Prophecy

http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/8817/prophecyalt1.jpg

Prophecy, known also as the "American Horror" is a half-American half-Chinese wrestler who is most famous for his two decade run in the WWWE since 1991. As the face painted angel of vengeance, Prophecy went against the grain, his character becoming darker as the WWWE devolved into childish gimmicks and bright colours, and he remained popular as one of the few characters the adults could stay interested in. He was also good friends with Turner Paige, which may have been why he was allowed to keep creative control of his gimmick, although he was a hugely entertaining wrestler regardless of politics.

One of the most loyal, and most popular men to have ever graced the WWWE roster, time is slowing Prophecy down a little but he still remains one of the company's biggest names. Since the beginning of the Insiders Feud in 2011 that started with Seb Curtis injuring Prophecy and forcing him to drop the Intercontinental Title, Prophecy has portrayed the 'pillar of hope' for fans of the WWWE, accompanying Timothy Hawk to the ring on crutches for most of the summer before returning to action in October to feud with Curtis and the rest of the Insiders in the ring, rather than the war of words we were treated to over the summer.

DISCO Fox

http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/8441/discofox.jpg

Steven Gilroy is better known as DISCO Fox, a new performer to the American wrestling scene, having finished his training in mid 2011. Gilroy's gimmick was thought up as a way for Steven Gilroy to stand out and make sure he was remembered after a show. It certainly seems to have done the trick, with DISCO Fox getting signed to DRAGON a month after his debut. However he chose to leave a month later, discovering that not being able to speak Spanish or Japanese was going to cause him some SERIOUS problems!

Now on the look-out for work in the US, many feel POW would be the perfect home for the youngster.

This is awesome. I love the ThunderVerse with all my heart, and I can't wait to play as Attitude Era WWWE. Not to mention, EVOLVE looks fun too. :D

Interesting to see what came of Prophecy and Christian Prophet. Wonder what happened to Ezekiel Trillion, now that he hasn't been able to open AWF? :o

Cherokee Warrior

http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/7173/cherokeewarrior.jpg

Cherokee Warrior, real name Danny Red Cloud, is an excellent wrestler who started his career in the early 1990s in the WWWE. Cherokee Warrior was often used as a colourful opening act, before moving into tag competition alongside The Apache Chief. It was during the duo's reign as tag champs in 1997 that Cherokee Warrior's true talent became apparent and he was soon being pushed as a singles star, eventually winning the World Championship in 2000.

In fact, Cherokee Warrior holds the record as the first and only true American Indian World Champion in the WWWE. However when Derrick Moore & Brian Jack took over in 2001 they soon put the title on to the far more marketable Guy Lothario and Red Cloud was dropped down the roster. After a disasterous WWWE Tag Title run with Ali Ababwa in 2003 (that actually saw Ababwa fired from the company the night the pair dropped the belts!) he quit the WWWE in early 2004 and jumped ship to PWI.

He had a good run with the company, winning the PWI Championship in August 2007 and holding it for ten months. He chose to leave in 2009 to go on a 'World Tour' and having already toured Canada, the UK & Europe he is currently touring with UPJ in Japan.

'Dr Texas' Terry Rapada

http://imageshack.us/a/img853/1456/drtexas.jpg

"Dr. Texas" Terry Rapada is a veteran wrestler who has evolved better than anyone else as the industry has changed over the course of the last thirty years. A decent technical wrestler in the 1980s, Dr Texas became a wild brawler in the 1990s, and a pretty good hardcore wrestler in the 2000s. Rapada has the distinction of holding the World titles in both the WWWE and United Promotions Japan during his career.

Although he probably should have retired many, many years ago Dr Texas is still going strong and entertaining crowds across the his native America, and his adopted home of Japan. Dr Texas begins 2012 as a two time AM-STEEL World Hardcore Champion, defeating Ares & Ram Diablo in a 3-Way Hardcore Cage Match in December 2011. In fact, the veteran was instrumental in the creation of American STEEL and gave owner Skym all the advice he could in the early days.

Many feel this might be the veteran's final title run before retirement, but then, the same people were saying that when he won the World's Most Extreme Tournament nearly ten years ago!

X

OK, so I'm at work so I can't post profile spotlights but I will say to avoid disappointment that the X of the new universe hasn't had anything different happen to him ;)

Not everyone's life has diverged in this timeline, after all, some folks seem to have a destiny. X's is to help Cindy Austin cause trouble :p

So by all means make another pick ;)

Johnny Hollywood

http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/8882/johnnyhollywood.jpg

Johnny Hollywood is an American wrestler best known for his portrayal of a upper class film director, complete with full theatrics. Hollywood is often seen entering the ring with a clapper board, film script and megaphone, all of which he has been seen to use as a weapon. The American is also known for overacting during his matches - his catchphrase of "that wasn't in the script" typically followed by a diva tantrum - in addition to his unwillingness to start matches until he calls "Action!", a heel tactic he often uses to land a cheap shot.

After working the indies and smaller promotions for ten long years Hollywood finally got picked up by the WWWE in 2010 and put into development. Having held the WEPP Developmental Title twice in his 18 months in development it is expected he will be called up to the main WWWE roster any day now.

Marco De Francesco

http://img717.imageshack.us/img717/2341/marcodefrancescoalt.jpg

Marco De Francesco is a wrestler native to Naples in Italy. Fascinated with Grand Prix racing as a teenager, his wealthy family could afford to fund his interest, until a terrible crash on a test course when Marco was 19. Amazingly, Marco was not hurt, instead claiming that he realised mid-drive he was now "no longer enamoured" with racing, longing for a more physical hobby. Marco found professional wrestling.

Training hard, Marco thrived on the competition and pushed himself hard, but it was his inherent sense of arrogance that allowed his to stand out from the crowd - the lines between his real personality and wrestling character are as blurred as any. Marco was brought in for a short period by CWT and, finding he could adjust well to the American style, was promptly hired by the WWWE and sent down to WEPP to polish his skills, before bringing him up to the main roster in early 2010.

Shay Kinsella

http://img706.imageshack.us/img706/6753/shaykinsella.jpg

Shay Kinsella is the Urbana, Illinois native who is famous as the first ever champion of Pro Wrestling Integrity. A good amateur wrestler in high school, Kinsella wrestled a cruiserweight style and by 1997 he was on tour with UPJ, having impressed Super Junior stalwart Prime Dragon. Kinsella spent four years in the Orient, training with some of the best in the world and moulded his style into a technical leaning, but generally building up his all-round skills to the point where some were claiming him as one of the best wrestlers in the world.

The birth of his daughter in 2001 brought Kinsella back to America. In January 2002, PWI opened, and Shay was the first man that Shane Allman got in contact with. Wrestling for the company until 2005, Kinsella again went on hiatus from the business as his second child was born. Shay returned to the business in 2010 and shocked everyone by taking the booking position at Trillion's Quantum Pro Wrestling.

In Q-Pro he plays the part of the semi-reluctant Resistance Leader, a man thrust into his position by cimcumstance he leads the Resistance, simply due to being the best 'fighter' of the bunch!

In reality, Trillion offered Kinsella a huge contract to initially come on board with Q-Pro, even moving Shay's familly to LA but Kinsella has since come to enjoy the crazy environment and shows no signs of moving on any time soon.
