<p>Paige and Del Rio's toxic relationship bores me so....</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

I just read Moose has signed a new deal with GFW. Not big news but he did way he was the best wrestler that has come from football (or words to those effect). I hope that is just his character talking because I can think of a few better ones (Ron Simmons for a start). Anyway, discuss!</p>

I add one more name from the past, Leo Nomellini.

It's probably easier to count how many better succeed than Moose than failed. How do you rate him? Above Average/Good? Personally I'm that range.

I would agree with your assessment. Moose does not seem to be all that great on the microphone either.

I actually met Moose last year at a Ring of Honor show. He was in the parking lot and I talked to him for like a minute or so. He seemed like a nice guy. But then again anyone can seem nice if you only talk to them for a minute so that is not really a strong basis for judging anyone.

Okay guys, here's one for you. Moose or Mongo?

In ring, I'd say Moose. I don't see him ever been iconic or anything. But he does seem pretty good for a late comer. Mongo had already started breaking down physically when he started wrestling. So it doesn't feel completely like apples to apples. But it's the sample of each we have.

For personality skills, I'd say Mongo. Whatever his limits may have been in the ring, I always felt McMichael projected himself well on the stick. Moose has always felt like he's speaking because he has to not because he wants to. As long as Moose was in RoH, that was okay. The mic isn't their focus anyway. But now that he's in more an entertainment minded product, that's a pretty glaring weakness for a guy to have. Shame managers can't be as meaningful as a Bobby Heenan or Jimmy Hart used to be. Moose is clearly a guy who would benefit from that arrangement.

Mongo was terrible in the ring and even worse on the mic. Heenan and Bischoff seemed to barely tolerate his existence on commentary. Many times he'd say something stupid and there'd be awkward silence and then the subject would change. Even David Otunga and Josh Mathews shine compared to him.

If professional wrestling ever comes to an end, he should be ranked as one of the worst ever period.

He was a clumsy oaf in the ring and on the mic.

<p>Just seen some highlights of the recent PPV. Has Cornette been with TNA long? Kinda weird to see him there not very soon after blasting the promotion on WWE tv and on social media. </p><p> </p><p>

Does make me want to watch this again. Or maybe not... <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/rolleyes.png.4b097f4fbbe99ce5bcd5efbc1b773ed6.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

<p>Not sure what I watched. Destination X was an absolute cluster[ahem] of a show. It was as if someone threw it together last minute with a roll of the dice and some names in a hat with no thought and no reasoning. Their "surprise" appearances shows they were trying to capture a cheap "Oh my God!" moment. Unfortunately all I was left saying was "WTF is going on? I don't get it..."</p><p> </p><p>

Jim Cornette "firing" Bruce Prichard before Quasi-Shooting on "outside" wrestlers not earning their title shots... er... ok. Announcement that a new champion will be crowned NEXT week (not this week on the Destination X event, oh no... next week on another heart pounding, cluster[ahem] episode of the Global Force Total Nonstop Action Impact Wrestling show)! Oh and lets not forget LAX coming out and Konnan saying he could get "a cup of soup and a honey bun for Cornettes fine white ass" Is Konnan's gimmick going to be the Latin American contingent for the LGBT in GFW? Or is he playing a prison pimp who is going to be trading produce off the backs of rape and sodomy? This segment really just makes no sense whatsoever to me.</p><p> </p><p>

Taryn Terrell costing Gail Kim her match against Sienna... what? So Gail Kim will retire after defeating the "Born Again" former Hot Mess, Taryn Terrell who comes in as a heel... didn't she say something about that being bad for her new found religion a year or two ago? I was a fan of Taryn during her first run with the company as she worked hard to improve her in ring style and try to get away from the "I'm blonde, hot and scream a lot when hit" cliche but I feel Gail should have one last hurrah with the belt before Sienna takes it off her again. Gail Kim already said she is retiring so there is no real rub for anyone who beats her to "make" her retire.</p><p> </p><p>

Petey Williams helping out Sonjay Dutt... I can't even. This made as much sense as taking a blind man to see a silent movie. Although he'd probably still enjoy it more than the crap this company threw together.</p><p> </p><p>

A main event that consisted of Bobby Lashley vs. Matt Sydal for the... no wait, the main belt wasn't in play. The main event was basically a normal match that had no real pay off... a bit like Anthems purchase of TNA is going to be for the companies bottom line "profit" (or lack thereof).</p><p> </p><p>

I find myself shaking my head alot regarding GFWTNAI more and more with every "big reveal" that turns out to be a small footnote in the companies history and indecisive name change.</p>

I'm not surprised. The roster is in flux again. Low-Ki killing it in the X Division and joining LAX only to quit the company, El Patron being stripped of the title, Rosemary competing overseas and all the controversy around that, Lashley juggling wrestling and MMA, Mundo and Taya coming in but maybe only short term depending on their AAA/LU contracts, too many authority figures. And using the TV Taping/PPV schedule just adds more chaos.
