Lundinz is handling employment history and worker skillsets, along with other things like individual company HOF's (new inductees are determined by me). We fix whatever mistakes we find as we go. There is of course the possibility of an early release, though I don't see that happening for at least another three months, though things can always change. Another thing I need to do is mass produce new workers, which will occur before and after release through updates.

Wrestler Of The Year: Ricky DeColt (NOTBPW)

In late 2018, Ricky DeColt left CGC after falling out with Alex over how to book the company. Ricky sided with the younger wrestlers who wanted a push over the DeColt's, while Alex didn't. After what nearly became a brawl, Alex actually fired Ricky, and Ricky left the company, getting hired the next day by NOTBPW. His debut was hyped for weeks by Steve DeColt, who said he was going to "have some help taking NOTBPW from the Stone family". At the 2019 Ed Henson Memorial Tag Team Cup, Ricky made his debut as Steve's surprise partner. The two won the tournament in a sensational match, and the next month they won the NOTBPW Tag Team Championships from Omar Brown and Harlem Haynes. Ricky was being pushed heavy, and in December 2019, he beat Duane Stone in a great match to cement himself as NOTBPW's figurehead and new NOTBPW Canadian Champion. As 2020 begins, the 35 year old Ricky looks to effectively be the heel figurehead of the company, at least until the young David Stone comes and takes that from him.

Tag Team Of The Year: Ricky DeColt and Steve DeColt (NOTBPW)

Following Ricky DeColt's debut in NOTBPW, Steve wanted to catch up for the lost time, and the two won the 2019 NOTBPW Ed Henson Memorial Tag Team Cup in an amazing match, making that their first ever tag team accomplishment together. They would go on to win the NOTBPW Tag Team Championships the next month in April, and are still the champions. The two DeColt's are engaged in a huge feud against the Stone family, with Duane Stone leading the charge against them. Young 19 year old rookie David Stone is teaming with his uncle against them, but is still a long way off from becoming the company figurehead. There are even rumors that 47 year old Dan Stone Jr could come out of retirement for the feud, as he retired in good shape and is still a decent worker, as seen in videos of him training his son David.

Young Wrestler Of The Year: Motoyuki Miyake (TIER 1)

Having won the award in 2016, Motoyuki Miyake once again won the Young Wrestler Of The Year award for 2019. Despite already being popular and skilled in 2016, Miyake increased his skillset and popularity over the next few years with TIER 1, leading to a second TIER 1 World Heavyweight Championship reign beginning in June 2019 and continuing into 2020. He's still improving, and is only 24. By the time he hits his prime, he could very much be one of the best wrestlers in Japan, if not the world, and if he ever gets into a big company, he will certainly become a future world champion.

Veteran Wrestler Of The Year: Steve DeColt (NOTBPW)

Steve DeColt has shown that even as he has passed the age of 45, he's still a great athlete. Continuing to win matches in NOTBPW, he spent 2019 alongside brother Ricky DeColt, and has been winning tag team accomplishments alongside him in NOTBPW. Although his brother Ricky is providing serious competition, Steve is still considered the best skilled DeColt.

Female Wrestler Of The Year: Thea Davis (EWA, 5SSW, ZEN, AAA)

Thea Davis is succeeding in her goal to be a global wrestler. Not even 30 yet, she's currently working for four companies (5SSW, EWA, AAA, ZEN), and spent 2019 holding male and female titles. She opened 2019 as the new EWA Women's Champion, a belt she still holds, and ended it by winning the EWA Intercontinental Championship from Don Henderson. Aside from that, in January 2019 her 14 month reign as the ZEN Conceptual Champion ended as she lost the belt to Craig Phoenix. However, she won the belt back from Phoenix in August, but lost it to X-Calibre in December 2019. In June 2019, her and Kalliope Woodchuck won the ZEN Harmony Championships for the second time, holding them until December when they lost the belts to Necromancer and X-Calibre. She's also bulked up and has continued to increase her skillset. As 2020 begins, it's only a matter of time before she wins a title in AAA, and she may even end Tomoko Nagatsuka's 5SSW World title reign that's lasted for 2 years now.

Independent Wrestler Of The Year: Roy Edison (USA)

Former MMA fighter Roy Edison did well in 2019. Despite not getting work in 2019, he's continued touring with PGHW, and had some good matches there, and has been putting over the company's younger wrestlers, such as Sterling Whitlock.

Company Of The Year: USPW

In 2019, Reverie completed their worldwide expansion, making USPW the only promotion in the world with worldwide coverage. Although some cultural things, such as Japan's preference for puroresu, or ZEN's stronghold in New Zealand, are keeping them from hitting global for now, they've continued to make huge strides to keep their position as the top company in the world. Alongside 21CW, they're the second international sized company, and have the one of the largest rosters in the world. They have hired many new workers, and as 2020 begins they don't look to give up their top spot anytime soon. However, although everything on TV appears clean and wholesome, something's going on backstage that could send the entire company down kicking and screaming, and would leave a large hole in the wrestling world.

