[Thunderverse] Gureisu Pro, Wrestling is Fun!

Recommended Posts

Anwar Saad vs Artemis vs Green Beetle vs Earl Ray

I think it´s between Beetle and Artemis and I shall go with Artemis as though I like Beetles it´s pretty hard for me to figure where they stand in terms of push.

Jimmy Jack vs RIKU

RIKU is just better.

El Hijo Del Brown Beetle vs Riddle

I pretty much rate all three puzzle guys as jobbers so I go with Brown Beetle here.

Newton Cambridge vs Hombre Arana

Because Black is better than weird.

Weird Science (Euan Reeka & FinEATo) vs Black Science (Kat A. Strophe & Scorpion)

No. Black is still better but I´m just not convinced yet that Kat A. Strophe can actually wrestle as so far I had thought that she´s a manager (I´m sure that you will prove me wrong here though). :p

Gureisu Pro Dream Pair Match

Her Majesty's Royal Service (OCIII & Sir Thomas) © vs Pieces of The Puzzle

No jobber shall beat the might of Royal Service! (I hope)

The White Mask vs Joey Sleaze

Sleaze have been doing more so far.

Adam Manchester, Leroy Winters & The Masked Stranger vs Mercenaries Inc.

Tough one but Winters need to win sometime so I still stubbornly go with him.

Tony Pearce vs Kristopher Bryant

More or less a coin flip to me but Bryant is part of FOX Enterprise so I go with him.

Cameron Cody & Chloe Bourel vs DISCO Fox & W.M.D.

I have more faith on W.M.D that Chloe.

Gureisu Pro October Is For Wrestling

Held at Clay Lite City Theatre

Attendance: 730

Artemis vs Anwar Saad vs Earl Ray vs Green Beetle

  • Anwar Saad amped up the Egyptian influences by coming out with a traditional head dress. Earl Ray looked amused by it and offered to buy it from Anwar. Anwar responded with a stiff slap to the jaw.
  • Artemis and Green Beetle took centre stage in the match, switching up styles between the stiff technical style of Her Majesty's Royal Service, the lucha stylings of The Infestation and straight up brawling.
  • Artemis almost had the win after putting Green Beetle into the dreaded Sleeper Hold but a hard lariat from Anwar Saad put a stop to that.
  • Anwar had control of the match until Earl Ray distracted him once again with monetary offers for his head dress. Anwar took his anger out on Green Beetle before leaving the ring with evil intent towards Earl Ray.
  • This allowed Artemis to lazily slump over Green Beetle to get the three count and a win for Her Majesty's Royal Service over their hated rivals.

Artemis won via Anwar Saad.

Jimmy Jack vs RIKU

  • RIKU was RIKU. Angry, stoic and determined to crush someone. Jimmy Jack was the unfortunate victim this month. And boy, did he look concerned for his safety. Gone was the traditional smiling and tomfoolery, instead Jimmy Jack had a look of a man sent to the gallows.
  • RIKU did what he set out to do and destroyed Jimmy Jack. With every kick, punch, chop and elbow the crowd groaned and winced as Jimmy Jack was subjected to the worst beating in Gureisu Pro's short history.
  • RIKU eventually ended the destruction via the RIKU Rush to a near unconcious Jimmy Jack.

RIKU won via RIKU Rush

El Hijo Del Brown Beetle vs Riddle

  • The unproven Riddle had his first big singles test in El Hijo Del Brown Beetle and Brown Beetle showed his reservations as he was hesitant to tie up with Riddle to begin with.
  • Riddle took advantage of this and took Brown Beetle down quickly, keeping him on the ground with armbars and kneebars. Brown Beetle eventually fought his way out of the chain holds and got to his feet, applauding Riddle's skills.
  • The next ten minutes were a technical masterclass with holds being traded between the two competitors. Riddle gained the upper hand after a cheap shot behind Referee Joe Preston's back.
  • With Brown Beetle doubled over, Riddle took the match after a Cryptic Crash, a move that made Marcus Mitchell on commentary draw comparisons to the recently departed (not dead) Shawn Impact and his Impact Buster.

