Jay Chord defeated Brendan Idol for the RIPW Championship title!

48 Hours Later...

SWFWrestling.com...

SWF would like to welcome 2nd generation superstar Jay Chord onto the roster! Chord recently won the RIPW Championship title and he is looking forward to his debut here in SWF.

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/TheMaskedAvatar.jpg

[i had to laugh at [b]Nero[/b]'s misfortune. He gets Jay Chord and Jay wins the Championship title and then 48 hours later Richard Eisen steals Jay for the SWF scene. That makes the second RIPW Champion that Richard has called up. Eventually Nero is going to lose it, isn't he? But I have my own issues here in USPW. Two major movers and shakers are heading for retirement with one of them being a top player here in USPW. Alex Braun and Anger are both heading for retirement village this week. Anger has done an excellent job getting the crowd to laugh and smile with his Coca Cola renditions and he will be missed as an in-ring competitor but he will also make a decent road agent and maybe some occassional on-screen views. Also, there are several wrestlers who are on their way out of USPW. Two of our female wrestlers are going to be leaving, including Kristabel Plum and Joanne Rodriguez. Kristabel hasn't fit in much here but Joanne did for awhile. However, she has been too focused on her contract with 5SSW. She has not commited enough here to USPW for me to keep her with her not being available on Wednesdays when we tape our shows. Giant Redwood also looks like he is on his way out. Negotiations began with Redwood a few days ago but stalled when he wanted a Main Event title promised to him. I just couldn't make that promise to him and he wouldn't give it up. There is one more wrestler specifically on his way out and a manager as well but that is to come later on.]

Worst news ever!:(

Gutting about Anger :( Was loving his whole gimmick, maybe have him stay on as a manager to someone passing on the wisdom of the Coca Cola?

That is a definite possibility. Though my only issue with that is that he doesn't have the entertainment skills to really be an effective manager. So it would have to be with someone who can carry an interview on their own. As a manager, he has a 'D+' grade but as a Road Agent, he carries a 'B' grade which is one of the reasons that I have put him as a Roadie for right now with the on-screen reasoning being that Bruce took him out in their match and the attack afterward.

WHAT??? NOOOOO Not Anger!!!!

What, wait a minute did I just read that right? Redwood????:confused:

Who's that??? Wait a minute... No it can't be... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:(:(:(:(:(:(

I definitely knew you'd be upset about Redwood but there was no way that I could promise him a USPW World title somewhere soon down the road and I tried everything to get him to drop it, even giving him PPV Bonuses and the like. But in the end, negotiations broke down. Maybe in six months or so he will be a little more reasonable and I'll be able to bring him back as a part of USPW.

Everyone...

I've just finished my writeup for the USPW American Wrestling show. I am planning to post it sometime late tonight so I can give everyone the weekend and all to do predictions and to give myself time to write up the Pay-Per-View, which is the next show after the one I post tonight.

Pre show angles to improve his skills? Would that work?

No! Giant Redwood is leaving? And so is Anger? :( Say it ain't so! Anger hasn't even won the USPW World Title yet! ;)

Anger technically isn't leaving. He's just leaving on-screen mostly since he retired in the game. I was upset when I saw that on the internet site thing because I know that Anger is one of my more popular characters and he's a lot of fun to write for. As far as Giant Redwood goes, I truthfully haven't used him to the best of my ability since the beginning of the diary when he attacked James Justice and got a USPW World title shot. But like I said before, maybe six months down the road he won't try to force me into giving him a main event title.

Pre show angles to improve his skills? Would that work?

And that could possibly work and I might do that with someone like a James Justice or a Sam Strong. But I would need to change his gimmick as well. The Demon gimmick doesn't work well with a 'face' character. He had a high gimmick grade and then with the face-turn it dropped to an 'E-.' Only, his Star Quality is slightly low so I'm not sure how much he will improve by.

USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Wednesday Week 4 September 2008

Location: The Arkansas Coliseum

Attendance: 2,000

Overall Rating: C

TV Rating: .51

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BrucetheGiant.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/NickyChampion.jpg

[The start of this show shows the ending of USPW American Wrestling last week. Nicky does the 'belt' motion at his waist and Bruce starts to charge the ring. As Bruce reaches ringside, the locker room spills forth, breaking things up before they even get started and it takes nearly the entire locker room to keep these two apart!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Liberty.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BlondeBombshell_alt.jpg

[The music of 'Liberty' opens within The Arkansas Coliseum! The crowd gets on their feet cheering as James Justice walks out from the back with The Blonde Bombshell! They both high five the audience members in the front row and those reaching over the front row members. The two slip inside the ring and Justice is handed a microphone.]

James Justice

"DUDES!"

The Blonde Bombshell

"DUDETTES!"

James Justice

"We are right here in The Arkansas Coliseum..."

[Major pop]

James Justice

"One of the places that myself and my partner and my girl call home!"

The Blonde Bombshell

"Totally!"

[The words are interrupted by a presence...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/QueenEmily.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/LeadBelly.jpg

[Queen Emily and Lead Belly walk out from the back, standing at the top of the ramp.]

Queen Emily

"Will the two of you please shut up? My Royal Decree is that the two of you are a couple of losers. You are a couple of people who are going to lose not only tonight but tomorrow night when you have an additional loser partner. At United States Of Pain, you're gonna feel the pain when you get Royally Screwed!"

[Queen Emily and Lead Belly stand there looking up toward James and The Blonde Bombshell and then smile and walk to the back without letting Justice and Bombshell retort.]

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Whistler.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BarryKingman.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/DannyJillefski_alt1.jpg

Whistler vs. Barry Kingman

[barry Kingman made his in-ring debut here in USPW, showing the skill that he has brought forth as being a second generation wrestler with his father being Crippler Ray Kingman. Kingman surprised people by showing up with his brand new manager Danny Jillefski. Whistler got a USA chant going throughout the crowd but that was about all he could muster up in this match. A little well-timed interference by Danny Jillefski and Kingman hit Whistler with the Black Out and got the pinfall.]

Winner: Barry Kingman

Match Rating: D

[As Kingman and Jillefski celebrated, the lights went out again. That Russian Hammer and Sickle showed up in the middle of the ring as it has been doing the past several weeks. The phrase '2 More Weeks' showed up on the Video Screen. When the lights came back up, Whistler was clutching at his arm and screaming in agonizing pain. Kingman and Jillefski looked down at him and shrugged as Kingman stomped on him and kicked him out of the ring while Jillefski got a microphone.]

Danny Jillefski

"Northern Aggression is just getting stronger and stronger. Take a good look at the newest member of my team. This man is a second generation wrestler and tomorrow night he is going to do to Freddie Datsun the exact same thing that he did to Whistler tonight. American Everyman? I don't think so. Because, you see, when Northern Aggression comes to town, we're gonna roll over you."

[Danny raises Barry's arm again and then they head to the back to boos from the crowd.]

Match #2

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/LarryWood.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Oscar_FIN2.jpg

Larry Wood vs. Super Lex

[The crowd really didn't seem to care about this match and were not into it from the beginning. Larry Wood, the Mountain Man, was mostly dominant against the Super Hero which surprised no one. The surprise came when Super Lex started gaining some momentum in the match! Super Lex went to the top turnbuckle and hit Wood with the Flying Cross Body! Lex made the cover and got the upset win and pinfall over Larry Wood to a shocked crowd reaction!]

Winner: Super Lex

Match Rating: E

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/GregGauge.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/MatthewGauge.jpg

[The Video Screen opens up to a basketball court and Greg Keith or maybe it's Matthew Keith. It's hard to keep those Keith Twins seperated.]

Greg Keith

"You see, ladies and gentlemen, no matter what I do it only ends up one way..perfect!"

[Video shots are shown of him doing some impossible things on the basketball court like a full-court pass to himself for a slam dunk. He tosses the ball up high and then lies on the ground and the ball gets dunked by him. Definitely either some trick photography or twin tricks. The video ends with him passing to himself all the way down the court and a four handed dunk before we head back to the ring.]

