, until the defending champion puts the breaks with a reversal of a powerbomb into the Ferrerana that sets up his High Impact Frog Splash finisher for the pin.</p><p>

#1 Contender match for the Mid Atlantic Championship title</strong></p><p><strong>

"The Crusher" George Wolfe vs "Ivy League" Hal Harvard</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

A former Mid Atlantic champion himself, George Wolf comes into this match looking to get his hands on gold again and establish himself in the new landscape, whereas former American champion Hal Harvard is looking for the next big step after his long reign, a run with the Mid Atlantic championship. The stakes are high, both men are hungry for the win here and Wolfe seems to have the advantage not only due to size and power, but also age. Most of the match sees Wolfe on the offensive and Harvard tenaciously refusing to stay down, until he outsmarts Wolfe by using his frustration against him to catch him in a quick cradle for the pinfall.</p><p>

A pre-taped video package airs next, with Scythe cutting a promo on his challenger tonight. According to Scythe, McManus proclaimed himself the defender of Piledriver Wrestling and apparently he wants to lead the charge as Piledriver champion. Those dreams however end here, tonight. It's time to reap what has been sown.</p><p>

Piledriver Championship title match</strong></p><p><strong>

Scythe © vs Riley McManus</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The two men have locked horns before so they are no strangers. With no need to feel each other's style first, they get to work immediately, although their pace is pretty methodical. Scythe, as usual, is out for big moves, strikes and slams, whereas McManus tries to keep his distance and take the big man on the mat, a feat easier said than done. After this has played out for a few minutes, McManus finally manages to shoot for the legs and flatten the champion, but once he's applied a few holds, his eyes widen in shock when Scythe fights back with a newfound technical prowess, showing he's learned his lesson and adapted to better face his challenger. The upset allows Scythe to regain control of the match leading to a two count. While complaining about the ref's slow count, Scythe shoves the official but given the size difference, Alvin Lavin does stumble back to hit the ring post, a short opening Scythe uses to poke McManus in the eye and deliver a chokeslam for the pin.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Winner: Scythe, by pinfall after using underhanded tactics</strong></p><p><strong>

Ignoring the crowd's boos, Scythe skips the celebration to continue beating down McManus, until a supremely familiar music theme hits the speakers...</p><p>

<img alt="jVZN1HH.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/jVZN1HH.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

...and out comes Masked Patriot to the rescue, forcing Scythe to a retreat! The latest incarnation of the historic character is in the house after a six month tenure in the main roster of SWF and as Peter Michaels reveals before the show goes off the air, this is only the first of many surprises he's got up his sleeve!</p><p>

Saturday, Week 4 April, 2018</strong></p><p><strong>

<img alt="hGRwOwP.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hGRwOwP.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="4E1fiQ6.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/4E1fiQ6.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Once again, Peter Michaels opens the show and picks things up from where they ended last time after his "ace in the sleeve" Masked Patriot debuted. Michaels says the changes he brings are more than just a bunch of new faces and starts talking about "rebranding" the Mid Atlantic Tag Team titles as the Piledriver Tag Team titles. This brings out Sam Keith who attempts to defend the belts' legacy, but simply can't argue against the fact that there are no other tag team titles in the merged promotion. In order to let the rebranding happen though, he has one condition and it'll take more than just Michaels to agree.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="pmHS2Ce.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/pmHS2Ce.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="jVZN1HH.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/jVZN1HH.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="BX7IQui.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/BX7IQui.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="sNvUXqw.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/sNvUXqw.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The champions and challengers for tonight's two male singles titles come out and Keith makes his announcement: he will allow the rebranding to happen if, and only if, everyone present agrees to hold a title unification match in July's Sam Keith Classic; Piledriver champion versus Mid Atlantic champion, with the loser's title being retired. All four wrestlers take turns on the mic to hype up their matches tonight and the unification one too (with Collier also spitting some venom about Cameron Jones on the side) and after they've all agreed, Keith and Michaels shake hands in the middle of the ring.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><img alt="rCrbMWQ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/rCrbMWQ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

