  1. MLW Psycho Circus Preview The 2nd big MLW event under the Jeff Jarrett era is about to take place, and here's a look at the card and how we got here. -- After their all out brawl backstage at this weeks episode of MLW Fusion, MLW management has granted Jeff Cobb an MLW World Heavyweight Title Match against the champion Low-Ki. Expect this one to be a war. -- Based off their win in their debut match in MLW, combined with their wealth of tag team experience, MLW management has granted Rebel Cell a shot at the MLW World Tag Team Titles, where they will take on the champs, The Lucha Brothers. -- Not coming off the best string of results lately, Lance Anoa'i will team with his uncle, Afa Anoa'i Jr, and they will take on the Smash N Dash Connection. -- After their break up at the latest edition of MLW Fusion, MLW management has signed Darby Allin and Jimmy Havoc to battle each other in a Hardcore Match. With Priscilla Kelly aligned with Havoc, what role, if any, will she have in the match? -- MLW management ruled that MJF must choose a tag team partner to take on The Rascalz at MLW Psycho Circus. Who will MJF choose? He's been very tight-lipped (and very upset that he has to have a partner), but he did tell us that it is someone on the active roster. -- In a 3 way elimination match, Brian Pillman Jr., Fred Yehi, and Rich Swann will do battle to determine the next contender for the MLW World Middleweight Title, currently held by MJF. -- Also, after the attack from Jake Hager at this weeks episode of MLW Fusion, we will hear from Matt Riddle to see how he is doing. -- 2 weeks ago on MLW Fusion, Col. Robert Parker and The Dirty Blondes challenged Cade and Yuta to a rematch. We'll get Cade and Yuta's answer at MLW Psycho Circus. Tune in folks, as this promises to be a very exciting show. General Dynasty Comments: I plan on running this show Wednesday, if all works out, so you have around 48 hours to get your predictions in. I am doing a prediction contest, and the top 3 get prizes. With only 4 shows left in this prediction contest, if you want to get in, now is your chance.
  2. I will do some searching to see if I can find my answer somewhere in the forums, but for now, can anybody tell me about prestige and momentum? How are they calculated and how important are they? Especially momentum
  3. MLW Fusion Monday, Week 2, September 2018 Center Stage (The Loft)- Atlanta, GA Show Attendance: 634 Shown On: Twitch Show Announcers: Tony Schiavone and Matt Striker Final Show Rating: 43
  4. Ol' Double J here with a little bit of news. Major League Wrestling has 4 new talents to add to the roster. I went out and signed another tag team, as well as another main event player, and a midcarder. Jayson Paul (otherwise known as JTG) and Shad Gaspard. They were known in WWE as Cryme Tyme. Of course, Vinnie Mac decided nobody else was allowed to use the Cryme Tyme name, so we are going to call these boys Rebel Cell. Afa Anoa'i Jr. will fit well in the mid-card scene. Yes, he and Lance are related. Will I make them a tagteam, will I have them feud? Who knows? Hell I don't even know what I'm gonna do from one day to the next. Tommy Mercer, formerly known as Crimson in TNA, will just be known as Tommy Mercer here. He'll be a Main Event player right off the bat. All 4 will debut on the next episode of MLW Fusion.
  5. Great stuff, I'm very interested to see who Greg will be bringing to the meeting

