So it looks like AJ just BARELY pulls ahead of Codey and the difference was ONE correct prediction. Codey you've been in the lead this whole time and I really appreciate your predictions so I'm going to be PMing both you and AJ to name a future show as well as getting your handles put into the next show CPW "Final Battle". Thank you guys for your predictions it means a lot. I'll be doing this again with the next six or so shows so keep the predictions coming. Show preview will be up later on for CPW "Final Battle".

Getting some very good rating there Stenick. Glad to see this is still going on.

Thanks for the kind words cmdrsam its still going and strongly might I add. The more write ups I do for this the more excited I become about this particular game. Lots more to come its just getting good.

I so intended to make pics..Would have gotten 3 right. :(

Well next time I will make sure not to post the show until you have posted your picks, I have faith in a 100 percent next time from MLT :)

So I was going to post the preview for next show California Pro Wrestling "Final Battle". I had the previews all written up, ready to go and then my internet crashed and I restarted without saving that particular write up. So I'm not really in the mood to go back into hype man mode so I'll post the preview tomorrow and put the show up two days afterwards.

Just wanted to say thank you for all the predictions, last time out I had nine predictions which I think is a record for this dynasty so far. Thank you guys its much appreciated.

I hadn't commented so far as I try to always let a couple shows go by to make an opinion, but I gotta say you have a reader in me. Those were pretty interesting events. You gave life to a promotion I didn't care much about even though I really like that overall mod. Thumbs up !

"FINAL BATTLE PREVIEW"

LIVE from Las Vegas, Nevada

March 26th, 1977

<br>

California Pro Wrestling returns to Sin City just TWO WEEKS before our most prestigous event of the year. Two weeks away from California Pro Wrestling’s “Iron Man Challenge IV” we will see these athletes in their “Final Battle” before the big event.

<br>

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/Generic_Womens01.jpg

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/HeidiBrooks1977.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/VS.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/TinaSapphire.jpg

Heidi Brooks vs. Tina Sapphire

Heidi continues to show the world that she is the top female athlete in ALL of professional wrestling. She has defeated her biggest two rivals in back to back matches. Tina tried to help her good friend Melissa Monroe win the championship before being stopped by Dixie Diamond. Now it seems that Tina has decided to let Heidi know that there is another woman out there that wants her championship. The message was received and Heidi has accepted her challenge for the CPW Women’s Championship. Will Heidi continue to be the most dominate woman’s champion in history? Or will this be the night the world learns the name Tina Saphire? With Tina’s good friend Melissa and Heidi’s most hated rival sure to be around anything can happen in Sin City.

“Danger” Will Roberts vs. “Lord” William Lancaster

We have seen young Will Roberts take on a Crusher, a Mad Man, a Homicidal Maniac, and even a street fighter. It seems he thrives on putting himself in danger and living up to his nick name. Although that nickname has brought danger his way in the form of the hulking Crusher who has taken it upon himself for lack of a better term to “crush” young Will Roberts each and every show. This week he’ll be in danger yet again although in a much different way. He takes on the classically trained, royal technition himself “Lord” William Lancaster. Can “Lord” William pick up his second straight win of the year in California Pro Wrestling? Or can “Danger” Will Roberts continue his victory upsets in 1977? At this point its not a question of IF The Crusher will show up but what effect he will have on “Danger” Will Roberts and this match.

<br>

Ricky Han vs. The Shaman

Ricky Han was trained in the dojo’s of Japan, he’s an accomplished martial artists, he’s been in several movies already and although he is winless in 1977 he has held his own against men like Luis Montero and Jimmy Power. Give credit to the winless kid for refusing to take on a “lesser” challenge as he has the former pro wrestling tag team champion The Shaman this show. Will Ricky Han’s dedication to facing the top talent in the world finally pay off with a win? Or will Ricky’s growing pains in California continue with a loss?

<br>

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/EdmondJackson.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/jasonjackson-1.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/VS.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/BillyBlue.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/TheRedRaider.jpg

The Jacksons vs. Billy Blue & The Red Raider

Two weeks after the most horrific assualt in the history of California Pro Wrestling and both Jackson men are going to be competing again. Edmond’s doctor has made it clear that he is not clearing Edmond to wrestle. They say “like father like son” and that holds true in this case. Following his fathers refusal to stay away from the ring Jason has also agreed to compete alongside his father. The two men will be in tag team action in spite of the fact they have SEVERE neck injuries and have not been cleared to wrestle. California Pro Wrestling doesn’t condone these actions but the Jackson’s have made it clear they would go elsewhere to compete and CPW would rather be able to monitor their health than put it in the hands of an unknown company. Can they overcome their injuries to win this tag team match? Or will the vetern team exploit their injuries and use it to move up the highly competitive tag team ladder?

