D-Lyrium
To be fair, RoH in no way own or operate the stream. So they can hardly be blamed. I have a suspicion that it's more to do with the venues than the actual service, as from what I understand, GFL's MMA streams are fine. Live streaming to hundreds of thousands of people is definitely a thing that happens (eSports; SC2, LoL, DOTA2, etc), but not usually from armouries and bingo halls. I'm not an expert of course, just my 2 cents.

Jaysin
I'm going to my first ROH show in probably around 9 years tomorrow. AJ Styles vs Chris Hero is the big draw for the show. I'm fairly excited. I'm not really excited about the drive there, but oh well. The card looks fun.

It was seriously great. Probably one of the best in ring shows I've ever seen. I've had more fun at shows(Unforgiven 2008 and a TNA house show), but from a wrestling stand point, this show just ruled. Styles and Hero delivered majorly. Also, Cedric Alexander and Michael Elgin had one of the best dang matches I have ever seen.

I did learn that I hate Kyle O'Reilly with a burning fury and love Bobby Fish with the same amount of passion. Michael Bennett has also really grown on me from the last time I saw him. Him and Maria are just fantastic together. They did a parody of the Briscoes and I was dying. I've never been big on the Briscoes either, but they won me over on that show in a match against Adam Cole and Bennett.

I think the Briscoes are on roids though. Their backs are COVERED in acne and they're just so huge nowadays. Mark Briscoe doesn't even look like a real person. He looks like a cartoon of a caveman.

Jaysin
Brutal Bob wasn't at this show. Since I don't watch ROH regularly, I didn't even know he didn't work with Bennett anymore. Fish faced Steen and then had a tag match with O'Reilly against Steen and RD Evans. The "New Streak" stuff is insanely entertaining. Whose the black guy that comes out with RD Evans and Veda Scott? I'm going to feel incredibly stupid when someone says his name, but I can't put my finger on who it is....

BHK1978
I just saw that they are going back to holding pay-per-views again on cable. I really do not understand why they are bothering, because if I remember right their pay-per-views didn't draw well the last time they had them on cable. I remember reading that they had a pay-per-view a few years ago where only 20 households (For lack of a better term, I am not sure what they call people who buy pay-per-views.) in all of Canada bought that pay-per-view and that is when they had better talent. The PPVs will be live this time, rather than taped months in advance and thus no longer current. Also, I don't think they had any TV to advertise those PPVs until the tail end of them, if ever. I'm not sure if this is the way I would've gone, but it still beats their current model if you ask me.

That was back in what 07/08ish? I'm pretty sure it was even before the HDNet days. At least now they have TV coverage in a lot of the US. I mean I don't expect them to do monster numbers but they are certainly in a better position to do so this year compared to way back then. They will also still be holding the ippvs on ustream as well once they start those back with the NJPW shows

Teh_Showtime
Michael Bennett still has a job? Did I miss him finally not sticking out like a sore thumb in ROH at some point? He's been pretty quality since the Steen feud and it's continued so far the entire year. I mean obviously people didn't want Tanahashi to face him but it's not like the match will suck. He's had a couple of my favorite matches in ROH this year.
1234
New York card a lot more like what I was hoping for, however wish New Japan were willing to have a top guy lose (Unless they really shock me). Putting Liger and Kushida in the ROH title matches is a bit disappointing, I guess they didn't want Nakamura or Tanahashi to lose to Cole (or Steen if he were champion, but I doubt he will win in Toronto since Cole/Liger & Steen/Nakamura seems better than Steen/Liger & Cole/Nakamura).

Steen could beat Nakamura, but I don't see it, and Bennett obviously wont beat Tanahashi. Would be cool if either IWGP title changed hands, but Okada is damn near untouchable, and the Briscoes would probably already be in New Japan if they were ever going to be.
