RULES please read I have made a small change

  1. You have 3 votes to either nominate or 2nd, 1 for each category

    (The TigerKinney Rule)

    You may substitute your Real World and Cornellverse nomination or 2nd between the two. The Rookie Vote must go to a Rookie Diary Category or be left unused

  2. you may not nominate or 2nd yourself

  3. All nominations need to be seconded to make the voting round

  4. All nominations must include a reason

  5. Real World & Cornellverse: must have at least
    6
    shows, with at least 2 of them being run this month

  6. Rookie DOTM:any diary started since the first of the prior month -february 1st- (none diary threads are no longer eligible)

  7. You CAN nominate the the winners from last month's Rookie Category to the full awards regardless of start date (foolinc's "NEO: From The Bottom Up (C-Verse)")

  8. You can NOT nominate keefmoon's "World Wrestling Federation: From Montreal To Attitude"

  9. You can NOT nominate James Casey's "MAW: 10 Simple Rules..." Society Version 2.0"

dse81's The New NWA because he makes an NWA I would want to see on TV

 

FINsher's CGC: "That's Entertainment", The DeColt Tragedy for the rookie DOTM because of the match recaps, promos, and just general awesomeness.

Thank you guys.. :) I'm just wondering if it (My diary) should go to Cornellverse section instead of Rookie? :o Doesn't matter to me but there was some mention in a previous DOTM thingy.. I can't remember how it exactly went word by word but I vaguely remember that if I'd start a new diary it wouldn't go to the rookie section? Or was it just about the "Start A War" diary where I had two different chapters? Mistaken, what do you say?

 

My Cornellverse vote goes to the amazing TrekkieMonsta's "PGHW 2012: The Pride In Conquest". I just wish he could update it more often :) The match reports are so good and realistic.

 

You(r diary) belong(s) to the rookie category, as the rule was only for your Start a War -diaries.

 

That's exactly what I thought. :)

My nomination for my Cornellverse Rookie DOTM would go towards foolinc's RPW: The Dark Side of Family Entertainment. Off to a good start, and the style is easy to read.

 

My nomination for Cornellverse DOTM go to Comradebot's EWA: Why No One Cares About Wrestling in Europe. Quite a funny game, and the match and interview write-ups are spot on.

My votes:

 

Cornellverse: BigPapa 42's SWF Generation Supreme- Still one of the consistently best diaries on these boards...to be honest will probably keep voting for this until it gets the DOTM win that IMO it deserves or it really goes down hill, which I'd highly doubt.

 

Cornellverse: 2nd for Trekkiemonsta's PGHW The Pride In Conquest- Exactly what FINisher said...great match write-ups, just wish he'd update a bit more often.....but every show TM does put up is always of the highest quality.

 

Rookie: 2nd for FINisher's a DeColt Tragedy- Despite some of the questionable booking :p (but I'm sure it's going somewhere) this is another promising diary from FINisher. Lets hope for his personal sanity he can stick with this one. His BBW one was superb but did run out of steam by the end. I didn't bother to get into his INSPIRE one (but that's because personally I hate INSPIRE. His CZCW looked promising but he obviously wasn't feeling it.

Thanks TK.. And I really hope that aswell and I'm feeling really confident on the diary because it's actually the first one that has a longterm backstory and a longterm booking plan. I've learned a bit from every diary that I have made and I really believe that "this is it" for me. Thank you for the support :)

This is a tough call as always. While it isn't easy...

 

Tigerkinney's Puerto Rican Self Preservation Society 2.0 - still fantastic all the way around. Up there with the very best diaries on the board, in my opinion.

 

Phantom Stranger's Philly Power Pro Wrestling: Dangerous Dreams - another very very good diary that seems to be getting over time.

 

I'll hang onto my rookie nomination for the moment. It would easily go to Fin's CGC but he's already got the nom and the second.

Bigpapa's SWF deserves the nod. It's kind of frustrating that I can't back James Casey this month, after he made the achievement of rising to TV, but them's the breaks. I'd use my second on Tigerkinney, but he's already clear.

 

Rookie vote goes for foolinc's RPW diary as it's easily my favourite of the new ones.

I would never do that. Even though I'm technically still eligible for the Rookie catagory... I guess the fact my diary's on hiatus for a couple of weeks counts against it though... but I digress. For shame, mistaken. For. Shame.

I'm feelin that all the time, but yours are very well put together, as much as I obsess over mine, I'm never satisfied with the results (then again, I am my own worst enemy)</p>