<br>

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/KentaMatsamura1977.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/VS.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/PercyDevine.jpg

Kenta Matsumara vs. “No Mercy” Percy Devine

The prideful Oriental Warrior himself Kenta Matsumara has made it clear he won’t tolerate RJ Danzig or anyone else disrespecting professional wrestling by taking “cheap and cheating” ways to victory. Although RJ has taken exception to Kenta’s stance there is no denying that Kenta has had success not just against RJ but in California Pro Wrestling period this year. With this clash of styles it will be interesting if Kenta can continue to move towards the top of California Pro Wrestling while at the same time finding a way to put this war of respect and honor to end with RJ Danzig. Can Kenta put his problems with RJ Danzig aside to overcome this tough brawler from the streets? Or will RJ not LET him put their problems aside costing Kenta a valuable victory?

<br>

Gone Hollywood vs. The Party Animals

The Party Animals have come out of the east coast college dorms and right into the tag team ranks of California Pro Wrestling. They have beaten teams from Europe, New Zealand, Mexico, and even the United States. They have had an impressive three months in CPW but at “Final Battle” they have without a doubt their biggest challenge to date. They face the CPW legendary team of “Gone Hollywood”. With Gone Hollywood having delcared war on everything that is not “Hollywood”. You would imagine the east coast, college duo would be firmly put into the “not Hollywood” category. Will Gone Hollywood snap the Party Animals win streak on the way to their won golden dreams? Or will The Party Animals prove to the world and to Gone Hollywood that no matter where their from or their age they are a major part of California Pro Wrestling’s tag team ranks.

<br>

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/RJDanzig.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/VS.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/Extraordinario.jpg

RJ Danzig vs. Extordinaro

RJ Danzig has made it clear that he hasn’t cared what people think about him. He’s in this to become CPW Champion by hook or by crook. Kenta has taken issue with RJ’s less than honorable ways of trying to reach the top of CPW. Will RJ Danzig play it straight with the Mexican superstar Extordinaro? Will Kenta be on hand to make sure Extordinaro gets a fair shake and maybe show the world why he’s already a Mexican legend?

Preston Holt vs. Fujiyama the Samurai

California Pro Wrestling’s “Final Battle” is supposed to be about the final battle before our most prestigous event of the year. However the term “Final Battle” couldn’t be more true when it comes to these two top level athletes. Former friends, turned bitter rivals, and now these men have traded the championship back and forth. Fujiyama taking it from Preston, Preston returning the favor at the start of the year and now in what looks to be Fujiyama’s final chance he looks to become a two time California Pro Wrestling Champion. Will Preston’s mind be on the health of his good friends Edmond and Jason Jackson? Can Fujiyama learn from his mistakes and capitlalize on Preston’s no doubt less than sharp state? Or will Preston put his personal issues aside and do what he’s done all year and that’s defend his CPW Championship?

<br>

California Pro Wrestling’s Final Battle looks to be a night of competition, grudges and of course battles. Not only do these men need to impress CPW officials to get the honored invited to the Iron Man Challenge, they need to keep their health in good standing to survive the one night, eight man Iron Man Challenge in just two weeks. Join us on March 22nd, 1977 as we return to the city of lights, Sin City, Las Vegas Nevada!

<br>

LEGAL NOTICE:

The legal representatives have asked us to urge fans not to show up with the anticipation of seeing Mark "The Lariat" Krogan. Mr. Krogan has been suspended indefinably and banned from competition in California Pro Wrestling. California Pro Wrestling security's direct orders are to arrest Mr. Krogan on site. In closing please do not show up to CPW's "Final Battle" expecting an appearance by Mr. Krogan. He is not and will not be a sanctioned member of California Pro Wrestling.

Heidi Brooks vs. Tina Sapphire - CPW Women's Championship - Heidi retains in the MILF division

"Lord" William Lancaster vs. "Danger" Will Roberts

The Shaman vs. Ricky Han

The Jacksons vs. Billy Blue & The Red Raider - the Jackson 2 to get a win, and then be joined by Tito, Randy and little Michael himself to bust out I'll be there... ratings. Can you smell it?