Riddle won via Cryptic Crash

Hombre Arana vs Newton Cambridge

  • Newton Cambridge came out with a determined look upon his face, ready to help fight the war between Doctor Euan Reeka and Doctor Kat A. Strophe.
  • Hombre Arana used spider tactics early on, throwing webs at Newton Cambridge. No one quite knew how to proceed and Referee Miles Grissom eventually gave him a verbal warning. Well he attempted to but received a face full of web for his troubles.
  • Newton took the brief break for Miles to clear his face to dive outside the ring and concoct some sort of potion. Downing the foul smelling drink in one go, Newton jerked suddenly and shot his own web from his wrists!
  • A now even match continued with Miles handing out more warnings than he should have. Newton's downfall came when his web ran out. Hombre Arana sneakily blinded him with some black and red web and rolled Newton up for the three count.

Hombre Arana won via multicoloured web blinding and a roll up.

A dark laboratory (as opposed to the bright laboratory of Weird Science) heralded Black Science's presence. Doctor Kat A. Strophe cackled maniacally whilst Scorpion glared at the camera with a mean look.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/KatAStrophe.jpg http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/ScorpionBS.jpg

DKAS: “Well Euan, old buddy old pal, welcome to payback city. Population: You. You made me lose out on countless awards because my prized work was gone. Stolen by you, you blithering halfwit. I told you when I came to this stinking promotion I would punish you. I just didn't intend to do it by my own hand. This stupid hold-up in Mexico is costing me dearly. Dr. Montejo will be hearing about this. But enough about that, tonight Euan sweetie we will destroy you and take back what is rightfully mine. My shark will be mine once again.”

ANGLE: Kat A. Strophe taunts Weird Science, Scorpion stands menacingly yet somehow he is entertaining.

Rating: 35

Black Science vs Weird Science

  • Kat A. Strophe tried taunting Doctor Euan Reeka some more before the start of the match. It clearly effected his mindset going into the match.
  • FinEATo and Scorpion didn't look too thrilled by the verbal sparring between the two doctors. FinEATo tried talking to Scorpion but his attempts were met by a swift kick to the throat.
  • Something in FinEATo snapped at this and he lunged at Scorpion with a spear, taking him to the mate and attempting to lock in the Shark Smile. Scorpion elbowed FinEATo in the head to escape the submission and force a tag with his creator Doctor Kat A. Strophe.
  • Kat A. Stophe smiled sweetly at FinEATo and attempted to talk to him as if he was an old friend. This confused the loveable sharkman, who in his state of confusion failed to notice Scorpion yanking Doctor Euan Reeka off of the mat. Doctor Kat A. Strophe then dropped the act, slapping FinEATo hard across the face.
  • This drove FinEATo wild and into a Feeding Frenzy upon Doctor Kat A. Strophe. Scorpion attemped a save but was met with a Hammerhead-Butt from FinEATo, who proceeded to push Doctor Kat. A Strophe from the ring and covered the downed Scorpion for the three count.

Weird Science won via FinEATo Feeding Frenzy/Hammerhead-Butt combination.

Rating: 25

The intermission took place with the usual fan interaction occurring. Highlights this month included;

  • A large crowd of people attempted to talk to the mysterious stranger who helped out Adam Manchester last month. He looked at them and walked away. Mysteriously.
  • DISCO Fox paraded W.M.D around the theatre, offering to pay each person who openly supported him $100. No one got paid and DISCO Fox got mad, stating he would destroy Cameron Cody in the main event.
  • A small group of people were thrown out for attempting to attack Cameron Cody, screaming that it was in the name of The Solution. Cody laughed it off and walked on.

Her Majesty's Royal Service vs Pieces of The Puzzle

  • Her Majesty's Royal Service continued to look like a force divided as neither man looked comfortable being around each other. Pieces of The Puzzle took advantage of this early on, attacking Sir Thomas and using quick double team moves to cut him off from Oliver Crowlington.
  • The tide changed when Patel at ringside distracted Puzzle, allowing Sir Thomas to take Missing Piece down to the mat and keep him grounded. Oliver Crowlington practically forced his way into the match, roughly shouting at Sir Thomas to get his head in the game and go for the win.
  • Oliver did just that as he worked over Missing Piece with a new violent edge not seen from him before. Nothing was out of bounds as he punished the masked man with knees, kicks, punches, elbows and, at one point, an attempt to bite Missing Piece. Puzzle and Sir Thomas looked frightened by this turn of events and so when Oliver locked in the Prince's Lock, no one broke it up.
  • A feral look could be seen in Oliver Crowlington's eyes as his hand was raised in victory before he snatched his belt, leaving both Patel and Sir Thomas at ringside with worried looks on their faces.