Match #3

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Stink.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Grunt.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BlackjackRobbins.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/WhiskyJack.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/ShaneSneer.jpg

Nation Of Fire vs. The Tennessee Outlaws

[The fans hated this match as much as they hated the last one. Nation Of Fire definitely hasn't caught fire here in USPW and it shows. The Tennessee Outlaws were both off their game in this match and the crowd could sense it. This one ended in about four and a half minutes when Blackjack Robbins hit Grunt with a Leaping Side Suplex and got the pinfall.]

Winners: The Tennessee Outlaws

Match Rating: E

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/QueenEmily.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/GreaseHogg.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/LeadBelly.jpg

[The Video Screen lights up to show backstage where Queen Emily is standing with her Dirty White Boys and drinking from a cup of tea.]

Queen Emily

"Are we all set for tonight, then?"

Grease Hogg

"Of course, your majesty."

Queen Emily

"Good. Now, later on tonight we are going to show James Justice just why he shouldn't mess with my Royal Guard. It's really simple. When you mess with my Royalty you're gonna get Royally Screwed!"

[Emily smiles and takes another sip of tea while Grease Hogg pats Lead Belly on the shoulder and Lead Belly raises his head, nodding.]

Match #4

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/SuzanneBrazzle.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/AliciaStrong.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/CherryBomb.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/WandaFish.jpg

Suzanne Brazzle and Alicia Strong vs. Cherry Bomb and Wanda Fish

[Ohhh, ouch, the crowd didn't care to see the ladies. And this was another bathroom/concession stand break for those in the audience. Maybe some of them even went to buy Jim Force merchandise! Cherry Bomb and Wanda Fish made Alicia Strong the face-in-peril for most of the match to a surprise by the crowd. Suzanne Brazzle got the hot tag in and beat on both Cherry Bomb and Wanda Fish for awhile. She surprised the crowd by hitting the Miracle Connection on Cherry Bomb and she made the cover, pinning the USPW Women's Champion two weeks in a row!]

Winners: Suzanne Brazzle and Alicia Strong

Match Rating: D-

Match #5

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BryanHolmes.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/ShooterSeanDeeley.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/PlayboyJakeSawyer.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/ArtReed.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/SteveFlash.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/KatieCameron.jpg

Bryan Holmes and Shooter Sean Deeley vs. Art Reed and Steve Flash

[As everyone would suspect, this match itself was an excellent encounter between these four top notch athletes. Steve Flash played the face-in-peril early on with Holmes and Deeley keeping him in their corner and double-teaming him for the most part. A drop-toe-hold by Deeley and an elbow drop by Holmes really hurt Flash's chances. He didn't seem to show much chemistry with Katie Cameron at ringside. Outside the ring, a fan held up a sign: Reed and Flash: The Technical Masters' Flash dodged a running knee in the corner and was able to crawl over and make the tag to Art Reed!]

[The Pure Athlete went on the attack with big clotheslines on both Holmes and Deeley. He sent Holmes into a corner and ran in -- monkey flip! The move connected and got the crowd energized! The USPW World Television Champion bounced off the ropes and went for a Frankensteiner but he got caught by Holmes -- POWER BOMB! Holmes folded him up like an accordion and put his shoulders to the mat but Flash made the save. The Playboy was a little distracted during this match, having taken a phone call in the middle of it. But he got on the apron when it counted and Deeley tossed Holmes a chair! Holmes grabbed it and waited for Reed to get up. He tossed the chair to Reed -- CYCLONE SHOCK KICK! The move sent the chair right back into the face of the Pure Athlete! Holmes gets rid of the chair and makes the cover as The Playboy drops down: 1 -- 2 -- 3! Bryan Holmes has pinned the USPW World Television Champion!]

Winners: Bryan Holmes and Shooter Sean Deeley

Match Rating: C-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/AliciaStrong.jpg

[The Video Screen lights up and shows a backstage locker room area. In the background, a shower can be heard going. The shower slowly turns off and Alicia Strong walks out from the back with a towel wrapped around her body, using another one to wipe at the strands of hair. She looks up suddenly and screams!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/NickyChampion.jpg

[Nicky Champion is sitting on a bench within the same locker room. Alicia grabs at her fast-pounding heart for a moment.]

Alicia Strong

"Nicky! What are you doing here?"

Nicky Champion

"My match is next. I thought you would be coming to ringside with me?"

