1. PSA: If you've gotten used to the much nicer navigation bars Kam made, you can copy the pictures in LowerBars, SideBars, TopBars from the skin folder to the default skin folder. It's just the new screens that can't be overwritten.
 2. I'm pretty sure it's not there. Can you be more specific...
 3. I'll bump this, as I really believe this would be much more intuitive
 4. Adam, I realize those were stressful days, and you fully deserve a break. But PLEASE get this fixed. I'm pretty sure I speak for the majority of players when I say that moving segments around is a nightmare.

We haven't yet confirmed who it is, and whether they will be put in front of the camera. TCW has signed a deal with Maple Leaf Sports in Canada to broadcast TCW Presents Total Wrestling effective immediately. SIGNINGS We can confirm that TCW has brought in the following talent from the independents: Davis Wayne Newton ¦ Ernest Youngman ¦ Aldous Blackfriar ¦ Joffy Laine No news yet on when they will debut, and whether they will be repackaged for their big screen debut. BACKSTAGE Chris Flynn has been injured during last night's PPV. He will be out for up to two weeks. We have heard from multiple sources that Freddy Huggins and Matt Hocking will be regularly teaming as "The Hybrid Two" moving forward. This comes as no surprise, given Hocking's relationship with Laura Huggins. We've been told that they were first going to be called H2, due to their surnames. There seems to be some discontent backstage with the team of Tana The Mighty and Mighty Mo. Many feel that Mighty Mo is being kept back by his older partner. <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #000000; margin:10px;background: #e5e5e5; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";">TCW PRESENTS TOTAL WRESTLING We can confirm that tomorrow's TCW show – which will be held at The Ranch of San Antonio – will have the following matches scheduled. 6. That'd be great, the pic isn't available anymor (photobucket) edit:It's a shame really, there are so many great event pics for EWA, ACPW and FCW as well. If you have those, I'd be more than happy if you could share them (don't know if the original artist is still on the boards)
 7. The Sam Keith Classic in MAW also doesn't have an event logo :-)
 8. The backstory is pretty much done, the card for the first event should be up Tomorrow.

