It's just patience being my greatest foe. And also the reason I have been working on unemployed and retired people. They make little difference to most saves. Looking forward to seeing your European companies. I tend to use a few of their workers in my British save.

I think some of these are better and I'm happier with them. Been back to look at my previous renders, and it seems to be the older retired workers who don't have the right style. So I'm not going to fuss over re-doing those. I'm under 275 to go before I can actually play the game. Got UEW and EWA to go, so looking forward to those.

Very nice mate. Yeah i find the pro wrestler prompt helps with the style, because my referees don't have the same style as the wrestlers, now i use the pro wrestler prompt even for road agents, announcers etc

So. I've been looking at alter egos. I know some workers have legitimate alter egos, but there are several others in the database that are simply "new pic". Is that simply making the game choose a random image (or weighted probability) to choose one of the _alt images in the folder? Should these practically be deleted save for the actual alter egos? 

How are people going about these? Some alter egos are just new names, whereas some are definitive different looks (I'm thinking Simon Ice/Stuntman).

Thanks. I've tried to make them more the style that gaz achieves. Sometimes the alphabetical order I'm working through gives you very boring/samey characters. Some original CVerse renders are so off in my opinion from their bio and description there has to be some licence.

As usual when I do these, not perfect, but should be good enough, especially if you're planning on scaling it down to 150x150. If there's anything glaring you don't like, give me a holler and if it's fixable with my level of skill, I'll see what I can do. 

The biggest problem is since the AI isn't really using a font, not all of the letters are uniform, so they sometimes look wonky next to each other.

One of my fave characters in all of CVerse he was my first attempt at AI images and after numerous attempts this is the one I like the most. Don't know but something to do with this stance screams Action Hero which is how I kinda imagined Christian Faith to be like during the 90s.

Also out of curiosity how could you describe Sid Streets hair color? White, Greying, Bleach-Blonde, Platinum Blonde or something else. I was going to go with Platinum Blonde but something about dyed hair on a 40 year old seems kinda cheesy to me and Sid Streets isn't Ric Flair in that he doesn't really have the charisma to pull it off.

I think "new pic" is just alternative renders, like you say it's so the game may randomly give the workers one of these different looks, but also to let us know there are different versions too as I doubt anyone checks the picture folder for every worker just in case.

Yeah. I may take a look through and either delete them, or make some more. Problem is, most characters look different when they come from multiple sources. I usually override one I like the look of better and move the old one into my ever-growing pile of Free Workers.

That's what I've done for the latest version of my mod, I used to have each renderers versions as alter-ego's but feedback I got was that everyone just sticks with the default!

So a question to everybody then. I've sorted out the alter ego situation in my database and deleted quite a few (New Pic) ones. However, I'm thinking about putting some more (New Pic) ones back in and I'm wondering how they appear in game.

The only experience I've had with alter egos is with Stuntman/Simon Ice and there is a clear delineation between the two characters. If I put another alter ego with a (New Pic) as far as I can understand it, if and when that worker joins a new (i'm guessing non-user) company, there is a dice-roll to determine which alter-ego they use.

I'm looking at the database now and I can see there (New Pic) alter egos appearing in the individual worker  screens. I'm guessing they will appear as alter-egos in game, but so long as you keep the same details (that you can copy across in the database editor) you practically won't be able to tell any difference?

I am correct in this?