  7. Excellent!! Always love an NWA/WCW dynasty. Can't wait to see if Mr. Bischoff can dig himself out of this hole.

  9. Paul Heyman running TNA? Interesting. Just getting caught up on a lot of dynasties, but always enjoy a TNA/Impact Wrestling dynasty
  10. Ol' Double J here, and boy what a show that MLW Summer Apocalypse was huh? I was very pleased, for the most part. We are now ranked #48 in the world, up from #50 when I took over. I'll take it. After the show I praised Low-Ki on a job well done, and I encouraged Brian Pillman Jr. If the kid is anything like his dad, he'll be a natural. Penta came to me after the show and told me that he felt like his back was going to snap in half when he did the Top Rope Styles Clash on Barrington Hughes. Apparently Barrington did very little to help him out, so I told him that he needed to step it up. He didn't seem to have much of a response either way, but I'll definitely be keeping my eye on it. Now... to the elephant in the room. *knocking on door* Come in boys. *A very contrite looking Matt Riddle comes in, followed behind by Bruce Pritchard, who looks at me and flips Riddle the bird*. *I shake my head at Bruce as they both sit down.* Riddle: "Mr. Jarrett, I would just like to say" *I cut him off* Jarrett: "Son, you'll have your turn to speak, I know what happened, I don't need to hear stories" *Riddle bows his head* Pritchard: "Jeff, I don't know if I can work with this guy or not. He's rude, obnoxious, among other things." *An argument starts between Bruce and Matt, right there in my office, and I've had enough* Jarrett: "THAT IS ENOUGH!!!" *instant quiet* "Bruce, you and I have been around a long time, and I'm not gonna lose my top road agent over a little disagreement. *Bruce starts to speak* "Shut up, I'm not finished" *Bruce closes mouth and shuts up* "Now, we've seen it all, done it all, in Impact especially. If you flew off the handle at every single incident that happened, you would have given up on the industry long ago." Pritchard: *deep thought* "That's a fair point Jeff, but we can't have this kind of behavior." *Matt raises his hand* Riddle: "Sir, can I speak now?" Jarrett: "I appreciate your patience and your politeness, what do you have to say for yourself?" Riddle: "Sir, it was just good natured ribbing. I didn't mean anything bad by it, and I certainly didn't mean to start a fight." *I chuckle* Jarrett: "Matt, I've been where you are at, young, cocky, but what you need to understand is you're still green to this business. Now Bruce and I.. we've been around a long time. Good natured ribbing is ok, but when a man has had enough, it's time to stop. Did you, or did you not keep it going?" *Riddle nods his head* Jarrett: "Son I used to work for a company called WCW. Remember them? *Bruce laughs* Pritchard: - "Boy what a dumpster fire that turned out to be." Jarrett: - "And why did it turn into a dumpster fire? Too many egos backstage. We had Bischoff, we had Russo, we had Hogan, Hall, Nash. The list goes on. The same problems that happened in WCW, also started happening in Impact. I am not going to let another company that I'm a part of, fall victim to the backstage antics. We are in good shape right now, a lot of positive influences, but it only takes 1 to turn things around." *looks at Bruce* "However, I'm certainly not going to fire someone on a first offense. I will give everybody a second chance, but I WILL NOT give third chances. You get 1 strike with me, 1. And you've used yours. Do you understand?" *looking into Matt's eyes and seeing his answer without even needing to hear it.* "Good, so here's what is going to happen. I'm fining you your show fee from last night. You're not getting paid for last nights show. If I have to call you back into my office for disciplinary measures, you're done. Get it, got it, good. Now both of you, get out of my office." Riddle: "Sir, I promise to be better in the future." Jarrett: "I hope so, because I have big plans for you. One last thing. Matt..Bruce.. shake hands. We're not leaving on bad terms." *Bruce and Matt shake hands, albeit a little begrudgingly, and leave my office* "A guys work is never done"
  11. I hope you guys all enjoyed the format for MLW Summer Apocalypse. It's the format I will use for all the big events (which will be once a month). I'm sticking with the quick recaps for the weekly shows, because I think I would get burnt out quickly if I used the event format for all the shows. But making you guys feel like you are actually watching the show on tv, with little quips back and forth between Schiavone and Striker.. well.. it's different. I like it, and I'm having fun with it. That being said, if anybody has any questions or comments, feel free to let me know. Prediction Contest Results (This Event and Overall) Martel123- 5 points (he was the only one to correctly predict the bonus question). Theheel- 4 points brianc2008- 4 points BHK1978- 3 points Warhawk8492- 3 points RyanR93WKU- 2 points Powerbrock100- 2 points. Thank you all for your predictions, and I hope I can count on your predictions for every big event. If any of you have done a prediction contest in your dynasties before, or someone that has, please PM me, I have some questions. Thanks, and look for the next episode of MLW Fusion to be ran tomorrow.
  12. Guys, I could really use some advice. I'm looking for storyline ideas for my MLW save. I'm not necessarily looking for specific storylines, as I have some storyline mods that I'm just going to go down the list and use storylines from there, what I'm more interested in is how many storylines should I have? Like should all my storylines be devoted to upper midcarders and main eventers? Should I have some storylines for wrestlers lower in the card? I've always played without storylines for the most part, but wanted to try something new. I'm also playing with the face/heel divide turned on, usually I turn it off. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.
