Arber's Skin WIP

Recommended Posts

I am working on a skin for myself to use within TEW2020 because I like to have a little colour to break the screen up, as well as clean lines.

Important: There is no ETA for this skin. Please do not ask. The answer will be 'I don't know'. Thank you.

The good news is that skinning has become 100x easier with the reduction of graphical buttons. Hopefully this won't take very long.

Progress: 91 / 341 backgrounds (as of 25th April 2020) / 26.7%

For this skin, every graphic is created from scratch and as you say, moved into place.</p>

More progress this morning:

All the worker screens are almost complete at this stage now. Progress has been much quicker than with previous versions of TEW, thanks to the buttons being simplified.

<p>Beautiful. I love it.</p><p> </p><p>

I don't know if it's just because the colour scheme is more familiar, that it makes the new game feel less strange and alien... but regardless, it's really cool. </p><p> </p><p>

Also the buttons look like buttons. Nice.</p>

I will more than likely make colour variants of this skin.</p>

<p>This honestly looks amazing, a lot of small details make it a lot more friendly towards my tired eyes. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

Thanks for your work and hopefully we'll be able to have this in our hands soon!</p>

How is the website looking? The one in the default skin looks terrible with so many colors thrown together.

I have not started the website yet - I've got the entirety of the worker screens done now, though, so will move onto that next.
