White Canvas Grappling [C-Verse]

Yea definetly a name that fits better, my inspiration was also a "dojo" the Mochizuki Dojo stable.:p

It's not too late! :p

Though I suppose you could have Yoemon do a comedy gimmick where he's yelling and talking about how it's an army, but everything he does with his charges is basically a teacher in class.

Like, he's got them in a room watch match tape, and he's outlining how the other wrestlers set up their finishers. And he's trying to do it like a drill sargent, but it's basically a monotonous teaching session and then he smacks one of the kid's elbows with a long ruler when they start nodding off.

Hitomaro Suzuki stakes his claim to another match with Bunrakuken Torii, while Rokuemon Matsushita earns back some respect by eliminating him. Sarumaru is quickly seen off, while Funakoshi reinforces Yanagita's position beneath him. Bulldozer Smith then mounts an incredible come back from a 2-3 disadvantage, before the big name star in Razan Okamoto is thrown out by Funakoshi, who himself is thrown out by Smith.

Nice.

While I'd question sending Okamoto out against Funakoshi this early instead of teasing something with someone else this tour, it's not an offensive use of your new ace.

You forgot the ratings, brother.

That said, it's interesting to see Kyuichi Matsumoto not drop a fall to Tsumemasa and Horigoshi, who have to be the most disappointing veterans on the roster at this point, given how all the others have left. Wait no, there's still Nariaki Hitomi and Tiger Fuyuki. Guess they'll be next when Tsuemasa and Horigoshi get chopped.

- Tiger Fuyuki and Morimasa Kato had their WCG-debut against each other, teamed together for a while and now faced each other on opposite sites.

Kato wasn't that respectful to the veteran, not like last time.

Former title challenger Kazuchika Nagai ould only watch as Kato choked out Kazuhiko Nakao. Kato did not released the hold, so Nagai kicked Kato to the head.

The two shoved each other - Shimizu & Kato will fight Nagai and Fuyuki in Yokohama. </blockquote>

At the start of the intermission there was a video package to announce two new tournaments:

White Canvas Trophy will be a 16-men single elimination tournament to win a shot at the WCG World championship. The tournament is going to take place in September!

The bracket will be announced in Yokohama in only fourteen days from today!

Also we'll see the Saikyou Warrior Tag League in November. It's going to be a tag team round robin tournament with 16 teams from all over the world.

Hidekazu Ozawa def. Nariaki Hitomi (11m42s) with a Rolling Knee Lock [60]

- Hidekazu is still capable of winning singles matches. After his loss against Hitomi at the Saikyou Warrior Festival, which eliminated him from the competition, he got his revenge today in Nagoya.

After a brutal knee strike Ozawa targets the knee of Hitomi to finally tap him out. Hidekazu took a microfon, he spoke about the White Canvas Trophy tournament and that he'll win it to challenge for the world championship.</blockquote>

- We saw a Bunrakuken Torii who wasn't amused over the last couple of weeks. Torii troubles with Funakoshis disrespectful antics lead to tensions between the two. Torii shook hands with nemesis Hitomaro Suzuki, said that Suzuki gained his respect for being a tough opponent.

What happened today? Razan Okamoto and Hitomaro Suzuki did a great job together fighting against the Black Canvas invasor, Smith finally got the pinfall with a Tombstone Piledriver.</blockquote>

B.T.U. (http://shuyaku.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/WEXXV.png Taheiji Konoe & BCG.png Rokuemon Matsushita) def. Sotatsu Sarumara & Kimitada Yanagita (19m18s) when Konoe used a Savage Cradle DDT on Sarumara [58] [2nd Champions]

- Good vs. Evil, Young vs. Old - What else do we need? Since the beginning of White Canvas Grappling we saw the two groups fighting each other badly, so this one wasn't different. Sarumara beating the living hell out of big Matsushita for a while, it looked like another defense in the making.

Konoe speared Yanagita in two halves, distracted the referee and things went ugly. Matsushita used Konoes steel chain as a weapon and after a double team maneuver Taheiji Konoe pinned Sarumara after his Savage Cradle DDT to win gold.</blockquote>

Konoe & Matsushita: "Old farts, nothing more. The Black Terror Unit gold all the gold of that shitty promotion. We're not saying that those grandpas aren't good..but we're superior."

Sotatsu Sarumara: "I'm pissed. I lost against both of them now, and i hate it. They're tough, but not fair competitor. Let me fight Konoe one on one very soon!"

Razan Okamoto: "I like Hito[maro Suzuki]. I think we did very well together as a team, but i have my eyes on Funakoshi and Torii. Torii and i got a history together, i never beat him. I never beat Funakoshi, too. Both men are tough as nails."

Bunrakuken Torii: "Razan the traitor is better than we last met. The last time i beat him was in January for my BCG World title and then he left us. He never beat me, and that fact will never change."

Bulldozer Brandon Smith: "I'm confident, yea, but did you see how Funakoshi fights? He's a real lion, the biggest challenge in my career so far."

I'm surprised you went all BTU for the titles, since you feel like it would make WCG seem second-fiddle to BCG and the other competitors.</p><p> </p><p>

Also, I've been playing a near 14 year in-game Aussie game and I am very glad to see Bush and Blithe on your card. Both guys have been my top champs, and Bush is one guy I can see really fitting in in Japan.</p>

- It's another battle between the main unit and the Black Terror Unit, unfortunately the B.T.U. managed to grab the win. Bunrakuken Torii hits his dangerous Spinning Forearm Smash to pin former title challenger Kimitada Yanagita for three.

Right after the match a brawl emerged, but not for long. Yokokawa slapped Okamoto across the face, Konoe spits Sarumara in the face.

The "Armlock Wizard" took a mic and said that he main unit will be stronger and will destroy the B.T.U., he continued and said that they're are "White Justice" and they will fight for the justice of White Canvas.

He looked at Razan Okamoto and asked him to join their war against the B.T.U., but Okamoto left the ring and waved aside. Sarumara was not amused!</blockquote>

BCG.png Funakoshi © def. Bulldozer Brandon Smith (22m46s) with a Butterfly Backbreaker [75] [3rd Defense]

- The Bulldozer dominated the match early, shutting down every offense of Funakoshi. The fans were into it, screaming for Smith to finish the unlikeable Funakoshi. The Bulldozer hits a huge chokeslam, followed by a devastating Lariat for a big nearfall.

In the closing stretch Smith went after Funakoshis neck time and time again in a very aggressive way to finally beat him. He grabbed Funakoshi to land his Backdrop Driver, but Nobuharu Yokokawa went on the apron to discuss with the referee.

Smith chopped him in two halves, Funakoshi hits a low blow and two lariats, Smith kicked out! The current WCG Champ then was able to hit his Butterfly Backbreaker for three. Loud boo's from the crowd!