Most Improved Company Of The Year: USWF

As they reached their first full year of existence, things were clear that USWF was going to be a company that couldn't be held down to a simple child company position. Run by two legends, Rip Chord and Christian Faith, TCW's child company has many young fighters who look to become future stars. Austin Smooth, Matthew DeVille (Aldous Blackfriar), Seth Whitehead, Logan Wolfsbaine, Harvey Robbinfield, and others work for the company, and they also have former SWF announcer Peter Michaels on their roster. Many believe that USWF will one day leave TCW's system, and they'll become their own company. While the 70 year old Rip Chord seems to be planning to leave due to his age, Christian Faith looks to stay for a while, so he may lead the company into a new era, possibly even joining the COTT alliance.

New Inductees: Haruki Kudo and Team Toronto

In late 2015, Haruki Kudo retired. Despite this, he's not in the Hall of Immortals in 2016, despite having all the points required. I'll be inducting him in this mod, along with the release of the CornellVerse 2016 data which'll come once TEW 2020 is released. As for Team Toronto, Lee Bennett retired in 2019, allowing the duo to be inducted with their accomplishments. Either before I release the beta or before the official release, I'll edit the Hall of Immortals to add in induction dates. These dates would be the January of the year after the person retires. So, Haruki Kudo's induction date would be January 2016, and Team Toronto's induction date would be January 2020. I plan to add a news story set for the start of the game announcing this, which'll occur alongside other summary news stories, such as the one about WLW going national, and the SoCal Wars.

A number of people are going to be inducted into individual company Hall of Fames. While I'll handle the Hall of Immortals, Lundinz is handling the individual company HOF's, and their points. The following lists the reasons for each person's induction.

The Tag Team Specialists: Hard work as team. Inducted following Joel Bryant's retirement.

Robbie Sanchez: Longtime referee and locker room leader. Retired from business.

Dark Angel: Great worker and champion. Retired.

Nicolas Lopez: Loyal employee and champion. Retired.

The Awesome Kiyaru: Multiple time champion. Retired.

If there are changes to alliances and the addition of alliance HOF's, I might induct some people to the COTT HOF. I doubt induction dates will be added to the individual HOF's, but it may happen in a future update if requested.

In 2017, Enygma was involved in a feud with Ekuma, who joined USPW in 2016. Ekuma, playing a savage wildman, went on a rampage, going after many workers in his rise up the card. However, in mid 2017, he bumped into Engyma, who stood tall and fought back. Engyma stopped Ekuma's rise in it's track's, and the two started a heated and lengthy feud. It culminated in a Mask vs Hair match at USPW Thanksgiving Thunder 2017. It was a good match, and Engyma nearly won when he pushed Ekuma off the stage. However, Ekuma kicked out at the last second, and they fought back down to the ring, where Ekuma won after a chokeslam and powerbomb. Engyma was forced to unmask, and he then disappeared from USPW for a number of months. Rumors began that he'd retired, but he returned in mid 2018, this time as a heel. Since then rumors have circulated that he may leave USPW in order to finish his career with a title reign.

Lost Hair: Steve Flash

Event: NYCW Brooklyn Brawl (June 2016)

As Steve Flash got older, rumors circulated that he'd never retire. Despite being 50, Flash still had decent skills and a good performance, mostly due to constant training, maintaining himself, and remaining injury free. However, Flash realized his time was beginning to come to an end. He knew he'd have to retire sooner or later, he decided it needed to be sooner, so he wouldn't become a shell of his former self, like Sam Strong or Rip Chord became. At the start of 2016, NYCW owner Larry Vessey issued a bounty on Steve Flash's career. Anyone who could beat him would be rewarded with $10,000, and Flash would have to retire. Suddenly, workers from other COTT promotions came to NYCW just to beat Flash. Bulldozer Brandon Smith, Nicolas Lopez, Greg Gauge, Frankie Perez, Frankie Dee, and even teams like The Ring Generals and The Dynamite Express tried ending Steve's long career. They all failed, but in May 2016, Bulldozer Brandon Smith beat Roger Cage for the NYCW Empire Championship. Cage then announced he'd be leaving NYCW in one month, but before he left, he wanted to do one big thing no one else could do. He announced he'd be coming after Steve Flash's career, and he didn't care if he had to injure him to get that bounty. Turning heel, he repeatedly assaulted Flash in an attempt to weaken him before their match. On the night of the match, Flash was confident he'd win, and even offered his hair as an additional prize. Cage accepted the challenge, and in their match, Flash actually held his own. As Flash kept coming close to beating Cage, Cage got desperate to leave NYCW with $10,000 and having ended a career. As Flash prepared a Boston Crableg submission to try and finish Cage, Cage actually managed to grab Flash's leg, and Flash fell. Cage viciously and mercilessly stomped on the leg, and took a chair to it multiple times. He then pinned Flash, winning the match, Flash's hair, $10,000, and Flash's career. He took the clippers and shaved off Flash's hair to make him bald, and after telling the crowd he was heading to bigger and better things than "this dump of ugly New Yorkers", he left. Flash received a standing ovation after he was helped out, and he wasn't seen for over a year. In reality, he was backstage, working as a road agent and booker. He was seen again in November 2017, announcing he was the Commissioner Of NYCW.

