This is basically how I feel right now. She might get defensive at times but at the moment there's nothing that screams out scum to me.

 

From what I can see, she’s playing no different. I think the whole “people are scared” is wrong but I don’t see anything alarming yet.

Now that was unfortunate, a very questionable action to take for a N1. Even if its town, it seems pretty hard to justify that move, unless there is something we aren't seeing. Or maybe it was an impulse?

Another weird thing, if a little meta, is that EP said that all of the night actions were in so he ended the phase early but surely whoever chose to do this would leave the rest of the actions null and void anyway no matter when they were sent in?

Maybe that was the last action to be sent in.

 

I presume that complete night action halt was carried out by a JL member, which leaves me wondering: what were they planning there? We'd have much more to discuss on once one round of night actions went by, including someone dying. Because at present, we are at the same state as we were yesterday, unless it being day 2 has some significance to any player here (if it is the very person who halted the night actions, then they might not necessarily be a JL member then.)

Color me confused by that particular choice of action too/

Ok, things happened, and sorry I didn't give word of what was up with me. I hate when people do that, and could have. This time though, There was just no way I could have, until Night phase was already there. Since the only thing I had going was some of these quotes and my thoughts of everyone talking about the "might be" third party looking scummy, I decided not to post until day phase after work (now, actually, caught up and now posting. Mind you some of these quotes are kind of silly since readint the 2nd night phase.

 

Again, sorry I couldn't say I would be away, I really had no idea Real life got me, and when I said (I think it was Talon that mentioned it) I couldn't be as active, I did NOT mean totally inactive.

I tried (a small dose) of DC Wiki but I have no idea what this could be...

Anyone with a proper background on the DC verse?

I was going to point out this post was scummy, but after reading night 2, maybe we should look into it.

 

I thought of Batman's OMAC and Brother Eye, or whatever. It's a storyline that has Batman's defense go rogue and try to kill all the metahumans (good or bad). I'm not sure what color the OMACs are, only I believe they are cyborgs created from a humans and a virus. Not sure how all that works, still looking it up but wanted to post some stuff.

Could be Parallax. Maybe Darkseid (who is like Thanos, actually came out before Thanos)? I am no expert though and someone with better knowledge might be able to come up with something/someone better.

Darkseid/Thanos, made by Jack Kirby I believe. So doesn't matter DC or Marvel, Kirby worked with both. See Thor: Ragnarok for huge Kirby influences. I point this out because the biggest rivalry in comics is by the fans. The comics egg it on for sales (read as "To Make Money"). Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, and Geoff Johns, (was) chief creative officer at DC, are good friends for example.

He was called the "impurity" for years, the reason for yellow being a problem for the Green Lanterns. He was actually imprisoned in the Green Battery (major one, whatever it's called). As I stated previously if I were going to vote for her it would be because she claimed to lead a lynch against me in a previous game and that statement could not have been further from the truth.</p><p> </p><p> It was painfully obvious that I was Scum, she did not bother to ask any questions or even make a statement. She was just the first person of many to drop a vote on me. She did not rally people against me because the entire game knew I was Scum.</p><p> </p><p> I just found her statement to be funny in that game. That being said I am not going to vote for her because she is playing as she has in prior games and she is absolutely right there is nothing about any of her posts that one can read into. I would have rather it not been used, I mean yes it did save a Town member but that is not the type of power you use on night one (That is assuming the power is straightforward and not leading to something else.) If I were to hazard a guess as to which alignment used it, I would say Town.</p><p> </p><p>

With no other information to go by that would be what I think about the power being used.</p>

I think we're all in agreement that it would have been better saved for layer in the game. That being said, as it's effectively day one part two we need to push people or we're going to have to settle for another no lynch. I doubt anyone will come out waving as being scum. With my knowledge, I'd say no. Definitely in Europe where comic lore is limited to the big names (I'm not going to name them but I believe Panix has done a decent job there).