Kenta Matsumara vs. "No Mercy" Percy Devine

Gone Hollywood vs. The Party Animals - as a New Zealander, I do not approve of them so suavely defeating fellow Kiwis, so Gone Hollywood to get the win is my nationalist patriotic tip of the week

RJ Danzig vs. Extordinaro - Kenta gets involved....

Fujiyama the Samurai vs. Preston Holt - CPW Championship

Heidi Brooks vs. Tina Sapphire - CPW Women's Championship

- Good name for a Hollywood starlet of the 70s, like B schlock stuff. What does this have to do with the match? Nothing, but Tina might as well look for other work while in LA, since she's not winning this match.

"Lord" William Lancaster vs. "Danger" Will Roberts

- Easy call. (Especially since I'm wrong) but Danger Will only knows how to beat up brawlers, the refine technical fisticuffs of Lord William will topple the plucky underdog Roberts.

The Shaman vs. Ricky Han

- Beer break! But Han somehow wins this, I think, since the Shaman has only been seen as a tag wrestler. That or Han made up his own biography and has never left Englewood.

The Jacksons vs. Billy Blue & The Red Raider

- The Jacksons have a storyline, the other two have colours in their names (and masks). The Jacksons win when someone mysteriously Lariats the head off of them. His name... the Yellow Rose (not of Texas.)

Kenta Matsumara vs. "No Mercy" Percy Devine

- OMG~! Shocking 70s, as two 'Orientals' look competent in America! Clearly this is an alternative verse. (And I'm joking here people. I live in South Korea after all. :D )

Gone Hollywood vs. The Party Animals

- Ugh, don't want to do this. I want GH to win, but I think a Noo Yawker makes his presence felt which permits the Party Animals to pick up a cheap win. While making GH look strong AND progressing their feud.

RJ Danzig vs. Extordinaro

- NOW Danzig starts to 'earn his title shot.' Please forget about that earlier one. It didn't happen. Honest!

Fujiyama the Samurai vs. Preston Holt - CPW Championship

- Holt is not about to lose the belt to Fujiyama even though he is a samurai. Maybe if he had some ninjas with him, then Holt would be in trouble.

Beeker I'm in the middle of writing this show and I look up to see you've made your prediction. Of course I got to see what The Beek (its what I call you at my house, The Beek, deal with it k?) has to say about ole California Dream'n. Mind you I just got done writing what I think is the best segment yet of this entire dynasty so I'm feeling pretty good. Then I read your prediction and realize no matter how good my shows are your predictions own them. You're the man :D

I'm going back to finishing this show it will be up tomorrow in the late evening (CST Stateside) so please feel free to get your predictions in. I have to go back to looking up more menacing Texan monikers, so I can NOT use them because the only Texan I know isn't legally allowed to show up.

I'm flattered you enjoy my predictilating as much as you. I don't read all the diaries on here, only a select few - but they have to the CVerse or the GDSverse.

I wrote a well received dynasty once upon a time (using EWR - which is why I'll always mark for Robert Roode - even though to me he'll always be the Stuttering Superstar Bobby Roode.) Writing a dynasty is a very different beast that writing up predictions. I add some comments every time I predict, in any dynasty because that's how I give back to the writers.

Making a few silly, off-the-cuff comments is much easier than constructing an entire card.

I may be the man (of bad predictions) but it takes the dynasty writers to do the heavy lifting for me.

"FINAL BATTLE"

LIVE from Las Vegas, Nevada

March 26th, 1977

<br>

It’s a cool in late March but inside the Grissom Auditorium its heating up. There are two thousand fans standing as Buddy Hollar and Pierce Holt stand in the middle of the ring to welcome us to California Pro Wrestling’s “Final Battle”.

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/BuddyHollar.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/PierceHolt.jpg

Buddy: Hello wrestling fans and WELCOME to California Pro Wrestling’s “Final Battle” before its prestigious eight man, one night tournament. CPW Iron Man Challenge IV

[A blast of cheers rattles the Sin City arena drawing a wide smile from Pierce and Buddy.]

Buddy: Tonight the CPW Women’s Championship will be defended, the CPW Championship will be defended, “Danger” Will Roberts, Kenta Matsumara, The Party Animals and SO many more of your CPW athletes are ready to compete tonight…

Pierce: This just isn’t the final battle before Iron Man Challenge IV, this is the final battle between the CPW Champion Preston Holt and the traitor Fujiyama the Samurai. What spot their in. Tonight they are going to have to give each other EVERYTHING they got and then some just to walk out of here champion, then in a short two weeks they have to turn around and be in condition to wrestle three times in one night against the best in the world….