Even though the meeting was draining, Kyle was still visibly excited. Kyle: I still can't believe we're going to be working together Ricky. It will be awesome to tour the country with you again. Just like the old days. RDJ: Calm down, Kyle. I haven't decided anything yet. And I'm not too excited about the prospect of regular meetings like this. Those suits don't know the first thing about wrestling. Kyle: It's a small price to pay, you know this. We got more than we could have hoped for. RDJ: Yeah, Sam really did a number on them. That guy could sell a painting to a blind man. Kyle: I wish he could be here to make plans. It's a pity he had to catch his plane back to Baltimore. RDJ: Well... I should head home as well, Kyle. I still have a four hour drive ahead of me. Kyle: Wait! Let's have a beer at least, to celebrate. RDJ: Alright, Kyle. One beer. Fortunately, they were just a block away from one of Ricky's favorite's bars. Minutes later, they were sitting in a booth with the best pilsner Texas had to offer Kyle: So what do you think about Sam's proposal? RDJ: Well, it's really noble of him to offer to train more of TCW's workers, and to make sure that they are featured heavily in MAW. I'm sure it wasn't easy to bite that bullet. Sam is not used to doing what others want him to do. Kyle: Well, that offer is conditional on us being the CEOs, Ricky. I'm sure he knows that we will send him promising boys that he can work with. RDJ: Yeah. Still feels like he's doing you a huge favor. He even offered to help out with creative and scouting for free... Kyle: Well, it's not for free. MAW profits a great deal from TCW as well, Ricky. I'm not sure you are aware of how lousy finances were when Sam took over from Rip. Rip's got one of the greatest minds for the business, but he's not the most savvy business person. And Sam's kid is with us as well, so it's not like Sam hasn't always been interested in what's going on in TCW. RDJ: If you say so, Kyle. Kyle: Trust me, Sam will be more than happy to play his part. His most important goal is to keep MAW afloat, and to keep growing the COTT. He knows BriCo's money helps with that. Pretty sure he would have liked for them to sweeten the deal by reinstating the International title, though… Don't know why that's so important to him. RDJ: It's the last belt he won, Kyle. You don't realize what that meant at that point in his career. Kyle: Well, I guess... RDJ: Alright, Kyle, I should go. I will let you know next week what my decision is. Kyle: One last thing, Ricky. You said that you have been keeping tabs on some up and coming wrestlers that you believe could be great for us. I'd like to make a few signings as soon as possible. We are really in need of a few fresh faces. RDJ: Well, there's Rip's boy, Davis Wayne Newton. No idea why he's still not signed by a big company. I'd strongly suggest you take a good look at him. There's also that Blackfriar kid. I remember when he came through the School of Pro Wrestling. He was super green back then, but I've heard great things since. Then there's Joffy Laine. A local boy from Austin. I've seen him live a couple of times, and he's way too good to be stuck in the regional circuit. And Sam mentioned that Kid from PSW, Youngman. He's supposedly the next big thing on the East coast. You should check him out. Kyle: Thanks, Ricky! I will do that. Have a nice trip home. RDJ: Later, Kyle.
<div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #00ff00; margin:10px; background: #e5ffe5; max-width:100%; box-shadow: 0 3px 12px";"> Here are the terms that were negotiated, contingent on RDJ's signature 1) RDJ was offered to become Co-CEO with Kyle. He would also become the new onscreen authority figure of TCW. 2) MAW is willing to accept more workers from TCW, and Sam is willing to make those workers an integral part of the company. 3) Sam would be available for monthly meetings with Kyle and RDJ, without compensation, to pitch his ideas for TCW, and to pass on his knowledge of up and coming wrestlers working for one of the territories. 4) Kyle and RDJ would have enough budget to strengthen the roster, and BriCo is willing to open the war chest for unique opportunities to snatch workers away from SWF and USPW – if the price is right.