Her Majesty's Royal Service won via Prince's Lock

Rating: 33

Joey Sleaze sauntered out to ringside after both teams had left. Picking up a microphone from the commentary station on his way past, he appeared to have renewed swagger after beating Leroy Winters last month.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/JoeySleazeFE.jpg

JS: “Once again, ladies and gentlemen I greet you with my presence out here. And am I looking good or what? HAHAHA. I'm looking a damn sight better than Leroy Winters is after he was embarrassed last month by yours truly. I proved that he can't hang with the best anymore. I don't even need to tee off with him again. I'm moving on up to bigger and better things, your pal Casey's been phoning me everyday trying to get me to go to AWF. Shane Allman wants a piece of me, hell even those old coots at CWT want a piece of the hottest property in independent wrestling. So Leroy, watch what I do to The White Mask and then weep at how I'm just so much better than you are.”

ANGLE: Joey Sleaze taunts Leroy Winters

Joey Sleaze vs The White Mask

  • Joey Sleaze was extremely cocky towards The White Mask, slapping him across the face before turning his back on him to taunt the crowd. The White Mask rolled him up for a near three count before doing some taunting of his own.
  • Joey Sleaze didn't take too kindly to this and rushed The White Mask to the ground, laying into him with punches and kicks to the ribs of the masked man.
  • The White Mask was clearly hurting from this and moved slower. Sleaze picked him off, eventually ending the match with The Climax.

Joey Sleaze won via The Climax

Adam Manchester, Leroy Winters & The Masked Stranger vs Mercenaries Inc.

  • No one knew how to deal with the masked stranger. His teammates were visibly anxious about letting him into the ring and Mercs Inc. didn't know how to fight him.
  • Mercs Inc. looked like more of a cohesive unit now that Devastation is gone, Blaize and The Titan looked especially crisp whenever they were in the ring.
  • Leroy Winters took his anger out on The Commander, who returned in kind leading to the two brawling all the way around the ring.
  • Adam Manchester nearly lost the match after a Powerbomb/Lungblower from Blaize and The Titan, only for The Masked Stranger to pull him out of the ring and somehow take down both Blaize and The Titan, finishing Blaize off with a DDT before pinning him and walking straight out of the arena.

The Masked Stranger, Adam Manchester and Leroy Winters won via Masked Stranger DDT to Blaize.

Kristopher Bryant vs Tony Pearce

  • Bryant and Pearce went hold for hold early on, Bryant displaying some of the knowledge he has acquired from his time in UPJ. Pearce looked visibly impressed and even applauded Bryant at one point.
  • Bryant slipped back into his usual self however and took the applause over the top, celebrating like he'd won 50 Oscars in one night.
  • Doing a lap of honour around the ring, Bryant never saw Tony Pearce's spinning back fist coming.
  • Pearce laughed off Bryant's antics before covering for the three count.

Tony Pearce won via spinning back fist.

DISCO Fox & W.M.D vs Cameron Cody & Chloe Bourel

  • Cameron Cody and Fox went straight at it, using everything at their disposal to torture each other with. Chairs were flung across the floor, the guard rail was just and at one point DISCO Fox's brand new Fox cane was used to hit Fox in a not so good area.
  • Bourel and WMD went toe to toe in the ring, the smaller Bourel not intimidated by WMD. WMD laughed at this before picking up Bourel and throwing her in the Gureisu faithful who made sure that she didn't hit the ground with too much force.
  • With Bourel in the midst of trying to get back into the ring, Fox and WMD took the time to play with Cody, torturing him with cane shots and blows to the ribs. Fox took great delight in seeing his rival suffer and turned to the entrance way, signalling for people to come out.
  • Right on cue, Scott Seal and RIKU showed up and they were armed with duct tape. With RIKU out hunting for Bourel, Seal taped Cody to the ropes making it impossible for him to stop the 4 – on – 1 assault upon Bourel.
  • The assault stopped briefly so that Fox Enterprises could set up two tables and a ladder. Stacking the tables on top of each other, the audience gasped in horror as WMD dragged Bourel up to the top of the ladder before delivering a destructive powerbomb from the top of the ladder. Fox lazily put one foot on Bourel, the three count wasn't needed as she was out cold.

