But yeah, the idea of signing ANYBODY and the nWo logo simply appearing is really cool. Gazwefc83, would you mind letting me know the names below Teddy Long on the WCW roster? Yeah, i was sick of playing a 1996 mod were Hall and Nash just re-sign with WWF. Wanted a mod where the NWO has just started and Austin has just become Stone Cold. The booking team at this point was Pat Patterson, Jim Cornette, Russo, and McMahon. Russo wasn't appointed to become head writer until mid 1997. At this point Bischoff was more the equivalent of the in game CEO and the booker for WCW was Kevin Sullivan On another note, AJPW is now done minus the full schedule iv been putting off. I have a broadcasting deal with Nippon TV to show tour highlights for AJPW and TV Asahi to show NJPW Tour highlights, but should they have a 2nd deals for events also? Oyaji Posted May 20, 2020 Share Posted May 20, 2020 December '96 is when Fighting TV Samurai launched and I know AJPW shortly signed a deal with them and that's where we see a lot of the full matches that are around today (well that and Classics as well as commercial tapes). I don't have access to the giant book of Jeff Lynch but I'm just about positive NJPW was also on Samurai early on. But yeah, that's not until December.
