Had to copy the default database in order to make my edits without totally changing part of the gameworld and a couple dozenish workers. I will say, however, that save the user character there aren't any created workers. I decided it'd be more relateable if folks actually knew something about the workers doomed... erm... blessed... to work for this company, and a bunch of random South Africans with random names, at the very start. But I have no problem with slowly trickling those guys in via the dojo system.... <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> And still early in the development process, so a few things may yet change. Still, it's shaping up to be fun, and I'm getting legitimately excited about some of the stuff I plan to do.</p>

So which region has been edited to be South Africa?

 

One of em that's about as unused and isolated as physically possible. Couple of em exist. Some place where I can set down a company with as minimal of an effect in the actual region as possible. After all, don't wanna set up shop some place that's gonna cause rampant regional battles from the get go.

For 5 years, the federation was a place where the unwanted, the neglected, the overlooked, could have somewhere to go and enjoy themselves. And that was just the roster - the fan base had fun too.</p><p> </p><p>

2 days ago Rebel Yell was celebrating Re-RAW's fifth anniversary by taking the Medium Silver Belt champions the Paratroopers, Re-RAW mainstay Amber Allen, and his girlfriend Chloe Dean on a trip to Australia to watch a ZEN show. Then he went to the toilet, took a wrong turn, and fell through one of Guru Vishni's space-time portals.</p><p> </p><p>

Suddenly, he finds himself in New York City 1997.</p><p> </p><p>

What's Rebel going to do? What he does best, of course - build a wrestling federation WITHOUT poopyheads!</p>

A little update on my TCW dynasty... I've decided that I'm not going to release it as a mod (yet!). The main reason being, there's just too much damn work involved. :p I just wanna write/play 'yknow? So I'm going to edit the main stuff that actually involves TCW, new TCW signings and ex-TCW workers, as well as the title histories and stuff. That's mostly done now. Just got to go through the new workers that debut between Jan 2010 and Jan 2012 and find homes for the North American ones.

 


I also got bored and did a few more things in North America today, but the rest of the world is almost entirely untouched minus some ex-TCWers going to Japan.

 


So basically, anything that you won't notice by reading the dynasty, I'm going to ignore for now. I might get inspired to come back to editing that sort of stuff later on and release it (by let's face it, by that time Adam will probably have released the official TEW2012 ¬_¬), but it's not a major concern of mine right now.

The final WCW Monday Night Nitro on TNT took place on March 26th, 2001. There was something of an air of finality to the show, as the talent all knew that something had changed and much of the fans seem aware as well. No one was certain exactly what had changed, though. There were strong rumors that WCW had been sold - which would turn out to be accurate - but no one seemed to have clear knowledge of to whom the sale had been made or what it meant for the future of World Championship Wrestling.

 

Or if World Championship Wrestling had a future at all.

 

The show had been promoted on the WCW website and ads on TNT as the "final Monday Night Nitro". The only direct on-air references to the coming change were from Tony Schiavone. Early in the broadcast, he mentioned that this would be the final Monday Night Nitro, and later stated that this would be the final time WCW would be on TNT. No further detail was provided to either statement. Given Schiavone's lack of credibility with most fans, its doubtful a detailed explanation would have helped anyway.

 

After the March 26th Nitro, WCW disappeared. Completely.

<p>About to do my first 2010 diary, its a WCWA diary. My backstory is that I'm a multimillionaire who in the vein of Ted Turner wanted to get into the wrasslin' business, and so I bought out WCWA but kept Fritz as an advisor. </p><p> </p><p>

My first major storyline will be an invasion of wealthy city slickers who have some evil plans in mind for the Von Erichs. I'm hoping the group will be made up of at least Larry Zbyszko, Ted Dibiase and Jim Cornette.</p>
