These three competitors showed their merit in order to pick up an early lead in the BFG Series, or to simply get on the board in Roode's case.</em></p><p><em> Highlights:</em></p><p><em> -Hardy and Styles attempting to work together broke down quickly when they both went for pinfalls more often than the other competitor seemed to enjoy.</em></p><p><em> -While Hardy and Styles were trading fast-paced offense, Roode landed a Double R Spinebuster on both of them out of nowhere, one after the other.</em></p><p><em> -Styles landed his vintage Moonsault into Reverse DDT onto both of his opponents at the same time!</em></p><p><em> -Bobby Roode went for the Pay-Off on Styles, only for Hardy to land the Whisper in the Wind to leave all three competitors lying against the mat.</em></p><p><em> -Roode landed a beautiful Super-Belly-to-Belly-Plex on Hardy, only for Styles to break up the pin.</em></p><p><em> -The finish came when Jeff Hardy landed the Twist of Fate on Styles, only for Roode to try and steal the pin. Hardy didn't like this very much, however, and went for the Twist of Fate on Roode as well. Roode ended up landing the Payoff on Hardy after a little back and forth, giving AJ Styles enough time to recover and land the Styles Clash on Roode for the victory.</em></p><p> </p><p> <strong>In a good match with average heat, AJ Styles def. That's alright, I understand. :) The pre-show of the last Impact Wrestling saw Cody Rhodes and Hurricane Helms show excellent tag team chemistry, prompting the new Modern Day Heroes team. Same goes for Matt Morgan & Rhino. :)

The nice finish came when Matt Morgan took Jeff Hardy out onto the apron with a clothesline, only to turn around into a Pele Kick from Styles. Styles turned around into a Gore from Rhino. Rhino went for the pin but Hardy was the legal partner. Joe and Angel traded blows for a few minutes, before Styles landed a Missile Dropkick, catching each of his opponents with one foot each.</em></p><p><em> -AJ Styles landed the Muscle Buster on Fallen Angel to enrage Joe next, causing Joe to lock Styles in the Coquina Clutch. He ended up letting Styles go, however, and went for the Styles Clash on Fallen Angel. Christian came down to the ring with The Terrapin, Darren Rosser, and Rycklon Rompo in tow. TJ looked pissed. As the four members of Fall of Entertainment huddled together outside of the ring, TJ took matters in his own hands as he released Kane, bounced off the ropes, sprinted across the ring, and jumped to the outside with a beautiful Corkscrew Shooting Star Press, catching all four of the F.O.E. members. The pile of human rubble was followed by TJP slowly climbing back inside the ring. As he came at Kane, the big man gripped him by the throat and landed a third Chokeslam.