DISCO Fox and WMD won via ladder powerbomb to Chloe Bourel

Rating: 44

DISCO Fox then went over to Cody and slapped him across the face a couple of times before the entire Gureisu technico locker – and Devon Homicide – emptied out in a show of solidarity. Seeing he was outnumbered, DISCO Fox and his cronies made a break for it. Meanwhile Leroy Winters had gotten a microphone.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/LeroyWinters.jpg

LW: “This how you want to play DISCO. You always want the upper hand? Well next month things are working out a bit differently around here. You may or may not know this but I did some time in Mexico in my youth. And when I was there, I was lucky enough to be part of a wonderful match. And next month I'm bringing it here to Denver. Gather up your boys DISCO because next month is going to be big. You know why?

Because next month, you and your band of thugs are going up against 5 of the best Gureisu Pro has to offer in a Cibernetico match. You've got one month to give the Magic 8 Ball your team. This all ends next month DISCO.”

Final Show Rating: 43

Post Show Notes

1) I caught A LOT of people out on this show and I'm glad I did. I had a slight fear that all of my booking was getting repetitive and predictable and this card proved me wrong. :D

2) The next two shows are the big 'uns this year folks. First off Cibernetico Zero, a goal I'm glad to have got to. Usually I say I'm doing a Cibernetico (modified for TEW standards) and then my save games die. Gureisu has kept the faith and not died. *touches wood*

3) Expect to see some of the fancy FaceSpace, Chatterbox and other great work that jhd and MJStark have been doing pop up in here. Some will be used more than others but it's things like that that really tie the room together.

4) As per usual, any slip ups from me - I am pretty deliriously happy and tired at the fact I've finished my coursework - just let me know and I'll fix 'em up.

5) I wanted a list with five things on it. Wrestling Spirit 3 is being made. That is cause for celebration itself.

Rules of A Cibernetico

  • Two teams of varying size (In Gureisu Pro's case it is 5 men per team) do battle.
  • Both teams operate in a "batting order", that means that each team can only tag out to the person behind them in the line up.
  • Eliminations occur by way of pinfall, submission or DQ.
  • If two men from the same time remain then they will wrestle until there is one clear victor.

Team Gureisu Pro (Cameron Cody, Chloe Bourel, Adam Manchester, Leroy Winters & The Masked Stranger) vs Fox Enterprises (DISCO Fox, RIKU, Joey Sleaze, Kris Bryant & Scott Seal)

Heels seem actually more united to me but I figure that Cody takes the win this time after being on the losing end in last show.

SPLASH! Global Championship

Paul Crowley vs Sir Thomas Beaumontfordshire

No idea which one of these two are stronger so I just go with persinal preference.

Devon Homicide vs Tony Pearce

It´s a close call to me but Devon personally I think that Devon has been slighly more impressive so far.

The Commander vs The White Mask

Commander doesn´t fail, well not often anyway.

Black Science (Scorpion, Hombre Arana & ????) vs Weird Science (Doctor Euan Reeka, Newton Cambridge & FinEATo)

Mystery man for the win, or that what I would normally say but if he isn´t active in USA at the start then I kind of doubt he has much overness there either so I go with Weird Science assuming that they are more over than their opponents.

Blaize & The Titan vs The Infestation (Blue Beetle & Black Beetle)

Mercenaries Inc. seem to be back on their winning ways now that Devastation got kicked out.

Pieces of The Puzzle vs Artemis & Patel

Sadly, Secret Service guys seem to have hard time co-existing and with Crowley and Beaumontfordshire fighting each other´s tonight, I don´t see Artemis and Patel being able to work together and that will cost them a win here.

Anwar Saad vs Riddle

Riddle got a win over Brown Beetle in last show and that put him on my radar so I assume he gets another win here since I rate Brown Beetle higher than Saad.

Because I'll be bored tomorrow and I need stuff to do from tomorrow onwards, anyone who wishes to "send" a question to any of the Gureisu Pro roster (and SPLASH! Global Champion Paul Crowley) via Chatterbox feel free to do so. All I'll need is a Chatterbox name and a question, sent by PM or posted in thread. I'll take the questions and post three at a time, a maximum of two questions per Chatterboxer. No one is off limits from questions either.

Answers may upset and offend. In Joey Sleaze's case, answers WILL upset and offend.

Picks look fine except for the Cibernetico match, there is only one winner and so I'll need you guys to narrow it down as to who you think the winner will be.

Just a friendly bump to say that I'll have this show posted either Monday or Tuesday. Despite a severe family incident, I want to work on this as it will help take my mind off of the matter at hand. Any predictions/wrestler questions to be posted on Chatterbox/comments about this are welcome.