Olivia "Rough" Diamond & Marie Punnen vs "The Mistress of the Backbreaker" Talia Quinzel & "Ice Cold" Claire Winters (with "Playboy" Jake Sawyer)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

A pretty standard tag match that's enough to keep things hot after the opening segment, this one sees the heels in control for most of the contest. Diamond tries her best but seems to still be feeling the effects of the punishment she suffered at the hands of Queen Amazon and "Dangerous" Deborah Young, while Punnen's sharp kicks fail to bear fruit against her more experienced opponents, Quinzel especially who delivers the Spinal Trauma on her for the pin.</p><p>

Riley McManus takes to the ring next and cuts a promo to introduce his mystery tag team partner for tonight, Cip Conduit! After having announced his intentions on social media to "defend" his home promotion in the wake of the MAW merger, Conduit suffered a concussion wrestling a dark match that put him on the shelf for quite a while, but now he's back and apparently riding the feelgood nostalgia pop to return as a babyface.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><img alt="87E3trK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/87E3trK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

Riley McManus & Cip Conduit vs The Architect & "Double J" Josh Jacobs</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Apparently "Territory Wars" is simply a reference to each team representing Piledriver Wrestling and MAW respectively, not any special stipulation as the match is held under standard tag team rules. Given Double J's complete lack of charisma, the Florida crowd is all to happy to cheer Conduit as he lays the smackdown on the MAW alumnus, however once The Architect gets the tag he quickly takes Cip to the mat for a stretch thanks to both his skill and wit. Things are looking grim for the Piledriver team, until Conduit manages to force a rope break and crawl towards McManus for the tag. Riley comes in and locks up with the Architect in a chess game of hold and counterhold which he wins by exploiting his opponent's small mistakes. Looking for the save, Jacobs blind tags himself in but his moves are so sloppy, McManus has no problem retaining control and tagging Conduit in to finish things up with a big win to mark his return to action.</p><p>

Tag Team titles match</strong></p><p><strong>

"The Dallas Cowboy" Bradley Blaze & "The Texan Patriot" Buck Winchester © vs "The Crusher" George Wolfe & "The Monster" Annihilus</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The rebranded tag team titles are defended next as fresh champions Blaze and Winchester square off with the brutish duo of Wolfe and Annihilus. It's a classic hoss fight between four hard hitting brawlers, but what really takes this to the next level is the apparent chemistry the challenging team seems to have and indeed, on more than one occasion it feels like they're about to win, only for Blaze or Winchester to get a shoulder up at 2,9. As things drag on, the heels get frustrated and frankly, Sheik Ali Al-Avatar isn't exactly the ideal man to calm them down so between their frustration and his yelling, Blaze is able to get an opening on Wolfe for the Dallas Drop and pin to retain.</p><p>

Piledriver Womens champion "Red Hot" Laura Flame makes her entrance next and cuts a promo on her scheduled opponent tonight. Flame talks about how Queen Amazon has been on an undefeated streak since joining the company, how she's been dominating opponents and how she knows that first hand after that tag match at War for Territory #4, but that ends here, tonight, after she beats her to defend her title.</p><p>

"Red Hot" Laura Flame © vs Queen Amazon</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Flame kicks things off (no pun intended) with a flurry of sharp kicks, putting her martial arts background to good use against the challenger. Despite her larger and somewhat bulky frame, Queen Amazon is able to keep up with the fast pace of the match, responding with some stiff lariats and spine crushing suplexes of her own. Once that's established, the two ladies never take the foot off the gas, hitting each other with all they've got in a supremely physical contest that includes a fair share of false finishes before Flame hits her flashy Flame Fire Kick to drop the challenger for the pin.</p><p>

"Class Act" Syd Collier © vs "Ivy League" Hal Harvard</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

