If you're looking for Australia specifically then ZEN is my go to. They have a fun and talented roster and no real threat of losing their workers. You could also start your own company with all the unemployed workers. In Japan I love WLW and Exodus2010. In Europe VWA is fun and had some solid workers. Europe is probably the region you'll have the most freedom to work without losing top guys to bigger promotions.

You could find a manager or broadcaster with good mic skills and just run a freestyle angle with them rated on microphone. It would achieve what you're looking for.

I use mine for undercard and development workers. I let people with potential cut promos, bring up people from development to get them some exposure and up their popularity. Sometimes I'll throw a tertiary belt specific to the show in to give the low cars people something to do.

Crime Buster vs C-W-A: tough call but Crime Buster is on the way up and C-W-A can help legitimize him to the ZEN faithful. The Ghost Hunters (Bruce Strange & Mister Hyde) vs Ferdy Lloyd and Killer B : totally picking this way due to my personal dislike of The Ghost Hunters. Vertigo vs Booster Boy : Booster Boy might be a future star but he's easy work for Vertigo. Halloween Knight vs Deathwatch Beetle : Knight isn't losing to a lackey. ZEN Conceptual Championship Match Kalliope Woodchuck vs Buckminster Snark: wouldn't be shocked by a no contest here but I don't think it's time for Woodchuck to drop the title.

1. Black Flash vs Lone Shark.- Flash is good and someone that can be really useful. 2. Alien Armada (Man O'War & Deathwatch Beetle) vs Devilfish & Crime Buster- could go either way buy I feel like the good guys could use a win. 3. HalloWarped vs Trevor Feather.- Could be a show stealing match with two underrated workers. I think you have big plans for HalloWarped and this could turn into a longer thing with their tag team partners getting pulled in as well. 4. Halloween Knight vs Karrg The Conquerer- a win here would go a long way to legitimizing Karrg. 5. Damian Dastardly vs SubUrban Legend II.- a win here sets up the rubber match.

I would definitely set it to not enforced. By keeping the divide on you can still have the workers turn to reset their momentum.
