Trying to look at it from another angle, i just seem to be anti-for-the-sake-of-anti. I'm like one of those narrow-minded metalheads i spose, despite my best intentions.

Ok, how about an analogy? This is semi-relevant, but i'm in the scale of thinking now. My knowledge of real wrestling (all about the C-Verse now y'see) ends at around 2003/4, so let's take it from there.

I see you and James Casey as some kind of amalgamated Triple H. Maybe Casey even weighs in as Flair, the oldest of the 'old guard'. You've got your fans, but certain dissident quarters (the IWC, ie... well, me in this analogy) are snidely against you for holding the 'roster' down.

BigPapa is Goldberg, coming from seemingly out of nowhere but pushed directly to the top before long.

Self is Chris Jericho/Booker T, popular in another land or with certain quarters (again, the IWC), known for his alternative take on angles/writing from the norm.

Nevermore is Terry Funk, the crazy old bastard who is known for his success in different times, with different styles, with different fans (his NWA work paralleled with the ECW diary, his ECW stuff being MOSC).

Eisen-Verse is Mick Foley, inspired by the prior 'generation' and with different characters/styles at once (his name stems from his SWF lovin' (Dude Love or Mankind?), but he is known for the PSW diary (Cactus Jack, naturally)). I can see FIN fitting into a Mick Foley comparison as well.

And me? I'm Vince Russo... or Jim Cornette. Championing the causes of certain more rational pursuits (Self, Remi, EV) while also phenomenally divisive in my love of others (my fanatical one man fanclub of the above 3 and caustic, sarcastic nature pissing off the likes of Stennick).

Does that answer anything? Or was it self-indulgent filler?

So how might I fit into this analogical world?

Can I be The Iron Sheik?
I like the Chris Jericho comparison. I've done some stuff in other areas of TEW, I've done some stuff in other areas of the writing world, now I've come here and am doing quite well (despite being called "too small" throughout my life). If only I'd done a nice long countdown to herald my arrival... or better yet, made my debut by interrupting someone like James Casey, mid-show.

Note to Self; become first ever Undisputed TEW Dynasty Champion.

I was gonna vote for nevermore, simply because everytime I read MOSC I laugh out loud like a beached whale on happy gas, but I don't know if he had the 2 show qualifications for the month? Anyhow, James Casey has always struck me as a very talented CVerse writer, and as such, as long overdue recognition of his works, I have given my vote to him y'all.

much deserved win here, I think I am going to name Self king of the Tie!

Congrats to Zeel!

To the five people who voted for me, I am very flattered. and the crazy project will continue as soon as I get home internet back. (about 2 weeks)

Well... If nothing else, it allows the Old School vs New School feud to rage on. With the young upstart Zeel and the newly crowned King of Ties; Self out of next month's competition, who will step up to the plate? Will it be an old standard of the diary writing world or will a new rookie sensation sweep the field?

Find out, next month, only at the DOTM: Cornellverse!

Wow! Co-Winner on my first month of eligibility! I really can't beleive that, thanks a million everyone!

Sorry this is late, a comp issue has left me without internet for the past week. Had to go the library to get on again. But yeah, thanks again everyone!
