Yeah as someone in a year, the only way to make the WWF really feel like they are struggling is to tank a lot of the roster outside of three people and I don't even know if that is even worth it for the little realism it adds to playing of the game. The game sees the WWF as way more talented than it was in real life by audiences coming to see you etc etc. On another note, I'm a year in with this mod and absolutely loving it. Basically most of my TEW time is this mod and working on my own mod. Its already my favorite TEW2020 mod with the time put in so far.

Thats the idea that has the most traction right now to me. I just don't want him heading to CMLL or NJPW since WCW had to be coerced by me playing them in order to sign Bret. Royal Rumble 98 A little slower push to Mania than my 97 Rumble, but hoping this one gets a better rating after a year especially with Austin 100 All over the U.S.

Ran the last big four PPV of the year. No one wanted to do the screwjob and I'm too much of a fan of Bret to go through with it, so I just made it into a kayfabe angle where Bret gets screwed by McMahon who he had been putting down and he is off to the sunset. Gets me the McMahon character and a Bretless WWF.

1999 database

I have a 2000 mod for TEW2020 currently in beta as I slowly add updates to it and I'm pretty sure there is a 1999 mod in progress that starts in February that is being worked on. -
I put them in Feuds and angles until they get there. I used the midcard sections of my early 1997 to build up The Rock, then build up Shamrock and next to build up Kane. This years's version has made getting those unimportant wrestlers pushed up a lot easier with the popularity gains. I always try to make sure most of roster has a use, so guys who don't register as major players can still get name value.

Funny you should mention the rating, Pillman wasn't suited to the match type which shocked me and Funk got hit for his morale, which is mostly my fault, I just use him on spare occasions until the Pillman sneaks into his farm and trashes it storyline popped up. Taker was sitting at around 85 before this PPV and has since gotten to 95 now that I'm in November, the popularity changes are huge, but I think I'd rather have this than the popularity changes a time ago when guys went up 2 points in half a year.

The CPU really hates having Shane Helms in 3 Count. Can't seem to wrap my head around Buff singing songs, but here we are. -
<p><img alt="HtyUIkO.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/HtyUIkO.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> Started a new save in the 1997 mod for TEW2020 and it is going pretty well. Fell to Medium for a bit of a challenge/trying to push Sid as a main event player, this brought me back down to reality. Goodbye Sid in like 4 months and welcome to me try to balance a Austin push/Pushing new main eventers. Not a great Mania, but the plan is to get to January of 2000 and I'm more worried about building more stars earlier.</p>

Just wanted to pop in and share where we are with this mod right now. As you can see in the screenshots, still looking at the Monday timetable or that early December date: - I've Added 40 companies total that you start the game with -Reworked popularity of the big three companies and Japanese companies -Added Dojo history for most of the dojos in game -Added more events for companies -Added bios, attributes, etc to the Japanese wrestlers -So Much more. Now this is way off in the future, but my plan with this mod was to always create the January 2000 mod and use it as a base for either a standalone mod that would start earlier or after or just provide a separate time in 2000 to have the mod start in, which brings me to ask, which would people rather prefer: 1. A spin off of this mod that basically starts in June, the first month for Pro Wrestling NOAH 2. Start a year earlier and have the mod start in January of 1999 I'll probably do both, but if you would rather one hold priority over the other, please let me know.

Doing a Local to Global in the British Isles and I recommend grabbing Darin Fylnn who usually is dropped by 21CW halfway in the year of 2020 most times, Jon Michael Sharp and Martin Heath are two others who do great work for me -
C-Verse Venue Expansion Project
thecoolestjedi12 replied to CPBHBK's topic in Total Extreme Wrestling 2020 Mods
Didn't see much love for the Mexico region, so might as well add some of my broken high school Spanish knowledge to a venue. Venue Name: Salón de los héroes Open Date: 1930 Location:Centro, Mexico Venue Size: 5,000 Description: Founded roughly 10 years after the end of the Mexican Revolution, Salón de los héroes is one of the oldest venues in Mexico. Named for those who bravely sacrificed their lives, it has only recently been used for wrestling shows after much debate with politicians.
