Sabu came into this match after getting beat twice by Spivey and Sandman on consecutive shows and he had vengeance in his mind. Soon the toys came into play and both of them hit each other with barbed wire wrapped chairs, clubs and whatnot.

Sandman hit Russian legsweep on Sabu on a barbed wire chair which almost spelled the end of the champion as the ECW man started his slow ascent to the top selling the injuries to his leg from the hellacious beating he took in the match but with crowd chanting his name, Sabu caught one last wind of energy, rushed towards the ladder and powerbombed Sandman through a vacant table lying below before he rode up the ladder and unhooked the title to still be the champion.

Sabu makes defense #7 of the FMW Arena title.

Killer Bees had been absent for some time, their last match being 2 months back, due to their WWF commitments but they were still undefeated in tag matches and they continued their streak when Jim Brunzell submitted the last man in the ring, John Bradshaw with a Cloverleaf.

Bruise Brothers vs Wrecking Crew

The arrival of Bruise Brothers last month and their subsequent streak had somewhat waned the aura of Wrecking Crew who had arrived in FMW a couple of months before. This match was simply to see who was the biggest team of them all and who would challenge for the tag titles. We got a bloody hoss fight with Ron and Don sparring with Green and Marcus at every step.

In the end, Ron avoided a running powerbomb from Marcus and then tagged in Don who smacked Green right across the temple with his chain wrapped fist before they hit the Bruise Cruise to pick up a huge win.

Post-match, they motioned for the belts and challenged Beasts for their title but before anything else could occur, Killer Bees emerged out of the back saying that they have equal claim to the title as they were also undefeated.

Grudge Match

Beasts © vs Warlord

The ongoing feud between Powers of Pain and Beasts had been earning lot of mileage of late but POP had been on the losing end more than often and nothing changed here as Warlord was ambushed by the rest of Beasts whenever Haku was troubled. He put up a great chain which served as a highlight reel when he managed to deliver running powerslams to both John Tenta and Kamala who were physically much bigger than him.

In the end though, it took away lot from him and he fell pray to an Asian Spike from Haku to mark yet another loss for the POP.

This was the biggest challenge that Kate was facing as not only Kong was the AJW champion, she was also equal in size to Kate and her biggest advantage had been negated in this match. It was a female version of King Kong and Godzilla facing each other and the ring looked to collapse almost for a couple of times whenever one of them hit the mat hard.

In the end, Kong prevented Kate from locking her Muffler Stretch while in a swift counter move managed to pick her up showing her strength and delivered her patented Brainbuster on the corner turnbuckle to win the match and become the new champion.!!!

Aja Kong makes wins the WWA World Women's title.

FMW Brass Knuckles Championship Cage of Weapons Deathmatch

This was just a practice match for Onita and even though Barbarian controlled the match for a large portion, he never looked like upsetting the champ and in the end, an all too familiar Thunder Fire Powerbomb from Onita from the top rope on two stacked tables covered with barbed wire finished the match.

Atsushi Onita makes defense #16 of the FMW Brass Knuckles title.

After having a string of defeats, Mustangs went back to winning ways as they teamed up with Rod Price to take on the Love Guns and Hido. Oya and Fuji worked extra stiff on Mustangs and Duncum Jr. was visibly upset after the match. Bradshaw ended this with a powerbomb over Hido.

After dispatching Sandman, Sabu was hoping to get a night off but Spivey was a class above Sandman. He was much more ruthless and dangerous and it showed as he pummeled the champ badly.

Sabu tried hard to send Spivey through tables twice but everytime it was foiled. After creating a chain of winning moves, Sabu lit up the table and goes for Air Sabu but Spivey plucked him up mid-air and then power bombed him through the table to win the title in shocking manner.

Dan Spivey wins the FMW Arena title.

After a series of near falls from both the teams, they suffered due to Bees and Bruise Bros engaging in a tussle with each other which the Beasts took advantage of as Kamala hit a Savate Kick on Brian Blair to win.

ECW had got hold of the most sadistic psychopath to ever step foot in the ring. These two made the ring a blood pool, both being busted pretty hard.

Butcher kicked out of Thunder Fire Bomb twice which shocked the crowd. After some painful exploding bat shots to the back, he hit the Sudanese Meat Cleaver to Onita thrice on the thumbtacks to silence the crowd.

Abdullah the Butcher wins the FMW Brass Knuckles title.

Sabu was angry. He had lost the Arena title in a shocking manner. He was looking for redemption and standing across him was the former ECW Champion Kevin Kelly. While Kelly was physically bigger, Sabu was much more in intensity and ability to hurt and he kept on hurting his opponent until Kelly was on the verge of collapse before he took him and an Arabian Facebuster through the flaming table brought an end to the match.

We got an even contest as the athleticism of Kabuki and Kanemura was creating problems for P.O.P and they managed to hit a couple of tandem signature moves but soon P.O.P took over and Warlord finished it with his running powerbomb on Kabuki.

I would assume the Psychos need some kind of credible foe, so this could be a trio they might feud with. A win here establishes the invaders and gets said feud going. Though I'm still rooting for Psychos.

They seem to be getting the biggest push out of the teams involved.

Tough, tough call. Can see either team winning, really.

Not sure if Kong has been signed to an exclusive deal somewhere, but the setup feels like a chance to move the belt without her getting pinned. And even if Aja stays, she has a reason to request a rematch if she isn't the one to take the pin.

Logic says Abdullah needs a longer reign, but Onita's gonna Onita.