Buddy: The Iron Man Challenge is tough for all those involved no doubt about it, but Pierce I think right here tonight at “Final Battle” we’re going to see things getting tough for those involved. Lets get started with the action…

<br>

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/Generic_Womens01.jpg

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/HeidiBrooks1977.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/VS.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/TinaSapphire.jpg

Heidi Brooks vs. Tina Sapphire

Buddy: Last show at the Snake Pit in Los Angeles Tina tried to help Melissa Monroe capture the CPW Women’s Championship….

Pierce: Yeah she didn’t count on long time Heidi Brooks rival Dixie Diamond stopping her. Now tonight we’re going to see what Tina has, she feels like she’s over looked and under rated lets see what the gal has…

Tina and Heidi come center ring with Tina jawing at Heidi. The fans roar with approval when Heidi slaps Tina, shocking her into the match. The slap makes Tina aggressive so Heidi is quickly able to move around Tina’s rage and take her to the mat. From there Heidi displays what got her the championship in the first place. Trading several mat take downs and short lasted submissions holds and shooting off the ropes with a dropkick. Tina takes a break and the Las Vegas crowd starts to get on her, as Heidi tries to get her back in the ring Tina gets in a rake to the eyes changing the momentum of the match. Tina starts pounding on Heidi, dropping knees on her face and working her over on the mat. With the Las Vegas crowd booing her she takes to choking Heidi. Finally the referee gets in the way and Tina starts yelling at him. Heidi is back up and NAILS Tina with a forearm knocking her to the outside. While Tina is getting her focus on the outside Heidi comes out after her. Tina grabs hold of her hair and the two start going at it right in front of the crowd. The cheers of the two women fighting just inches from the crowd turn to boos. Melissa Monroe is out, before she can reach the ring here comes Dixie Diamond who SWIFTLY spins her around and knocks her in the head with a forearm. Dixie drags Melissa to the back. Meanwhile the two girls have been forced into the ring. With Tina yelling at Dixie to let her accomplice go she turns RIGHT into a spinning head scissors from Heidi for the pinfall. The fans erupt for cheers as Heidi raises her CPW Women’s Championship in victory.

Winner via Pinfall @ 12:11 Heidi Brooks

MATCH RATING: C-

Buddy: Melissa Monroe tried to return Tina’s efforts from two weeks ago but again Dixie had other plans in mind…

Pierce: I know we’ve seen Heidi vs. Dixie two times already but this girl has been there for Heidi, she’s had her back and she might be the reason Heidi still has that championship. I think a rematch would be a nice thank you…

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/DangerWillRoberts.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/VS.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/LordWilliamLancaster.jpg

“Danger” Will Roberts vs. “Lord” William Lancaster

Buddy: Lord William is a classical mat technician, he was trained by the royal wrestling academy in Britain, he’s held in high regard around the world and just might be the finest submission artist we have in California Pro Wrestling…

Pierce: This kid Roberts, he’s got some stones ya know what I mean? He takes on The Crusher, he takes on Mad Man, he takes on that Homicidal Maniac Charlie Homicide, he even took on the street fighter Percy Devine. He seeks out a challenge and he over comes them….if only he could find a way to not be left unconscious by The Crusher at the end of the night they kid would have a shot at going places…

As the two men lock up it takes no time at all for Lancaster to take Roberts to the mat. He spends the opening minutes of the match absolutely dominating Roberts on the mat. He’ll release a hold, let the crowd and Roberts fight back into it before pulling him back to the mat again. He’s not even taking Roberts seriously but is still dominating him on the mat with ease. He drops him with a BIG suplex. As Roberts crashes to the mat, Lancaster pops up looking for praise from the audience. They respond to this with a chorus of boos. Lancaster seems offended that their not impressed with his superior ability on the mat. He turns into a dropkick from Roberts, the crowd ERUPTS in cheers, another drop kick, Lancaster is up and over with an arm drag, another, one more dropkick. Lancaster rolls out of the ring, he’s shaken up and “Danger” Will Robert DARES him to get back in the ring. This Las Vegas crowd are on their feet. Lancaster finally gets back in and is met with a CROSSBODY block, NO, Lancaster drops him with a backbreaker and goes back to dominating on the mat. Lancaster is up and calls for his finisher, he bends down to grab Will Roberts. “Danger” grabs hold of him and small packages him for an out of nowhere pin. The fans explode with cheers, Lancaster pops up and his eyes are bulging out of his head in complete shock.