 13. <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #000000; margin:10px;background: #e5e5e5; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> It's been a few days since Sam called out of the blue, and RDJ hadn't really spent enough time to process what happened before he pulled out of his garage. But a date is a date, and the BriCo suits weren't going to wait around for him. Fortunately, San Antonio was a couple hours away, and RDJ always enjoyed pondering the big questions while driving down the highway. Sam wasn't kidding when he said that he had a big proposition. Yes, he had thought about running a wrestling company since before he retired, but the idea was to start something here, in Texas, to give the local talent an outlet to hone their craft. THIS was pure madness. So much so that he thought about calling the whole thing off mere hours ago. But then he remembered what Kyle had said to him on the phone. It didn't take long for Kyle to get in touch after RDJ told Sam he'd think about his proposition. At first, RDJ didn't even want to pick up the phone. Sam hadn't informed Kyle about his intentions before he made the call, and RDJ had no idea whether Kyle would even entertain the idea of a job share with him. But when the phone kept ringing he caved. The call was indeed hard to stomach, but not the way RDJ imagined. Kyle told him all about his issues of running the company. The aging roster; the budget constraints; the many ideas he and Sam pitched to the BriCo suits, and how few of them they accepted; the atmosphere backstage after Rocky left the company… but when the conversation shifted to the prospect of him getting involved in the company, Kyle was elated: "Ricky, you have no idea how much I've been praying for somebody to share this burden with", he said. RDJ pulled up next to the diner where he was supposed to meet Kyle and Sam before the meeting at BriCo HQ. As soon as he got out of the car, he could already spot Kyle's red hair through the window. RDJ looked at his watch, and realized that he was supposed to be here twenty minutes ago. He was no longer used to the traffic, having spent almost all his time on his ranch hours away from anything even remotely resembling a city. Once through the door, he saw Kyle and Sam already deep in conversation. RDJ: Sorry, I'm late. Kyle Rhodes: Ricky! So nice to see you. Grab a seat. Sam: It's been a while, Ricky. Happy to see you. RDJ: You too. Haven't seen you two in the same room in ages. Kyle: [laughs] Well, I don't think Sam has been this far south in years. Sam: Guilty as charged. Kyle: Ok, Sam, I think you should take it from here. It's your idea after all. Sam: Well… You've heard what's going on, Ricky. TV numbers are stagnating, and the BriCo suits are panicking. I mean, for f***'s sake, they even killed off the International title. We both know what that belt meant. RDJ: Yeah... Sam: Anyway. Working with Kyle has been a pleasure the last couple of years, and our little arrangement really made all the difference for MAW. And, of course, I also enjoyed the creative input I was able to give. The King of Kings tournament has been a huge success, and I'm happy to take all the credit for it. Kyle: Sam… Sam: Alright, alright. Just playing with you, Kyle. Anyway, where was I? Ah, yes… Things have looked bad for a while now. When Kyle took over, he made all the right moves, but with all the budget constraints, and with Rocky leaving… and you as well, Ricky…. RDJ: You know it was time, Sam… Sam: Sure, but without stars viewers don't tune in. And TCW doesn't have the star power to compete at the moment. And with Sammy, Troy, Doc, Thom, and many others nearing retirement, the future doesn't look too good right now. Kyle: Sam… we're not here to gloom! Sam: Yeah, yeah, just painting the picture. Anyway, I'm very confident that you will be able to right the ship, if we can convince the BriCo suits to accept our pitch. RDJ: "You"? Sam: You and Kyle, Ricky. That's why you are here, remember? RDJ: Hold on. I still don't really get WHY I'm here. BriCo is looking for star power, and I am retired. And Kyle already has Brent and Joel to pitch his ideas to, isn't that the way it works? Kyle: Brent is a great booker, and Joel and Robert help wherever they can. But they won't get involved with BriCo, Ricky. You know how they are. They are the most professional backstage crew you can have, but they were never interested in backstage politics and business stuff… Sam: ...and you are mistaken if you believe you are not still a star, Ricky. RDJ: I'm retired, Sam, didn't you hear me? Sam: Well, you can still talk, can't you? And you are one of the most highly respected people to ever grace the TCW locker room. YOU are the perfect candidate, Ricky. You could become an authority figure, both on and off screen. RDJ: Alright, I guess I can see where you are coming from. It would be nice to spend time with the boys again, and I wouldn't mind being in front of a crowd again. But what exactly is the pitch? Why should BriCo hire me? Sam: Well, for starters they get instant star power, which is what they most desire. You would also tick the second box, as you could share all the heavy lifting with Kyle. But there is more: Here is what I want us to pitch today...

 14. <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #000000; margin:10px;background: #e5e5e5; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> RDJ knew something was up as soon as he saw the number on his screen. Sam hadn't been in touch since he hung up his boots. Sure, it wasn't unusual for people from TCW to reach out occasionally, sometimes to ask for a favor, mostly just to make sure he was ok. But Sam? He never had time for anyone after he took over Rip's company up north. A shame really, as RDJ liked picking Sam's brain. He knew that he could use every single nugget of advice if he were to ever start his own company. Plus, he always considered Sam to be a friend while they were still touring the country together. Ricky Dale Johnson: Sam! What a pleasant surprise. Sam Keith: Ricky! Good to hear your voice. How are you? RDJ: Retirement has done wonders for my health. But I miss the boys, you know? Sam: I can imagine. I wouldn't have had any idea what to do with myself after retirement – if Rip hadn't offered me to take over. You still his neighbor, by the way? RDJ: Well, if you call a four hour drive being neighbors, then yeah. We keep in touch, though. You know that I owe my career to Rip. Sam: You always say that. But we both know that's not true. Anyway, I'm sure you're wondering why I'm calling. RDJ: I'm just happy to hear your voice... Sam: I appreciate it. And sorry for not being a good friend. Running a company will do that to you. I've been meaning to call you for ages, but it took Kyle to finally do it. RDJ: Kyle? Sam: Yeah… He called me Yesterday. The suits in San Antonio are not happy with his performance. Like it's his fault that he took over such a mess… RDJ: That sucks… Sam: Yeah. Anyway, Kyle informed me that the BriCo suits want to change things up, and that they think about cutting ties with me. They feel like their partnership with MAW is somehow a burden for them. RDJ: What? That's ludicrous. Where do they think their talent comes from? Sam: Well, I don't know what their thinking is. However, I know that this would be a disaster for us. No way that we'll be able to keep our run going. We'd have to downsize dramatically. RDJ: I'm sorry, Sam... Sam: Don't be. They also told Kyle that they'll give him another shot at righting the ship – under two conditions. RDJ: I'm listening. Sam: They told him that he'll need to get more star power on TV. And they don't trust him to run the company without any outside help. They want him to team up with someone that is business savvy and knows the industry better than him. RDJ: That's a tough ask. How the f*** should Kyle be able to do this with the tight budget that he has? And where should he find someone that knows the industry better than himself? Sam: Well, Ricky, that's why I'm calling...

