Once he recruited me (The Marvel game mentioned by Rev), he was Thanos, I was Daredevil (and yes, I used this avatar for that game and haven't taken it down since. The other time I was scum and he was town (the one you're probably thinking of). </p><p> </p><p> Outside of those two times, I think if anything we were a good tag team. We bounced stuff off each other a lot. Because of our posting, it was almost as if we used the thread as our very own mason thread. </p><p> </p><p> See... One thing the town CAN do is post like crazy to make it hard for a scum team to actually stay on top of the conversations enough to know what is going on. Player "A" hints protector, everyone else starts posting about everything else but that, and it gets lost in the shuffle. Has to be an active thread for it to work. But scum won't be able to keep up with everything in that way. I remember games with Outlaw when I would say "what about X" and he would say "Remember Z" or vice versa, then other's like Mr. T, IER, Rev, etc. going "Ah, ok, got it" and then others like Destiny or BHK going "I'm so lost right now". Looks like Destiny is no where near as lost as he used to be though.</p><p> </p><p> So, no... I welcome big posters. He's surly, gruff, and limits his interaction with others. Almost a shell of a person. He comes around the corner and is face to face with a near giant. Built like a brickhouse, the towering brute scowls at the gaunt stalker.</p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#FF0000;">"Bout time. We know why you're here."</span></p><p> </p><p> The grim figure raises his head and stares into the eyes of the muscular man.</p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#A9A9A9;">"Then you know why I'm going to keep walking past you, and you can't stop me."</span></p><p> </p><p> With that, he shoves past the hulking menace and continues to stalk down the hall, in search of something known only to him. Wounded, the man staggers forward, but keeps walking. Another shot and the man falls to a knee, but continues to crawl, determination visible in his body language. Scowling, the large man walks forward, looking down at his victim. One more shot to the head and he doesn't move anymore.</p><p> </p><p> ===================================</p><p> </p><p> In a small laboratory, on a table sits a peculiar looking device. The room is littered with similar devices, with a big red button sitting on a work bench.</p><p> </p><p> ====================================</p><p> </p><p> Two men meet in the hallway, one hunched over, keeping to himself in a crewman's uniform, the other walking with purpose, a passenger dressed to the nines.</p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#800080;">"Excuse me sir?"</span></p><p> </p><p> The crewman mumbles something incomprehensible.</p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#800080;">"Sir, please, it's important. I just need to know-...Sir?"</span></p><p> </p><p> The crewman continues at his rapid pace. The passenger grabs at his arm, and he whirls around, throws a punch and makes a run for it. Holding his nose, the well dressed man gives chase.</p><p> </p><p> Around corners and down corridors, passengers and fellow crew alike diving out of the way, the chase is chaotic, messy, and somewhat cartoonish. Finally they come to a dead end. The crewman swirls around. The well dressed passenger pulls out his badge.</p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#800080;">"Space Marshal. You're under arrest."</span></p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#0000FF;">"You just had to get on the ship. You just had to come looking. I was set up here. I was going to learn. It's a good way to get the info out there and not just have it being immediately obvious for scum to see. But that works better when we're adding hundreds of posts each day, not when we're only getting 20-30 tops. It's a lot easier to catch up on 1 page than 4.</p><p> </p><p> I can try to step up my activity. It's a good way to get the info out there and not just have it being immediately obvious for scum to see. But that works better when we're adding hundreds of posts each day, not when we're only getting 20-30 tops. It's a lot easier to catch up on 1 page than 4.<p> </p><p> I can try to step up my activity. Don't think I'll be able to get 60 posts in a day phase myself, but maybe.</p></div></blockquote><p> It really takes more than two people to step it up. Worth a try though. What I would try to do is divert attention on something different (yet within' the context of what is being discussed), with something people feel compelled to say something about...