Winner via Pinfall @ 10:07 “Danger” Will Roberts

MATCH RATING: D+

Buddy: WHAT an upset by “Danger” Will Roberts. He spent most of this match on this back while Lancaster showed off that royal submission training and out of nowhere Will Roberts picks up the win with that small package…

Pierce: Everybody else including Lancaster might be shocked but I’m not. I know this is California Pro Wrestling but this ain’t about flash its about substance and this kid might not have the best look’n stuff but I’ll tell you what I said it before he’s got some stones…

<br>

[The fans ringside are embracing “Danger” with handshakes and high fives. As young Will Roberts bathes in the love ringside the cheers slowly come to an end. Here comes what everyone knew was inevitable. The Crusher is stalking down to the ring. “Danger’s” smile slowly fades as he shakes his head in disbelief. Looking exhausted and beaten he rolls into the ring. The Crusher steps up and OVER the top rope in the ring. The two men are staring across from each other while the crowd gets deadly silent.]

Buddy: I have no idea what these two are waiting for but you could hear a pin needle drop in here…

Pierce: The hair on the back of my head is raised up, I got Goosebumps. I said this kid had stones but honestly he needs to not be doing as staring contest with this monster of a man, he needs to be finding a way out of there before he gets hurt………..again

[After a moment of a cold stare between the two men The Crusher starts bellowing a laugh out from underneath that menacing helmet of his. Danger just shakes his head looking anxious to get this over with. Finally the Crusher stops laughing charging in for a BIG boot to the face, Will dives out of the way, The Crusher turns around and lunges in for a clothesline, again Danger slips under. The Crusher turns around and reaches out trying to grab the smaller Roberts but again Will slips under The Crusher. This time as The Crusher turns he’s met with a running drop kick. The fans blast cheers throughout the arena and Will Roberts with another, and another each dropkick quicker than the other and now the Crusher is teetering on his feet near the ropes. The fans are standing, Roberts with lighting speed of the ropes and a BIG dropkick to the menacing helmet of The Crusher. The fans are applauding as The Crusher goes UP and OVER the top rope. The fans can’t believe it, Will Roberts himself can’t even stay balanced on his feet after putting everything he had into that final dropkick.]

Buddy: LISTEN TO THIS CROWD PIERCE….WILL ROBERTS HAS LITERALLY KICKED THE CRUSHER OUT OF THE RING…

Pierce: I can’t hear them or you with all the yelling you all are doing….Roberts couldn’t even stay standing after that last dropkick, I think he put every ounce of weight he had into sending that monster out of the ring…

[The Crusher looks to be getting back into the ring before a team of security finally make their way out there. The Crusher points at the wobbly legged Roberts before being escorted to the back. The fans give Roberts an even bigger round of applause as he finally lets a smile escape that nervous face.]

Buddy: Will Roberts has made it out of there alive tonight and what a game changer this might be. Maybe this is what The Crusher wanted to see from Roberts, maybe this thing between them can be over now..

Pierce: (laughing into the mic) Don’t count out it Buddy, I think if anything this just made it more interesting for both men though…

Ricky Han vs. The Shaman

Buddy: We could run down Ricky Han’s impressive bio for days, the kid is a black belt, he was trained in Japan’s dojos, he’s been in several movies, he’s got everything it takes to be a superstar…

Pierce: Yeah except for the whole winning thing. The kid has a load of talent and I’ve said it before I give him all the credit in the world for taking on guys like Luis Montero, Jimmy Power, William Lancaster and The Shaman this week but he’s got to start winning, this isn’t a sport where they take into account strength of opponent…well not when you never win that is…

Ricky is in control for a lot of the match. He uses his speed and blindingly fast kicks to stay ahead of the older Shaman. After several near falls The Shaman uses his power and experience to fight back into the match slowing down Ricky’s offense and even working on taking his legs away. Ricky again picks the pace back up and levels The Shaman with a nice jumping kick to the back of the head. The Shaman looks to be out of it but Ricky hops up to his feet looking for cheers from the crowd. They offer him a nice applause and he flashes them a movie star smile. He picks The Shaman back up and tries to whip him into the HARD into the corner. The fans let out and audible “ohhh” as Ricky stumbles out of the corner clutching his back. The Shaman picks him up and drops him with a stalling suplex for the Peyote Plunge. The referee covers a three count. The fans giving The Shaman his respect as he raises his arm in victory rolling out of the ring. After the match Ricky POUNDS on the mat before unloading with some rapid fire kicks on the turnbuckle pads. He kicks the ropes before yelling at the referee and eventually leaving.