Also, jhd did more image god stuff and I want to show it off. :p

Anwar Saad w/Hassan Al-Sharani vs Riddle

  • Anwar Saad, accompanied by a new manager, was almost foaming at the mouth to get a part of the man he believed to be his ex-tag team partner. Riddle looked stoic and ready for a fight.
  • Both men tested each other with holds before Anwar broke it off, going to his corner to get some words of advice from the man identified as Hassan Al-Sharani, heir to one of the Middle East's most powerful oil companies.
  • Anwar returned from his corner and blind sided Riddle with a huge roaring elbow before locking the Cairo Clutch on Riddle's near-lifeless body. Referee Joe Preston called for the bell after Riddle's arm dropped three times.

Her Majesty’s Royal Service vs Pieces of The Puzzle

  • Puzzle and Missing Piece ran out to help their stablemate from the ring, glaring at Anwar Saad as he passed them with Hassan Al-Sharani in tow. Artemis and Patel came out with a more united look between them than Gureisu fans have previously seen.
  • Both men from Her Majesty's Royal Service looked eager for a win and it showed in the early goings of the match as they exchanged quick tags and kept Missing Piece from making it to his corner.
  • Once Missing Piece got to Puzzle though, Her Majesty's Royal Service were running scared. Forcing Patel to the outside of the ring, Puzzle set his sights on Artemis, throwing him around the ring with a variety of arm drags and suplexes before setting up the 100 Piece Jigsaw Jawbreaker, pausing only for a brief second as Missing Piece sprinted past him and took out Patel with a big suicide dive. The Jawbreaker connected, Puzzle quickly covering for a three count and the win.

Mercenaries Inc. vs The Infestation

  • Blaize and The Titan marched out the ring, the ever-present sneer on Blaize's face as he walked past the fans in attendance. The Infestation were the polar opposites, Blue Beetle bouncing on his way down and making sure to slap as many fans' hands as possible.
  • The joviality ended as soon as he rolled into the ring as Blaize kicked at Blue Beetle's body as he rolled into the ring. Black Beetle noticed this and dragged Blue Beetle out of the ring and entering himself.
  • Black Beetle seemed more focused here, the months of stalking seemingly making him more fired up for the match and it showed as he went straight on the offensive, using everything he had to keep Blaize down and away from The Titan.
  • Black Beetle turned to Blue Beetle to see how he was, allowing Blaize to tag in The Titan. Next thing Black Beetle knew he was up in the air as The Titan delivered a crushing back body drop to the much smaller beetle.
  • As Black Beetle was reeling from this, The Titan sucker punched Blue Beetle off of the apron before hoisting Black Beetle up for a deadly Powerbomb. Blaize ordered The Titan to get out of the ring before spearing into Black Beetle with the Fire Hazard spear for the victory.

Blaize and The Titan defeated The Infestation III in 10:27 when Blaize defeated Blue Beetle by pinfall with a Fire Hazard

Rating: 27

Mercenaries Inc. celebrated their victory as they went up the ramp, looking ever so vicious in victory. Both Blue Beetle and Black Beetle were down when suddenly the lights went out and a cackle could be heard around the arena. Slowly, the lights turned back on and to the fans' shock there was no Black Beetle. Only the sad sight of his mask lying in the middle of the ring was left.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/FallofTheBlackBeetle.jpg

Blue Beetle got up not long after the lights came back on and crawled into the ring, stopping in complete and utter shock at the sight of his comrade's mask lying in the ring, almost taunting him and The Infestation as a whole.

The scene switched from that of the sight in the ring and to The Commander of Mercenaries Inc. The masked man looked like he was deep in thought before sighing and speaking into the camera.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/TheCommander-1.jpg

TC: “The White Mask, the pure heart of Gureisu Pro. You have upset a lot of people. You've upset me. Honestly? I'm surprised it took this long for someone to send me after you. I remember when I was a young boy and when I believed that this world was a fair and just place. I soon seen the sights of war. Families destroyed, cities ravaged by greed. The White Mask, there will be no valiant comeback, no rescue for you. But after tonight? I don't care about you. If I have learned anything in my time on this planet, it is the following. Money is king. Tonight is all about making money for my organisation.”