Hardcore Wrestling Alliance

As I began working on the CornellVerse 2020 mod, one of the things I'd originally planned involved hardcore wrestling. I wanted to do either a hardcore alliance, or a West Coast Wars scenario. Before choosing the West Coast Wars and renaming it The SoCal Wars, I had planned to do the hardcore alliance scenario. The plan involved the Total Revolution Wrestling alliance going against the Total Extreme Wrestling alliance. The TWR alliance involved promotions that are more risque and hardcore, and truly pushed the envelope. UCW, GSW, and DIW were going to be in this alliance. In the TEW alliance, promotions were traditional hardcore wrestling. PSW, IPW, and WEXXV were going to be in that alliance. I had done some work on this, but as I was finishing Canada's promotions, I decided to not do it, so I went back and undid the work. I did reuse the Total Wrestling Revolution name though, when I made that company for The SoCal Wars scenario.

Modern Japan Alliance

Not long after I canceled the plan for two hardcore alliances, I thought I should make the Modern Japan Movement an official alliance. This would include a change in the alliance's bio, and the addition of alliance titles. However, aside from those changes and the mention of a Modern Japan Heavyweight Championship reign in Motoyuki Miyake's bio, no other work was done, and the plans were scrapped and the changes undone.

Following ACPW's closure in June 2017, it's workers dispersed and many landed in different places. However, many ACPW alumni went to either 4C or SAISHO. Soon after arriving in his two new homes of 4C and SAISHO, Marcel LeFleur announced he was going to dominate in SAISHO and 4C. Fellow leader Mario da Silva, who was in 4C, said that he would destroy 4C and bring back ACPW. They recruited a number of different ACPW alumni in each company, and they all began taking over, with LeFleur leading the SAISHO division, and Silva leading the 4C division. On their debut, Dagger and Mimic won the 4C Tag Team Championships, Marcel LeFleur won the and Mario da Silva won the 4C Championship. The group dominated in 4C, but in SAISHO, AC had serious competition. However, in October 2017, Katoh Freak and Little Dragon won the SAISHO A-1 Tag Team Grand Prix, then the SAISHO Destiny Tag Team Championships in January 2018. Katoh Freak won the SAISHO Ride The Tiger Championship in May 2018. He would later "give it up" to fellow member Jayson Van Pelt in October 2018 to avoid defending it against someone else. In December 2018, Marcel LeFleur won the SAISHO Destiny Championship from the soon to depart Fujio Narahashi. He won the SAISHO A-1 Grand Prix in March 2019. Him and Jayson Van Pelt won the SAISHO A-1 Tag Team Grand Prix in October 2019. However, over in 4C, the home team managed to get the advantage for a short amount of time. In mid 2019, Mario da Silva was beaten in a Contract vs Contract match Hugh de Aske in a bout for de Aske's 4C Championship. In reality, Silva left for NOTBPW. The next month in July 2019, Marcel LeFleur got revenge by beating de Aske in a Contract vs Contract bout, winning the 4C Championship and forcing de Aske to leave. In reality, de Aske also went to NOTBPW. As 2020 begins, the group looks to keep control of both companies, but as 4C prepares to mount a comeback and SAISHO prepares to fall, can the group keep themselves alive, or will they move to a bigger stage such as NOTBPW?

In 2017, IPW got the idea to make a stable war involving two small groups. The first of these groups were The Army Of Hardcore. This group composed of Sgt. Bubba Lee West, Desert Storm, The Silencer. Although all three men are 35 or over, they are decent enough workers for a company like IPW, They were hired one by one over the course of 2017, until November 2017 when the last of them were hired. Despite the fact that they've yet to win the IPW Championship, Desert Storm won the IPW Californian Championship twice, and The Silencer won it once. Desert Storm and The Silencer have won the IPW Tag Team Championships one time. They haven't achieved much success, but that's due to Sgt. Bubba Lee West abusing his "soldiers". West brags that he is better than them, yet he hasn't managed to win any titles. As 2020 begins, rumors are beginning that Storm and Silencer will rebel against West, and break up the group.