Winner via Pinfall @ 12:08 The Shaman

MATCH RATING: D-

Buddy: There for a moment it looked like Ricky was going to score not only his first win here in CPW but a BIG first win at that. I know he’s frustrated with his win loss record here in California Pro Wrestling but honestly having a temper tantrum in the ring isn’t going to solve anything

Pierce: The kid finally puts it all together and what does he do? He starts acting like a movie star, flashing smiles, playing to the audience, trying to look good and he wound up getting beat

The Jacksons vs. Billy Blue & The Red Raider

Buddy: Wrestling fans at this time I want to remind you that both Edmond and Jason suffered a vicious attack at the hands of Mark Krogan just two weeks ago in Los Angeles. Krogan came after Edmond during his match with the number one contender Fujiyama the Samurai. He came through the stands and nearly decapitated Edmond Jackson. As you all know Edmond’s son is young Jason Jackson. When Jason came out to check on his unconscious father, Mark gave him a vicious lariat as well. Both men were taken to the hospital and best we can tell have EXTENSIVE neck damage….

Pierce: We don’t condone them competing tonight but they made it clear to us that they would be wrestling somewhere tonight so in the best interest of watching over them we have allowed this match to happen. If at any time things seem to spiral out of control we will stop the match…

The Jacksons actually start out in control with quick tags, effective offense and the fans on their side. It isn’t until Jason gets taken over with a snapmere and a neck vice to follow that things start to change. Jason’s neck gets worked on pretty severe with the referee being extra cautious almost constantly checking in on Jason. Both Billy Blue and The Red Raider concentrate on the neck with headlocks, elbows and any other method they can. They whip him into the ropes for a double clothesline, he ducks and tags in Edmond. The fans are on fire as Edmond takes them both down.

Buddy: Edmond Jackson is on fire now that he’s back in the match, what a moment in California Pro Wrestling history to see Edmond Jackson in that ring doing what he does best. No injury, no person, no company was going to stop him and he’s showing it right here tonight…

The match settles back down after a cheap double team and they try and work over Edmond’s neck. He powers right out of a headlock taking Billy Blue to the mat with a shoulder tackle. As The Red Raider tries to get into the ring to help his brother Jason PULLS him down from the apron and BLASTS him with a hard right. The fans stand in roaring applause. In the ring Edmond locks in the Eagle Claw and it the fans know this is it. The Jacksons win by submission in a match they weren’t medically cleared to be in.

[After the match Edmond is getting his arm raised in victory, the fans are giving both these Jackson men a ROARING, standing ovation. As Edmond looks like he’s almost moved to tears he looks to the outside of the ring where Jason is still standing after stopping the Red Raider from interfering. All of the sudden the cheers and respect seem to turn to something else. There is a loud movement in the crowd, some sort of disturbance. Edmond’s emotional smile seems to be fading quickly while Jason strains to see what’s going on in the audience. Just then someone bursts out of the sea of people and over the guard rail. He literally has to FIGHT his way out of the crowd; security is behind him trying to stop him. Its Mark Krogan. Krogan is fighting back against the fans and security the whole time as he fights over the steel guard rail to the arena floor.]

Buddy: Wait a minute what is this? I’m not even going to mention his damn name. This is ridiculous, go back to Texas you’re not wanted here. Where is security? Five of them can’t hold back ONE what I would assume drunken Texan?

Pierce: I’m not going to sit back and let this happen again, I’m going to do something about it. Those guys are like family to me Buddy.

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/PierceHolt.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/MarkKrogan_alt.jpg

[Pierce drops his headset and walks right over to Krogan. He asks Jason to back up while he confronts Krogan. Pierce starts putting his finger in the face of Krogan. The whole time the fans are cheering him on but Krogan is staring coldly back at him. Finally Pierce wakes him up with a nudge on the shoulder. Krogan instinctually wipes the tobacco juice running from his mouth with his hand. He ****s his head staring at Pierce reprimanding him before WIPING the juice on the suit jacket of Pierce Holt. The fans go crazy as Pierce SHOVES Krogan. The Texas Terror just laughs before grabbing Pierce by the head and running him HEAD FIRST into the steel post and tosses him into the ring stairs. The fans are booing as Krogan just tosses Pierce Holt aside. As he turns Jason Jackson wastes no more time he’s heading right to Mark Krogan. Jason is marching towards him; Mark literally shoves Security back into the crowd before turning his attention to the marching Jason. Mark lets a wide Texas sized grin spread over his tobacco stained teeth, as the chew leaks out of his mouth he slowly wipes it away as an afterthought keeping his eyes locked on the on coming Jason Jackson. ]

