Tag01 Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 Here it is. Sorry for the wait, things have been busy on my end and I've had my computer in the shop a little. I will try to avoid this big a layoff between updates from here on out, though. Also, I intend to do another small release after this weekend to include the large number of events and any errors that crop up. This updated has added quite a few fighters and records. Big thanks to Makhai who put in a lot of work on this release. We've added Invicta MMA, the all-female promotion out of the U.S. and Amazon Fighting Championship out of Brazil. If/when you get time to release an update over the weekend, could you please add Musa Khamanaev (http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Musa-Khamanaev-38454) as he is the new M-1 Global lightweight champion. As Damonster said, Fernandes never signed with the UFC & won't sign with them on the current terms they are offering. It seems like his next move in terms of his MMA career will be financially driven & according to him he has had "a better deal" offered to him by ONE FC. "I would like to make it clear that I am not a UFC athlete as I did not sign any contract with the UFC organization," he wrote on his Facebook page. "Negotiations between the UFC and myself did take place, however, we could not resolve the issues on the table and as a result we did not come to an agreement."