  13. MLW Summer Apocalypse Sunday, Week 3, August 2018 Center Stage (The Loft)- Atlanta, GA Show Attendance: 508 Shown on: Twitch Show Announcers: and Tony Schiavone and Matt Striker Preshow Incidents Matt Riddle was antagonizing Bruce Pritchard so bad that a fight broke out and they had to be pulled apart. More on this later. MVP helped create a great atmosphere backstage when he pulled a great rib on the locker room that had everybody laughing. Shane Strickland was brought before wrestler's court, accused of moaning all the time and bumming people out. The judge, Col. Robert Parker, found him guilty and sentenced him to shut up or cheer up, and to buy drinks for everyone after the show. Strickland has seen his behavior improve. The Show Schiavone: - "Welcome to MLW Summer Apocalypse! This is our first event that will air on demand on Twitch, and it's set to be a spectacular one." Striker: - "That's right Tony, we have 3 titles on the line tonight, and a pair of special challenge matches. Don't be surprised to see some fireworks tonight." Schiavone: - "Enough chit chat, let's get down to the ring for our first bout!" Schiavone: - Right now let's take you backstage to our newest interviewer, none other than... Karen Jarrett! Schiavone: - "Very subtle Karen, very subtle. There's no doubt that Pillman Jr. is on a mission. Now back to the ring!" Schiavone: - "What an exciting match! There's no doubt about it, Pillman Jr. may want to carve his own path, but nobody can deny that he definitely has a lot of his dad in him!" Striker: - "Tony, we are looking at 2 future stars, no doubt in my mind." Schiavone: - "Let's keep the action going, back to the ring we go for the first of 3 title matches!" Striker: - "Wow Tony, things are getting intense now. The Rascalz are back together." Schiavone: - "The real question is, can MJF find a friend to take the Rascalz on?" Striker: - "He doesn't need a friend Tony, he's better than both those Rascalz, he could beat them both at the same time." Schiavone: - "Be that as it may, we've got more action, so let's get to the ring!" Striker: - "Wow! That was some feat of strength! What a team!" Schiavone: - "Matt, can anybody beat these guys? They could hold those titles for a long, long time!!" Striker: - "It's going to take a special kind of team to defeat the Lucha Bros, I don't see any current tag team in MLW that will be able to do it." Schiavone: - "It's time for the first of our double main event, let's get to the ring!" Striker: - "This is ridiculous Tony, do we have a competent official in MLW? First the distraction, then MVP uses the ropes? What a cheater!" Schiavone: - "Now Matt, let's not act like you didn't use some shortcuts when you wrestled? And did you not say that you do what you have to do to win?" Striker: - "Oh Tony, quit using my words against me, that was unfair and you know it!" Schiavone: - "Whether it was or wasn't, it goes down as a win for MVP, and now it's time for our MLW World Title Match!" Striker: - "Low-Ki is another champion that could hold his title for a while. What a sensational athlete." Schiavone: - "I have to agree, we have some dominant champions here in MLW. Great effort by "Filthy" Tom, but MVP just has too much experience. That's it for tonight folks, what a great show! We'll see you tomorrow for MLW Fusion on Twitch!" Final Show Rating: 41
  14. <p>Guys, contrary to popular belief, this project definitely isn't done. The past 2 weeks have been spent fighting off a flu bug and preparing for a new job. Rest assured, I still have big plans for this. In fact, the more I get caught up on MLW Fusion on YouTube, the more I can't wait to get back to this.</p><p> </p><p> MLW Summer Apocalypse will be ran tomorrow afternoon sometime, so if anybody wants to get some last minute picks in, now is the time.</p>
  15. Sorry for the lack of updates guys, it's been a crazy couple weeks. Job interviews, doctor appointments, just life. I haven't felt much up to do anything recently, but I'm back and ready to go. Every time I watch an episode of MLW on YouTube, my blood gets pumping. Well.. I watch episode 31 and 32 today (yes, I'm that far behind) and I'm ready. Now, this is the first big event under the Jarrett regime, and normally for these I like to do a little preview of the card, but in this case, I'm just going to list the card and take predictions. I AM doing a prediction contest guys. Every big event (1 per month) will be part of the prediction contest. I'll decide prizes later, but please get your predictions in. Here's the card for MLW Summer Apocalypse: MLW World Heavyweight Title Match Low-Ki © vs. "Filthy" Tom Lawlor Comments: MLW World Middleweight Title Match Maxwell Jacob Friedman © vs. Trey Miguel Comments: MLW World Tag Team Title Match The Lucha Brothers © vs. The Smash and Dash Connection Comments: Brian Pillman Jr. vs. Fred Yehi Comments: Cade and Yuta vs. The Dirty Blondes Comments: MVP vs. Jake Hager Comments: Bonus (2 points): Jeff Jarrett has just signed a new talent to be the backstage interviewer. Who is it? (hint, it's a female): I will be running this show Monday if all goes well, as I have a busy weekend planned. The big events (I hope, as long as I have the patience) will be written more in-depth than the other cards. Get your predictions in, because the prediction contest starts now. This particular prediction contest (since we're in August in-game) will feature just 5 cards, so it's very important not to miss out. Thanks.