Buddy: I hate to use the term but these two are in some sort of stand off right now, the first one to blink gets it or I don’t know what. A medical team is out to check on Pierce, wrestling fans I have no idea what’s going to happen but I want to apologize for the interruption of this show…

[As if this brawling, Texan Terror was timing it perfectly he shoots out of his paused stance and charges like a raging bull towards Jason Jackson. Jason sees that Lariat coming and just BARELY dives out of the way of it. Krogan DECAPITATES a fan standing too close the guard rail. “OHHH” is all that can be heard as the fan collapses to the arena floor. Jason is trying to scramble to his feet while Edmond is fighting to get around the four different referees that are now holding him back on the inside. As Jason fights back to his feet, Krogan stares down at the fan clutching his neck as the security in the audience take him away. Krogan SPITS this chewed tobacco onto the fan letting out a sinister laugh.]

Buddy: COME ON DAMMIT, JUST LET EDMOND GO! Somebody has got to do something about this crazed Texan, he’s going to send this entire damn arena to the hospital before this nights over. That’s the guy’s son on the floor fighting for his damned life, let him go dammit!

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/EdmondJackson.jpghttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l192/oats21_2006/CPW/jasonjackson-1.jpg

[Jason fights back to his feet and Krogan’s eyes lock onto him as a target once again. Before he can charge at Jason again, Edmond DIVES out of the ring onto Mark Krogan. The entire arena EXPLODES into cheers as he lands onto Krogan. Krogan is up to his feet, Edmond’s up to his SHOUTING for his son to get to the back. With that Edmond connects with a big right hand, Krogan returns fire with one of his own. Edmond tosses Krogan into the stands and follows into them himself. Krogan throws a beer into the eyes of Edmond before nailing him with another Texas right. The two men brawl up the arena steps with fans literally diving out of their way after seeing what that lariat did to the last fan. Eventually the two men trade rights all the way out of sight. The fans are still roaring with cheers for Edmond taking it to the wild Texan Terror. ]

SEGMENT RATING: A

Buddy: Fans I want to apologize for that, I have no idea why Mark Krogan can’t stay gone from California but I think its time to take it a step further and put him behind bars for a long while. He’s done who knows how much damage to a ringside fan, he’s attacking ring announcers, he’s out of control and he’s not even a part of our damn roster…

Kenta Matsumara vs. “No Mercy” Percy Devine

Percy starts things out as a slug fest trying to get Kenta into a fight. Kenta absorbs the punishment Percy is giving him. Then the street fighter starts mouthing off, degrading Kenta verbally as he beats him on the mat. The fans are cheering for Kenta to get up as Percy continues to verbally and physically beat on him. Finally Kenta has had enough throwing Percy off of him and LIGHTING him up with suplexes, throws, chops, forearms, hard rights, and knees to the midsection. Percy is staggering around the ring and Kenta just explodes on him before finally finishing him off. It looks as if Kenta has imploded with rage in the ring as he finally puts the street fighter down for the pinfall. The fans are cheering him on but Kenta is seething in anger, almost as if he envisioned Percy Devine as someone else.

[Just as the fans are cheering for Kenta’s victory they quickly turn to boos. RJ Danzig is out and making his way to the ring. He’s pointing to Kenta mouthing that he’s going to finish him right here tonight. Kenta is still in the ring and sits on the ropes inviting RJ into the ring. The fans are cheering it on, they want to see them go at it right now. RJ paces around in a circle for a few moments while Kenta continues to challenge him to get into the ring. RJ waves him off and turns around, thinking better of getting into the ring with such a fired up Kenta. He slowly walks to the back while Kenta continues to taunt him for not getting in the ring. The fans join in on the taunting before giving Kenta one last round of cheers.]

Gone Hollywood vs. The Party Animals

Gone Hollywood can’t get a hold on things in the early going until finally a low blow and a rake to the eyes causes Chase to get cut off from Dirk. After several minutes of blind tags, quick tags and double teams Chase finally fights off a double team move tagging in Dirk. Things once again settle down and its Dirk and Mike Kinsey. Everything Mike throws at Dirk is absorbed and sent right back down to him. Brick tries to interfere but Chase with a dropkick sends Brick back to the outside. Dirk nails the Spinbuster and Chase is heading to the second rope for his senten to complete their tag team finisher the “Party Crasher”. Just then Brick leaps onto the apron and SMASHES a cologne bottle onto the back of Chase’s head. The referee calls for the bell immediately while the fans boo. Mike and Brick both share a laugh as Brick enters the ring. Dirk charges them but a double clothesline from Gone Hollywood take him down as well.

