Just as with last year, 'The Flying Menace' Timothy Hawk has arrived to hand out the awards.] Timothy Hawk "Good evening everyone and welcome to the Hall of Fame Class of 2013! We would like to congratulate everyone who was nominated. We have three inductees this year into the Hall of Fame. We will begin with the writer that received the highest number of votes this year. This writer recently brought us a massacre by Peter Valentine, some Total Nonstop Action and more! Congratulations to: 20LEgend! Thanks. Cool to know that a decent amount of people like my stuff, since it's often difficult to gauge the quality of what you're writing. People who've given me good feedback and tips - thanks. Also people whose diaries I've read have helped a lot, given how bad my first attempts were. Also credit to angeldelayette for putting these together, he always does a great job. Timothy Hawk "Definitely someone worthy of their place within the Hall of Fame. Our second top vote-getter is someone who has had one of the longest-running diaries on the message board. Even though that one diary is self-titled, a cluster of shows. Congratulations to: michgcs!! So... wow. This happened. I never expected-- when I started more than three years ago-- that I'd still be doing my first and (so far) only diary, much less in the Hall of Fame. I'd like to thank everyone who nominated for me, everyone who voted for me, and most importantly, everyone who takes the time to read what I write, good or bad. TEW and GDS have taught me so much about the wonderful world of pro wrestling, introducing me to the indys and to wrestling history and even to what might be. Thanks to all the great writers who take us through their unique individual journeys as head bookers, you've provided countless hours of entertainment not just for me but to all wrestling fans out there. Special thanks go out to BHK1978 and Jingo, two guys who've supported me since the very beginning. I'd like to think I'm much better now than I was before, and a big part of that's because of your support. One more thing-- can security take care of that heckler in the front row? Huge thanks to all those who nominated & voted for me, given that I've written relatively few diaries compared to some I feel very lucky to have had such dedicated readers. I DEMAND a re-count... michgcs is certainly the WORST diary writer I've ever seen on the boards! He's copied most of my ideas! He's... and also... he's also... well... he's not a very nice person!! Always commenting and predicting on my diary and stuff... there's just no room for it!! Obviously I'm kidding michgcs, as well as 20Legend and MJStark DESERVE the recognition they're getting. Three of my favorites I can't believe in the top 10 of this, so i'm honoured if anyone voted for me beyond that! Pretty sure I won the October MOD dotm though? Or is that still running? Again, honoured to have ELEVEN votes on that I'll be writing my Wrestlemania 30 pay-per-view soon, so are michgcs, 20Legend and MJStark available for my Hall of Fame induction ceremony the night before?!