The second stable in IPW is The Texas Outlaws. The Outlaw had been a part of IPW's roster since 2013, and he was having decent success with two IPW Californian Championship reigns and one IPW Tag Team Championship reign with Deadly Deadshot. Once IPW decided to put an Army against Outlaws, they quickly knew The Outlaw would be a good fit to lead his team. At the start of 2017, they'd hired Cowboy Buck Winchester, and paired him and The Outlaw up. In only one month after his debut, Winchester won the IPW Californian Championship in February 2017, losing it to The Silencer in August 2017. Also in February, The Outlaw won his first IPW Championship from Aldous Blackfriar. Winchester and Outlaw had a tag title reign that began in July 2017. Texas Pete joined them in November 2017, and he took advantage of his opportunity, cleaning himself up. He'd get one IPW California Championship reign. Like The Army of Hardcore, the group hasn't had a large amount of success, but they've certainly had more than The Army. The Outlaw's 2nd IPW Championship reign ended in October 2019 when Ash Campbell won it, but The Outlaw is currently the only Triple Crown Champion in IPW.

Four men who wrestled in Japan, all now coming home to America after making their name across the Pacific. SWF may be based on sports entertainment, and USPW is aimed at children, but there's one promotion in America where a true wrestler can perform his craft: Total Championship Wrestling. In late 2019, the contracts of these five men were expiring at almost the same time, and TCW saw an opportunity. Having used their TV deals to make money, they knew they needed a new storyline as good as the one that brought us The Syndicate. TCW booker Ricky Dale Johnson decided it'd be stupid to bring back The Syndicate at the moment, and when he heard about those contract's expiring, he knew what to do. He contacted all men, with the promise of a great storyline, and for Matthew Keith, a world title shot in the main event of Total Mayhem XXIV. They all accepted, and left Japan at the end of December 2019, looking to become the next big stable of TCW. As 2020 begins, TCW fans eagerly await their debut.

I won't say much at the moment about these men's success in Japan, but I will talk about Matthew Keith's success tomorrow, in my next entry. These next few entries are going to be about the success some future legends have had since 2016. As 2020 begins, many of these old guards are nearing retirement. Jack Bruce and Tadiyuki Kikkawa are 47. Hiroyasu Gauksha is 40. Yoshimi Mushashibo is 44. Even Tommy Cornell is now getting old, currently at age 41. Though some of these men can keep on going, others are to worn down. Even figureheads in their mid 30s, like Nicky Champion and Rocky Golden, who are 35 and 36 respectively, will soon be at the age of 40. With 2025 only 5 years away, many are wondering who exactly will be the face of pro wrestling when that day comes.

Matthew Keith

Twin brother of Greg Gauge and son of Sam Keith, Matthew Keith is a legend in the making. Starting his career in PSW, he'd go on to have two PSW Tag title reigns with future SWF wrestler Steven Parker, and two PSW National title reigns. He also won the 2012 Sam Keith Classic with Findlay O'Farraday. In 2014, he worked a tour for BHOTWG, who were so impressed that they hired him on a written deal. In only two years, he got his first title reign in BHOTWG, getting a Burning World Tag Team title reign with Tatsuya Toshitara. Holding those belts from July 2016 until October 2017, the two dominated the tag division of BHOTWG. Keith then began to work more on his singles wrestling, beating other heavyweights such as Atsumori Takemura and Heihachiro Sakai. He eventually got a Burning World title match against champion Koshiro Ino. With his father and brother in attendance, he won the match to get his first world title. He held the belt from December 2018 until December 2019, and held the Burning World Tag Belts with Tatsuya Toshitara again from January 2019 until November 2019. In November 2019, his contract was about to expire, and TCW swooped in and fought BHOTWG for him. Keith chose TCW, and the next month he lost the Burning World title to Natsu Miyamae in his final match in BHOTWG. As he prepares to make his TCW debut, many are wondering if he and TCW World Heavyweight Champion Valiant will meet in the main event of Total Mayhem XXIV.

George Wolfe

The big Canadian brawler may still be in Mid Atlantic Wrestling, but at age 28 he's achieved quite a lot of success. Joining MAW in 2012, he won the Mid Atlantic American title, holding it from February 2014 until November 2014. He then prepared for a run in the main event scene, culminating in Wolfe winning the 2016 Rip Chord Invitational Challenge. Six months later in July 2016, he won his first Mid Atlantic Championship from Greg Gauge. He would lose it to Cheetah Boy in January 2017. Wolfe soon began showing his skills in NYCW through occasional appearances from alliance loans, and he even had a sensational title match against Bulldozer Brandon Smith in June 2018 during Smith's second NYCW Empire Championship reign. Though Wolfe lost, it showed people that he truly was a star in the making. The reception of the match led to Wolfe becoming the first COTT King Of The Indies Champion in July 2018. A few months after that, he won the COTT World Heavyweight Championship in October 2018, becoming the sixth champion by beating Bulldozer Brandon Smith in a rematch to their fight in June. Only three months later in January 2019, he won his second Mid Atlantic Championship against The Architect, while defending his COTT World Heavyweight Championship. Wolfe went around defending his two COTT belts, eventually losing the King Of The Indies belt to Frankie Dee at CZCW Hardcore Halloween. In August 2019, he started working for BCG, who hired him on a touring deal. He is the first COTT World Heavyweight Champion to appear with the belt in a non-COTT affiliated promotion. The COTT Board Of Directors got an idea, and this led to him making a highly publicized defense of the belt in BCG against BCG World Champion Hiro Gakusha in October 2019. Though Gakusha lost, it was a very close match, and the match raised both wrestler's profiles. As 2020 begins, the 28 year old Wolfe is being closely watched by many of the major companies, and now it's only a question of when and who picks him up.

