Maybe it's just me but I really like Doc. His stats surprised me. I figured he was good in ring, and he is. His Psych is in the 85-93 range. But his mic and charisma are green 65-73, which means it's in the 70s. That I didn't expect. He's someone I look for in a second tier guy and I'm going to do whatever to keep him.

Far as plans for Syndicate post Total Mayhsi, I've toyed with the of giving Wolf and Doc a tag run. Chandler's contract is coming up and I'm going to let him walk. Probably won't replace him right away. End game is turning Wolf face next year with Hugs usurping him and her becoming the leader.

Are you playing a modded game? Because in mine Doc is a 76 Psych

Because I'm playing as the owner and my negotiation skill is 9 (thank you, lucky dip!) I was able to snatch Ekuma away from SWF. He's the type of talent TCW needs right now. Already over enough (mid 60s), talented enough, and still in his early 30s. If I keep this game going once the full release is out that will make my life a lot easier knowing I don't have to rely on an aging, broken down upper card as much. There's only so many shows I can run AA or Wolf in the main event before it starts to get boring.

I've got workers generating in my game. They don't come on the first of the month anymore, though. They're spread out throughout, so I'm thinking the dojo grads might come later in the month.

Sort your news stories by new workers, at the end of the first two months there should be quite a few peppered in!

Second PPV is in the books. The main evented disappointed, but I'm not broken hearted about it. Taylor has put on two better matches with Edd Stone, who's not near as over as AA and less talented to boot.

Hammond offered to put over T-Bone, so I'm taking full advantage of that. The weird thing is T-Bone only gained a single point in overness (up to 51 from 50...) while Doc lost 9 and is now at 54.

Greg is quickly climbing the card. I'm going to have to brainstorm a way to get the belt off of him without costing him overness because he's quickly outgrowing it.

Jay and Bach predictably put on the best match of the night, but the thing I'm happiest about is that Wolf was able to carry Chris Flynn, Dave Diamond, and Joffy Laine (with popularity in the 20s) to an 80 rated 10 minute wild brawl. It just goes to show that Wolf is the star of TCW, not Andrews, and if it weren't for his Amazing Heel attribute Wolf would be the lead face and figurehead of the promotion.

<p>Offered a few more to my women's division, bringing the total number of workers to 15. Yu Hasimoto, Cassie O'Peter, Maisie Laurels, Sabrina Wells, and Juliet Balconi. Believe all of them other than Yu will start their careers in developmental once the tournament ends. All of them have good charisma/star quality numbers so I feel like I've locked down the future of my division already and I don't believe any of them outright stink in the ring so once they get a little seasoning things should be looking good here. </p><p> </p><p>

I'll post my 32 person bracket once I'm ready to start the division up. Right now I'm still waiting for a few defectors from USPW and CWA and I'll probably give it another 8 months to a year before I actually start it. Also am planning on downloading the yet to debut mod being worked on so chances are there will be some women from there in it too assuming any of them are usable by then</p><p> </p><p>

EDIT: Have also offered Alina America and Estrella Blanca as well, bringing me up to 17 names.</p>

<p>And in really big news, while screwing around with the talk to workers feature I just got Dan Stone Jr to come out of retirement!</p><p> </p><p>

No idea if he'll be usable when he gets here, although his stats look really good still. Will have to work his popularity up but worst case scenerio I get him as a road agent and use him to improve some younger guys until he retires again</p><p> </p><p>

Also planning on seeing if I can fix things between him and Edd because that just feels like the right thing to do. If all goes well there I might have them tag for a bit. Would make sense to have them pursue my new tag team champions in Ernest Youngman and Freddy Huggins</p>

this year is seems like entertainment skills are much harder to increase. Last year all you had to do is put everyone rated on Ent, and the skills would go up quite quickly. After 2 months I don't think any of my workers have gone up in ent. Is this the same for everyone?

Also created a dev company and the workers sent down there aren't improving, unlike last year where they improved - maybe unrealistically - very fast

Curious what you guys have done for broadcasting deals. Im tempted to make the jump to Netstream to try and boost some international viewers that way. It's only slightly smaller than ACE in the USA and gives me big coverage in Canada, Mexico, and the UK and gives me medium coverage in Australia. Even though its not a ton either it does get me some views in Japan, India, and Europe which I can't otherwise right now.

Think this might be the play to make. Only major concern I have is that it's on demand only right now. I'm not sure how viewers respond to that vs live tv in this game.

I only got a medium Canadian PPV deal, but I'm wondering if that's a bad idea. The roster is already at risk of getting ravaged by USPW and SWF, and I'm not sure I'm ready for my workers to start getting over in Canada and getting on the radar of CWA since they look like they're just going to grow and grow and grow.

I think the way to go is to buy your own broadcaster as soon as you can. I got a online subscription deal with very big coverage in the US and medium everywhere else for about $3.5 million or so. Now I'm wanting a way out of the ACE deal-their ratings tanked after I went online, and they have risk settings so low I can't even do a ladder match on TV.

<p>I struggled for the 1st 6 shows (including Malice) but since then I've got 74, then 80, then 85 so really I think once you get the hang of the slight differences in the game it isn't really that hard to lead TCW to the top, especially when like last year SWF and USPW always fall to medium, SWF did it after a month.</p><p> </p><p>

Entertainment skills arent going up though, which sucks because I don't know how to improve them other then put them in angles using ent, but that doesn't seem to work this year</p>

Ah, so it's more spread out this year then? Thanks for checking that out!

Yep! It looks like workers that are already in the database will debut on the first of the month because there's no option to specify a debut day in the editor. So guys like Murugan (and his awesome mask) will debut just like they used to at the start of a new month.

Random workers don't have that limitation, though, and get debut whenever they feel like entering the business.

Funny thing is, yesterday I had the same idea, adding Chord to the Total Mayhem Main Event. It just makes so much sense.

After Sammy, there is no one Jay could beat to climb up the latter, except for the Ace. And that nice little touch with Rip winning his first at Total Mayhem I.

(it would be even cooler, if Jay wins his first at the 25th anniversary, but there´s no chance I will wait 17 months to put the belt on him)

After that, a feud with Andrews, while regaining Sammy´s Pop, who will win the King of Kings tournament out of nowhere and beat Jay at Total Mayhem XXV.

That´s my current plan, but it could change of course.

Meanwhile, after testing things out for a few days, I run my first shows.

This is still me just playing around and see how booking works in 2020, not the real save (that one will start with the retail).

However, booked a few shows, scored between 78-80, without ever using Wolf and Andrews in the same match and still let the Autobooker do most things. So, I think there´s some upside here.

I even booked Malice in Wonderland just for fun (Autobooker did the Undercard, I only booked the title matches and Sammy vs. Jay), scored an 88 overall. Not bad.

Just a random thought: I don't really read the description of the King Of Kings title to mean that the winner automatically gets his title shot six months later at Total Mayhem. I don't have it in front of me, but it just says the winner will be a big part of Total Mayhem or something like that.

The news article on day 1 clearly indicates that TCW is building for Andrews vs. Hawkins at Total Mayhem, but the King Of Kings itself doesn't necessarily.

Personally, I'll probably go with Andrews vs. Hawkins right off the bat at Malice and for future years, I'll always go with the King Of Kings getting his titleshot in January.