[With Dirk and Chase both down the fans are booing as Brick and Hollywood Mike start putting the boots to them. Brick drops both men with Sex Panther Plunge. The fans are continuing to boo when here comes Magnum Johnson running down to the ring. He slides in and Hollywood Mike charges, he’s taken over with a POWERSLAM, the fans ROAR with applause, here comes Brick with a right hand, Magnum blocks it and DRILLS him with a hard right of his own. The arena is shaking with cheers as Magnum throws off his trademark leather jacket and sunglasses. He’s poised in the ring ready for both members of Gone Hollywood. “Hollywood” Mike Kinsey is clutching his back while Brick rubs his jaw, the two men are staggering to the back without taking their eyes off of a fired up Magnum Johnson. Just before the two men disappear behind the curtain, Magnum grabs the house mic from Buddy Hollar ringside.]

Magnum: Come on with it boys, all I’ve been hearing is L.A this, California that, Hollywood, blah blah blah. No doubt I love Hollywood, I’m here ain’t I? What I don’t like about Hollywood is you two running around throwing its name on everything you two idiots do. Ya’ll wanna settle this? Ya’ll wanna send me back to New York ? In two weeks we got the Iron Man Challenge, how about I show you two what a REAL Iron Man is? I’ll take the BOTH of ya’ll on at Iron Man Challenge. Magnum Johnson vs. Gone Hollywood, Handicap match? Whatta say?

[brick and Hollywood turn to each other, pausing from licking their wounds they let a smirk crawl over their faces before turning back to Magnum in the ring and agreeing to the match up. The fans are loving it, while Gone Hollywood disappear behind the curtain Magnum still has some things to say.]

RJ Danzig vs. Extraordinario

It starts out staying out of RJ’s brawling reach. RJ can’t get a handle on him and Extraordinario picks up the pace as the match continues. After a while RJ moves the referee in his way, Extraordinario slows down to avoid the ref and RJ gets in a quick kick to the gut transitioning to his brawl based offense. After several hard rights and lefts Extraordinario is dazed allowing RJ to really pour on the hard hitting brawling tactics he’s known for mixed in with a few short cuts along the way. Extraordinario mounts a comeback to get the crowd back into things but its quickly cut off by Danzig. Finally as much as the crowd hates it RJ Danzig finishes him.

Preston Holt vs. Fujiyama the Samurai

Preston looks for a handshake and its kicked away to start things off. The two know each other so well that neither one can get a dominant showing on the other. Their going back and forth with each man working a part of the body. Fujiyama is working on Preston’s head looking to set him up for a roundhouse kick or his feared Bushido Bomb (Brain Buster). Preston takes his time wearing down the back of Fujiyama. Finally Fujiyama unloads with some stiff, quick kicks to the mid section late in the match. He hits Preston with a roundhouse and ALMOST wins the title back. He picks up Preston and calls for his Bushido Bomb (Brain buster). He lifts Preston half way, Preston struggles to get back down to his feet. When he does he reaches out and double leg trips Fujiyama to the mat. From there he slaps on the Silver Shooter (Sharpshooter). The fans are standing and Preston quickly turns. Fujiyama is in the middle of the ring, fighting furiously, REFUSING to tap out. Buddy: What a moment here in California Pro Wrestling, maybe our greatest rivalry ever has come to an end tonight in what can only be summed up as a CLASSIC match up. These two men battled for twenty minutes, once again Preston came out on top. What a night, Preston is giving the same respect to this audience that their giving to him. What an unforgettable night all the way around…

Preston: Where is Pierce? I don’t give a damn just tell me where he’s at, I’m going to go right there…

Buddy: (trying to cover up the mic) He wasn’t taken to the hospital, he’s backstage, he’s shaken up but I think he’s going to be ok…

[With that Preston marches off still clutching his CPW Championship. He thrusts the championship into the air at the entrance curtain for one last thank you to the audience before disappearing beyond it.]

Buddy: Wrestling fans as I said before this was an unforgettable night, as wonderful and memorable as it was I don’t see any way that it will compare to Iron Man Challenge IV in TWO weeks.
