So the potted, unfunny, version is here instead.] [I]Jaffa tries to offer his buddy Panix title shots, which the Don denies, instead booking him in increasingly tough challenges - triple-threats, four-man matches, etc. During an Olly Vixen run-in on a Crystal Pimp & Heroes vs. Don Phoenix & Firm match, Panix and Jaffa grab her and hold her hostage. The Don then ups the ante on the title matches and puts Panix through as gauntlet match of his buddies, culminating in the surprise entrant Dawn Storm. Panix lays down for her, loses, they hug and get jumped by the Firm. Jaffa finally loses his title to Gringo. Panix, Jaffa, Crystal Pimp, the Heroes and Dawn unite to take on the full might of the Firm for control of the BWA. Losing control, the Firm one by one fade away. Astil and Prime beat Viscera and Brookside in singles matches and challenge them to a tag bout. Due to Viscera interfering on the LNO's behalf in an LNO/Percenters match - coming in through the crowd disguised as a drinks tent once Breese laid out the ref from behind - this is a while in coming, as beforehand an LNO & Viscera/Percenters & Joe match is booked, but eventually they beat them there and challenge them to put their BWA contracts on the line in a tag tables match. Brookside wants a compensating factor, so Astil and Prime secure the tag titles off the firm, put them on the line, and win. They go on to do much the same to Joe and Burridge while also defending their belts. Two months ago, however, Prime walked away during a tag defence. Astil still won, but was furious. Last month he confronted Prime, who seemingly made up with him before DDTing him and walking away. The belts are now considered vacant. The LNO and Percenters continue their feud, with ref Jacob Serfling brought into it after Breese attacks him. Serfling 'wins' a match against Breese, but special ref Big Dave stops counting after two to go get a drink and gives Breese the win on a one-count while Lynch stands the Percenters off with a chair. The Percenters return with chairs and a chair duel ensues. Later, Lynch will be prevented from tagging during a match by Banger's grabbing his hair. WHile the LNO still win by shenanigans, Lynch challenges Banger to a Hair vs. Beard match, only to lose despite interference. At last count, the feud was still going strong, and Serfling has entered full-time singles competition. Self, Simon Peter, the Revenant, and the Ego build their story well, but it tragically derails due to a broken leg. This triggers a wave of resignations from certain areas of the roster (OOC: Y'know, the missing bits) which leads to a recruitment drive in mid-2008. The existing feuds enter essentially a holding pattern as the new blood is hired, waiting for a chance to find footing and relaunch. That time is now, and the holding pattern is broken.