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/TheCommander-1.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/vstv.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/TheWhiteMask.jpg

The Commander vs The White Mask

  • The Commander took control early on, working over The White Mask's arms so that he couldn't effectively lock in the Honour Armbar at a later point in the match. The Commander soon continued the offensive, lifting The White Mask onto his feet and slamming him down again with great ease.
  • The White Mask stopped the series of slams by grabbing The Commander's leg and pulling him down to the ground. Keeping a hold of the leg, The White Mask locked on a tight anklelock with a grapevine for added emphasis.
  • The Commander broke this by grabbing the ropes. Once both men were back on their feet, the action turned from submission combat to very stiff strikes. Neither man relented with chops, forearms, elbows and knees being traded between both men.
  • The Commander took the win after hitting The White Mask with a cutter before rolling through into a Dragon Clutch. The White Mask tapped almost immediately, The Commander holding on for a few seconds to enforce his message.

The Commander defeated The White Mask in 15:24 by submission with a Brutal Enforcement, Rating: 48

A hush fell across the Clay Lite City Theatre as Doctor Kat. A. Strophe made her way out with Hombre Arana and Scorpion in tow, a microphone in hand and a big smile on her face. Stepping inside the ring she raised the microphone and stared at the entranceway.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/KatAStrophe.jpg http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/HombreAranaBS.jpg http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/ScorpionBS.jpg

DKAS: “Euan sweetie, I told you that Dr. Montejo's work would be here tonight. No more messing around my dear. Tonight your precious little rebellion ends and I take back what is mine. Ladies, gentlemen, beetles, whoever else is back there. Black Science is proud to present the latest addition to our ranks...”

A hissing can be heard over the sound system and movement can be seen behind the curtain. A curious sight soon followed.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/ElLagartoBS.jpg

The creature slithered to the ring, hissing in the face of some of the front row audience. Although not much of his face can be seen, evil intent clearly exists inside of this creature.

DKAS: “...Please welcome one of Mexico's most feared urban legends, brought to life by the only woman smart enough to even consider such an act. Give it up for El Lagartoooooooooooooooooooooooo!”

Weird Science rush out soon after, Euan and Newton sharing a worried glance towards Black Science's urban legend come to life.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/ElLagartoBS.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/HombreAranaBS.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/ScorpionBS.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/vstv.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/JeffStarfield-1.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/NewtonCambridgeWS-1.jpghttp://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/FinEATo-1.jpg

Black Science vs Weird Science

  • El Lagarto was everything Doctor Kat A. Strophe promised and more. Combining ruthless venom and ring smarts, El Lagarto looked like a star in this match.
  • With both Euan and Newton pre-occupied with the new threat, a lot of the in-ring work fell to FinEATo who valiantly fought against all three members of Black Science.
  • Newton Cambridge was the one who took the fall for Weird Science. Taking a rare moment where Weird Science had the momentum, Newton foolishly tried to slam El Lagarto onto the mat. With Lagarto on his shoulder, Newton began to spin Lagarto out.
  • Lagarto managed to spin through this and lock on the deadly Estacas Indias (Ophidian's Death Grip). With Hombre Arana and Scorpion keeping the other two members of Weird Science occupied, Newton had no choice but to tap out.

Black Science defeated Weird Science in 14:34 when El Lagarto defeated Newton Cambridge by submission with an Estacas Indias

Rating: 39

The intermission took place afterwards. Highlights included;

  • Weird Science agreeing that they had to call in some assistance to deal with the new threat from Black Science. Names mentioned included Dark Wolf II, El Vikingo and El Hot Dog before FinEATo had an idea and hurried both Newton Cambridge and Euan Reeka outside.
  • The Infestation pleading for any information regarding Black Beetle's whereabouts, everyone other than Blue Beetle dressed in more casual clothes as they don't have scheduled matches.
  • Paul Crowley arriving late to the arena with his entourage of his spiritual guide Ton Ihara, his bodyguard Officer Shibukji and his right hand man Noyo Minaba. Pushing several excited fans out of the way, he made his way to the back stopping only to declare himself the only “Real Shoota” in the building.

Devon Homicide vs Tony Pearce

  • Devon was outsmarted in the early goings of the match as Pearce dodged all of his attacks, ducking and weaving out of the blows Devon was intent on delivering.
  • One slip up was all it took however as Devon grew wise and waited until Pearce had his guard down before charging at him with a clothesline.
  • One of Devon's infamous gang style beatdowns occurred after this as Pearce was beaten down with punches and kicks until Referee Miles Grissom forcibly removed Devon from Pearce, threatening to disqualify Devon under the excessive punishment ruling.
  • Pearce took advantage of this distraction, rolling Devon up for a 2.9 count which only infuriated the “Baddest Man in Gureisu Pro” further.
  • The punishment eventually came to an end as Homicide spiked Pearce into the mat with a particularly nasty 187 piledriver.