The son of Hiroyasu Gakusha, Hiro Gakusha looks to be the next great Japanese wrestler, and he seems like he may end up possessing more skills than his father. His father started training him when he was only 7, and he uses a high flying style due to being smaller than his father. Despite this, he also has his father's skills in puroresu, brawling, and technical wrestling. As his debut neared, fans of GCG were excited to see a young Gakusha with a high flying style. However, in 2015 GCG switched to a western style schedule and joined the Modern Japan Movement. Gakusha had been born and raised in the traditional style, and while his father didn't mind GCG changing, the young Hiro did. He told no one what he was planning until he debut in April 2016, when he made his debut in pro wrestling at a GCG tour at the start of the month. He came out to fight with his father in a tag match, but before the fight began, he took a microphone and cut an amazing promo that destroyed GCG. He stated that he appreciated the traditional Japanese schedule, and was disappointed that GCG had changed. While his father and everyone else was shocked, he announced that he'd signed with BCG the day before, and that he was leaving GCG to fight for them. As he was leaving, Haruki Kudo entered and told him that he was exiled from GCG and he could never return, while his father Hiroyasu simply said nothing. Hiro told Kudo he was going to run GCG into the ground, and left. He made his BCG debut at the 2016 Yoshifusa Maeda Grand Prix, and actually made it to the finals before being beat in a close match by Roku Sotomura. However, this was only the start of a great career. BCG wanted him to be shown slowly rising to the top, so fans wouldn't hate him and think his name got him everything. He was in a sort of storyline where BCG's wrestlers thought he was just trying to kill BCG from the inside, and he tried to prove to them he loved BCG instead of GCG. In April 2018, he won the BCG Challengers Championship from Tanyu Toshusai, who was in his second reign with the belt, and held it until December 2018, when he lost it back to Toshusai. However, the next month in January 2019 he won the BCG World Championship from Findlay O'Farraday. In April, he won the 2019 Yoshifusa Maeda Grand Prix after losing it the previous 3 times and making it to the finals each time. Now as 2020 begins, BCG look to keep him installed as the figurehead. Despite only being 20, he's already dominating pro wrestling in BCG and is still the most talked about wrestler in Japan, with BHOTWG, WLW, and PGHW all looking at him closely, though he's already stated he refuses to work for a Japanese company that's shunned tradition, meaning he could end up in PGHW one day.

Debuting and joining OLLIE in February 2008, Gino Montero looked to be the savior of the golden eagle and traditional lucha libre from the moment he set foot in a ring. He was paired with his older brother Luis Montero Jr and in 2009, he won three titles: The Campeonato Del Mexico OLLIE in March 2009, Campeanatos de Trios OLLIE in June 2009 with Luis & Tricolor Jr, and the Campeanatos de Parejas OLLIE in September 2009 with Luis. He held the Mexico belt until July 2009, the Trios title until April 2010, and the Parejas title until July 2010. He continued winning matches alongside Luis while winning some singles matches, and got a second Parejas title reign with Luis, from April 2012 until June 2013. He then began working more on his solo work, and got into a feud with El Critico from September 2015 until January 2016. Afterwards, he began pursuing the Campeonato de Universal OLLIE, which was held by Marcos Flores who'd won it from Hijo Del Mephisto in July 2016. In a torch passing match, Gino Montero won his first main event title from Flores in November 2016. He'd hold the belt until December 2017, when he lost it to Hijo Del Mephisto. However, Montero won it back in October 2018 from Mephisto. As champion, he showed his skills in MAW by winning the 2019 Rip Chord Invitational Challenge, beating fellow high flyer Miller Fforde to win the tournament. In May 2019, Extraordinario Jr won the Universal title from Montero, but Montero would regain it from Jr in December 2019. As 2020 begins, Gino Montero is in his 3rd reign with the belt. He's been OLLIE's figurehead since his first Universal title win, and now OLLIE is about to hit national size. Many within the industry are calling him the savior of the traditional style of wrestling, unlike Champagne Lover and SOTBPW, who've increased lucha libre's popularity through incorporating Sports Entertainment from America. Many thank Montero for his loyalty to OLLIE, and many believe he will spend his entire career there.