For a man who trained as a wrestler in his mid thirties, Harvard shows amazing skill against one of MAW’s breakout young stars in Collier. While he’s always been more about character and mic skill, Harvard still holds up to MAW standards when it comes to in-ring skill, proving why he held the Mid Atlantic American title for so long. Frustrated with his opponent’s skill and antics, Collier flirts with DQ or the occasional reversal once or twice, but eventually manages to slap on the Texas Cloverleaf to get the submission and retain.</p><p>

Piledriver Championship title match</strong></p><p><strong>

Scythe © vs Masked Patriot</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Well aware of the powerhouse he’s up against, Patriot seems to have a plan of mixing things up often to stay versatile and unpredictable. Despite this being his first match with Piledriver Wrestling, Patriot is no stranger to Scythe since they’ve both clashed before within the confines of a RIPW ring. As for Scythe, he paces himself to pick his spots, at times willingly taking shots in order to lure his challenger in if that means a good chance at hitting one big power move. The start is a little slow but things steadily pick up, with Patriot barely breaking out of several chokeslam and Underworld Spike attempts. His own go at the Patriot Slam gets him to two before Scythe kicks out and it takes two more of those to keep the big man down long enough for referee Alvin Lavin to make the count, but once he gets to three, the whole place erupts in cheers as the beast has finally been conquered!</p><p>

Despite the large investment on the part of mr. “The Crusher” George Wolfe, “The Monster” Annihilus & “Killer” Carl Bernard (with Sheik Ali Al-Avatar)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The show kicks off with a match featuring the heavily patriotic babyface team going up against the big bruiser heels. A pretty simple setup but executed to perfection, the opening match does a good job of showcasing all those involved while getting the fans going for the rest of the show. Once again, Wolfe and Annihilus hit a few sweet double team moves but up against the Piledriver champion and Tag Team champions, the inexperience and reckless nature of bloodthirsty Bernard costs them the match when Patriot hits him with his finisher for the pin.</p><p>

Former showgirl turned Babe of Sin City, then turned proper pro wrestler in Texas with QAW, Alexis Lee Littlefeather is at the Delaware Auditorium for the show! Wearing her signature Native American outfit, ALF cuts a standard babyface promo about how happy she is to be here, before "Ice Cold" Claire Winters cuts her off to question her in-ring skill and their match is ready to go!</p><p>

Alexis Lee Littlefeather vs "Ice Cold" Claire Winters (with "Playboy" Jake Sawyer)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

As implied in the pre-match confrontation, Winters is all about testing her opponent's wrestling abilities, which of course means trying to make a fool of her shortcomings while punishing her with stiff shots. Her viciousness has fans rooting for Littlefeather who's actually pretty decent, but now on the tail end of her thirties, there's more than good looks slipping away from the veteran and after a Heel Kick from Winters, the match comes to a halt.</p><p>

<strong>"The Dirty Dog" Deuce Deadline vs "Glorious" Logan Diaz</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Nothing pretty or technical about this match, just two big dudes beating each other down. Without Trix Triumph on his side though, Deadline's weaknesses are quickly exposed, with his glaring lack of stamina being the most evident one, leading to a quick win for Diaz after a Belly to Belly Suplex in just under ten minutes.</p><p>

Piledriver Womens champion "Red Hot" Laura Flame hits the ring next to cut a promo on her scheduled opponent tonight. She brings up the beating she and Diamond took at the hands of Young and Queen Amazon, but she also reminds everyone she not only survived that, she went on to beat Queen Amazon one on one for the title. While Young has still to prove herself in order to earn a shot at gold, she has caught the attention of the champ, which is why she requested to face her in a singles match tonight.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><img alt="M4SOg7D.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/M4SOg7D.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