Devon Homicide defeated Tony Pearce in 15:20 by pinfall with a 187

Rating: 42

“Real Shoota” Paul Crowley appeared next, his SPLASH Global belt cockily hanging over his shoulder and his entourage mingling in the background.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/PaulCrowley.jpg http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/TonIhara.jpg http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/OfficerShibukji.jpg http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/NoyoMinaba.jpg

PC: “'Ere in this cesspit of a country to defend the only belt worth a damn. Not even got a real challenger. Some nonce who thinks 'es a part of some bloody royal society. Now big Ton 'ere 'as been trying to keep me calm about this but I'm a real shoota and I'm a real angry person right now. You see, I'm the best in Japan and for me to come 'ere is kind of a big deal. I mean I get to bring the Shoota Brigade with me. I 'ave me shiny belt as well. Simply put, me being in Gureisu Pro – stupid name for a promotion if you ask me – is money. And once I'm done with this bloody nonce, Real Shoota and Shoota Brigade are going to the nearest pub for a booze-up. Join us if you want, we'll all drink you under the table and charge you for the drinks.”

Crowley winks at the camera before climbing on top of his “spiritual advisor” and walking out to the ring.

Paul Crowley w/ Shoota Brigade vs Sir Thomas Beaumontfordshire w/ Her Majesty's Royal Service

  • Paul Crowley and the Shoota Brigade were a sight to be seen live. Crowley riding high on Ton Ihara's shoulders, acting like he was the king of the land with Officer Shibukji and Noyo Minaba shoving people out of the way so he could get to the ring.
  • Sir Thomas came out minus a person as he was flanked only by Artemis and Patel, Oliver Crowlington III suspicious in his absence.
  • Crowley attempted to give Sir Thomas a handshake, Sir Thomas readily accepting only to have the hand pulled away by the cocky Englishman. Sir Thomas didn't like this one bit and flew at Crowley, calling him a “deviant” and promising to wipe him off of the face of professional wrestling.
  • Crowley continued the streak of annoying the gentleman as he danced around the ring before calling a timeout for some advice from Ton Ihara. Officer Shibukji and Noyo Minaba keeping Artemis and Patel at bay.
  • Crowley eventually grew more serious and engaged Sir Thomas in a game of one-upmanship with each turn growing more and more extravagant until Sir Thomas busted out a never-seen-before tilt-a-whirl headscissors that shocked everyone in attendance.
  • Sir Thomas failed to capitalize on this however and opened himself up to Crowley's feared East End Dream (Prince Devitt's Bloody Sunday). Crowley getting the win and leaving the same way he came, on top of Ihara's shoulders with the gold in the air.

Paul Crowley defeated Sir Thomas Beaumontfordshire in 14:37 by pinfall with a East End Dream

Rating: 41

DISCO Fox appeared on screen, looking more serious than usual. Gone was the flashy coat and jewellery, DISCO looking more like the young rookie who took part in the Become A Star competition.

http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o765/Wrestlesaurus_X/Gureisu%20Pro/DISCOFox.jpg

DF: “It's come to this. Cibernetico. Seen one of these in Mexico, the ultimate test of endurance. I need my men to be ready for this. But none of that matters because I've got my sights set on one man. Cameron Cody. Well done. You're still the hero of Gureisu Pro. The white knight if you will. Ya girl got busted up real good, didn't she? Surprised she's here tonight but then again teaming with you is a death wish right now. I've got 4 of ya figured out. That masked man though, he sure is something.

Tonight Cameron, we'll see what you are made of. One way or another, tonight is the beginning of the end for us.”