Sayeed Ali

One of the epitome's of hardcore wrestling in the modern age, Sayeed Ali has worked for 4C for most of his career, and has recently been expanding his resume. Joining 4C in September 2006, it didn't take long for him to win his first 4C Championship in November 2007, taking the belt from Jacob Jett. Over this reign, he established himself as one of 4C's best and certainly it's most violent and brutal wrestler. He'd lose the belt to Duberry Express in August 2008, but regained it two years later from Frankie Dee in September 2010. That reign ended when Jacob Jett took the belt in May 2011 to start his third reign, but Sayeed Ali recaptured it from Jett in November 2011, holding it until July 2012 when he lost it to Antonio Del Veccio. It was a shock that no major company hired him, so he continued putting on great hardcore matches in 4C, and proved he could fight great non-violent matches at the 2013 Rip Chord Invitational. In July 2016, he won both the 4C Championship to start his fourth reign, and the 4C Hardcore Champion to start his first reign with that belt. He lost both belts in January 2017, with Hugh de Aske taking the 4C Hardcore title, and Eric Blackley taking the 4C Title. Getting tired of wrestling in 4C, he decided that while he would stay with the company, he needed to broaden his horizons, in a similar way that fellow 4C wrestler Frankie Dee was doing. In mid 2019, he joined PSW, and won the PSW Championship from Ash Campbell in June 2019 in his debut match, becoming the only man to hold both the 4C and PSW Championship. Later that year in November 2019 when Canadian hardcore company Ultimate Championship Wrestling was opened in November 2019, R.K. Hayes personally invited Sayeed to join UCW, which he did. He ended the year by headlining UCW's first event, where he became the inaugural UCW Ultimate Champion. As 2020 begins, Ali is now 33 and has hopes to get into a major wrestling company, but for now he's settled for wrestling for PSW and UCW, and wrestling occasionally for his home in 4C. Many believe Ali could be picked up by NOTBPW, or that he might decide to go across the Pacific and wrestle for WEXXV.

If your father is named Dread, it's inevitable that your name will be Death. The son of the legendary Dread, Death was the first person who began training in his fathers TITAN Factory, where he graduated as a member of the first graduating class in January 2020 alongside Thunder and The Minnesota Destroyer. His training was closely monitored by many of his father's former employers, and even though they all wanted to sign him at the moment he debuted, his father declared he'd be working elsewhere first. His father got him a job with ELITE and PGHW, and fans of both companies are awaiting his debut. It's a guarantee that he'll one day win a world championship. The only question is with who.

Jason "Thunder" Walker is a massive beast from Georgia who was among the Titan Factory's first class of graduates at the start of 2020. An avid weightlifter since the age of 11, he won numerous competitions as a teenager and even won the national championship, while coming second in the world championship. A fan of pro wrestling, unlike most men his size he does have some skills and could go a long way in the business. He began training at Dread's Titan Factory in December 2016, and quickly made great leaps in terms of his skill. Now ready to make his debut, it'll be interesting to see who hires him first, and how he'll do there.

A large Minnesota brawler, The Minnesota Destroyer is an menacing sight for anyone who is across the ring from him. While he isn't the most talented of the graduates, he does have the potential to go far.

Greg Gauge

A son of the legendary Sam Keith, Greg Gauge looks to have a career as good as his father and brother have had so far. While his brother was working for PSW, Greg was working in Japan for GCG. Debuting in August 2009, Gauge quickly paired with veteran Dean Daniels, who taught Gauge a few things and helped Gauge mature as a worker. Gauge mostly worked in the tag ranks alongside Daniels, while also working in singles matches and increasing his skills. Gauge's first title was the GCG World Heavyweight Tag Team Championship, which he won in February 2014 with Dean Daniels. Later that year in July 2014, Gauge made his Mid Atlantic Wrestling debut at the Sam Keith Classic event. In November 2014 he lost the GCG World Heavyweight Tag titles, but soon won the 2015 Rip Chord Invitational Challenge in January 2015. At Where It All Begins Again 2015, Gauge won his first Mid Atlantic Championship from Roderick Remus. As 2016 began, big company's were looking more and more at him. In March 2016, he won the GCG World Heavyweight Tag Team titles with Daniels for a second time, and won his first COTT World Heavyweight Championship, becoming the third champion by beating Nicolas Lopez. He lost his Mid Atlantic Championship in July 2016 to George Wolfe. In November 2016, he won the GCG World Heavyweight Championship from Hiroyasu Gakusha, becoming only the fifth American to win that belt, and the first since Jimmy Cox. The next month in December 2016, he lost the COTT World Heavyweight Championship to Frankie Dee. The following month in January 2017, him and Dean Daniels lost the GCG World Heavyweight Tag Team titles to Samoan Destruction Inc., but Gauge still held the GCG World Heavyweight Championship. This changed in mid 2017, when it was announced that BHOTWG, SWF, TCW, NOTBPW, and USPW were all preparing to start contract negotiations. The bidding war officially began in August 2017, and that same month Gauge lost his GCG World Heavyweight Championship to Takayuki 2000. He then chose to sign with BHOTWG the next day, and he was repackaged as The Great Gauge. He made his debut, and won many matches against the other wrestlers, but he never had a match alongside nor against his brother Matthew Keith, who was in the company at the same time and was even the Burning World Champion at one point. Despite his brother becoming the first the hold a prestigious world championship, Greg didn't give up, and when his brother dropped the belt to Natsu Miyamae and left BHOTWG for TCW, it seemed only natural that Gauge takes his place. As 2020 begins, the 30 year old Gauge looks to capture the Burning World title like his brother did, and stand on top of BHOTWG.

