I noticed the 5 person scuffle at the start of the writeup, didn't draw the conclusions that I see here but it makes sense to me.</p><p> </p><p> If someone with more of a clear idea on who the players wants to come forward, that'd obviously help. But I don't think that is something we can rely on/expect. In which case, we're going to need to find/pick a direction to go in this day phase.</p><p> </p><p> I was about to place my vote and state a case but I like Opulent's post. I think it was more of a case of a mini-game with the marshal trying to find who the criminal was. This is optimal for people to take our pressure seriously, otherwise we will get half-arsed answers that go unpunished. </p><p> </p><p> This will also avoid us defaulting to lynching the first person who even gets close to majority. Nothing pushing the town's agenda forward. And coming off of a game where I feel like that was one, of many, of his frustrations with town I kind of expected (and hoped) for him to lead by example a bit more in this one.</p><p> </p><p> He answered/responded in post #337.</p><p> </p><p> I didn't really like his answer of not being the plan ahead type. Sometimes I feel like self-put downs are an easy defense because they're hard to argue against. And like, he's a veteran. I'd like to believe he's confident enough in his own abilities and know to put in an effort to look like town.</p><p> </p><p> And I don't like being in the DTA phase still. I know its day phase 2, but people are starting to show some a bit of their allegiances. I'm not saying anyone should be fully town cleared by any stretch of the imagination. But maybe a bit warmer or colder about a person or two. Saying DTA makes me feel like he doesn't want to have ties to anyone, which is off.</p><p> </p><p> I don't want this to sound like I have him dead to rights, I am far from certain about this one. There's a case to be made for all 3. But, of the three options, this is where I'm leaning at the moment (before they answer Opulent's questions).