Alicia Strong

"OH! I must have been hit harder than I thought. Give me a few moments to get dressed and I'll meet you out at ringside."

[Nicky nods and blushes as he turns his eyes away from her form within that towel and begins to walk toward the door.]

Nicky Champion

"I'll see you there."

[Nicky opens the door and exits and we cut back to the ring.]

Match #6

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/JumboJackson.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/ShaneSneer.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/NickyChampion.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/AliciaStrong.jpg

Jumbo Jackson vs. Nicky Champion

[Jumbo entered first along with Shane Sneer at ringside, grabbing a sign from a fan at ringside and ripping it apart. At secon glance, the sign actually read 'Get rid of Jackson, we need Shrimp!' I guess that shows that Jumbo doesn't want to remember that part of his past. Nicky Champion came out alone. Jumbo dominated the early-going against the number one contender much to the chagrin of the crowd. Jumbo got several near-falls and Nicky didn't seem able to get going throughout this match. That is, until Alicia Strong came down to ringside. Alicia helped Nicky up outside the ring, offering words of encouragement and Nicky slid in the ring going right after Jumbo Jackson! Nicky started dominating in front of Alicia Strong and he nailed Jumbo with the Hawkeye Hammer! Nicky made the cover, getting a two count that was interrupted by a big foot stomping on his head and a DQ being called.]

Winner: Nicky Champion

Match Rating: D

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BrucetheGiant.jpg

[bruce The Giant yanked Nicky Champion to his feet and sent him down to the mat with a Giant Headbutt! Alicia Strong slid inside the ring and leaped on the back of Bruce! Bruce's arms flailed, trying to get her off of him and then he just went backwards into a corner, sending her sharply into that corner and she just fell to the mat, seemingly unconcious. Bruce looked back toward Nicky Champion and dropped him with a big boot! Bruce raised his arms to boos from the crowd as Nicky crawled toward Alicia, covering her body with his own to save her any more damage and he looked up toward Bruce with utter hatred and contempt in his gaze before Bruce left, satisfied with what he's inflicted.]

Match #7

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/LeadBelly.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/QueenEmily.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/Liberty.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BlondeBombshell_alt.jpg

Lead Belly vs. James Justice

[it's main event time here on USPW American Wrestling! Both of these men brought their respective female managers to ringside with them. These two showed great chemistry against each other in the ring and that helped make this the definite match of the night. Justice was a little relentless against Lead Belly, even going so far as to take him out of the ring and he sent him into the ringpost hard! Justice showed off for The Blonde Bombshell for a moment and then tossed Lead Belly back into the ring.]

[Lead Belly got in a few good shots throughout the match to James Justice. He took Justice down with a big clothesline and a body slam! Lead Belly kept grabbing his ear in pain though after the ringpost shot. Later in the match, it was revealed that his ear is bleeding! Justice made his comeback as Lead Belly's equilibrium was off. Justice sent Lead Belly down with a spinebuster and then gave him a thumbs down! He bounced off the ropes -- SSSSSSTTTTTTAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLSSSSSS -- DUDE KNEE DROP! The move connected to the uninjured side of the head of Lead Belly though now that may be the equally injured side. As Justice waited for Lead Belly to get to his feet, Grease Hogg slid in the ring behind him with a biker chain wrapped around his fist! He gave Justice a shot to the back of the head, causing an immediate DQ!]

Winner: James Justice

Match Rating: C

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/GreaseHogg.jpg

[Grease Hogg began punching away to the back of the head of Justice with that chain wrapped around his fist! He then unwrapped the chain and used it to choke the life out of Justice! The crowd booed this move but cheered suddenly...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/PeterValentine.jpg

[when Justice's partner Peter Valentine came running down to the ring! Valentine slid inside and went right for Grease Hogg but didn't see Lead Belly lying in wait! Lead Belly tripped Valentine as Valentine moved by him and this alerted Grease Hogg! Grease Hogg released Justice from the chain and wrapped it around his fist again, attacking Peter Valentine! Both Justice and Valentine were left down on the mat as Grease Hogg helped his uneven partner to his feet. Lead Belly fell back in a corner, clutching at his ear and Queen Emily raised Grease Hogg's arm in victory.]