the fact this is only going to release at the end of the year continues to sadden me

There's always the possibility of an early release, depending on how fast we get the mod done. Once it's done, a beta still has to be done, so I can get some more feedback, fix mistakes, or polish the mod before it's final product is released. The beta though just intended to just be limited to a facebook group, since feedback is quicker there and I hope to see some saves played in the mod, which I'll certainly be doing.

Brendon Holmes

Brendon Holmes is the son of Bryan Holmes. Trained by his father, Holmes looks to one day win a world title, which his father never did. Bryan worked out a deal with Sam Keith, and arranged for Brendon to begin his career by working for Mid-Atlantic Wrestling upon his debut in December 2019. He then plans to move on to Japan and work for PGHW like his father did. Whether or not the young Holmes can become a legend has yet to be seen, but he certainly has the skills to do it.

Cody Datsun

Cody Datsun is the son of veteran wrestler Freddie Datsun. Being the son of such a well traveled wrestler, Cody spent some of his youth watching his father at DAVE shows, and later at USPW shows. He began training when he turned 14, and once he was 16 his father began scheduling pre-show bouts between him and old veterans to train Cody. Now 18, Cody looks to make his debut, and is hoping to model his father's journey, intending to travel from company to company, preferring hardcore companies. He is friends with Daniel McWade, son of Dallas McWade, and the two trained together in their teen years.

Daniel McWade

The son of known brawler Dallas McWade, Daniel McWade is a young worker looking to have success in the wrestling business. Born into wrestling, his father and uncle wrestled for multiple promotion's, and he grew up watching them fight for DAVE and NOTBPW. It was at a DAVE show where he met Cody Datsun, the son of Freddie Datsun, and the two became best friends. He began training when his father was in WEXXV, and has been prepared for his debut quite well. Unlike his father and best friend, Daniel uses more arial and submission based moves, and is quite agile.

Cody and Daniel both debut in March 2020.

Bulldozer Brandon Smith

A huge Minnesota brawler, Bulldozer Brandon Smith has been a wrestler known to Indie fans for the last 13 years. Getting hired by MAW in October 2007, he quickly made his name there under a mask as American Patriot. He won the 2008 Rip Chord Invitational Challenge only a few months after his debut, but didn't win the Mid Atlantic Championship until July 2009 when he won it from Mean Jean Cattley. He held the belt until September 2010, losing it to Findlay O'Farraday. At the time, his 14 month reign was the longest in MAW history, until it was shattered by Farraday's 21 month reign from September 2010 until June 2012. He then left MAW in March 2011 and joined NYCW. Dropping the American Patriot gimmick and mask entirely, he became "Bulldozer" Brandon Smith, and it didn't take him long to win his first titles in NYCW. In August 2011, he beat Animal Harker to win the NYCW Tri-State Championship. He held it until June 2012, losing it to The Masked Mauler. After some time, Black Canvas Grappling signed him to a touring deal in April 2014, and he performed so well there that they kept resigning him. In BCG, he was paired up with former MAW opponent Findlay O'Farraday, and the duo formed American Demolition. During this time he won his second NYCW Tri-Regional Championship from Andrew Harper in November 2014. He then won the BCG Challengers Series Championship from Yoshisada Matsuzawa in April 2015. He lost his Tri-State Regional belt back to Andrew Harper in May 2015, and the BCG Challengers Series title to Tanyu Toshusai in October 2015. As 2016 began, he won the NYCW Empire Championship from Roger Cage in May 2016. In September 2016, him and Farraday won the BCG World Tag Team Championships from Team Taku. In January 2017 he lost the NYCW Empire Championship to Crockett Tubbs, He spent the next year showing his skills in BCG and NYCW, and won the COTT World Heavyweight Championship from Frankie Dee in January 2018. Then in March 2018 he beat Chris Caulfield to win his second NYCW Empire Championship. In June 2018 he had a great match with George Wolfe while defending his Empire Championship, but lost his COTT World Heavyweight Championship to Wolfe in October 2018. Two months later, it was announced that he'd be signing with USPW at the start of 2019, and so in December 2018 he dropped his NYCW Empire Championship to Jack Marlowe, and him and Findlay lost their BCG World Tag Team belts to Dynamite Narahashi and Bunrakuken Torii. He joined USPW in January 2019, and was quickly put in a stable with Marat Khoklov and Steve Frehley, while being managed by creative genius Phil Vibert. In March 2019 he beat former NYCW opponent Roger Cage to win the USPW National Championship. Since then, Destruction has been taking over USPW, but they had one setback when Rick Law beat Steve Frehley to win the USPW World Championship. As 2020 begins, the 36 year old Smith is approaching 40 to fast, and it won't be long before age begins to dull his skills. The only question that remains is whether or not he turns to drugs to stay big as he gets older, which could lead him to join the backstage group with a secret that could destroy USPW from the inside out.