Team Gureisu Pro (Chloe Bourel, Adam Manchester, Cameron Cody, Masked Stranger, Leroy Winters) vs Fox Enterprises (RIKU, Kristopher Bryant, DISCO Fox, Scott Seal, Joey Sleaze)

  • Bourel and RIKU started things off and quickly Team Gureisu Pro were down to 4 members as RIKU annihilated the already injured Chloe Bourel, quickly finishing her off with the Death Note (Spike Brainbuster). CHLOE BOUREL ELIMINATED AT 0:50
  • Manchester quickly got into the ring, knocking RIKU back with a quick flurry of offense, dropkicking RIKU out of the ring which allowed Kristopher Bryant to enter under lucha libre rules.
  • Bryant used the skills he learned in Japan wisely as he took Manchester down with a swift kick to the throat. Bryant turned around to taunt however and was met by the flying form of Cameron Cody as he turned around again, Manchester wisely rolling out of the ring.
  • With Cody in the ring, the match tempo shifted up a notch as both Cody and Bryant took to the air to try and out-do one another. With both men down after a mid-air collsion, Referee Joe Preston started the 20 count. Bryant got up at 12 and gloated, pointing to his temple as if to say he was the better man. This was soon proved wrong as Cody rolled him up in a small package, evening the scores and outsmarting Bryant. KRIS BRYANT ELIMINATED AT 8:03.
  • DISCO Fox rolled into the ring then quickly rolled out again, not wanting any part of a relatively fresh Cameron Cody and allowing Scott Seal to enter. Seal, looking for redemption after his loss in Michigan, went straight to Cody, hammering away at him with elbows to the head and shoulder. Cody was almost eliminated by way of Dragon Sleeper but he managed to get to the ropes. Seal continued his attack though, working over Cody's legs this time before attempting another submission hold, this time Cody somehow powered out.
  • With a leap of desperation, Cody JUST managed to tag in the Masked Stranger who curiously walked around the ring before engaging Seal in a test of strength.
  • Seal was overpowered by the enigmatic suit wearing wrestler and soon found himself victim to a DDT from the Masked Stranger, the Stranger keeping Seal down for a three count and no more. SCOTT SEAL ELIMINATED AT 14:43
  • Seal wasn't for taking that lightly though and he exploded, throwing The Masked Stranger around the ring with no abandon, finishing his assault with an Exploder Suplex into the corner. Joey Sleaze entered the ring feigning shock at what just happened before diving on top of the prone from of The Masked Stranger for the elimination. THE MASKED STRANGER ELIMINATED AT 15:00
  • Sleaze started celebrating like he had just won the World Series. Leroy Winters silently entered the ring, almost laughing at Sleaze's over enthusiasm. Sleaze stopped celebrating as soon as he ran into the waiting form of Winters, who forearmed Sleaze's face in oblivion. Setting Sleaze up in the corner Winters performed his own version of Sleaze's patented Climax Kick, pointing straight at Sleaze before running full pelt and cannonballing onto Sleaze. Winters put the exclamation point on this as he locked Sleaze into the Long Winter's Rest, giving Gureisu Pro the advantage and embarrassing Sleaze in front of the Gureisu audience. JOEY SLEAZE ELIMINATED AT 18:49
  • Winters tagged out to Manchester, Manchester eager to help Gureisu Pro in any way. This wasn't to be as RIKU blindsided him with a knee before spiking him on his head with the Death Note to gain his second elimination of the night. ADAM MANCHESTER ELIMINATED AT 19:35
  • RIKU and Cameron stared each other down before giving fans another glimpse of what they could do, this time in a more free environment than a steel cage. Cody took RIKU and himself out of the ring with a crossbody, leaving Winters and DISCO Fox alone in the ring. Winters toyed with Fox for a bit before Fox took matters into his own hands, delivering an all mighty pimp slap across the face of Winters before scurrying out for the ring. Winters was too pre-occupied with this to notice RIKU enter the ring. In fact, Leroy only noticed after RIKU had picked him up and spiked him on his head with the third Death Note of the night. LEROY WINTERS ELIMINATED AT 22:30
  • DISCO Fox re-entered the ring, noting to RIKU to stick to the plan. Shockingly RIKU laid down for Fox, allowing Fox an easy elimination. As RIKU passed Fox on his way out of the ring, Fox could be heard saying that the money had already been paid into RIKU's account. RIKU ELIMINATED AT 22:35
  • Fox and Cody went move for move, each man desperate for the win. Cody nearly had the win after the Zero G Roll but somehow Fox kicked out at 2.9. Fox then felt the same pain as he slammed Cody into the mat with The Last Dance but Cody kicked out of that just before the three count. Fox got angry at this, screaming at Cody and telling him to just stay down. Cody defiantly looked Fox in the eye and told him no, Fox tried to respond with a Pimp Slap but Cody had other plans.