Non title match</strong></p><p><strong>

“Red Hot” Laura Flame vs “Dangerous” Deborah Young</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Distance is Flame's main challenge in this match, as she needs to overcome her reach disadvantage in order to get close and pull off her martial arts moves. Up close and personal is the last place you want to be when your opponent is one such as Deborah Young though, so Flame opts for hit and run tactics as she aims for her opponent's knee. It takes some time to chop down the big tree though and while that happens, Young only gets angrier while Flame in return becomes eager to wrap this up fast. This leads to miscalculation on the part of the champion, allowing Young to finally reverse and take the initiative. The rest of the match involves the amazon wildly mauling the champion, so bad the ref has to jump in and try to break things up. Not the best of ideas, as an already enraged Young tosses him away like a rag doll, leading to her being disqualified.</p><p>

It's Xavi Ferrera time again, with Nate "The Great" DeMarcus answering his open challenge this time. Boasting an impressive build at 6'5" and over 280lb of muscle, DeMarcus is out to not only win the Mid Atlantic American title, but also prove himself as the real athlete among the two, a challenge that really seems to get under Ferrera's skin.</p><p>

“The Athlete” Xavi Ferrera © vs Nate “The Great” DeMarcus</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Eager to shoot down his challenger, Ferrera locks up with him despite a slight size and power disadvantage. As with nearly all MAW Boot Camp graduates, DeMarcus brings a solid mix of brawling and technical skills to the match, which Ferrera seeks to out-do, forsaking his usual high flying antics in favor of a fast paced fight that goes back and forth with every couple of moves. True to his claim as an athlete, DeMarcus also showcases some great conditioning, never missing a beat despite the damage he's taken or the demanding rhythm of the match. Fans are treated to a bout of show-stealing potential that goes slightly past the ten minute mark before Ferrera finally taps into his high flying skills to deliver the High Impact Frog Splash for the pin.</p><p>

Mid Atlantic Championship title match</strong></p><p><strong>

"Class Act" Syd Collier © vs Jebediah</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Peter Michaels' pick for a challenger turns out to be none other than Jebediah, the Amish former RIPW US champion and another man in the ever growing line of great prospects underutilized by the Eisen Empire. Standing nearly seven feet tall and well over 300lbs, Jebediah has all it takes to give Collier a run for his money, including some surprising agility for a man his size. It's not the spectacular lucha libre flips, but when a simple splash or senton is delivered by a man this big, it's enough to do plenty of damage. The Amish challenger is in control for most of the match, which allows him to show what he can do and to make things even better, he and Collier seem to really hit it off as opponents, drawing the fans into the match and taking things to the next level.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="c3ifflk.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/c3ifflk.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p>

At one point, Collier's former tag team partner Cameron Jones comes out to witness the action first hand as he cheers Jebediah on from ringside. His presence is enough to shake Collier out of whatever haze his was in and the two friends turned bitter rivals end up arguing from a distance. Jones climbs up on the apron to get in the champion's face, but Collier uses that to move out of the way just as Jebediah comes charging in; Jones is launched out to the barricade and with Jebediah stumbling for the impact of a crash he wasn't prepared for, Collier trips him to apply the Texas Cloverleaf dead center of the ring for the tap out.</p><p>

COTT World Heavyweight title match</strong></p><p><strong>

Frankie Dee © vs Scythe</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

4C's Frankie Dee takes center stage in the main event, looking to defend the COTT World Heavyweight title against Scythe. Having won the gold off Nicolas Lopez in February of 2017, Dee has been a fighting champion as he's managed 14 defenses already in little over a year, as opposed to the previous champion's 16 defenses within exactly two years; Dee is out to not only retain, but break the record for most defenses, but that task is easier said than done given his menacing and much larger opponent. Putting his martial arts skill to full use, Dee takes a few reconaissance shots first before upping the ante to take down his opponent in a match that slowly escalates the tension and drama. For all his effort though, Dee gets seriously outperformed between the ropes and by the time Scythe hits him with a second chokeslam aroung the eigtheenth minute, the victory feels absolutely justified.</p><p>