 16. I would actually suggest a somewhat different formula that would go somewhat like this: (highest overness/10)^2 + (average overness/10)^2 + (experience*2+psychology+charisma+star quality+(bra+pur+hc+tec+hf+fla)/6)/20) multiply the result by 4 Let's look at a few examples: Nelson Callum: (46/10)^2+(16/10)^2+(2*100+82+73+74+(78+34+56+76+44+62)/6)/20)*4 = 192 Roderick Remus: (46/10)^2+(46/10)^2+(2*100+83+65+64+(62+26+38+68+74+69)/6)/20)*4 = 263 American Flash: (44/10)^2+(12/10)^2+(2*95+73+54+47+(52+11+28+60+74+77)/6)/20)*4 = 166 Deacon Darkhold: (20/10)^2+(4/10)^2+(2*45+48+61+42+(46+12+52+16+14+21)/6)/20)*4 = 70 Zombie Boy: (17/10)^2+(7/10)^2+(2*7+42+77+68+(40+9+44+15+53+81)/6)/20)*4 = 62 Charlie Corner: (4/10)^2+(1/10)^2+(2*0+51+82+77+(52+11+26+18+16+22)/6)/20)*4 = 48 This formula is primarily affected by highest pop, then by average pop, then by skills
 17. Thank you for the great detective work, Jaded. Couldn't agree more on trying to balance stuff to make it more of a challenge financially.
 18.
A couple more (very early) observations:

- Some products don't seem to reflect TEW05-products. SWF has been named, but NOTBPW, as an example should also use a product that's a little more forgiving for using gimmicks

- the match file is written in a way that every new match booked defaults to an eight men tag (because it's sorted alphabetically)

- personalities seem a bit off, I don't remember Dan Stone Jr as being an egomaniac, but I also remember Jeremy Stone as somewhat of a jerk, rather than Mr. Professional

 19. Awesome! Love the 2005 C-Verse :-) Two issues I noticed: - The first time you start up a game, there are a bunch of warnings of workers that have wrong roles ticked. - Some workers who have changed their names have no picture if you don't import them from previous games (The Natural, Liberty...) Will let you know if other issues pop up
 20. There are multiple threads on this already :-) And yeah, everyone agrees with you. I don't think there is a single person happy with how things are now...
 21. No matter how you look at it, it makes no sense that everything that is not in a range of three minutes (15-17) should be penalized, even if the penalty isn't "bad".
 22. Looking at the new office screen, it's a bit strange that the buttons under "external" are arranged by importance, not alphabetically, while all other sections are just sorted alphabetically. I really hope this can still be changed. In TEW16 all sections were sorted by some metric of importance, e.g., Roster -> Product -> Storylines -> Titles -> Teams -> Stables ... This is how it should be now as well!
 23. As Adam has stated (here: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=546838), pre- and post-show segments can affect storyline heat in TEW2020. I don't think that is realistic, given that 99% of people will never ever see those segments. Therefore, I'd prefer for the change to be reverted. Thoughts?