Paolo Gandalfini

"The Italian Hercules" Paolo Gandalfini looks like a future star. Joining EWA in August 2013, his looks made him a star, even if his in-ring skills weren't up to par yet. In EWA, this helped him become a fan favorite, at least for women, and he beat Kruge The Executioner in November 2014 to win the EWA Intercontinental Championship. He lost it to Crusher Von Steinburg in June 2015, but won it back from Steinburg in October 2015. As 2016 began, he heard rumors that 21CW was watching his progress, so he began to improve his in-ring skills. He lost the Intercontinental Championship in December 2016 to Rashid Lawal, and began hunting the EWA Universal Championship, a task that seems impossible in EWA due to the narcissism of Byron. Despite this, he beat the odds and won the EWA Universal Championship in January 2018, ending Bret Heartbreak's first reign. However, he was booked to win by cheating, and only won his title defenses because of his cheating, and he dropped the title to Bret in May 2018 in a match that Bret effectively kept control of. This enraged Paolo, and rumors started that he'd be a part of the small group of workers planning to leave EWA soon. Despite wanting to leave, he wanted a steady job in place before he left, and this came in early 2019 when 21CW signed him. Having improved his in-ring skills, he was a hit with fans in 21CW, with his "Italian Hercules" face gimmick making him irresistible to female fans. In November 2019, he beat War Machine to win the 21CW United Kingdom Championship. Starting out 2020 as a champion, Gandalfini could very well be a future world champion, and could be the first mainland European and first Italian 21CW World Champion.

Before I begin today's entry, I want to say that with the changes to the Indie Circuit in TEW 2020, this means there will probably be plenty of free agents in the game world compared to TEW 2016, or at least enough free agents for some Indie shows. Because of this, I'm now accepting character submissions for the mod. They will be noted and added to the mod during the final phases before it's beta release.

Ricky Storm

"The Sensational" Ricky Storm is a product of the inaugural graduating class of the National School of Wrestling. Small, fast, and strong, he was a hit in 21CW, and his first championship was the 21st Century Tag Team Championship with Sifu in May 2014 from Lance Martin and Kelly Martin. The duo held the belts until October 2014. Ricky then began looking at singles titles, eventually capturing the 21st Century United Kingdom Championship from Sebastian Koller in March 2016. He had an amazing 14 month reign with it, losing it to War Machine. Afterwards he spent time teaming with Sifu, but it seemed like they got lost in the shuffle because they weren't really given many more chances. In late 2018, the team refused 21CW's offer of being sent down to EPW, feeling that a demotion to a developmental company was bad for their career. Ricky's contract ended in March 2019, and he chose not to resign, though he was forced to leave behind Sifu as his contract hadn't yet come up. Deciding to travel to Japan, Storm took a job with GCG. He was a hit with fans there, and his skills meant he could achieve some good success. He won the GCG Openweight Championship from Shingen Miyazaki in August 2019. Storm has been a part of GCG's gradual product change to include more modern wrestling alongside it's traditional wrestling, and his combination of high flying, technical wrestling, and brawling has shown that he can play any role he needs to.

El Mitico Jr

The grandson of the original El Mitico, who wrestled before OLLIE was even formed, El Mitico Jr is a future star and could be one of OLLIE's biggest faces in the future. After roaming the Indie scene, Mitico Jr was hired by OLLIE in 2016, and he soon started making waves there. His excellent matches eventually led him to a Campeonato del Mexico win in June 2017 from Phoenix IV. After a great reign, he lost the belt to North Star Jr in February 2018. Despite having no title, he continued winning matches and becoming a fan favorite while improving his already amazing skillset. In January 2019 he participated in the 14th Rip Chord Invitational Challenge, but was eliminated in the first round by eventual winner Gino Montero. Back in OLLIE, he formed a team with Mr.Lucha III, and they won the Campeanatos de Parejas OLLIE from Phoenix II and Phoenix IV in August 2019. As 2019 begins, Mitico Jr is continuing to put on outstanding matches, and it looks like he could win the Campeonato de Universal OLLIE within the next two years.