  16. "Hey folks, as we get ready for the first big MLW event under the "Double J" regime, I wanted to let you know that we here at MLW appreciate all the followers, and I'd like to extend the invite to come to me with any questions, comments, or concerns you might have with anything going on in the company. I will respond to ALL of them. But right now I want to address a couple things. People have been asking me non-stop since the news came out. Jeff, are you crazy, moving the MLW Fusion TV tapings to Monday nights?" *cell phone rings* "Just a minute folks, I need to take this." *answering phone* "Hello. Yea Mr. Parrow, what can I do for you? Uh-huh. I see. I'll take it under advisement. Thanks for calling." *hangs up phone* "Sorry guys, that was Big Mike Parrow. He wants to be pushed up the card. He thinks he is mid-card status. I have to agree, but I didn't want to seem like the kind of owner that was immediately going to give into my workers demands. Now, where were we? Ah yes, moving to Monday nights. Guys, I can tell you right now, as much as I hate the McMahon family right now, this move has absolutely NOTHING to do with that." *sighs* "You see, MLW is a small company. I can't afford to give my wrestlers a written contract. All my workers are PPA, and unfortunately, most of them also work elsewhere. I had to move to Monday nights, and move the big events to Sunday nights, because that is when the least amount of wrestlers are gone. I hate to do it, I don't want to. Even when I was at Impact, I knew it was suicide to go head to head with the McMahon family. I still think that way. So, in short, for booking purposes, I had to make the change." "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to start booking the first big event under my reign as MLW owner. Thank you for your time, and please feel free to hit up ol Double J with any questions, comments, or concerns"
  17. A couple notes guys, this will be my format going forward for the weekly shows. It's quick, the graphics are quick, and I can get through it and give more attention to the monthly big events, which I plan on more of a story writing format for those. The graphics will remain the same, but there will be more writing. Also, I apologize for the lack of a couple pictures through the first few shows. When I originally set the pictures up, I thought I had done it on photobucket, but it turns out I did it on imgur. So some of the photos that I recently set up on photobucket aren't coming in right. I'll get that corrected, and also get pictures up of the officials, managers, announcers, etc. Hope you all are enjoying so far.
  18. MLW Fusion Monday, Week 3, August 2018 Highlands News-Sun Center - Highlands County, FL Show Attendance: 400 (SELL OUT) Show Announcers: Tony Schiavone and Matt Striker Shown On: Twitch Final Show Rating: 52 The show increased popularity in 18 regions.
  19. I'm looking for storyline ideas for my MLW save. 20. I'm almost positive if I wanted to search I would find this answer, but I'm lazy, so I'll just ask here.. will TEW 16 saves be able to be converted to the new TEW? I'm guessing not, but had to ask.
  21. Breaking News New MLW owner Jeff Jarrett has signed a deal with Twitch to broadcast MLW events. The deal is set for 9 months, and part of the deal is that Twitch expects MLW to put on 9 events in the next 9 months. Also, Jarrett has moved the MLW TV tapings to Monday night, a very curious move. We will see how that plays out. Is he sending a message to the WWE, which he now has bad blood with? Time will tell. MLW will have a live event one Sunday every month during the next 9 months. All of the events will be held in the Southeast region of the USA, and will either be on the 2nd or 3rd Sunday of the month.
  22. Monday, Week 2, August 2018 I was eating breakfast with my beautiful wife Karen when the phone rang. *picking up the phone* "Now there is only 1 person that I would let bother me during quality breakfast time with my wife. How ya doin Vince MacMahon?" Vince: "Hey pal!" Me: "We'll see about that. You got good news for me?" Vince: "Well.. no. You see, your offer has been denied" *I slam my hand on the table, drawing the ire of my wife, as my bowl of cereal goes all over the floor* "I can see you're not too happy pal" Me: "Vince, first of all, we aren't pals, not right now. I wanna know, which of those ingrates in the WWE thought it was a bad idea to go into business with ol Double J? I bet it was that bitch Stephanie." Vince: *Scowling into the phone* "You watch your mouth Jeff. I can just as easily remove you from the WWE Hall of Fame. Just remember, that's my daughter you're talking about." *slight pause* "Well, you're right, my daughter can be quite a bitch, there's no denying that. And yes, she was one that refused the agreement. But.. so did Paul, and well.. my son Shane." Me: "Vince, you gotta be kidding me. I gave your company some great years, and when me and my dad started Impact, we said from day 1 we wouldn't try to compete with your company.
